Garfinkle and his synagogue-of-satan buddy, Mayorkas, scorned a Texas District Court’s ruling favoring the wire that stopped illegals from entering the border.
In the case of DHS v. Texas, (READ: Jews vs a Christian State), the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals barred Federal agents from removing the wire.
It ruled in favor of Texas that sought to stop Federal agents from cutting and removing the razor wire.
Texas argued that the Feds have no authority to tamper with state-owned property.
It claimed that Mayorkas, rather than prohibiting migrants from illegally entering the US, is instead allowing illegals to pass through unimpeded.
It argued that it’s in the public interest to “deter” unlawful federal action but to “respect” state property rights.
But the kikes hate “state rights,” they only respect “kike rights.”
Enter the Jew-Infested DOJ.
On January 3, 2024, Merrick Garfinkle petitioned the ‘Supremes’ to vacate the 5th Circuit ruling that barred US Border Patrol agents from removing the wire that Texas had placed along a 29-mile stretch of the border.
With two compromised justices, the “gayish” John Roberts, and the “diversity mom” Amy Coney-Barret, Garfinkle knew he could squeeze Christian Texas into circumcising the border wire into pieces of Christian flesh.

Quite the eye-opening thread on the little publicized Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society’s role, especially in Panama and the notorious migrant byway through the Darien Gap, in the migrant replacement invasions of the US & Europe on Henrik Palmgren’s Xwitter.

My excellent pulmonologist is East Indian. His family legally immigrated here when he was a child. His parents were law-abiding, productive members of their community. He went to American schools, university, and medical school as a legal Registered Alien. Got married, raising a family with accomplished kids, pays income taxes, generously contributes to local community Christian homeless shelters, food banks, rescue missions, senior living, other charities, although he, himself, is not a Christian but Hindu.

It’s now coming out that jews at HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) are organizing the ongoing third world invasion of the United States from the Darién Gap in Panama that is connecting the American continent with Central America.
HIAS have a dedicated building overseeing the operation and apparently they are using Chinese contractors to build up the “processing center” in the Darién Gap and they are building bridges and roads along the way in order to maximize the amount of illegal migrants that are pouring into the United States.

In answer to a January 2 DHS application to vacate an injunction pending appeal received by Justice Alito, the terse SCOTUS ruling vacated the injunction imposed by the Fifth Circuit in DHS v. Texas — a case brought by the state of Texas to stop Biden’s CBP from destroying portions of a 29-mile section of concertina-wire (“c-wire”) barriers erected by the state in a complex of municipal park properties along the Rio Grande in Maverick County to deter illegal migrants.
An injunction is simply a legal tool that can stop or compel someone to do something by a court order.
Vacating the injunction simply means that DHS & CBP can go ahead and cut the c-wire within the scope of their border patrol responsibilities and (non) enforcement of US immigration laws, nor does it stop Texas from repairing what CBP cuts or putting up even more c-wire and other barriers. Vacating the injunction gives the federal agents the authority to “cut” Texas’ c-wire to access their jurisdictional territory for patrol purposes, but does not give it any authority to “remove” it or any other barriers that the Republic of Texas constructs. Even if it did, it does not prohibit Texas’ agents from immediately following the federal agents repairing any damage they cause.
This latest court action is simply incidental to the Republic of Texas’ much larger case addressing the heart of the matter, States’ rights and responsibilities in the face of federal dereliction of duty to protect the States of the Union from invasion, making its way up through the courts as Operation Lone Star, challenged by the Biden Administration and DHS every step of the way.

Greg Abbott (R) launched “Operation Lone Star”, a state initiative to supplement CBP’s efforts to respond to the massive wave of migrants who began pouring across the river after Joe Biden took office and quickly reversed his predecessor’s controversial — but successful — border deterrence policies.

A week or so I threw out a question to ya about the modern “jews” being Edomites as opposed to the ancient Israelites and I have studied this for quite a few years. (I checked back once or twice and didn’t see a response from ya, but I know you are very busy, so I understand.)
I really can find ZERO evidence that they are NOT the Edomites and literally every fact seems to point them as explicitly the Edomites.
The secondary conclusion that comes from this is that the white Europeans are in fact the ancient Israelites.
However, it is unclear if ALL the Europeans are now mixed enough to be all Israelite tribes or just some.
As it does appear there were some white Europeans before the diaspora of ancient Israel’s mostly Northern tribes and there’s also the question of if the intermixing of the tribes of Judah and Benjamin with the Edomites before, during, and after Christ’s time made the Edomites into the tribes of Judah/Benjamin from dilution or if they rarely interbreeded and remained separate, or if the majority bloodline became Satanic Edomite.
From Christ’s statements in Revelation about the Synagogue of Satan and the fact that historically it appears the Edomites don’t like to interbreed, it would appear to me that the current kikerats are all Edomites genetically for the most part and in God’s view.

Ten former FBI executives – some who oversaw the bureau’s intelligence, counterterrorism, criminal and training operations – expressed their alarm in a letter dated Jan. 17 to House Speaker Mike Johnson, Senate Leader Chuck Schumer and the chairmen of the House and Senate committees that preside over the U.S. intelligence and Homeland Security apparatus.
Their language affirms that of both current FBI Director Christopher Wray, who testified the nation’s security lights are “blinking red,” and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who alleges Biden’s loosening of border security has allowed an “invasion” of America by foreigners with troubling origins and attributes.
“In its modern history the U.S. has never suffered an invasion of the homeland and, yet, one is unfolding now,” the FBI luminaries wrote. “Military aged men from across the globe, many from countries or regions not friendly to the United States, are landing in waves on our soil by the thousands – not by splashing ashore from a ship or parachuting from a plane but rather by foot across a border that has been accurately advertised around the world as largely unprotected with ready access granted.
“It would be difficult to overstate the danger represented by the presence inside our borders of what is comparatively a multi-division army of young single adult males from hostile nations and regions whose background, intent, or allegiance is completely unknown,” they added.

House Speaker Mike Johnson received the letter this week and told Just the News on Thursday it adds to House Republicans’ determination to hold out for a deal that completely closes the border.

What’s happening in Eagle Pass, Texas—the confrontation between Governor Greg Abbott and the Biden administration over border security—is an important legal question, speaking to the authority of the federal government vs. the right of a state to defend itself. It’s also an important political question, because border security, or lack thereof, will be a dominant issue this November.
But perhaps most of all, it’s an important national question, as Americans wrestle with basics: Can the federal government be trusted to provide for the common defense? Are we still one people? Or is red-blue polarization so profound that we’d be better off, on both sides of the divide, seeking some new constitutional settlement? One that enables wall-builders to have their way, and the sanctuary city-ers to have their way?
Am I being melodramatic? I don’t think so, but at minimum, I’m being consistent. Here at The American Conservative in 2005, I wrote a piece on uncontrolled immigration and associated chaos in France under the headline “National Suicide.”
I observed that the troubles the French faced were anticipated in a novel published three decades earlier, Jean Raspail’s The Camp of the Saints, which depicted a self-loathing liberalism so deep that the only solution was to destroy one’s homeland. And we all should be mindful of the apothegm from John O’Sullivan around the time that globalists nudged him out of National Review: “You can have open borders but you can’t have anything else.” That is, mass migration overwhelms everything, and the U.S. would be no exception. (O’Sullivan has since decamped to Hungary, a country that takes border security seriously indeed.)
In the meantime, headlines speak to the heated passions aroused in and by Eagle Pass. MarketWatch bannered the confrontation as a “skirmish,” while The New York Post, tabloid-y to its toes, blared that it was a “war.” (As of this writing, there’s been no actual violence.)
For sure, the left sees the set-to in apocalyptic terms. “Eagle Pass is today’s Fort Sumter,” thundered an op-ed in the January 25 Philadelphia Inquirer.
Will we have a civil war? I doubt it. As I argued here at TAC two years ago, the existence of 50 separate states makes it relatively easy to foresee an internal division that preserves the union, albeit in altered form. (An upcoming Hollywood movie, bluntly titled, Civil War, doesn’t change my mind; the studios have proven that they have no handle on contemporary politics.)
Still, the sovereignty of the states must be jealously guarded. So it’s inspiring to see Texas defend itself from foreign invasion, even against the wishes of the Biden administration. Today, no American stands taller than the wheelchair-bound Greg Abbott.

I see where some northern states like Michigan and Maine are now worried about invasion from the northern border. They should be. Canada is pouring tens of thousands of third worlders into the country every year. They have no real background checks.
The problem with this is the only people in the third world wo can get visas, passports etc are people with money and in the third world that means criminals.
Most of these people come from warm countries. I was once on a Jumbo jet going from London to Toronto and it carried about 600 people who appeared to be goat herders from the Danakil desert.
The men all sat in first class and the women in the cheap seats. I have no idea who paid for the seats. To the best of my knowledge British Airways does not take goats as payment for air line tickets.
Anyhow most of these people come from hot countries and the moment they experience their first Canadian winter (Minus 50 degrees Centigade in Calgary two weeks ago) they head south.
Americans are absorbing alot more unemployable people than they realize and they are not just coming from Mexico.

The size and strength of the US Federal government was never the goal or intention of the founders who wrote the constitution. They specifically chose a federal-styled government because they knew any centralized authority would inevitably collapse due to internal conflicting interests.
The US is a massive country of countries [a country of constitutional & sovereign state republics or state commonwealths -Kj].

As confrontational as those comments may be, Republican politicians have stopped short of calling for secession. Social media users have been less restrained. The hashtag #Texit has trended on X (formerly Twitter) since the Supreme Court ruled against the state on Monday.

Newsletter: Texas told the Biden administration to take a hike.
But this isn’t “nullification”.
Texas insists that the Biden administration enforce the laws of the United States.
Biden has so far refused and instead retaliated by cutting off natural gas exports from Texas.
In other words, Biden has chosen economic warfare against a State, the very definition of treason in the Constitution, to appease the hard left faction in his political party.
This is the very thing the founding generation feared from the executive branch.
Some background is in order.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott directed the Texas National Guard to construct obstacles—barbed wire fencing and shipping containers–on land adjacent to the Rio Grande River. This is Texas property, not federal land.
The United States Border Patrol used it as a processing center for illegal aliens, and thus it became a focal point for massive numbers of “migrants” crossing into Texas across the Rio Grande River.
Invasion would be a better word.
Texas then told the Border Patrol that they were no longer allowed on State property while Texas law enforcement began arresting and deporting illegal aliens.
The Federal Government sued in federal court and demanded that the razor wire and makeshift border wall come down. Biden’s Justice Department also argued that Texas’ efforts to enforce federal immigration law violated the Constitution.
“Texas cannot run its own immigration system. It’s efforts, through SB 4, intrude on the federal government’s exclusive authority to regulate the entry and removal of noncitizens, frustrate the United States’ immigration operations and proceedings, and interfere with U.S. foreign relations.”
Here’s the catch. Texas isn’t running its own immigration system. It’s enforcing existing federal law.
Every officer in the United States, from the local governments to the President, takes an oath to uphold constitutional federal law. Biden did so in 2021. That is the primary language of his oath of office.
Biden has not claimed that immigration laws are unconstitutional. He has not claimed that these people are crossing the border legally.
He admits that they are entering Texas illegally, meaning his only job is enforcing the laws on the books, something his administration is clearly refusing to do.
Texas has done it for him.
But this raises several larger Constitutional questions.
The Founders unequivocally considered “invasion” to be one of the important reasons States maintained control of their own militia units.
That would be the modern misnamed “National Guard.”
Biden cannot “nationalize” the Guard in this instance because federal law would not allow it.
The Texas National Guard is already enforcing federal law, meaning that if Biden nationalized the Guard and told them to stand down, he would be in violation of the Constitution.
He would also violate federal law. The Insurrection Act of 1792 allows the President to nationalize the militia (National Guard) in three instances: to suppress insurrection, stop domestic violence, or enforce federal law.
Allowing invasion is not on the list. Nor is breaking the law.
That would be a dereliction of duty, an impeachable offense.
The parallels between Biden’s actions and other stand-offs between the States and the general government are impossible to find.
Texas wants to enforce federal law.
In 1798, Virginia and Kentucky nullified the Alien and Sedition Acts because they violated the Constitution. This wasn’t a case of neglect.
In 1815, several New England States refused to enforce laws in support of the War of 1812. Again, not a case of neglect.
In 1832, South Carolina nullified the federal tariff. Jackson threatened to send in the army to collect the tariff. He wasn’t refusing to enforce a federal law.
In the 1840s and 1850s, several Northern States refused to enforce the fugitive slave laws. The Supreme Court ruled that States did not have to use their own police powers to support federal law.
But in this case, Texas is supporting federal law. The Biden Administration has vacated its Constitutional responsibility.
The Justice Department’s claim that the general government has “exclusive authority to regulate the entry and removal of noncitizens” would also be news to the founding generation.
States could determine residency and who could and could not be within their borders. Jefferson made this contention in the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798.
After 1808, the general government could prohibit “persons” from entering the States, but this power was not denied to the States in Article I, Section 10, meaning the States could also allow or prohibit “persons” from entering their borders.
The “supremacy clause” only applies to laws made in “pursuance of the Constitution.”
Nor does the 14th Amendment cover illegal aliens. Only citizens of the States are entitled to due process and the privileges and immunities of citizens of the other States. Foreign nationals are not citizens of any State or the United States.
This is an open and shut case of dangerous abuse of power by the executive branch. If the Republicans in Congress had any spine, they would immediately impeach Biden for his action against Texas and inaction on immigration enforcement.
In the Philadelphia Convention, James Madison listed “negligence” and betraying “his trust to a foreign power” as the chief causes of impeachment, among others.
Attempting to coerce a State though economic boycotts would satisfy Gouverneur Morris’s definition of “treachery”, what he considered to be an impeachable offense.
In either case, Biden should be easily convicted and booted from power.
That is, if we had a real Constitutional government in the federal city.
That dream died in 1789 in the First Congress.

Border Patrol Union blasts ruling allowing Biden to cut down razor wire

Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd claimed that agents don’t want to cut down the barbed-wire fences on the Texas/Mexico border.
Judd appeared on Newsmax’s Saturday Report to respond to the Supreme Court ruling declaring the federal government has the constitutional power to remove barbed wire from the southern border of Texas.
While Border Patrol has been instructed to take down the barbed wire, the Texas National Guard is continuing to install more wire, which Judd clarified is not in violation of the Supreme Court ruling.
“Now, let me be really, really clear. We do not like this ruling. We do not want to cut that razor wire,” Judd said, speaking as the head of the agents’ union. “There is not a Border Patrol agent out there that thinks it’s okay to cut that razor wire. Unfortunately, because of the Supreme Court ruling, it is — it becomes a lawful order.”
The Justice Department sued Texas for its various tactics to keep immigrants from illegally entering the United States. As a result of Texas bearing the brunt of the 302,000 people U.S. Customs and Border Protection processed more at the U.S.-Mexico border in December, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has sent roughly 100,000 migrants to various sanctuary cities.
Judd said he likes to see news coverage from those sanctuary cities. While he scoffed at the idea that Chicagoans sign up to house migrants in their homes, he did not offer a solution.
“All I want you to be able to do is make informed decision based off all of the facts,” Judd said. “The Biden administration refuses to tell the American people the truth, so they’re not able to make that informed decision. And that’s what democracy calls for.”
More than 10 million immigrants have reportedly entered the country illegally since Biden took office. It is the most recorded in that amount of time of any administration.

And for that we have to turn to the late L. G. Pine, a British writer, lecturer and researcher in the areas of genealogy, nobility, history, heraldry and animal welfare, and editor and executive director of Burke’s Peerage.
In the last chapter of his book, The Anglo-Jewish Peerage from Tales of the British Aristocracy, he informs the reader all about this very extensive Anglo-Jewish Peerage, that for every well-known name, there are at least ten or more that are obscure family lines; poor Christian aristocracy married Jews, especially Jewesses, for money rather than face bankruptcy and lose their estates. Then these aristocratic Christian-Jewish alliances married into each other families as well.
And, regardless of the degree of social assimilation, the Anglo-Jews stick together and form the glue for the interlockings of World Jewry in general. Pine mused about Fascism taking hold in Britain, but came to this conclusion:
“Whatever may be the facts about the loosening of ties in the faith of Jewry, there can be no question that the British Peerage is now very much diluted with Jewish blood and has many connections among its ancient and august families with those who only a few generations ago were inhabitants of the Ghetto.
In view of the great world wide interlockings of the Jewish community this may insure to the aristocracy a stronger hold on the future. The power of money is very great and as almost every liberal newspaper is under Jewish influence it follows that the forces of revolution when directed against the peers are likely to meet with as determined an opposition from the Jewish kinsfolk of the aristocracy as they will any any other quarter.”

Back in 1956, however, when he first wrote the book, on the eve of publication by Burkes Peerage, the Jewish Lobby forced him to withdraw the book for spilling the beans, at least temporarily until he could have it published by a Dutch publisher.

A book, “Tales of the Aristocracy,” has been withdrawn on the eve of its publication because it reveals the Jewish antecedents of a number of members of the British nobility, the London press reported today.
The author of the volume on Britain’s aristocracy is L. G. Pine, an acknowledged authority on the peerage. The report in the press says that book gives the names of 14 Jewish peers who have made no secret of their faith. The reason for the withdrawal is that the volume reveals Christian-Jewish alliances among Britain noble families.
