This week, billionaire financier George Soros celebrates his 90th birthday. That’s a big number, but it’s dwarfed by another Soros number: 708 million.
That’s the cash his two principal foundations poured out just in 2018 (the latest year publicly known), and precious little went to any ballets, symphonies, or art museums.
Instead, it went into politicized groups like Planned Parenthood, to fight for abortion; the Brennan Center, to tear down voter ID laws; and to all-purpose left-of-center powerhouses like the ACLU and John Podesta’s Center for American Progress.
How big is $708 million a year in American politics? Well, the Democratic National Committee and the Republican National Committee combined took two years, 2017 and 2018, to raise $502 million. Or compare Soros’s $708 million to the giving done in 2018 by libertarian billionaire Charles Koch’s namesake foundation: $128 million.
In addition to Soros’s $708 million in “charitable” giving, there are the millions he gives to his top lobbying shop, the Open Society Policy Center, which as Influence Watch notes, was the second-largest source in the whole country for federal lobbying in 2019, bigger than high-spending lobbying groups like the National Association of Realtors, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, and the American Hospital Association.
That’s right: giant multinational corporations can only look on in envy when they see the fortune the Soros empire gets to spend on D.C. lobbyists. In fact, Soros’ group roughly tripled the lobbying done by the likes of Amazon, Boeing, and Lockheed.
As his birthday reminds us, Soros himself won’t live forever. But even after he goes to his reward, the tens of billions of dollars he’s invested in his philanthropies, and his children’s own investments in politicized giving, mean that his massive influence on American politics will continue as far as the eye can see.
Capital Research Center, where I work, has studied Soros for years. He was born in Budapest and is best known as the man who made his first billion dollars “breaking the bank of England” in 1992. Most recently, we took a deep dive into Soros’ own words when my colleague Shane Devine reviewed at length his newest book, “In Defense of Open Society.”
As Devine observes, Soros has a multipronged plan to “heal” America of her supposed sins. His medicine includes “nonpartisan” redistricting, stacking federal courts with left-wing judges, and a “properly conducted” 2020 Census (read: “boosting Democratic turnout in elections”).
His goals include “cleaning up” corruption in journalism, the pharmaceutical industry, and the legal field that stems, he believes, from their profit-seeking. (It’s unclear why his own profit-seeking never corrupted him.)
And the man is making good on his vision, thanks to his vast Open Society Network, a nexus of numerous foundations and advocacy groups. All told, between 2000 and 2018 Soros’ foundations spent nearly $8.9 billion, and this year he’s already announced he’ll push $220 million towards “racial justice.”
Soros has already effectively inserted himself into the criminal justice system by slowly transforming it—again through massive investment—via local district attorneys’ races. Since 2015, Soros has spent at least $17 million to swing district attorney races in states such as Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Arizona—key battlegrounds targeted by Democrats for takeover.
A number of these district attorneys supported by Soros are also behind calls to defund the police and efforts to release rioters arrested as part of the George Floyd protests and riots in cities across the country.
As he enters his 90th year, Soros’s influence on the American political process remains strong. And the world is nearly guaranteed to see it continue as both his sons, Alexander and Jonathan, have picked up the mantle of their father’s liberal activism.
Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich recently blamed the leftward lurch of modern Democrats on the party’s being “owned” by people financed by Soros. He has a point. Soros has bought enough influence to direct the path of half the American political class.
Given the chaos society has recently suffered thanks to that leftward move, it’s baffling that Democratic leaders in cities such as Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Seattle, and Portland continue to take their cues from Soros’ strategy of correcting America’s “shortcomings.”

COVID Tyrants Fail To Close Churches In California

[Many government officials in California are virulently anti-Christian and sought to use the pandemic as a way to destroy churches and break up congregations. Both Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) and the County of Los Angeles have health orders prohibiting indoor church services. Grace Community Church (GCC) and Pastor John MacArthur have challenged those orders in court while continuing to meet in person, and LA County has tried — no fewer than four times — to convince judges to issue restraining orders preventing the congregation from gathering to worship God in church.
On Tuesday, a California judge again denied the county’s legal shenanigans, noting that the health order remains in place. If LA County wants to punish GCC for meeting in person, it cannot shift responsibility to the courts.
LA County could just enforce its existing health order, which imposes a fine of $1,000 and jail time on offenders. Instead, it has sought court orders.
The county has asked a judge to find MacArthur and GCC in contempt of court, which would cost the church more than $20,000 and attorney’s fees. That effort failed, but a judge just rejected yet another attempt to secure a court restraining order against GCC.
“As I said to the court yesterday, trying four times to get a court order just to seek huge contempt fines and possibly jail time for Pastor MacArthur shows clearly that LA County is simply trying to target the church and impose punitive and outrageous sanctions,” Jenna Ellis, one of MacArthur’s lawyers and a personal lawyer to President Donald Trump, told PJ Media on Tuesday.
“Nothing about this is truly about health. It’s an unconstitutional power grab,” Ellis added.
LA County had requested a temporary restraining order (TRO) from the court and California Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff rejected its application on Tuesday.
Beckloff issued a blunt five-page order, noting that “in the absence of new law or circumstances [LA County does] not overcome the statutory prerequisites set forth for reconsideration of orders and renewal of motions. Thus, the court has no authority to take the action requested by [the county]. On this basis, [the county’s] renewed application for a TRO is denied.”
The judge did not rule on the underlying health orders which lie at the center of a GCC lawsuit against Gov. Newsom. However, Beckloff did deny the county’s most recent effort to slap even higher fines on GCC and John MacArthur.
“The court correctly concluded that Los Angeles County’s renewed application for a temporary restraining order was both procedurally and substantively defective,” Thomas More Society Special Counsel Paul Jonna, another of the lawyers on the case, explained in a statement.
“This was their fourth unsuccessful attempt to obtain a court order prohibiting indoor worship services at Grace Community Church. We look forward to fully vindicating our clients’ constitutionally protected rights in subsequent proceedings for this important case.”
“We are very grateful to Judge Beckloff for his reasoned opinion and for taking great care to review this very important matter,” John MacArthur said in a statement.
“As I said in my declaration to the court, we see this action against us as an illegitimate misuse of power. It should shock the conscience of every Christian that churches are coming under assault from our own government simply for holding church. Church is essential.”

It seems that COVID-19 vaccine mandates are inevitable. According to Reuters,1 the U.S. government is planning to launch an “overwhelming” COVID-19 vaccine campaign come November, and many — especially Bill Gates — have suggested that vaccination of the entire global population2 will likely be necessary to get COVID-19 under control. Some have even suggested that the vaccine be mandatory.3
Billions of dollars have been invested in vaccine development, and one would be foolish to imagine these companies and investors are not going to do everything in their power to turn COVID-19 into a profit maker, and that may well include the use of force. It’s still unclear exactly when a vaccine will be available, but it could be as early as October, or as late as January 2021.

–Economic freedom message — A message about how COVID-19 is limiting people’s economic freedom and how, by working together to get enough people vaccinated, society can preserve its economic freedom.
–Self-interest message — A message that COVID-19 presents a real danger to one’s health, even if one is young and healthy, with the idea being that getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the best way to prevent oneself from getting sick.
–Community interest message — A message about the dangers of COVID-19 to the health of loved ones. The idea to promote is that the more people who get vaccinated against COVID-19, the lower the risk that one’s loved ones will get sick. The idea: Society must work together and all get vaccinated.
–Economic benefit message — A message about how COVID-19 is wreaking havoc on the economy and the only way to strengthen the economy is to work together to get enough people vaccinated.
–Guilt message — This message is about the danger that COVID-19 presents to the health of one’s family and community, with the idea that the best way to protect them is by getting vaccinated, and that society must work together to get enough people vaccinated. Then it asks the participant to imagine the guilt they will feel if they don’t get vaccinated and spread the disease.
–Embarrassment message — This message is about the danger that COVID-19 presents to the health of one’s family and community. The idea to promote is that the best way to protect them is by getting vaccinated and by working together to make sure enough people get vaccinated. Then it asks the participant to imagine the embarrassment they will feel if they don’t get vaccinated and subsequently spread the disease.
–Anger message — This message is about the danger that COVID-19 presents to the health of one’s family and community. The sales idea is that the best way to protect them is by getting vaccinated and by working together to make sure that enough people get vaccinated. –Not bravery message — A message which describes how firefighters, doctors and front line medical workers are brave, and infers that those who choose not to get vaccinated against COVID-19 are not brave.
The study will also determine:
–Participant’s confidence in the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine after hearing the message in question
–Participant’s willingness to persuade others to get vaccinated
–Their fear of those who have not been vaccinated
–The social judgment of those who choose not to vaccinate
–Many initially assumed most people would grow increasingly eager to get vaccinated considering the panic being whipped up, but recent polling6,7 reveals Americans are actually more leery than usual about the vaccine.
Only half of Americans say they actually want the COVID-19 vaccine once it becomes available; 27% say they will “definitely” refuse it and another 12% say they will “probably” refuse it. With resistance that high, it’s no wonder researchers are digging into human psychology in an effort to sway public opinion.
Moderna’s mRNA Vaccine Caused Systemic Effects
Meanwhile, preliminary findings from Phase 1 trials seem to support initial suspicions that the COVID-19 vaccine might turn out to be unusually reactive. For example, Moderna’s mRNA vaccine (mRNA-1273) caused systemic side effects in most participants, with higher dose groups faring the worst.8
The 45 volunteers were divided into three dosage groups — 25 mcg, 100 mcg and 250 mcg — with 15 participants in each. Even in the low-dose group, one participant (6%) got so sick he required emergency medical care.
In the 100 mcg-dose group, systemic side effects were found in 80% of participants after the first dose, and 100% after the second dose. This is important to note, seeing how the coronavirus vaccine will be a two-dose regimen and most likely recommended to be repeated annually, just like the flu vaccine.
In the highest dosage group, which received 250 mcg, 100% of participants suffered side effects after both the first and second doses.9 Three of the 14 participants (21%) in the 250-mcg group suffered “one or more severe events.”
Despite these worrisome results, the trial is being heralded as a success. Dr. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, has been quoted10 saying we now know “that it’s safe in 45 people,” and that “it doesn’t have a very common side effect problem.” If 80% to 100% is considered uncommon, then just what level of harm must be inflicted in order for a vaccine to be viewed as having a questionable safety profile?

Riddle me this. I learned in my anatomy and physiology classes that a great deal of human DNA is dedicated to shutting things off (or supposed to), not turning them on, particularly in the immune system.

My question is, once this pioneering technology tricks the body into becoming its own vaccine machine by turning a person into a oermanently genetically modified organism (GMO) generating its own SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins in order to generate an immune reaction, then how do you shut it off?

Facebook’s Fact-Check Board Gets a Lot of ‘Likes’ From Soros

In announcing the formation of an independent oversight board with authority to allow or remove content from Facebook and Instagram, the board’s four co-chairs stressed the body’s diversity.
“The board members come from different professional, cultural and religious backgrounds and have various political viewpoints,” they wrote in a New York Times op-ed on May 6. “Some of us have been publicly critical of Facebook; some of us haven’t.”
Contemporaneous news articles reinforced this message, reporting that the board’s ideologically and geographically diverse members criss-cross the ideological spectrum.
A closer look, however, reveals that 18 of its 20 members collaborated with or are tied to groups that have received funding from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations – which is one of the most well-funded and influential progressive organizations in the country.
Open Society’s reach is so vast that simply receiving support from the institution is not a proxy for political leanings – one member has received support from Soros and the Charles Koch Foundation. But the fact that 90% of the board’s members have ties to that progressive group raises questions in an environment where conservatives complain about big-tech bias and internet censorship.

–Afia Asantewaa Asare-Kyei: A program manager at Soros’ Open Society Foundations in West Africa.

–Catalina Botero-Marino (co-chair): Dean of a Colombian law school that received $1.3 million over two years from Soros’ Open Society Foundations. Serves on an expert panel of Inter-American Dialogue, funded in part by Soros’ Open Society Foundations. Also serves as an expert for Columbia University’s Global Freedom of Expression Project, funded in part by Open Society Foundations. Served as a board member of Article 19, which received $1.7 million from Open Society Foundations over two years.
–Katherine Chen: Academic professor, journalist. Often retweets material critical of Donald Trump and supportive of Barack Obama.
–Nighat Dad: Founder and executive director of the Digital Rights Foundation, which receives money from Soros’ Open Society Foundations, and is a project of Artists at Risk Connection, a project of Pen America, which is sponsored in part by Soros’ Open Society Foundations. Served on the board of the Soros-funded Dangerous Speech Project. Adviser on Amnesty International’s Technology and Human Rights Counsel, funded in part by Soros’ Open Society Foundations.
–Jamal Greene (co-chair): Columbia University law school professor. (The Soros family and Foundations are well known funders of and partners with Columbia.) Recently served as aide to California Sen. Kamala Harris, who counts Soros among her donors. His Twitter account shows that he has sided firmly against President Trump.
–Pamela Karlan: Stanford University Law professor. Member of the Soros founded and funded American Constitution Society, which takes a “progressive” view of the U.S. Constitution. Supported Trump impeachment of and has contributed to Democratic candidates, including Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren.

It’s true: I’m not a medical doctor.
But you obviously don’t need to be a medical doctor to be able to smell a rat.
Longtime readers will recall that years ago I had a public exchange with commentator Mark Levin on the subject of presidential war powers. He was defending Barack Obama’s right to intervene in Libya on his own authority, and I was disputing that right.
That exchange got nastier than it needed to.
But forget all that.
Levin’s recent interview with Harvey Risch is to my mind the most valuable and important thing he’s ever done.
Harvey Risch is a professor of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of Medicine. He is associate editor of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, editor of the International Journal of Cancer, and a member of the board of editors of the American Journal of Epidemiology.
Risch has been outspoken in defense of hydroxychloroquine, administered correctly, as a treatment for COVID-19.
Now I know what you’re thinking: “all the experts” say it doesn’t work, etc.
Well, not really.
Before we get to the Levin interview, here’s an excerpt from an article Dr. Risch wrote last month (emphasis mine throughout):
As professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, I have authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications and currently hold senior positions on the editorial boards of several leading journals.
I am usually accustomed to advocating for positions within the mainstream of medicine, so have been flummoxed to find that, in the midst of a crisis, I am fighting for a treatment that the data fully support but which, for reasons having nothing to do with a correct understanding of the science, has been pushed to the sidelines.
As a result, tens of thousands of patients with COVID-19 are dying unnecessarily. Fortunately, the situation can be reversed easily and quickly.
I am referring, of course, to the medication hydroxychloroquine. When this inexpensive oral medication is given very early in the course of illness, before the virus has had time to multiply beyond control, it has shown to be highly effective, especially when given in combination with the antibiotics azithromycin or doxycycline and the nutritional supplement zinc.
On May 27, I published an article in the American Journal of Epidemiology (AJE) entitled, “Early Outpatient Treatment of Symptomatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be Ramped-Up Immediately as Key to the Pandemic Crisis.”
That article, published in the world’s leading epidemiology journal, analyzed five studies, demonstrating clear-cut and significant benefits to treated patients, plus other very large studies that showed the medication safety.
Physicians who have been using these medications in the face of widespread skepticism have been truly heroic. They have done what the science shows is best for their patients, often at great personal risk.
I myself know of two doctors who have saved the lives of hundreds of patients with these medications, but are now fighting state medical boards to save their licenses and reputations. The cases against them are completely without scientific merit.
In his interview with Levin, Risch went even further:
“In fact, the science is so one-sided in supporting this result that it’s stronger than anything else I’ve ever studied in my entire career. The evidence in favor of hydroxychloroquine benefit in high-risk patients treated early as outpatients is stronger than anything else I’ve ever studied.”
Risch goes on to recall that Dr. Anthony Fauci, who has resolutely denied any benefit from hydroxychloroquine, was similarly obstructionist (the similarity is almost eerie) in 1987, in the face of the AIDS epidemic.
At that time, there was a drug (Bactrim) that worked better than AZT and was very inexpensive, and which had an excellent record of treating the particular kind of pneumonia that was then the leading killer of people with AIDS.
But the testimonies of countless frontline AIDS physicians meant nothing to Fauci, who opposed the scientific consensus and discouraged its use. As many as 17,000 people died unnecessarily.
You need to hear Dr. Risch — who is a mild-mannered academic — tell the story.
Incidentally, if the organized LGBT movement weren’t in the tank for the Democrats, they’d be screaming with outrage right now, alerting Americans that Fauci is today doing to COVID patients what he had done to AIDS patients in 1987.
But they’d rather stick it to Trump than stand up for themselves and for suffering Americans.
(Interestingly, even Huffpost criticized Fauci for this back in 2014: “Dr. Anthony Fauci is rewriting history. He is doing so to disguise his shameful role in delaying promotion of an AIDS treatment that would have prevented tens of thousands of deaths in the first years of the epidemic.”
Of course, this was back when Fauci hadn’t yet become sainted and untouchable; Huffpost would never have the courage to publish such a thing today.)

Employee Punished After Criticizing White Male Reeducation Seminar Could Sue Nuclear Weapons Lab

“Last year, Sandia National Laboratories—which designs America’s nuclear weapons—hosted a” segregated “3-day reeducation camp for ‘white males,’ with the goal of exposing their ‘white privilege’ and deconstructing ‘white male culture.'”
So reports the Manhattan Institute’s Christopher Rufo. “Last year, the national laboratory sent its white male executives to the La Posada luxury resort to undergo a mandatory training called ‘White Men’s Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism, and Homophobia in Organizations.'”
In the opening session, trainers demanded that the men make a list of associations about white male culture. The trainers wrote “white supremacists,” “KKK,” “Aryan Nation,” “mass killings,” “MAGA hat,” and “privileged.”
Afterwards, white male employees were told to expose the “roots of white male culture,” which consists of “rugged individualism,” “a can-do attitude,” “striving towards success,” and “hard work” — which sound great, but are actually “devastating” to women and people of color, according to the trainers, a company called “White Men as Full Diversity Partners.”
In a later session, the white males were forced to recite publicly a series of “white privilege statements” and “male privilege statements.” They had to accept their alleged complicity in creating oppression of women and people of color.
At the end of the training, the white males had to “write letters ‘directed to white women, people of color, and other groups'” in which they “apologize for their ‘privilege.'”
As Rufo notes, Sandia executives have made it clear: they want to force critical race theory, race-segregated trainings, and white male reeducation camps on their employees—and all dissent will be severely punished. Progressive employees will be rewarded; conservative employees will be purged.
“You must work with HR to hire on the basis of skin color” is apparently one message of this training.
Energy Secretary Brouillette has asked the Inspector General to investigate the training, and Sen. Josh Hawley has criticized it. But Rufo says Sandia executives have only accelerated their purge against conservatives.
In response, a dissident electrical engineer named Casey Peterson emailed all 16,000 employees denouncing critical race theory in the lab.
On Tuesday, Peterson made a YouTube video criticizing the training. His video called for the lab to “remove all training and materials teaching color blindness as a negative trait.”
It also urged the lab to “quit pushing critical race theory at our place of work,” blaming it for contributing to racial “hatred” and “fear.” He also objected to teaching the concept of “white privilege” as if it were the only form of privilege.
As Rufo notes, the video also pushed “back on the narrative of modern systemic racism and white privilege,” citing studies about things like police shootings and race.
The video quickly received 10,000 views within the labs and dozens of Sandia employees contacted Peterson to express support. In response, Sandia executives placed Peterson on paid administrative leave, and established a “security review board” to “evaluate whether [his] actions have comprised or posed a threat to Sandia computing and security systems.”
The suspension of Peterson might violate the anti-retaliation provisions of at least two civil-rights laws, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and 42 USC 1981.
Peterson’s video opposes racist scapegoating that a reasonable employee could view as racial harassment, and seems to oppose race-based hiring.
The civil-rights laws forbid retaliation against an employee for criticizing illegal discrimination, or criticizing practices that an employee reasonably but mistakenly believes are illegal discrimination.
Criticism of discrimination against whites is protected against retaliation by the civil-rights laws, even when it involves an affirmative action policy that turns out to be legal — unless the policy is so obviously legal that no reasonable employee could have thought otherwise. (See, e.g., Sisco v. J.S. Alberici Co. (1981)).
Peterson could reasonably have thought that Sandia’s anti-white training was racial harassment that created a hostile environment in violation of federal civil-rights laws. Forcing an employee to confess his complicity in oppression of women and people of color, just because of his race and sex, is extremely racist and sexist.
Courts have ruled that “baseless accusations of racism” made against employees because of their race are racial harassment that contributes to a racially hostile work environment in violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. (See Underwood v. Northport Health Services (1989)).
Courts have also ruled that anti-male diversity training seminars can be sexual harassment. (See Hartman v. Pena (1995))
Being forced to confess one’s guilt in racial oppression is thus a form of harassment — as offensive in its own way as having your boss call you a racial epithet.
Given the power relationship between you and your boss, courts have ruled that when your boss yells the n-word at you as he tells you to get out of his office, that constitutes illegal racial harassment, even if it is a single episode. (See Ayissi-Etoh v. Fannie Mae (2013)).
Here, it wasn’t just a single episode, but a three-day period, over which white male employees were forced to admit to racial wrongdoing, and pressured to say negative things about their race. That is probably sufficiently severe as to be illegal racial harassment.
Not just minorities, but also whites, are protected against racial harassment by the civil rights laws. For example, courts have ruled that employers are liable for racial harassment against whites, in cases like Huckabay v. Moore (1998).
Even if Sandia’s training wasn’t harassing enough to violate federal law, Peterson’s complaint could still be protected against retaliation.
Complaints of harassment are protected against retaliation, not just when the “harassment” was illegal, but also when it wasn’t bad enough to violate the law, but an employee still reasonably viewed it as harassment.
For example, a woman was protected against retaliation for complaining about sexist comments in her workplace, even though they weren’t severe enough to be illegal, in Quinn v. Green Tree Credit Corporation (1998).
Advocacy of colorblind hiring is also usually protected against retaliation. Federal law limits affirmative action, although employers often ignore those limits.
Generally, employers can’t hire minorities based on their race, unless they have a “manifest racial imbalance” in their own workforce compared to the regional workforce in their particular field. (See Janowiak v. South Bend (1984)).
Even if Sandia has such a “manifest imbalance” that would justify race-based affirmative action, that might only be apparent to a lawyer with training in statistics and knowledge of labor statistics, not an engineer like Peterson.
Peterson could reasonably view race-based hiring at Sandia as illegal (which it may in fact be).
So Peterson’s advocacy of colorblindness would likely be protected against retaliation.

Data released by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on Aug. 26, which was widely ignored by the major media, show that coronavirus was listed as the sole cause in only 6 percent of all recorded virus deaths in the U.S.
The CDC said that, of the 153,504 deaths recorded from Feb. 1 through Aug. 19, only 9,210 (6 percent) listed covid as the only cause of death.
The other 94 percent had, on average, “2.6 additional conditions or causes per death,” the CDC report said.
Of those with previous comorbidities “the overwhelming majority” of those who died “were of very advanced age,” the CDC said.
The numbers through Aug. 19 showed more than 123,000 of the 150,000 recorded covid deaths at the time were individuals aged 65 and above.
Many observers say the new stats are an indictment of the major media’s dishonest coverage of the pandemic, which mostly fails to tell the difference between dying “from” covid and dying “with” covid.
In updated numbers through Aug. 22, the CDC reported 164,280 deaths “involving” coronavirus. It recorded 1,778,821 deaths from all causes from Feb. 1, 2020 through Aug. 22. Deaths involving pneumonia, with or without COVID-19 and excluding the flu, totaled 169,108.
The Aug. 26 CDC update also included a chart showing that 6,640 covid-recorded deaths involved the flu, with or without COVID-19 or pneumonia.
Some noted that, in an average flu season, the U.S. might expect 20,000 to 40,000 flu deaths. “This implies that after a while probably in March or April we tested exclusively for COVID and not flu,” one observer noted.
The Aug. 26 update also included this explanation from the CDC concerning “Excess Deaths Associated with COVID-19”:
“Estimates of excess deaths can provide information about the burden of mortality potentially related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including deaths that are directly or indirectly attributed to COVID-19. Excess deaths are typically defined as the difference between the observed numbers of deaths in specific time periods and expected numbers of deaths in the same time periods.
“This visualization provides weekly estimates of excess deaths by the jurisdiction in which the death occurred. Weekly counts of deaths are compared with historical trends to determine whether the number of deaths is significantly higher than expected.
“Counts of deaths from all causes of death, including COVID-19, are presented. As some deaths due to COVID-19 may be assigned to other causes of deaths (for example, if COVID-19 was not diagnosed or not mentioned on the death certificate), tracking all-cause mortality can provide information about whether an excess number of deaths is observed, even when COVID-19 mortality may be undercounted.
“Additionally, deaths from all causes excluding COVID-19 were also estimated. Comparing these two sets of estimates — excess deaths with and without COVID-19 — can provide insight about how many excess deaths are identified as due to COVID-19, and how many excess deaths are reported as due to other causes of death.
“These deaths could represent misclassified COVID-19 deaths, or potentially could be indirectly related to the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g., deaths from other causes occurring in the context of health care shortages or overburdened health care systems).”
For comparison, some on social media pointed to the H1N1 outbreak in 2009-2010.
From April 12, 2009 to April 10, 2010, the CDC estimated there were 60.8 million cases of H1N1, 274,304 hospitalizations, and 12,469 deaths in the United States.
If H1N1 were reported the same way COVID-19 is, “there would have been over 2 million deaths” from H1N1, one observer noted. “Why didn’t we wear masks and shut everything down?”
Gateway Pundit founder Joe Hoft noted: “Let’s face it – at this moment in time anyone who is pushing for more lockdowns and other abuses on our personal rights is either evil or terribly misinformed.”

Sandia National Laboratory grew out of the Manhattan Project which was primarily jew-ran (Oppenheimer and others). It is now composed of Civil Servants and contractors. A seminar like that would have been filled with Civil Servants as government contractors do their own training.
I can tell you that even if this guy prevails in his lawsuit, his goose is cooked because in Civil Service they never forget when you cross them. You get crap assignments, no promotions, no bonuses. I commend his courage, but you need solid proof and anonymity when complaining on the government.
