    The Real Battle For Ukraine
    By Brother Nathanael Kapner
    Copyright 2014

A clash of civilizations is taking place right before our very eyes in the battle for Ukraine.

It’s a clash between two world systems:

The American-European system of Judengeist and the Russian system of Orthodox Christianity.

A unipolar world is at its end and the clash has begun.

[Clip: “What is a unipolar world? However one might embellish this term, at the end of the day it refers to one type of situation, namely one centre of authority, one centre of force, one centre of decision-making.

“It is a world in which there is one master, one sovereign, one state and, of course, first and foremost the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way.

“This is visible in the economic, political, cultural and educational policies it imposes on other nations. Well, who likes this? Who is happy about this?”]

No one. Except for the Jews who rule America and Europe.

That’s why Russia is in the cross-hairs of International Jewry and Putin is spun as a new Hitler.

Russia is the last holdout of Christianity and the only force strong enough to oppose the Jewish agenda.

Christianity in America has long been destroyed by the Jewish Press, Jewish Hollywood, and the Jewish Lobbies.

Europe has left its Christian roots by assenting to the EU’s dismissal of European Church history. Hanukkah has become the ‘holy day’ of the EU.

It’s now a battle between the atheist west and the Russian east. And it converges in Ukraine.

Historically, culturally, and economically Ukraine is tied to Russia.

But by Victoria Nuland installing ‘Yats the Yid’ as Ukraine’s prime minister, Kiev has been pushed away from Russia and right into the decadent arms of the EU.

The next step is to make Ukraine the “Sabbath Goy” of the Jewish-ruled IMF.

Ukraine’s getting a big loan…but with heavy strings attached.

[Clip: “Now the 14 to 18 billion dollars from international leaders is not simply a loan it also comes with some of the harshest austerity conditions we’ve seen yet.

“Heating costs will jump by some 50%, a 70% wage cut for public sector workers, let’s move on and talk about pensions ’cause they’re set to be slashed to half their current value.

“This means the elderly will have to make ends meet while paying for those rising utility bills.”]

Look at what Yats the Yid, Nuland’s Yiddishe boy, has brought down on the people of Ukraine.

With crushing debt, a lowered standard of living, and severed from Russia, demoralized Ukraine will become yet another pawn in Jewry’s plan for world hegemony.

But Russia and friends won’t take this sitting down.

Already, companies like Germany’s Siemens are saying ‘nein’ to the threatened sanctions against Russia.

And Putin has said many times that Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus will form a three-fold cord that won’t be easily broken.

But the real strength of Russia is derived from her Christian roots.

If God is for a nation, who can be against her?

It’s no longer a unipolar world. The battle has just begun.

    Dear Real Jew News Family,

Believe me, for I grew up as a Jew, the JEWS are crapping in their pants over Russia.

Just the sight of Vladimir Putin worshiping Christ INSIDE of a Russian Orthodox Church send shivers up and down the cowardly spines of Christ-slaying Jews.

Phantoms of pogroms drip from a Jew’s eyelids seeing the Russian Crosses and the pious Orthodox Christian Putin making the HOLY sign of the Cross over him.

My Bishop, when in Russia observing Putin in Church, remarked to me that Putin kept making the sign of the Cross OVER and OVER again…and that is something that CAN’T be faked.

What is VERY REAL to Christ-slaying, freedom-hating, Church-hating JEWS is that Putin’s prophecy of the end of a “unipolar” world HAD to come to and end…AND IT IS INDEED THE CASE today.

Please look at the Clip again of Putin giving his historical 2007 Munich Conference speech I inserted in my Video above.

You will see the Christ-hating JEW Joseph Lieberman and his Goyim shill, blood-thirsty McCain, SCOWLING during Putin’s prophetic speech. (Hillary is ALSO in the audience RIGHT NEXT to IsraHell’s Livni.)

The JEWS are in hysterics. Putin’s on the move. Holy Russia is in REVIVAL. And the world IS changing. A whole new balance of power IS emerging. Yeah Putin! Yea Orthodox Russia!

Was it the “rebellion” in the Ukraine that got them in trouble financially so they needed the $12 billion?

How were their finances before the “rebellion”?

Do the Muslims fit in this somehow? If so, how?

Supposedly (I don’t believe everything I read on the Internet) Valerie Jarrett is the link between the banksters (Federal Reserve) and the “commies” but what I don’t get is why so many in Washington think it’s all okay; and then since she’s Iranian, that seems like a weird connection with Iran, banksters, and commies.

Sorry for the off topic Brother Nathaniel but I was just blocked by moderators at Alex Jones for posting a reply to the evidence free Zionist agitprop story “Dig at Nazi Camp Reveals Gas Chamber, Mass Graves”

    My offensive post was:

“We must not forget thousands of people perished in these places…”

    I thought it was MILLIONS!

Why the change in the story? You were lying to us before?

    Oh I see.

Yes, of course thousands died when the Zionist Occupied Governments of London and Washington gave the orders to bomb the rail lines leading to the work camps thus cutting off food and medical supplies ensuring the thousands of deaths by dysentary, typhus and starvation that the Zionist masters needed to create sufficient international sympathy for the creation of Israel .

    There it is.

Remain in darkness and ignorance if you want but that is what happened.”

Judge for yourselves what line I crossed to get banned.

The good news is that the flat earthers that are promoting the hula hoax on that thread are getting crushed by the forces of light.

God bless you brother Nathaniel and may Ziocon terrorist Robert Kagan and his wife Victoria Nudelman that helped to overthrow the legal government in Ukraine be exposed for the international jewish terrorists that they are.

God bless President Vladimir Putin, the Russian Orthodox Church and the Russian people in their long struggle against Zionist terrorism.

One would imagine that now the brutal and destructive austerity package is out into the light of day, the Ukrainians will be bitterly lamenting the day they allowed the EU, its petrol bombs, and the beloved of Jews Righteous Gentile Lagarde into their affairs.

Putin had been giving them half-price gas ( although they hadn’t been paying the bill, probably because of high-level embezzlement and corruption linked to the Golden Girl Timoshenko ) and had promised them financial assistance on infinitely easier terms than those now being imposed by the Jew.

Let us hope that they make their feelings known where they should be made known, at the upcoming elections, rather than on the streets of Kiev.

And Hallelujah for Vladimir Putin, the sole remaining light in the political wilderness.

We send him God Speed, as always.

After the introduction of the Euro in Holland, all wages in Holland were cut in half (two Dutch gulden equaled 1 Euro), and all prices were not cut in half, only the ‘gulden’ sign was replaced by the hated €.

It was the biggest devalution of Dutch owned money in the history of Holland. We were sold out to the EU dictatorship by “liberals” and “socialists” who served the same global dictatorship agenda.

Dutch austerity measures are around for 30 years now, but worsened greatly after the Dutch joined the EU and its EU currency. Add on top of this, the enormous influx of poor foreigners from Africa and Asia to poor Holland (more than half the population of Holland’s big cities are foreigners), and the betrayal of the Dutch lower class is complete.

During the last year, many Dutch families went bankrupt and are deeply in debt (on average 30,000 euros per family). The middle class is disappearing.

I was sacked for no reason at all in 2013 when I turned 50. Hardly any chance of getting a new job. It is time to revolt. Any colour will do, except orange.

Fine video as always, Bro N.

Describing it’s contents to someone else, they protested that many (most?) Americans are still Christian. No doubt the same can be said for Europeans — Christian in spirit at least.

Although presently occupied, these areas can still throw off the yoke of cultural oppression and debasement they live under, just as the Russians threw off the chains of communism.

Cultural roots run deep. There is hope for America. As you say, breaking the money power of our satanic oppressors is key.

  15. Cornelius April 2, 2014 @ 5:35 am

It is amazing how Russia is returning to its Christian roots and got blessed with a Christian leader.

America has a long way to go and may go through a similar trial as Russia did under Jewish occupation.

Many martyrs and many saints are in the making, with Christians in America returning to their roots.

Excellent video Brother Nathanael — right on the mark.

The US controls NATO — the Jews control the US — therefore the Jews control NATO.

The Jews control the money, media, military, morals. and the foreign policy in the US.

The Jews got the US into WWI, WWII, the Middle East wars and other wars.

The Jewish control of the US must be destroyed and the world will be much better.

PressTV – US Military Protecting International Banking Cartel

    By Yuram Abdullah Weiler

“My assessment is that 90% of the value of the US dollar comes from the US military.”
    — Former Assistant Housing Secretary Catherine Austin Fitts

For decades, America has used its armed strength to enforce the use of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency, effectively making the US military the armed wing of the international banking cartel (IBC).

Since 1971 when President Richard Nixon stopped paying US debt obligations with gold, America has increasingly used its military might to prop up the value of the dollar and enforce a global financial structure whose primary beneficiary is the US itself, and whose central bank, the Federal Reserve, serves as the IBC’s supervisory authority.

Who or what is this IBC? It consists of Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo along with Deutsche Bank, BNP and Barclays. Eight families reportedly control the IBC: the Goldman Sachs, Rockefellers, Lehmans, Kuhn Loebs, Rothschilds, Warburgs, Lazards and the Israel Moses Seifs.

Besides owning the US oil behemoths Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch Shell, BP and Chevron Texaco, IBC member institutions are among the top ten shareholders of nearly every Fortune 500 company. While the IBC itself has no formal status, nevertheless its members are represented by an international body, the Financial Stability Board (FSB).

Organized as the Financial Security Forum in 1999 by G7 finance ministers and central bank governors, the FSB “seeks to give momentum to a broad-based multilateral agenda for strengthening financial systems and the stability of international financial markets.”

War is extremely profitable for the IBC, since not only do its members profit from financing arms sales to both sides during the conflicts that they themselves often initiate, but also from the post bellum reconstruction.

In fact, the most powerful of the central banking institutions in the world, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), was established in 1930 to oversee reparation payments imposed upon Germany by the Treaty of Versailles that ended the First World War.

In addition to providing banking services for central banks worldwide, the BIS supervised the Bretton Woods international currency agreements from the Second World War until the early 1970s, when Nixon reneged on pledges to pay US debt obligations in gold.

The BIS also works with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to expand the IBC-imposed debt-dependency cycle among the nations of the world.

The methodology for global financial domination is really quite simple: America imports more goods than it exports and therefore dollars flow out of the US and accumulate in the central banks of other countries.

Since the US has refused to honor these obligations in gold, the central banks are forced to invest in US treasury bills, bonds and other US financial instruments that pay interest which is financed by the issuance of further debt.

The result is a US-dominated global financial system dependent upon maintaining the value, or more correctly, minimizing the rate of depreciation, of the dollar, allowing the US to enjoy an extravagant consumer-based economy at the expense of the rest of the world.

Regarding the insidious US debt-domination process, Wall Street analyst Michael Hudson explains that “by running balance-of-payments deficits that it refuses to settle in gold, it has obliged foreign governments to invest their surplus dollar holdings in Treasury bills, that is, to relend their dollar inflows to the US Treasury.”

The system is somewhat self-perpetuating, for should a non-US central bank decide to divest its dollars, it would effectively sabotage the economy in its own country.

Of course, foreign central banks and financial institutions are well aware that by investing in US treasury securities, they will lose money since the Federal Reserve will only turn around and “print” more dollars, thus further diluting the value of their reserves.

However, if these foreign institutions would fail to reinvest their dollars in more T-bills, the rate of depreciation of their dollar holdings would accelerate dramatically. Such awareness holds most governments in check, preventing wholesale dumping of dollars, which of course would bring the entire global system down, along with the IBC.

Hence, demand for US dollars and government and agency bonds continues even as [dollar] value falls. The losses on these holdings represent a tax paid to the ‘Empire’,” writes Catherine Austin Fitts, adding, “The fundamental system is as old as the hills. It is based on force.”

Conversely, this ability of the IBC to call upon the US military, which incidentally consumes 40 percent of global military spending, whenever and wherever the cartel’s interests are threatened, results directly from the global dominance of the dollar.

India-based scholar and social activist Rohini Hensm writes, “It is the dominance of the dollar that underpins US financial dominance as a whole as well as the apparently limitless spending power that allows it to keep hundreds of thousands of troops stationed all over the world.”

In short, dollar dominance allows the obscenely profligate spending to maintain the US military’s global presence, which in turn insures the continuing hegemony of the dollar.

Nevertheless, an increasing number of challenges to this dollar hegemony regime has arisen, some of which have necessitated suppression by the US military. Iraq is a good case in point. In November of 2000, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein announced to the world that Iraq would no longer accept dollars for petroleum transactions.

Despite the declining value of the Euro, Saddam demanded payment for Iraqi oil in the troubled currency while declaring dollars to be “the currency of the enemy.” By 2002, Iraqi oil was being traded in Euros, effectively dumping the dollar.

Former US President George W. Bush, who was a deputy of the IBC from the oil industry, used the 9/11 terrorist attacks as a convenient excuse to invade Iraq in March 2003, thus eliminating Saddam’s threat to dollar domination.

When former Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi tried to establish a state-run central bank and trade petroleum in non-dollar currencies, the IBC tapped NATO to intervene.

On March 19, 2011, a mere month after initial internal unrest, the Transitional National Council “rebels” announced they were establishing the Libyan Oil Company as the supervisory authority on oil production and policies, and designated the Central Bank of Benghazi as the authority for monetary policies.

That a local group of rebels one month into a rebellion would form a national oil company and designate a private central bank astounded Robert Wenzel of the Economic Policy Journal who remarked, “I have never before heard of a central bank being created in just a matter of weeks out of a popular uprising.”

Confirming suspicions of IBC involvement, the US Treasury placed sanctions on Qaddafi’s National Oil Corporation, but assured the rebels, “Should National Oil Corporation subsidiaries or facilities come under different ownership and control, Treasury may consider authorizing dealings with such entities.”

Other countries have had enough of the IBC and its armed wing. Both Russia and China have expressed their distaste for the dollar status quo and US threats of sanctions or military force.

On Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, China announced that any nation in the world that wishes to buy, sell, or trade crude oil can do using the Chinese currency, not the American dollar. Following suit the next day, Russia announced that it would sell China all the crude oil it wanted but it would not accept US dollars.

In addition, Russia has recently unveiled a payment system, called the PRO 100 Universal electronic card, designed to bypass the IBC should it again decide to block credit card services to Russian banks.

“There is little doubt in my mind but that Russia and China and no doubt many other countries around the world are getting angry as hell about the US abusing its foreign currency privilege,” wrote investment banker Jay Taylor.

Iran, of course, has long been targeted by the IBC for refusing to surrender to US-imposed sanctions and threats of military force.

Iran had completely eliminated the use of US dollars for oil trading by December 2007 and inaugurated its Bourse (stock exchange) for trading petroleum in non-dollar currencies in February 2008, coinciding with the 29th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

Additionally, the IBC has tried to cut off Iran from using SWIFT, Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications, for international transactions. However, with the world’s second-largest gas reserves and third-largest oil reserves, Iran retains the potential to strike a major blow against US dollar hegemony.

The question is how can we put an end to this stranglehold on the global financial system by the IBC and its armed wing? Hensm gives us a simple, straightforward answer: “Destroy US dollar hegemony, and the ‘Empire’ will collapse.”

If more nations join Iran, Russia and China, and opt out of the US dollar protection racket, then this evil “Empire” will surely collapse along with its armed wing.

    Dear Brother Nathanael:

    Good video!

Let’s not forget about Jewish control of Germany. The manuscript of Douglas Reed “Controversy of Zion” would help explain many things as well.

Also in accordance to Talmud tradition and its writings, you know that the Zionist globalist elite want to rule the World from Jerusalem – the Antichrist. This will happen.

In my opinion, Putin like Obama, is a pawn in the Hegelian Dialectic of Jew vs. Christian. Divide and conquer/rule to achieve this Zionist goal – Antichrist rules the world.

I am thankful that you are now an Orthodox Christian that knows who the Messiah was and is.

You should check out the website of He talks about the same things as you do.

    Thanks, Norbert.

  21. Peter Reibel April 2, 2014 @ 8:56 am

Mr. Putin, President of Russia, has thrown down the gauntlet.

Either we (Russia) go on as a Christian nation or the world will have to beat us down. But we (Russia) will NOT go down. No one has put Russia down for hundreds of years — except by deceit, lies, and murder of the Czar and the Royal family.

Russia has survived all that plus two World Wars, many brush fire wars, and now the Jew/Zionist onslaught. It is still a Christian nation, a light to the world, the role America used to have before the Jew/Zionist darkness descended upon us.

The only way I see the JZs slowing Russia down is by their usual methods of deceit, lies, and murder.

Also Israel will start the next war, be it a world war or just a Middle East war. Israel will try to drag Russia into it and pit America against Russia. The two big powers will destroy each other and Israel, if it’s unfried, will pick up the pieces to dominate the world. Don’t you love it when a plan comes together?

But wait, that’s not all. There’s more. For only a little more money, you can have TWO WORLD WARS. Yes, that’s right. TWO WORLD WARS.

The M.E. war with America fighting Russia and another war with America fighting China for control of the Pacific Rim.

And when America is beaten down from the wars,it will be the perfect time to install the communist/Zionist takeover of the U.S., run by the JZs and the (Christian) goyim as their slaves. Don’t you love it when a plan…

    Brilliant, simply brilliant.

Many Ukrainians (my wife and step-daughter are from Ukraine) will soon see their fellow citizens in Crimea doing better and thus, may wish to come over to the Russian camp.

Her Mom and Dad are in their late 70’s and living near Odessa and are just barely getting by, as many others are in that country.

The MSM and others will do their best to suppress the increase in the standard of living of those in Russia.

Keep up God’s work as you have done here. Satan and his synagogue must be exposed whenever possible.

On the 27th of February 2014 there were northern lights above the UK as far as the Island Jersey in the south.

Will there be a big military confrontation that will lead towards world war 3-47 days after these lights?

Just as was the case with the northern lights illuminating Europe on January 25th 1938, 47 days before Hitler invaded Austria?

So will Putin invade the Ukraine next week or two weeks?

Take a real good look into Valerie Jarrett’s profile; you’ll discover that her family roots are Jewish; although, they were born and raised in Iran.

Even today, Iran has at least 60,000 Jews still living there who refuse to emigrate to Israel and say they’re free to practice their faith; and, there are even two or more Jews in Iran’s Parliament.

Therefore, Barry’s real adviser – the Jewess Jarrett, who hides in the shadows – runs his domestic and foreign policies. She is the real power behind the “throne.”

Hitler didn’t invade Austria. He won by 99% of the popular vote. He was born in Austria.

The people that were opposed to Austria becoming a part of Third Reich Germany were the government officials, not the Austrians. He was very much welcomed.

    There was also no invasion.

He walked in, he was greeted, the Austrians were glad to see him back, and they became a part of Germany through annexation.

    Well, guys,

Let’s make sure all focus in one direction and on the common foe as there is more never ending claims of reparations to come.

    Have a look at these:

  29. John Knight April 2, 2014 @ 5:20 pm

Brian Sylvester of The Gold Report:

“In the short term, the gold price can fall due to manipulation, but in the mid- to long-term, betting on gold is a sure thing because Russia and China are betting on gold as well.

“They both know that the fiat system hates gold and they know that once the gold market has dried up or if the U.S. threatens them, they can let the gold price explode.

“Europe should try to get on the same page with Russia. I believe this can evolve to be a good thing, as Europe and Russia can become a happy new superpower, especially as we partner more with China.

“I rather want to see Europe team up with Russia and China to replace U.S. dollar-based transactions with what I envision as a gold-backed monetary system.

“Russia can benefit immensely being strategically positioned in the heart of both and sitting on vast amounts of natural resources that can be fed to Europe and China. Ultimately, I see Russian, European and Chinese economies flourishing, while the U.S. inflates itself and becomes dependent on this new superpower.

“I believe that Russia will successfully merge with Ukraine. I also believe that this crisis was the beginning of currency and commodity wars that may escalate. After years of depreciating commodity and gold prices, during which the smart accumulated as much as possible, the tide is turning and higher prices are on the forefront.”

But they’re POLITICALLY AND ECONOMICALLY POWERLESS — unlike in the West.

  31. Irene Bonney April 2, 2014 @ 5:34 pm

No, we cannot believe everything on the internet, but excepting Brother Nathanael and the political somewhat Christian La Rouche E.I.R. who has reported the Oligarchy from Jewish City of London.

Also, American Christian Zionists, a powerful lobby, must be faced with the fact that Israel is not restored, Jews are not favored, and Jesus Christ will never rule from Jerusalem’s rebuilt temple for 1,000 years as such believe, being indoctrinated from pulpits, books.

Anti-Semitism was branded as being counterrevolutionary in nature and persons participating in pogroms or instigating them were outlawed (by a special decree issued by the Council of Commissars in July of 1918, signed and personally amended by Lenin to sharpen it’s tone).

A statement against anti-Semitism made by Lenin in March 1919 was one of the rare occasions on which his voice was put on a phonograph record, to be used in a mass campaign against the counterrevolutionary incitement against the Jews.” — Citing Encyclopaedia Judaica —

Ukraine and it’s people have been swindled repeatedly since 1991.

Most Ukrainian citizens have Russian cultural roots, ancestors, and speak Russian language natively.

This is a fact, though Ukraine has been relentlessly subject to separatist propaganda from those that would split it from their Russian cousin.

Rothschild began his campaign in 1991 to steal the wealth of these people. He succeeded, and USAID and other organizations helped, but the biggest heist occurred with the help of Lazarenko, Timosheno, Yuschenko, and others.

Joo thieves (self styled as oligarchs) captured nearly 90% of the wealth of the country through crooked dealings.

Nathan Rothschild was given Ukraine as a territory to milk (by his father Jacob). He squeezed $10 billion a year from the country for nearly a decade. Yanukovich slowed down his rate of theft… so he had to go.

Look for it to be worse this year… on the order of $20 billion.

    Council of People’s Commissars

A Sovnarkom session between December 1917 and January 1918, with (from the left) Isaac Steinberg, Ivan Skvortsov-Stepanov, Boris Kamkov, Vladimir Bonch-Bruyevich, V.E. Trutovsky, Alexander Shlyapnikov, P.P. Proshyan, Lenin, Stalin, Alexandra Kollontai, Pavel Dybenko, E.K. Kosharova, Nikolai Podvoisky, Nikolai Gorbunov, V.I. Nevsky, Alexander Shotman,Georgy Chicherin's_Commissars

    How many are Jews?

The Council of People’s Commissars, (translit. Soviet narodnykh kommissarov or Sovnarkom, also as generic SNK), was a government institution formed shortly after the October Revolution in 1917.

Created in the Russian Republic the council laid foundations in restructuring the country to form the Soviet Union. It evolved to become the highest government authority of executive power under the Soviet system in states which came under the control of Bolsheviks.

    Bolshevik = Jew.

it was to be responsible to the Congress of Soviets for the “general administration of the affairs of the state.” The constitution enabled the Sovnarkom to issue decrees carrying the full force of law when the Congress was not in session. The Congress then routinely approved these decrees at its next session.

Council of commissars was the real leaders of Soviet.

    Thank you Brother.

You, are an amazing blessing. Someone who places truth above all else.

The Jews overcame the national revolutions against them, in the culturally powerful states of Germany and Japan by fomenting war against them.

As WW2 went on, their power grew as the British Empire went broke paying Churchill’s great patrons, The Rothschilds, off, with every asset that Empire had! (See CHURCHILL’S WAR.David Irving Action Report.Com. CHURCHILL AND THE JEWS; A Lifelong friendship: Gilbert.)

This is how it they work it: Hire egotistical politicians as fronts for their interests, and use their media outlets, Left/Right/False Flag, to get public support.

The ‘evil Axis’ of WW2 is today ‘Putins Russia’ As the Jews tell it, Lies than,Lies now. Putin opposes the Jews on all fronts, economically, politically, culturally, and religiously.

This they cannot tolerate. Unlike the AXIS, today’s Russia has natural resources and big friends like China. ZATO and the USA are tired and bankrupt in all spheres.

Russia must prevail and unite with a free-from-the-Jews Europe! SEE IMPERIUM. Frances Parker Yockey.

    “Euromaidan still exists.

There’s tens of thousands of people there. They’re basically stating that this is not our government and we’ve been hijacked, our power’s been hijacked.” — Paul Jay

Is this a new pretend fist fight between oligarchs of America, EU, Russia and lesser player Ukraine (lite weight, represented by billionairess Tymoshenko) unfolding?

Ukraine was developed into a semi-feudal, five-family oligarchic system that runs the entire economy. Multinational corporations are in the wings backing all the moves. While the ever present Rothschild monetary system is in place eager to “assist.”

Highly suspect pattern. Especially, since the concerted effort, for the last 100 years, has been to bankrupt America along with the EU, and push the power sphere ever Eastward.

Christians were slaughtered brutally by all those 20th century annihilations. Ukraine was the site of a horrific bloodbath.

America has been bled dry economically and battered by pagan incursions.

Population of ordinary citizens matters not at all except for what can be extracted out as “austerity.”

The Ukraine Gold is already gone. The IMF, the perennial “economic hit man,” is right there on cue. A take down of all the natural resources will follow in this usual, every country “targeted for a hit,” “shake down” pattern.

Gangsters and their bully boys are waiting in the wings to insure compliance.

Why did Russia call the Eurobonds at such a critical time for the ordinary people of Ukraine? Most unusual date due clause put into that agreement.

Not convinced by all this. Last time around it was the Christian West vs the Atheistic East. Hope that Putin can be trusted.

Right now, the only ones who are suffering are the ordinary people of all economically devastated countries worldwide.

Cui Bono? And into whose pockets do the golden coins fall.

    Who is behind the Maidan?

The Council consists of 49 members, plus the representative of the United States, Ambassador Ira Forman, in charge of the fight against anti-Semitism.

It includes two French members, Roger Cukierman (CRIF president and vice-president of the World Jewish Congress) and David de Rothschild (President of the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah and Board member of the World Jewish Congress).

    The Council passed several motions:
    – Situation in Ukraine. The Council called on governments not to exaggerate the situation of Jews in the country and not to use it to challenge the legitimacy of the new government.(!!!)

I agree with you basically. But the Russians are angry now at what J P Morgan has done.

J P Morgan is a BIG Rothschild enterprise, maybe even the biggest. So Putin and Russia are doing something right.

  42. KathJuliane April 3, 2014 @ 7:25 am

    Dear Carol Ann,

I haven’t found anything online that Russia called in Ukraine’s debt.

The last I read on Mar 20 was that the Russian finance minister said he saw no grounds for early repayment.

Do you have a link showing the circumstances have now changed?

And, if Ukraine stiffs Russia who bought Ukraine’s Eurobonds using its own National Welfare Fund, that is Russia hurting the Ukrainian people — how?

And how would Ukraine’s default make Putin the bad guy?

  43. Jane April 3, 2014 @ 8:29 am

    @Ray L.

You are very mistaken by saying that Putin is a “Puppet” of the “Puppet-Masters.”

This is the same lie the Jews use in discrediting Hitler and National Socialists.

They want you to think that any anti-JWO force is rally controlled by them and cannot be trusted. They did (and still do) it with Hitler and now with Putin.

You fell for one of their lies that says: “Through history the “Tribe” has financed both sides of every major conflict (war).”

The fact is, they never financed both sides, neither in Hitler’s case nor in Putin’s.

  44. Jan Netherlands April 3, 2014 @ 11:28 am

    That’s correct.

Recently they spread the rumour that Khadaffy and General Al Sissi of Egypt had Jewish ancestry. And for President Putin, he hasn’t one speck of Jewish blood.

Look at his face: 100% Slavic.

  45. Carol Ann April 3, 2014 @ 11:44 am

Though this article is not the one concerning the clause for repay in June, there are other agreements issues.

“The Russian PM said this would oblige Kiev to return $11 billion which Russia paid to lease the bases.” (March 21, 2014 09:48)

Oct 2013 buildup and squeeze on Ukraine that has come to fruition.

“Russia has increased economic pressure on Ukraine by drawing a link between disbursement of the next tranche of its $15 billion aid package to Kiev with repayment of a hefty gas bill owed to Russian firms. We will fulfill what we have promised to Ukraine, but we would like the Ukrainian side to comply with the obligations that it has committed to. Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.”

“Yanukovich has been battling massive anti-government protesters, demanding his resignation and early elections, since he rejected a trade deal with the EU in favour of closer ties with Russia.

The president must now decide whether to submit to protesters’ demands by taking a more conciliatory approach towards a new agreement with the EU – a possibility that prompted Russia to suspend its bailout payments after issuing just one instalment of $3bn in December.” (Aljazeera) Feb 2014
    ( pressure and uncertainty )

( March 3 2014 Putin and Y. Tymoshenko interactions. She said some very shocking things in audio though RT is Russian news outlet. )

    ( )

    ( )

“Russia can legally influence the fact how much money the new authority of the Ukraine will borrow from the International Monetary Fund and other creditors from the West.

According to lawyers, there is one sentence in the memorandum on the Euro issue, which Russia bought from the government of V.Yanukovich in December 2013.

“It is said in the prospectus of 2-years Eurobonds at $3 billion that while the securities circulate, the Ukraine is obliged to support the total volume of the state debt and the government-guaranteed debt at the level not higher than 60% of the annual nominal GDP.” (Oil, Gas and Mining News)

Re: implode Russian economy again? Ordinary people everywhere are getting squeezed.

I Like to read what the other highly controlled media sources are printing for clues to the true picture.

“After purchasing an initial $3 billion in Ukrainian bonds, the Kremlin effectively canceled the aid package in response to the ouster of Mr. Yanukovych, the country’s pro-Russia president.”
    ( )

“Do you have a link showing the circumstances have now changed?” (KathJuliane) Data seems to keep changing rapidly. “Call or not call” is the question on a number of agreements between the countries noted. I will keep looking for that highly interesting agreement clause for the Eurobond.

Small paragraph of legalities concerning the Eurobond agreement between Russia and Ukraine caught my attention because of a particular clause inserted that was highly unusual for such bonds. Though Putin has a lawyer’s background, the level of sophistication of the document and that particular clause seemed significant.

“And, if Ukraine stiffs Russia who bought Ukraine’s Eurobonds using its own National Welfare Fund, that is Russia hurting the Ukrainian people — how?” (KathJuliane)

The ordinary people of both countries are already being “stiffed.” These oligarch “fist fights” always bode poorly for the general populace.

“And how would Ukraine’s default make Putin the bad guy?” (KathJuliane) Good question.

IMHO Putin is a figurehead influenced by significant forces. The underlying issue always centers on the corrupt worldwide monetary system and multinational corporations who have no allegiance to country. That joint cartel has no semblance whatsoever of ethics or morality.

Their god is money and power. Babylon personified. Fair dealing is as foreign to them as most beautiful white snow is to blackest coal.

    @Donna chestergimli

JP Morgan (Rothschild) seems to have sanctioned Russia. What Citibank (Rothschild), Russia, is doing is also of note. “But the Russians are angry now at what J P Morgan has done.”

The ordinary Russian and Ukraine people are angry at the economic mess just as the ordinary people of America are angry with theirs as well. All the manipulations and intrigues only hurt the innocent.

At this stage of affairs there is only one component missing: what you can do to stop this all devouring monster.

One of the proposals on the table you can find on rebel pages. That is to off-shore all Jews to final destination in the places where they offshored and outsourced your own jobs, shops, factories, plants. where they shipped all equipment, machinery and know-how. One of the realistic methods.

After that national money, no taxes etc, etc.

“Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev announced cancellation of zero customs export duty on gas for Ukraine. (Thursday meeting, Gazprom)

“Considering the decreasing international legal grounds for the existence of the agreement and the denunciation of the agreement itself, I am making the decision to [annul] government resolution No. 291 of April 30, 2010,” Medvedev (that illusive contract again)

“This decision will have immediate direct consequences for Gazprom in future relations with [its] Ukrainian partners,” he added.

In April 2010, Russia and Ukraine signed a document known as the Kharkiv Pact, which established zero export tax for Russian gas. Gazprom increased the gas price for Ukraine by USD 100 to USD 485 per 1,000 cubic meters. (Alexei Miller, price increase due to export duty) Increase automatic from April.”

Who funded the rebirth of Russia in the 1990s, post Warsaw Pact? M. Gorbachev ( Ukrainian–Russian, Soviet President, 1990 to 1991) San Francisco Weekly, M.G. used the phrase “New World Order” in speech (Read Jim Garrison, Gorbachev Foundation)

Gorbachev saw that this would be achieved through UN, IMF and World Bank.

Chairman of Duma, Sergey Dubinin, insisted that IMF knew where funds were going. (Tyler Durden) And, it was not to the Russian people.

What part did IMF loans play in saving Russia from complete default in the late 1990s? Or were IMF fund loans a myth? Where did the Russian government get its initial funding from before the revenues of Gazprom started flowing?

Dig deeper into the connection between Noble Energy, Texas, and the Russian oil. Multinationals have their fingers in every pie.

Open Letter to Lutheran Pastor Herman Otten
    Editor, Christian News

(Hoffman’s note: While this writer’s essays and columns are banned from every Catholic newspaper of which we are aware, Herman Otten, editor of the Lutheran newspaper Christian News has regularly published our work, and he is keenly concerned with the issue of Talmud-instigated mockery of Our Lord.)

    Dear Pastor Otten

In case anyone wants to do anything with it, we have tweaked the flyer on the Talmudic Blasphemy Against Jesus and reissued it in pdf. at this new link):

We have also added new information at our blog, including photos, about an earlier Talmudist’s attack (scroll to the bottom for the additional details):

Unfortunately, most sound-asleep, so-called Christians have ignored our call to publicize this outrage, which is the main reason the devil rides so high in our world — Satan’s children work overtime for their master.

If this vandalism had happened to a synagogue situated near a traditional Catholic center, it would be all over the media — and the universities, the Pope of Rome and the Protestant Fundamentalists would all be fulminating against it at the highest pitch of sustained denunciation.

Being the miserable sinner that I am, I have a real fear of God and what He may do with me on Judgment Day, therefore this type of blasphemy is not something that I personally can ignore.

Apparently, most of my fellow Christian “activists” have a much higher standing with Yahweh and need not actively defend the Name of His Divine Son from these ongoing attacks (in 2012 the Trappist monastery in Latrun, near Jerusalem, was spray-painted with the “Jesus is a Monkey” graffito, and the monastery’s door was set ablaze).

There have been 29 similar attacks in the Israeli state in recent years, but they are so poorly publicized that the prominent Catholic theologian Dr. John Lamont has declared in print that Judaism poses no threat to Christians: (

As a student of occult ritual, I know that the systematic, ceremonial blasphemy of the Holy Names of Jesus and His Mother, is a psy war attack on the moral fibre of Christians, a way of calculating the degree to which we have sunk into apathy, amnesia and abulia, as well as demonstrating that the Kingship of Christ is non-existent.

When I googled “Jesus is a Monkey” this morning, April 4, I turned up exactly six news stories. Six. And guess what? Half of those pertained to the 2012 blasphemy, not the one that occurred just four days ago.

If I had googled “Missing Flight #370” there would have been a hundred or more news reports. If I had titled this column, “Mystery of Flight 370 Explored” I would have had the riveted attention of thousands of readers.

But protest and publicize an outrage against the Name of Jesus? Help to make this foul deed notorious? Who cares?

It is very interesting to discover what our priorities are.

I am reminded of the words of Jefferson, “I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever.”

In the Sacred Name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9-10),

Whose Side Is God on Now?
    Friday – April 4, 2014 at 2:33 am

    By Patrick J. Buchanan

In his Kremlin defense of Russia’s annexation of Crimea, Vladimir Putin, even before he began listing the battles where Russian blood had been shed on Crimean soil, spoke of an older deeper bond.

Crimea, said Putin, “is the location of ancient Khersones, where Prince Vladimir was baptized. His spiritual feat of adopting Orthodoxy predetermined the overall basis of the culture, civilization and human values that unite the peoples of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.”

Russia is a Christian country, Putin was saying.

This speech recalls last December’s address where the former KGB chief spoke of Russia as standing against a decadent West:

“Many Euro-Atlantic countries have moved away from their roots, including Christian values.

“Policies are being pursued that place on the same level a multi-child family and a same-sex partnership, a faith in God and a belief in Satan. This is the path to degradation.”

Heard any Western leader, say, Barack Obama, talk like that lately?

Indicting the “Bolsheviks” who gave away Crimea to Ukraine, Putin declared, “May God judge them.”

    What is going on here?

With Marxism-Leninism a dead faith, Putin is saying the new ideological struggle is between a debauched West led by the United States and a traditionalist world Russia would be proud to lead.

In the new war of beliefs, Putin is saying, it is Russia that is on God’s side. The West is Gomorrah.

Western leaders who compare Putin’s annexation of Crimea to Hitler’s Anschluss with Austria, who dismiss him as a “KGB thug,” who call him “the alleged thief, liar and murderer who rules Russia,” as the Wall Street Journal’s Holman Jenkins did, believe Putin’s claim to stand on higher moral ground is beyond blasphemous.

But Vladimir Putin knows exactly what he is doing, and his new claim has a venerable lineage.

The ex-Communist Whittaker Chambers who exposed Alger Hiss as a Soviet spy, was, at the time of his death in 1964, writing a book on “The Third Rome.”

The first Rome was the Holy City and seat of Christianity that fell to Odoacer and his barbarians in 476 A.D. The second Rome was Constantinople, Byzantium, (today’s Istanbul), which fell to the Turks in 1453.

The successor city to Byzantium, the Third Rome, the last Rome to the old believers, was — Moscow.

Putin is entering a claim that Moscow is the Godly City of today and command post of the counter-reformation against the new paganism.

Putin is plugging into some of the modern world’s most powerful currents.

Not only in his defiance of what much of the world sees as America’s arrogant drive for global hegemony. Not only in his tribal defense of lost Russians left behind when the USSR disintegrated.

He is also tapping into the worldwide revulsion of and resistance to the sewage of a hedonistic secular and social revolution coming out of the West.

In the culture war for the future of mankind, Putin is planting Russia’s flag firmly on the side of traditional Christianity.

His recent speeches carry echoes of John Paul II whose Evangelium Vitae in 1995 excoriated the West for its embrace of a “culture of death.”

What did Pope John Paul mean by moral crimes?

The West’s capitulation to a sexual revolution of easy divorce, rampant promiscuity, pornography, homosexuality, feminism, abortion, same-sex marriage, euthanasia, assisted suicide — the displacement of Christian values by Hollywood values.

Washington Post columnist Anne Applebaum writes that she was stunned when in Tbilisi to hear a Georgian lawyer declare of the former pro-Western regime of Mikhail Saakashvili, “They were LGBT.”

“It was an eye-opening moment,” wrote Applebaum. Fear and loathing of the same-sex-marriage pandemic has gone global. In Paris, a million-man Moral Majority marched in angry protest.

Author Masha Gessen, who has written a book on Putin, says of his last two years, “Russia is remaking itself as the leader of the anti-Western world.”

But the war to be waged with the West is not with rockets. It is a cultural, social, moral war where Russia’s role, in Putin’s words, is to “prevent movement backward and downward, into chaotic darkness and a return to a primitive state.”

Would that be the “chaotic darkness” and “primitive state” of mankind, before the Light came into the world?

This writer was startled to read in the Jan-Feb. newsletter from the social conservative World Council of Families in Rockford, Ill., that, of the “ten best trends” in the world in 2013, number one was “Russia Emerges as Pro-Family Leader.”

In 2013, the Kremlin imposed a ban on homosexual propaganda, a ban on abortion advertising, a ban on abortions after 12 weeks and a ban on sacrilegious insults to religious believers.

“While the other super-powers march to a pagan world-view,” writes WCF’s Allan Carlson, “Russia is defending Judeo-Christian values. During the Soviet era, Western communists flocked to Moscow. This year, World Congress of Families VII will be held in Moscow, Sept. 10-12.”

Will Vladimir Putin give the keynote?

In the new ideological Cold War, whose side is God on now?

Thank you for sharing the Michael Hoffman letter.

Many Christians are reawakening. Michael is absolutely right. We need to fear God’s Judgment since we have allowed such criminality, debauchery and degradation during our watch.

Each one of us is going to be held personally accountable as to how much Truth and how many good works we have spread into our own spheres of influence.

Of course, the criminals are counting on us destroying each other instead of solving the problems they have brought into our world. They must have a “cup bearer,” taste tester, line in their dining rooms a mile long. They are prisoners now of their own concupiscence and greed.

Exclusive: Bulgarian nationalists may topple government over Russia sanctions

(Reuters) April 1 – Bulgaria’s nationalist Attack party will work to topple the government if Sofia backs a new round of Western sanctions against Russia over its annexation of Crimea, the party’s leader told Reuters in an interview on Tuesday.

Attack holds the balance of power in the Bulgarian parliament, and its threat is an extreme example of the domestic pressures European governments face in taking a position on the worst crisis in East-West relations since the Cold War.

If the party pulls the plug on Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski’s minority coalition government, it could tip the European Union’s poorest member state back into political instability. Months of street protests felled one government last year and almost toppled its successor, at a time when the country was struggling to revive economic growth.

Bulgarian leaders’ position in relation to the Ukraine crisis is especially precarious. On the one hand, the country has pushed for closer ties with the EU bloc, which it joined seven years ago. On the other hand, it is almost entirely dependent on Russian energy supplies, and many Bulgarians feel a deep affinity for their giant neighbour across the Black Sea.

Attack, which is a noisy critic of the United States and Bulgaria’s NATO membership, is the only Bulgarian party to openly champion Russia’s intervention in the Ukraine.

“If the current Bulgarian government supports them (tougher sanctions), I will take a firm opposition line towards it and I will work for its toppling,” party chairman Volen Siderov said in an interview in his office in the Bulgarian capital.

[Aligning with the Bulgarian nationalist Attack party — the Socialist party!]

As well as the threat of Attack withdrawing its support, the ruling Socialist party also risks angering voters in the European elections in May.

The elections are seen as a key test for the survival of a government that has already faced down three confidence votes since taking power last year.

A Gallup poll last week underlined the country’s divided loyalties: 30 percent of Bulgarians supported Ukraine joining the EU, while 27 percent supported Ukraine forging closer links with Russia instead.

The Socialist party is a direct descendant of the communists who governed Bulgaria before the fall of the Berlin Wall, when the country was seen as Moscow’s most pliable ally. Many of its core supporters are pro-Russia.

Its conflicted position has led the government to send mixed signals about its intentions. Bulgaria allowed the first round of sanctions against Russia and twice took part in navy drills with a U.S. warship in the Black Sea. The prime minister said the country would not support further sanctions, but then also suggested Bulgaria would not veto them if imposed.

In any case, a new round of punitive measures might be fiercely resisted by many of the EU’s other ex-communist nations, who are fearful of Russia’s aggression but have the most to lose by imposing sanctions.

Not trying to be a smart alek here but the article by Brandon Smith is the kind of reason many of us are a little unsure of Putin.

“04.04.14- ‘Russia Is Dominated By Global Banks, Too’

I have already observed over the last couple of years that Brandon appears to ignore the word Jew or their involvement in world politics, so he probably isn’t too reliable.

    Dear Carol Ann,

Picking and choosing old out-dated or irrelevant info and making a mashup just to make some kind of statement about Putin and Russia doesn’t help make your point and just leaves me, and perhaps others, confused.

Russia paid off virtually all of her government debts from the 1990s, except for a small residual, by 2006 or so.

Russia is open to international investment in all sectors particularly in the state corporations (mostly the vital industries of strategic interest and infrastructure building) which Putin nationalized and restructured into basically public/private joint stock companies, which have various degrees of government ownership as shareholders.

The state share of these profits goes to financing various government projects, social services, and setting up special accounts on behalf of the Russian people, such as the rainy-day National Welfare Fund which was used to finance Ukraine Eurobonds.

What is the problem with that?

And, Moscow doesn’t recognize the current regime in Kiev as lawful, or the fact that the White House hand-picked coalition headed by Yats the Yid chased out the lawful president, and that he and his cronies blew off the February 21 Agreement.

By the way, I’ve seen photos of Yats’ own palatial estates reportedly a few hundred feet away from the now infamous Yanukovych’s mansion. And while from the outside Yat’s mansion is more understated and modest in scale, especially difficult to get a concept off since it is in a gated neighborhood, it is, nevertheless, still a mansion with sizeable parcel of land to it.

I’m sure you will find much more updated info at this site.

By all means, every wise person should have some reservations about current affairs and personalitites. Putin himself has stated that no one should be idealized, not himself and incidentally, he said that about Stalin, too.

First of all, Yanukovych is neither pro-EU, pro-Ukrainian, or pro-Russian, he is pro-Yanukovych. And all of the Oligarchs in their incestuous marriage of business with Ukrainian politics, are pretty much the same way, including the ridiculous but lethal Gas Princess, Yulia Tymoshenko.

As I recall, +BN documented in one of his articles that the top 50 Russian businessmen now only own 35% of the Russian GDP, and now have relatively little political influence.

These ex-Oligarchs, many of whom are overseas, were whittled down by Putin who offered something of a truce in criminal prosecution and civil suits as long as they invested in the Russian economy AND stayed out of Russian politics.

Putin has publicly said this corrupt robber baron economy is still a major problem for Russia, but he, Medvedev and the Russian parliament have been chipping away at it for a very long time through legislative reforms.

Most of the strategic industries have been nationalized, and are now structured as state corporations, with the state as senior partner owning at least 51%, such as I recall Gazprom to be.

At the same time, the top 50 Ukrainian businessmen own 85% of Ukraine’s GDP, which is in turn part of the the Russian economy because of the joint civil and military industrial business projects throughout eastern Ukraine.

All of the Oligarch regimes of Ukraine have been very adept at playing the EU and the RF to the advantage of filling their own pockets. It has been going on for so long, that is has finally caught up with Ukraine’s elites.

The poor Ukrainian people are suffering, and have been since 1991 because of the greed and avarice of the Oligarchs and the political clans. I absolutely don’t blame them for going to the Maidan in protest, because they are sick of all the Oligarchs and the political clans.

Pretty much what we see now is what Russian society was like in the Yeltsin years.

Nevertheless, as the head of state, President Yanukovych and President Putin inked an international agreement which was meant to stabilize the economy of Ukraine.

This has been something of a bidding war between Russia and EU, execpt that Yanukovych was pretty well backed into a corner after 20 some odd years of oligarchic abuse and corruption and imminent collapse of the Ukrainian economy.

Russia wrote the bigger check with the least constrictions and most beneficial terms meant to stabilize Ukraine and help, because after all, if the Ukrainian economy collapsed completely, it would have some effect on the Russian economy as well.

And Russia took measures to protect its end of the bargain and investment in Ukraine EU bonds by making sure there were specifically designed safeguards in the contract which would ensure timely repayments, and penalties if this was not done.

After all, Russia has had long experience with Ukraine’s chronic recalcitrance to pay what is essentially their gas utility bill under contract, and has done so with a patience my own local utility company would not stand for.

The industrial customers (especially the businesses owned by the oligarchs) don’t pay their gas bills; the regional and local utility authorities don’t pay their gas revenues, because the residential and small business customers don’t pay their gas bills, mostly due to unemployment and poverty, but these customers are very small potatoes compared to the industrial sector’s consumption of gas for industrial purposes.

Unfortunately its the common people who get hurt the most because they are already on the edge and have been for over twenty years.

Let’s say I am Ukraine, and Russia is my local municipal owned gas company. Just because it is publicly owned, doesn’t mean it’s not still a capitalist business, but run on behalf of the taxpayers of the city, and not private shareholders.

Don’t pay my bill for two months? No lights, no gas until I get it all paid. They might work once or twice with me as a customer because of unforeseen hardship in my life, but chronic non-payments or late payments because of irresponsibility?

Even worse, where I live, as part of my rental agreement, if I’m without electricity for 3 days for not paying the bill, I face eviction by my landlord.

Ukraine’s own state-owned gas corporate system was so corrupt and inept, that it stole gas in transit under contract for European countries, and was the major problem why European countries had difficulties too.

They don’t call Tymoshenko the Gas Princess for nothing. It wasn’t because of Russia’s Gazprom that deliveries failed to Europe, it was because of the irresponsibility and greed of Ukraine’s oligarch/state owned national gas companies.

Russia has remedied the problem of the European countries losing their gas supply separately contracted to EU in case Russia finds it necessary to shut of gas to Ukraine, by making sure that Gazprom has it’s own gas pipeline delivery system routed through Ukraine for direct delivery to Europe.

Before, Russia delivered the gas to the border of Ukraine, and then Ukraine delivered to Europe. Now Gazprom is responsible for delivery to the Ukraine-European border.

And the bottom line? Contrary to the EU coalition of liars, Ukraine was not at all required to join the Customs Union as part of the deal.

“Citi first entered Russia on the eve of the Revolution. In 1916, Citi, named at that time National City Bank (NCB), underwrote bonds to support the government of the Russian Empire as World War I took its toll on the countries’ resources.

Believing that Russia would soon emerge from the war and embark on a period of rapid economic development, NCB executives established a branch in Petrograd on January 15, 1917. Just two months later, the tsar was forced to abdicate and a new, liberal government took power. ..

Between 1920 and 1970, diplomatic and economic difficulties, followed by WWII and then the Cold War prevented the bank from re-entering the country.

In the 1970s, however, during the period of detente US-Soviet trade increased and there was greater contact between the two countries. In June 1973, the Soviet government gave Citi permission to establish a limited presence in the USSR and, in 1974; the bank opened a representative office in Moscow on Karl Marx Avenue. ..

In 1992, following the collapse of the Soviet Union and emergence of the Russian Federation on the global marketplace, Citi once again had the opportunity to open a representative office in Moscow.

Having opened its office on October 1, 1992, by November 1, 1993, the bank had received all the necessary licenses to provide banking services in the Russian Federation, thus becoming one of the first international banks to enter the Russian market.

In 1995, Citi advised Mosenergo – the largest generating company operating on fossil fuel in Russia – on the first-ever ADR issue by a Russian company.

It was Citi Russia’s first major deal after its opening. On February 7, 1996, the bank opened a branch in St. Petersburg. Citi engaged in business and development financing for government bodies and a wide spectrum of corporate clients.”

  72. KathJuliane April 4, 2014 @ 6:53 pm

    Dear Carol Ann,

How is any of what you wrote about Citi’s history in Russia relevant to today?

Citibank has a subsidiary, ZAO Citibank in Russia with investment funds and retail services, and customer branches throughout the federation, so it proves what?

Russia has been involved in international trade for centuries, all the way back to medieval times and traded with the Byzantine Roman Empire.

In fact, for all of the 19th century, Imperial Russia’s main trade, industrial and commerce partner was the USA, and each had granted the other most favored nation status.

Russia has a state capitalist economy, at least in the important strategic industries.

The fact is Citi has a very small footprint in the $2 trillion Russian economy and banking sector, as Citibank Russia is in competition with other banks for consumers, has to follow Russian banking laws, and has no political clout.

Last year, “In 2012 the revenue of ZAO Citibank, Citi’s full Russian subsidiary, reached $1 billion last year, while its net income exceeded $300 million.

“To compare, Citigroup Inc., which operates in more than 100 countries, generated around $70 billion in revenue worldwide.”

Not at all an immense presence compared to Citibank’s larger footprint in, say, Poland.

The current Governor of the state-owned central Bank of Russia is Elvira Sakhipzadovna Nabiullina.

She is a well known and internationally respected Russian economist and was Vladimir Putin’s economic adviser between May 2012 to June 2013 after serving as minister of economic development and trade from September 2007 to May 2012.

Oh, and she’s not a Jew, she’s ethnic Tatar. But then Putin goes for qualifications and talents, and citizens who have a ‘civic nationalist’ vision for the Russian Federation, which after all must take into account a very complex political system, four major religions, and over 150 ethnicities besides the major majority of ethnic Russians at 82% of the population.

Citibank disagrees with your analysis. And what type of banking laws does Russia follow?

Is the Russian system independent of the BIS worldwide system? Is Russia like Libya and Iraq were just a few short years ago, completely free and independent of the Rothschild Federal Reserve, IMF, World Bank and BIS system?

If it is, it stands with the only two countries left in the world that are completely free of that system. Is usury institutionalized within the system Russia is currently using? Is the system gold fiat or paper fiat backed?

Political “clout” is synonymous with the Money Power. So if Russia is truly free of the system, why did it find itself in the untenable situation of participating in an agreement that essentially literally gave its oil away in the not too distant past?

As to JP Morgan, another bit player on the Russian scene, JPM party line is to plead ignorance, never wanting to incur US government wrath. Apparently lying to Congress is less of an issue than transacting business with Russian businessmen.

JPMorgan could still process the embassy payment if U.S. regulators approve. “As with all U.S. financial institutions that operate globally, we are subject to specific regulatory requirements,” New York-based JPMorgan said in a statement. “We will continue to seek guidance from the U.S. government on implementing their recent sanctions.” A Government, that just happens to be owned by Rothschild and friends.

“Russia’s Finance Ministry has done business with JPMorgan. It picked the lender to improve the country’s standing among U.S. credit-rating firms. Putin said in 2011 the rankings given to Russia were an “outrage” that increased borrowing costs for domestic companies and the government.

JPMorgan also was among banks selected to advise Russia on a 1 trillion ruble ($28.5 billion) privatization program”. (Zero Hedge)

Guess JPMorgan also doesn’t figure high in Russian finance. Did the Finance Minister think they were going to get a deal? JPM’s only goal is to make money and lots of it.

If Putin starts barter system, that will be the beginning of the Hitler path. If Putin establishes a paper system like the Feder prototype, he is on the road. We don’t want another JFK. This time, there needs to be a worldwide response to the criminals. Leadership is just too easily targeted and silenced.

This time we need a worldwide response that “we’re not going to play your game anymore”.

Family’s prayers are with Putin and his government members, as our prayers are for all leadership worldwide. Seeking to lift morality out of the gutter and promoting restoration of family values are the highest goals of good governance.

At least, this is clear about him. Putin is not sanctioning national debauchery on his watch.

You are correct in that we need a world-wide response and others to join Vladimir Putin.

I personally believe that the banks (JPM and Citi) are walking a tightrope in Russia trying to get customers.

I think that in the name of patriotism, the Russian people should not do business with them at all.

They should remove all funds in them and place them in only Russian banks. The same with the populations in other countries.

This is possibly a prelude to the battle for Turkey and the return of Constantinople (Hagia Sophia) to Christian hands, as prophesized by Saint Cosmas of Aetolia and others including Elder Paisios.

We can also play a role now. All good Christian American’s please help pass H.R. 4347, the Turkey Christian Churches Accountability Act.

H.R. 4347 is a bipartisan bill that seeks to hold Turkey accountable for its confiscation and destruction of Christian sites in Turkey and in occupied Cyprus, as well as for it’s treatement of religious minorities.

Use the easy-to-use tool and sample letter to write to your Representative today asking that they sign on to this important measure. The more co-sponsors we can get, the greater the likelihood H.R. 4347 will make it to the floor for a vote!

Take action here. It only takes 30 seconds:

    Read the bill here:

Please pass this message on to family and friends.

I wouldn’t consider the Jewish people to be the first global people on this planet.

The Romans also held a superior complex that everyone appears to have a major problem with.

Martin Luther “The Jews and their Lies” (1543) pg. 5 – “And to fill the measure of their raving, mad, and stupid folly, they boast and they thank God, in the first place, because they were created as human beings and not as animals; in the second place, because they are Israelites and not Goyim (Gentiles); in the third place because they were created as males and not as females.”

This is the same concept as the Romans felt superior to the barbarians and as the Greek felt towards non-Greeks.

This is the human over sub-human concept that the modern Jews go by, as they are not religiously brought to the seed of Abraham and if the assertions are true that the Pharisees were only pretending to be Jews and not the real Jews, then they are not lineage-linked to the biblical Jews either.

I was listening to a very good show on Rense that explained how Martin Luther and also the Russian Romanov Czars loved humanity and people so much to where they were not hate-filled, but rather wanted and sought to protect people.

Nationalists are clearly not Jews, so I suppose it’s possible for the Jews to be the first globalists. They will probably be the only globalists because most people do care about their country, as I do even though I am so embarrassed with what America does.

America needs to abandon these people and figure out what made America so great instead of what is causing America to fall.

However, predictions are already being made that the modern state of Israel will fall within the next 10 years and when that happens, the modern political entity that governs America today will fall as well and all of the politicians that we discuss are going to go down in history as the people that loved Jews more than their own.

“personally believe that the banks (JPM and Citi) are walking a tightrope in Russia trying to get customers.”(Donna chestergimli)

Evidence is building that it is Russia walking the tightrope. Freezing of bank accounts and austerity threats are increasing. JPM and Citi are in my opinion a large underlying presence in Russian banking.

All worldwide banking is now under the BIS umbrella except for a few targeted countries. Those few countries who have a state run Central Bank will surely get the same brutal treatment to comply. The world enslavement banking superstructure is almost complete.

To illustrate: Gaddafi’s personal behavior aside, Libya was a country of great potential. NATO backed troops announced the creation of a privately owned Central Bank of Libya before the foreign invasion.

Libya had a government run central bank. The people of the country received free medical care at top notch hospitals, free education, NON INTEREST BEARING bank loans, stipend for newly married couple of $50,000 USD, cheap gas and bread, no taxes for those engaged in agriculture.

They had an irrigation project GMMR brought fresh water to the country.

All that has been systemically and brutally destroyed. Gaddafi was working toward backing the Dinar with the country’s vast gold bullion stores, thus representing a big threat to the banksters, effectively potentially bypassing them.

Gaddafi’s brutal killing was a warning. The country was reduced to ruins and the private Central Bank established. “Out of chaos bring order.”

The brutality of the techniques used to force compliance defy description. Seven countries were targeted for annihilation since 2001. They are right on schedule.

Always a private Central Bank springs from the ruins.

There are two loops of influence working concurrently, the “ordinary people” loop and the oligarchical financial corrupt money system loop.

If one is a politician, one knows of Gaddafi compliance techniques, has a great potential temptation for self-enrichment, and a strong motivation to stay within the profiteering or “go along” realm.

Few brave souls venture outside the loop as Lincoln, JFK and our Founding Fathers did.

That is why this time everyone altogether needs to refuse to comply. The system feeds on compliance.

Ukraine like Russia before it is in the process of another forced compliance.

I agree with you wholeheartedly that no one should comply anymore. People are beginning to resort to barter and small community currencies to bypass the corrupt money system.

The reason why some people are suspicious of people is for two reasons.

    1) “The Jews’ game is to divide and conquer.”

The Jews successfully did this in 1917 and then again in 1991, which of course leads to the conflict in Ukraine at the present time.

This is what Germany had to go through after the fall of the Second Reich and even after the fall of the First Reich when Napoleon went on a terror against England, Spain, Germany, and Russia. The difference between Napoleon and either Hitler or Putin is the fact that France was never divided up as far as their territory … oh, but Germany and Russia have both had to go through this.

So it appears that Putin is the bad guy because of the “territorial” dispute over Ukraine. Russia of course wants to re-conquer and take back ethnic Russians. That is a form of nationalism.

Ukraine on the other hand appears to also hold a nationalist card, but it’s not for Russia. That is the way it appears on the outside. I hope that Ukraine and Russia can work out their problems between the two of them and I think everyone just needs to mind their own business.

    2) There are still central banks in Russia.

Putin has been shown to be a leader that does not like debt and likes there to be a government control in spending. That’s rightfully so, look at the US’ debt and you’ll be floored.

So Putin is not playing this game at the moment, but there are boycotts being called against Russia.

The Jewish bankers that do this are more than likely hoping for Russia to cave in by using their banks, which then throws Russia into debt and then Russia then has to become subordinate to the Jews on basically whatever the Jews want, which would include territorial disputes of Georgia, Crimea, etc. etc. and it also takes away from looking in the best interests of ethnic Russians.

So clearly he’s doing something right because the world is placing boycotts on him. But now he’s going to have to figure out what his monetary step will be in move past these boycotts in the best interest of Russia to stay as a nationalist nation.

But I’m just trying to explain to you the dangers of the central bank, what these people, and there is no one on here that is attacking Putin.

People on here are happy for Russians, Russia, and if anything, they are jealous and they wish their countries’ leaders actually cared about them, as they are seeking a nationalist feeling within their own nation.

MOSCOW — Russia’s central bank on Wednesday (11-21-2013) revoked the license of a midsize Russian bank, Master Bank, and accused its management of siphoning off assets in insider deals, in one of the larger bank failures here in recent years.

The license revocation was sure to draw additional scrutiny for touching on the problem of high-level cronyism in the Russian economy. Igor Putin, a cousin of President Vladimir V. Putin, was a former vice president of Master Bank and serves on its board of directors.

The central bank governor, Elvira S. Nabiullina, said in testimony to Parliament on Wednesday that she had revoked the license for “dubious operations,” including providing loans to related parties and for falsifying accounts.

A deputy central bank director, in interviews with Russian and Western news outlets, elaborated that the bank’s capital was depleted because it had illegally provided loans to its majority shareholder and others in a clique of insider businessmen.

The bank would require a bailout of 30 billion rubles (roughly $910 million) from Russia’s deposit insurance program, a state news agency reported. It would be the largest bailout under the program since it was founded in 2004, though under other programs, the Russian Central Bank has offered larger bailouts.

In 2011, it provided 295 billion rubles to shore up the finances of the Bank of Moscow.

Police officers searched the bank’s headquarters on Wednesday as lines of worried depositors formed outside branches.

Ms. Nabiullina told Parliament that the bank’s capital had fallen at least 2 billion rubles below the level required to operate. “We were forced to take this extreme measure,” she said.

Although Master Bank was only the 41st-largest bank in Russia, its profile in the consumer banking market was higher than the ranking would suggest. The bank had said it possessed the third-largest number of automated teller machines in the country. By midday, some transactions, including all A.T.M. withdrawals, were halted.

Russian bank failures have been a searing and politically charged problem of the post-communist period. Widespread bank failures in an economic crisis in 1998 brought demands for greater order in Russia, easing the path to power of Mr. Putin, a former K.G.B. agent.

It was unclear how directly Mr. Putin’s cousin was involved in Master Bank’s daily business. Igor Putin has served on the boards and in the executive suites of several companies.

Though the governor, Ms. Nabiullina, was appointed by President Putin, she has used her first months on the job to try to emphasize the central bank’s independence by resisting pressure to lower interest rates, something the regulatory action Wednesday would seem to underscore.

Master Bank is majority owned by a Russian businessman, Boris Bulochnik, who also served as chairman of the board, the news portal reported.

Problems in second-tier Russian banks are common. Russia has more than 900 banks, though many are barely visible and operate as so-called pocket banks of wealthy businessmen or large companies, mostly handling operations with these client-owners.

Banking analysts say the large number of small banks with tiny pools of customers raises grave concerns about money laundering.

Ms. Nabiullina’s predecessor at the central bank, Sergei Ignatyev, said in a speech in February before stepping down that wide-scale money laundering plagued the Russian banking system.

The failure of Master Bank touched a delicate nerve of Russian business. Over the nearly 14 years that Mr. Putin has ruled Russia as president or prime minister, a close circle of acquaintances, relatives, associates and colleagues from the security services have grown fabulously wealthy.

Igor Putin’s daughter, Vera Putin, has also served as director of a Russian bank, Ganzakombank.

Critics have said that the president’s relatives and associates in business are evidence of the deeply entrenched corruption that flourished during the oil boom. Mr. Putin has repeatedly denied any involvement in aiding the business careers of associates or relatives. — New York Times Andrew E. Kramer 11/20/13

Addressing the “dubious operations” of cronyism and off shoring of laundered money through Russian banks (any other bank worldwide) is essential to return the trust of the ordinary people.

    That is current history.

Lucrative Moscow contracts have gone to a chosen few. Worthy politicians are barred from participation in the sphere of influence by various “dubious operations”. This pattern is worldwide. If a money system is corrupt, it spreads its nefarious influence corrupting nearly everything it touches.

There are specific reasons why certain individuals are being sanctioned. Since this is a much bigger picture than a simplistic “good guys” vs “bad guys” scenario. The worldwide scourge needs correction.

Ukraine, Russia and the West have been heir to these “dubious operations” for far too long.

Ordinary people are always the disinherited, certainly not the gangsters.

Lawmakers call on oil and gas producers to ditch ‘dirty, bloody dollar’

A group of Lower House MPs are urging Russian oil and gas producers and traders to stop using the US dollar. They say this means sharing profits with the USA, and making Russia vulnerable to western sanctions.

“The dollar is evil. It is a dirty green paper stained with blood of hundreds of thousands of civilian citizens of Japan, Serbia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Korea and Vietnam,” one of the authors of the motion, Mikhail Degtyaryov of the conservative nationalist party LDPR said in an interview with Izvestia daily.

Degtyaryov also said that Russia already had a bilateral agreement with China allowing payment in national currencies and this proved that such step was possible.

“Our national industrial giants will not suffer any losses if they choose to make contracts in rubles or other alternative currencies. Russia will benefit from that.

We should act paradoxically when we deal with the West. We will sell rubles to consumers of our oil and gas, and later we will exchange rubles for gold. If they don’t like this – let them not do this and freeze to death.

Before they adjust, and this will take them three of four years, we will collect tremendous quantities of gold.

Russian companies will at last become nationally oriented and stop crediting the economy of the US that is openly hostile to Russia,” the MP said.

Degtyaryov is known for drafting an official bill banning the US dollar in Russia.

He told reporters that this document has been recalled from parliament and amended with a ban on the euro and promised to re-submit the new draft to the Lower House in the near future.

On Wednesday the head of leading state-owned bank VTB, Andrey Kostin, also urged Russia to start transitioning to ruble payments with all its trading partners, including China and Western Europe.

Kostinalso said the switch should begin as soon as possible, and that exporting companies should lead the way in adopting the change. According to the banker the plan could help to lower the country’s dependency on “the whims of US and EU authorities”.

However, industry experts have warned against hasty moves saying that sometimes the transition to a different currency was simply impossible.

The head of the Trade and Industry Chamber’s committee for financial markets, Yakov Mirkin, said that at present the international practice was to calculate oil and gas prices in US dollars as the international reserve currency.

“We cannot swim against the current. This is how the whole thing works. Maybe such a thing will be possible in 10 or 15 years, but not today,” Mirkin noted.

Head of the PR department of the Russian state oil corporation Rosneft, Mikhail Leontyev, said that his company was bound by contract obligations and the fast switch to a different currency was simply impossible.

Putin says Russia will launch national payment system, like China and Japan

    Published time: March 27, 2014 12:54

Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russia should create its own national card payment system, following the example of China and Japan. They diversified away from global monopolies like Visa and MasterCard and launched their own systems years ago.

“These systems work in countries like Japan and China, and they work very well. At first they worked nationally, circulating in their own market in their own territory, for their citizens, and now they are becoming very popular,” Putin told the upper house of parliament on Thursday.

“Why don’t we do that? We have to do this and we will do this,” the president said.

The president said the Japanese payment system first operated domestically is now used in 200 countries.

In his speech the president warned that Visa and MasterCard, that control about 85 percent of all card transactions in Russia, are doomed to lose if they choose to withdraw from the Russian market.

The recent block of certain banks by Visa and MasterCard pushed Russia to speed up the development of its own national payment system.

On Monday, Russia’s biggest lender Sberbank said the PRO 100 payment system, that’s been in development for a couple of years, will be launched on a massive scale within months.

  98. KathJuliane April 8, 2014 @ 11:19 am

    Dear Carol Ann,

    First off, please enlighten me.

When and with whom was it that Russia found “itself in the untenable situation of participating in an agreement that essentially literally gave its oil away in the not too distant past?”

Was that when Russia was still down and out, before the IMF and Club of Paris were paid off in 2006 and 2007?

You wouldn’t be confusing the oil for commodities deal between Iran and Russia which is close to being sealed to defy the illegal US-led sanctions against the Islamic Republic, would you?

So, according to your figures, Russia’s average wage is currently the equivalent of USD $806 a month, approximately 28,945 Rubles -net 25,183 Rubles. But Russia’s economy and price indexing is based on the ruble not the dollar.

I live on about $800 a month disability without HUD, so pay my own rent, while the average wage for Americans is, according to your figures, US $4537.50.

Looks like my dollars would go further in Russia.

No, I haven’t been to Moscow. Have you? But I have a number of friends who come from the FSU, and lived through the terrible 80s and 90s. My late husband was also from St Petersburg and lived through those times, too.

As far as “100 miles outside of Moscow,” you haven’t a clue, it seems, of the RF’s complex political organization and hierarchy of federal subjects, their widely varying regional economies, the disparity of incomes and debts region by region, and what Russia’s real problems are including high rates of sickness and early mortality, the ruination of the ’90s by “austerity” and “shock treatment” and how the country is still trying to rise from the ashes on all levels.

In less than 15 years, Putin and Medevedev and a host of others who share their vision for Russia have raised up a bankrupt country thanks to Yeltsin and the 90s economic and privatization free for all, which was run into the ground by the oligarchs and the theft of Russia’s national wealth, much of which made its way to Israhell.

One of the top priorities for Russia right now in its strategic planning is the building, improvement and expansion of its infrastructure, particularly transportation systems in order to pave the way for further economic development and other improvements in the regions.

Many parts of Russia still lack potable water since the collapse of the USSR.

For example, Sochi was a regional city that had been living under near-Third World conditions since long before the Olympic reconstruction began, and even lacked potable water.

The West jeers at the estimated costs of $51 billion for infrastructure and hosting costs for the Games.

Russian officials and the International Olympic Committee have since said it is only fair to count $6.4 billion of direct hosting costs, as the rest has gone to major development and infrastructure building over the past 5-7 years.

Western detractors snidely joke about “the road which could be paved with caviar” because of the costs, but in fact the costs for the “road” also included railroad construction and infrastructure as well.

Russian Railways was the General Partner to the Olympics and Paralympics. Their contract made them responsible for the following projects as part of the overall development of the Sochi infrastructure:

    Constructing roads and railways
Station and Terminal Construction and Modernisation
Establishment and Operation of Freight Yards
Construction of new wing at Cape Vidny sanatorium

They were also responsible for constructing and upgrading 157 km of roads.

Think about this. Most Olympics are held in major cities, while Sochi is a small city.

Beijing Olympics cost $47 billion (inflation adjusted), the city is home to a population of 20 million and well supplied with hospitality offerings, sporting venues, and infrastructure (transport, medical, administrative, etc) befitting the capital city of China.

In contrast, the small city of Sochi lacked prerequisite engineering sophistication, project management talent and labor required to address the challenge of an Olympic transformation.

Hence, the federal investment program was kicked off with port facilities required simply to receive construction materials and equipment, as well as construction of housing facilities for imported project management and labor.

The Soviet Central Planners for the Soviet Union designated Sochi as the premier vacation resort in one of Russia’s few subtropical zones.

However, like all Communist System consumer undertakings, it was typified by constrained capacity with access doled out each year to a privileged few.

As Russia’s largest resort city today, Sochi’s available capacity fell far short of the vacation demand of Russia’s 143 million citizens, resulting in high occupancy rates and even higher prices.

The upshot is an annual exodus of holiday seekers to venues in Europe and Asia, despite language and cultural barriers.

The Olympic Games were used as a reason for investing the needed resources into developing the Greater Sochi area and to a large extent this whole coastal region, and Russia is hoping to repeat the success of Barcelona, which raised its appeal for tourists and businesses through its 1992 Games.

Putin has also said that he was against turning Sochi into a gambling resort after the Olympics, because the Black Sea city would then lose its traditional holidaymakers — middle-class families with children.

In the meantime, Putin said to Sochi’s public council that the government would investigate charges of inflated costs and embezzlement of funds for the infrastructure development of the city and area.

The Soviet transportation infrastructure was marginal in its time, and it was literally disintegrating in the 90s.

This fact, more than anything made something of desert of the rural lands and collective farms as the country folk in the villages and towns were forced to go to the cities in order to survive.

Due to the 90s collapse, there are still regions of the RF which are now without potable water, too.

The collapse of the Soviet Union and the accompanying economic upheaval began about 1985 when Perestroika started. The economic situation got progressively worse, with the very worst hitting in the early 90s.

During and after the Soviet disintegration, wide-ranging reforms including privatization and market and trade liberalization were undertaken, including radical changes along the lines of “shock therapy” as recommended by the United States and International Monetary Fund.

Hyperinflation resulted from the removal of Soviet price controls and again following the 1998 Russian financial crisis.

Assuming the role as the sequel to the legal personality of the Soviet Union, Russia took up the responsibility for settling the USSR’s external debts, even though its population made up just half of the population of the USSR at the time of its dissolution.

Formerly, all enterprises belonged to the state and were supposed to be equally owned by all citizens, at least in theory, in a communist society where some comrades were more equal than others. Now, these state-owned enterprises instead fell into the hands of a few, the communists turned hyper-capitalists and became immensely rich — the oligarchs.

Stocks of state-owned enterprises were issued, and these new publicly traded companies were quickly handed to the members of Nomenklatura or known criminal bosses.

The Nomenklatura referred to the Communist Party’s governance to make appointments to key positions throughout the governmental system, as well as throughout the party’s own hierarchy.

They were a category of people within the Soviet Union and other Eastern Bloc countries who held various key administrative positions in all spheres of those countries’ activity: government, industry, agriculture, education, etc., whose positions were granted only with approval by the communist party of each country or region.

Specifically, the nomenklatura consisted of two separate lists: one was for key positions, appointments to which were made by authorities within the party; the other was for persons who were potential candidates for appointment to those positions.

The Politburo, as part of its nomenklatura authority, maintained a list of ministerial and ambassadorial positions that it had the power to fill, as well as a separate list of potential candidates to occupy those positions.

All this resulted in a major economic crisis, characterized by 50% decline of both GDP and industrial output between 1990–95. The privatization largely shifted control of enterprises from state agencies to individuals with inside connections in the government.

Many of the newly rich moved tens of billions in cash and assets outside of the country in an enormous capital flight, some of whom beat feet for Tel Aviv. My husband told me something like 85% of Russia’s wealth took flight, in mostly the hands of the Jewish Oligarchs.

The depression of the economy led to the collapse of social services; the birth rate plummeted while the death rate skyrocketed. Millions plunged into poverty, from 1.5% level of poverty in the late Soviet era, to 39–49% by mid-1993.

By the time the Soviet Union collapsed in December of 1991, the retail stores were routinely empty.

In the winter of 91-92, starvation on a national scale was narrowly averted, but many people died from extreme hunger, cold and malnutrition anyway.

  99. KathJuliane April 8, 2014 @ 11:33 am

    @Carol Ann

In 1992, “The First Default” hit and the currency took a plunge, obliterating everyone’s savings.

Housing in the USSR was government-owned, and eventually was privatized by residents; but the majority of people managed to keep a roof over their heads.

But it still meant freezing winters, faltering heat, cold homes, cold classrooms in college, cold offices and industrial plants, wearing coats and jackets everywhere indoors.

Not many people were actually laid off from their jobs. The government institutions and services were hit very hard, the industry was at standstill, and some plants closed.

Most, however, simply didn’t pay salaries for months and there was very little work to do. But things were still moving, public transportation was working, and people still had some access to basic medical care and services.

By the time the Soviet Union collapsed in December of 1991, the retail stores were routinely empty.

In the winter of 91-92, mass starvation on a national scale was narrowly averted, not that the population was to escape the various effects on health and psyche.

The federal government used to plan and control every aspect of one’s life in Russia.

While inefficient, it did provide a sense of security and self-righteous comfort. The economic collapse was disasterous on the people.

The more invested people were in their job-related identities and past achievements, the worse it was for them. In general, women fared better than men. The elderly were in trouble.

In order for my husband to take care of his very elderly father who needed nursing home care in Russia, my late husband P.L. worked in the home paying for his care with his own labor. Food was still short, and in addition to working in the care facility, P.L. had to go to the grey and blackmarkets to get decent food for his father.

When it came to poor adjustment to the new paradigm and reality, the middle-age men were hit hardest; too many couldn’t adjust to the changes and were content to sit around in their cold and empty offices and workplaces with no other work to do, drinking tea or stronger drinks and swearing at the government.

Oftentimes it was their wives who buckled down and traveled the railroad with large cloth bags in hand to do the “shuttle trading” to feed their families.

An important but unconventional service in Russia’s economy was “shuttle trading” — the transport and sale of consumer goods by individual entrepreneurs, of whom 5 to 10 million were estimated to be active in 1996.

Traders bought goods in foreign countries such as China, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates and in Russian cities, then sold them on the domestic market where demand was highest.

Yevgeniy Yasin, minister of economics, estimated that in 1995 some $11 billion worth of goods entered Russia in this way. Shuttle traders were vital in maintaining the standard of living of Russians who could not afford consumer goods on the conventional market.

However, domestic industries such as textiles suffered from this infusion of competing merchandise, whose movement is unmonitored, untaxed, and often mafia-controlled.

The birthrate plunged. About 15 or 20% of children who were born during that time exhibited more language delays and other learning problems than those born a decade before or after.

Abortion rate rose astronomically, and many children were abandoned as orphans, or turned over to orphanages by their mothers who remained in contact, but were unable to care for them.

Medical studies following these grown children have found malnutrition related chronic diseases and disorders such as development disorders, bone deformities and stunted growth in adults which are symptomatic of Russian children suffering nutritional deficiencies and malnutrition who grew up in the 90s.

Younger men, those in their 20s or early 30s, took the plunge more often, going off the beaten career tracks and into either business, the grey or black markets and/or organized crime as it happened.

Some of them were quite successful; just the average folk who hustled as entrepreneurs, without any of the connections that the oligarchs had.

The life span of men in Russia was mid-fifties, but since 2011 the average is 62, still about 12 years lower than that of women. There is another demographic gap among the males in their late 30s and 40s. A lot of the latter were simply killed off in gang wars of the 90s; others are now succumbing to the delayed effect of stress: heart attacks and degenerative diseases.

And alcohol. A 2009 study blamed alcohol for more than half the deaths (52%) among Russians aged 15 to 54 in the ’90s. For the same demographic, this compares to 4% of deaths for the rest of the world.

I know this is true because my late husband, a Russian national who immigrated here in the mid ’90s live through this time in St. Petersburg and told me much about his life in those times. A few years ago, he had a heart attack and passed on at 56, and he was not an alcoholic.

In 1992, “The First Default” hit and the currency took a plunge, obliterating everyone’s savings. Virtually everyone resorted to subsistence farming to survive. Everybody had a “dacha” – a small plot of land, sometimes with a summer house, sometimes not; whoever didn’t have one rushed to get it.

The limiting factor in the survival, on both the level of the individual and the community, was not the ability to produce your own products and not even the available resources or lack of them.

It was transport and infrastructure – the ability to trade, deliver your surplus elsewhere over medium and long distances and from there get other things you need.

This is why rural areas and small towns in Russia, like your “100 miles outside of Moscow,” took an exceptionally hard hit in the 90s. Being in a remote location makes it difficult to deliver surplus to others in a timely manner for trading or exchange, especially with the Soviet era roads being as derelict as they were.

The government budgets dried up, the collective farms collapsed, the village school closed, the general store (already empty) closed and abandoned; there was no library, no cars and no gas for them, no TV reception.

Nothing left but to drink yourself into oblivion, making bad home-made vodka from your decaying surplus grain. The sense of community is gone, people fled trying to make it to the cities.

“When President Yeltsin took over from President Gorbachev, the overall death rates in young men more than doubled. This was as society collapsed and vodka became much more freely available.

“Researchers say alcohol consumption has fallen by a third since then and the proportion of men dying before they reach 55 years old has fallen from 37% to 25%.”

Alcoholism is a major social and national health issue which the government, civil society, and the Orthodox Church are actively involved in reducing.

In the past few years, restrictions were placed on when alcohol could be sold and advertising was banned on TV, radio, internet and billboards.

The “dachas” were a different matter – they were clustered in suburbs and used by town dwellers and they were flourishing, but in the villages there are still many deserted houses to this day.

A similar thing happened in small towns centered around one industrial enterprise. The enterprise closed, the rest of the town’s local small industries such as bakeries and milk processing served local needs only.

In a town such as that, the roads were better and one can bring in things to trade – but one can only sell as much as people can purchase, and people can’t purchase much since there is no other way to make money besides the meager salaries of teachers and doctors.

Those who stayed back and managed to work in the new conditions — reorganizing collective farms efficiently, running their own personal farms, organizing local industries and revitalizing their communities through those activities – did fairly well.

Organized crime moved in very quickly to control all the trade and businesses. Mafia and gangs banded together based on location and/or ethnicity. The gangs came with guns and demanded a regularly paid share of profits and surpluses.

Taxes in the 90s on business gross income were so outrageous, P.L. said they were about 110%, and regulations so insane, that it was cheaper to deal with “the shadow government” and pay “taxes” of 38% to them to get protection and get something done with the bureaucracy.

With organized crime came all kinds of vice and the gangs’ businesses of gambling, prostitution, drugs and human trafficking, and turf wars. The not-so-glamorous past of many people, including top models, goes back to those kinds of things.

And of course the white slave trade to Tel Aviv prostitution rings marketed Ukrainian, Russian, and other women from the FSU which is still a problem today.

In Russia personal and corporate security grew as an industry. Many ex-army officers and military conflict veteran got involved into the security business and contracting with foreign countries.

You simply can’t measure any of Russia’s progress from 1990, but from 2000, when Putin was first elected to office.

By 2007, Russia was debt free to the IMF and the Club of Paris.

“Interestingly, Rosstat just posted some statistics on average monthly wages broken down by Federal subject. As you can see, there is extreme variation between the average wages in different parts of the Russian Federation.

“Moscow, of course, came in substantially higher than most areas with an average wage of 53,953 rubles (roughly $1700) per month compared to an all-Russia average of 25,046 (around $800).

“But what is interesting when you look at the chart is the relative paucity of regions that are anywhere close to the average – there are a few regions that are a lot higher, and many which are substantially lower, but there are only a few which are right around the 25,000 mark.

“Indeed the most “average” area of Russia, judging by mean wage, is the Jewish Autonomous Oblast, a tiny region in Eastern Siberia that borders China and has, even by Russian standards, a checkered and bizarre history. [It only has a population of about 5,000, so don’t get excited – Kj]

“Even more interestingly, many of the lowest-wage regions were in the Central Federal CFBK -3.81% District while many of the highest-wage ones were in Eastern Siberia.

Obviously it’s difficult to get accurate economic statistics out of the Northern Caucasus, but, according to Rosstat, many areas in central Russia were basically at the same level as Dagestan and Chechnya (which is to say “really, really poor”).

This is basically the opposite of what you would expect to find in a random country much less an “empire” – you’d expect the traditional “center” would be relatively more developed than remote areas.

“It would thus appear that a long-running and peculiarly Russian phenomenon in which the center is underdeveloped in comparison to the periphery hasn’t really abated yet.”

    @Carol Ann

Is there a reason why you did not provide the entire context of the JP Morgan quote you cherry picked from Bloomberg Businessweek?

I suppose JP Morgan can be dodgy when it comes to Congress, but you couldn’t prove it from the actual article you cherry picked, which mentions nothing about Congress or JP Morgan’s lies to it.

The article does state that an unidentified Treasury official made an advisement concerning sanctioned individuals or companies.

In fact, the context of the article runs contrary to what you’d stated, in that JP Morgan blocked a transaction of the Russian government itself to a business bank account at JP Morgan, and was not an incidence of Morgan conducting direct business with a Russian businessman as you claimed.

As in “JP Morgan froze a remittance of less than $5000 from the Russian embassy in Kazakhstan to the Sogaz Insurance Group (implies they have a bank account with JP Morgan) which is part-owned by OAO Bank Rossiya (less than 50%),” the one blacklisted by the White House? (Not the same as the Central Bank of the Russian Federation).

“The biggest U.S. bank thwarted a remittance from the Russian embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan, to Sogaz Insurance Group “under the pretext of anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the United States,” the ministry said yesterday in a statement on its website.

Sogaz is part-owned by OAO Bank Rossiya, a St. Petersburg-based lender facing U.S. sanctions over the Ukrainian crisis, according to its website.

(Bank Rossiya is only the 15th largest customer bank in Russia. President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has asked Bank of Rossiya to open a branch there. He figures if the US sanctioned it, must be a good bank to deal with.)

Interfering with the transaction was an “absolutely unacceptable, illegal and absurd decision,” Alexander Lukashevich, a ministry spokesman, said in the statement.

U.S. companies are advised to act with caution and make their own risk assessments when a sanctioned individual or company holds a significant stake of less than 50 percent in a

business or controls it by other means, said a Treasury official who asked not to be identified, citing department policy.

JPMorgan could still process the embassy payment if U.S. regulators approve, the person familiar with that dispute said.”

Russia is somewhere over twice the size in territory as the US, and has less than half the population (142 million to 312 million).

There are 101 million people over the age of 25, yet Citibank has only 50 banks in 12 cities and 500,000 credit card customers in the Russian Federation.

Citibank has 941 banks in the US, with 2 1/2 times the population. In 2011, Citi was hacked and access was gained on data from 200,000 customers.

“The bank said about 1 percent of its North American credit card holders had been affected, putting the total count of customers exposed in the hundreds of thousands, based on its annual report for 2010, which said it had about 21 million credit card customers in North America.”
    ( )

500,000 vs 21 million in North America. Still a small banking footprint in Russia, and their investment and “special assets” aren’t all that big, either.

“While Citi’s exposure to individual countries like Ukraine is minimal, KBW said the banking conglomerate’s combined exposure to emerging markets is “increasing meaningfully” and any contagion to Poland or Russia would be “meaningful.”

Earlier this week, Citi disclosed $130 million of net investments in Ukraine, where the bank acknowledged “political changes, civil unrest and military action” have contributed to “significant economic uncertainty and volatility.”

Citi said substantially all of that investment is hedged, but also listed total third-party assets of about $600 million at a Ukrainian subsidiary.

KBW said it believes the “greater risk” to Citi is contagion to Poland, the bank’s largest exposure in Eastern Europe.

Likewise, Citi disclosed $10.3 billion of select assets in Russia at the end of 2013, excluding cash and other assets.

KBW said that means Citi’s exposure of total assets is “likely higher” than $10.3 billion, but noted details for the company’s ZAO Citibank subsidiary were not available.

Citi, of course has its own investment portfolios, but at $10.3 billion, that’s less than the $15 billion that was in the National Welfare Fund before it was tapped into for the $3 billion Ukraine Eurobond purchase, and a very small player in Russia’s $2 trillion economy.

The RF has something like 900 banks. All of the Too Big To Jail Banks, like Citi and JPMorgan, have a relatively small finanical footprint in Russia because they have to follow the same highly complex laws, and even more as foreign bankers and investors, as the domestic banks do.

Why don’t you study the Constititution of the Russian Federation yourself concerning the state Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Unlike our so-called privately owned, quasi-public Federal Reserve Bank System and its presidentally appointed Board of Governors who are answerable to no one even though Congress has nominal “oversight,” the single Governor of the state Central Bank of the Russian Federation is answerable to boththe president and the Russian parliament.

  102. KathJuliane April 8, 2014 @ 12:38 pm

In its monetary policy decisions the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is far less independent than many other central banks.

Although the Law on the Central Bank states that the central bank performs its duties independently of other state organs, doesn’t mean that it is a completely independent institution. The law also says that the central bank must plan and carry out monetary and financial policy in cooperation with the Russian government.

Oh, and it is subject to routine government control and auditing, too. Russia has a government bean-counting department: the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

“Status of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation by the Constitution of Russia and the Federal Law “On the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation”, according to which the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation is a permanent body of financial control, which is formed by the Federal Assembly, the bicameral parliament of Russia and accountable to it.

The work of The Chamber is guided by federal law, carries out the assignments of the Federation Council and the State Duma. As part of its objectives Chamber has the organizational and functional independence. It is the supervisory body of the Federal Assembly, but is not a structural unit and formally applies to the legislative, executive or judicial branches of government.”

“The control and audit activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation are realized in the following areas of control:

    — control over timely performance of the federal budget revenues and expenditures in terms of volumes, structure and designated purpose, assessment of the federal budget

    projects feasibility;

    — control over timely performance of the federal budget revenues and expenditures in terms of volumes, structure and designated purpose, assessment of the feasibility of projects for state non-budgetary funds;

    — definition of the efficiency and practicability of the state property use, control over federal budget revenues arising from disposition and management of state property;

    — control over the status of the internal and external public debt of the Russian Federation and the credit resources use; control over the banking system as regard to the servicing of the federal budget and public debt of the Russian Federation.

The control powers of the Accounts Chamber cover all the state bodies (including their offices) and institutions of the Russian Federation, federal non-budgetary funds, local authorities, enterprises, organizations, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions, their unions, associations and other alliances regardless of the type of ownership, in case they:

    — receive, transfer, use the federal budget funds;

    — use federal property or manage it;

    — have tax, customs or other privileges and advantages provided for by the federal law

or federal bodies of state power.

Besides, the control powers of the Accounts Chamber cover the activity of public associations, non-governmental funds and other non-governmental non-profit organizations (in regard to receipt, transfer and usage by them of the federal budget funds, usage and management by them of federal property, as well as in regard to tax, customs or other privileges and advantages provided for by the federal law or federal bodies of state power).

All bodies of state power of the Russian Federation, local authorities, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of the ownership type, and their officials are to provide at requests of the Accounts Chamber
the information, vital to ensure its operation.

Then, after all that, an annual external annual audit of the Central Bank is conducted and put out for bid to Russian and international audit firms.

That’s a world of difference from our own Jew-owned and out of control Fed who, despite being nominally under Congressional oversight, consistently thumbs its nose and with a Bernanke-smirk, says “Go to hell, it’s none of your business” whenever the subject of an audit comes up.

Then the quasi-public Fed goes waltzing in to Congress with shopping list of bailouts and funding demands for their Too Big To Jail Wall Street cronies.

    @Carol Ann

Last but not least, I found nothing at all on Putin’s alleged palace in Tuscany, but did find plenty of tabloid stuff about the “$1 bln Italianate Palace On the Black Sea.”

Was there something about “Italianate” that suggested to you that another alleged Putin palace was in Tuscany, Italy?

Putin’s rumored palace in Tuscany (oddly not one mention of such when I searched), the playland of rich Brits, ex-pat Russians who are political enemies of Putin and escaped to the UK, the elites of the world, and the place where Sting inadvertently hired mafia-connected companies to renovate his own estates there?

If it’s rumored or alleged, then it is not fact, is it?

For the mansion on the Black Sea, and Putin’s alleged ownership of it, according to you, we are to completely depend on the rantings of one man, Sergei Kolesnikov, Russian businessman (and doubtless, a former oligarch) and former associate of Putin, now living outside of Russia, who wrote an open letter to President Medvedev in December 2010, claiming to be an eyewitness.

Further, Kolesnikov freely admits that he has no documents or other evidence proving that Putin secretly owns or owned said Black Sea mansion.

As the record stands, Alexander Ponomarenko bought the place in March 2011 for around $350 million (£215 million) from a Nikolai Shamalov, another former associate of Kolesnikov, and two of his partners.

All you have on Putin at this point, is guilt by association.

Furthermore, I know Carol Ann has a castle herself, and she belongs to the Herst family. See, I can prove it with this picture, and because I said so.

    God bless!

    Dear Mary,

As Carol Ann posted above as an example, there is only ONE central bank in Russia, not a central bank system of a main bank and regionals, and it is the state owned Central Bank of the Russian Federation, answerable to the government.

The article clearly states that Ms. Nabiullina took action against the offending bank, as authorized by Russia’s laws for the Bank of the Russian Federation, and then testified to Parliament.

I’m happy to see yet another step in Putin’s grand strategy of rolling back “dubious operations” and cleaning up the corrupt money system which grew from the troubles of the late 80s and 90s.

Apparently the Russians don’t have a problem with a central bank as long as the state owns and controls it on behalf of the Russian people and the national interests, is answerable to the government, and transparent to the public.

Certainly not the case with the Federal Reserve.

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation in all of its history was a state bank in the imperial era founded by the Tsars, it was reorganized as a state bank at the start of the Soviet era under a different name, and reorganized again as the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

It is answerable to the government, not to other other investors and crony bankers, and doesn’t make a joke of testifying to our Congress. It has one governor who is appointed by the president, not a board of governors.

It is audited by the government (Ministry of Finance), and then the Ministry of Finances sends out bid invitations each year for external independent auditors. The external auditors are selected from both Russian and foreign accountant firms in open bid competition.

The Central Bank of the RF is legally defined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and must follow the laws legislated for it.

By law, 50% of the Bank of Russia’s profits must go to the government, and the rest is retained for the Bank of Russia’s own financial operations.

In 2006, Putin paid off Russia’s debt to the IMF some 3 and 1/2 years early. He also paid off the much larger loan balance from the Club of Paris. Hungary is free of the IMF as well, paying off their debt I believe in the last two years or so.

Not only that, but all of the old outstanding Soviet debts assumed by the Russian Federation are pretty much paid off, too.

As of 2008, in less than 10 years, Russia emerged from bankruptcy to being one of the largest financiers of the US current account deficit.

It currently has the 8th largest GDP in the world at 2.4 trillion dollars. It’s projected to become the 5th largest by 2020.

In 2008, the public Stabilization Fund of the Russian Federation was split into two separate public investment funds on 30 January 2008.

According to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

“The Reserve Fund is a part of the federal budget assets. The Reserve Fund is dedicated to ensure financing of the federal budget expenses and maintaining federal budget balance in case oil and gas budget revenues decline.

“The Reserve Fund contributes to stability of the Russian Federation economic development by means of reducing inflationary pressure and insulating national economy from volatility of earnings generated by export of non-renewable natural resources.

“Actually the Reserve fund substituted the Stabilization fund of the Russian Federation.

“However in contrast to Stabilization fund, the Reserve fund accumulates not only federal budget revenues from production and export of oil, but also revenues from production and export of natural gas and oil products.

Maximum size of the Reserve fund is limited to 10% of the Russian Federation GDP forecasted for the corresponding fiscal year.”

The second fund is the state National Wealth Fund, from which the loans to Ukraine were drawn from, and to which the first tranche of $3 billion is owed to by Kiev.

“The National Wealth Fund (NWF) is a part of federal budget assets. NWF is dedicated to support pension system of the Russian Federation to guarantee long-term sound functioning of the system. Fund’s primer assignments are to co-finance voluntary pension savings of Russian citizens and to balance budget of Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.”

Putin issued a mission statement on the eve of his assumption of office as acting president on January 1,2000. It was a visionary document produced with the assistance of his then newly established Center for Strategic Reform while he was acting Prime Minister appointed in 1999.

In it, Putin pledged first to give Russians what they longed for most of all, after the utter rape and desolation they’d experience in the 90s — stability, certainty, and the possibility of planning for the future — their own and that of their children — not one month at a time, but for years and decades.”

Furthermore, no doubt not far from the back of Putin’s mind, was being born a few years after the war and growing up in the still ravaged city of St. Petersburg (then Leningrad) after the 870 some odd days of the German seige and blockade of the city which his parents survived, but an older brother did not, who succumbed to diphtheria.

Putin’s conviction that a nation can make meaningful plans for the future only to the extent that it has control over its own fate is reflected in his repeated references to, and particular definition of, the notion of Russian sovereignty (Putin’s modern “autocracy”) drawn from the 19th century tsarist motto of “Orthodoxy, Autocracy, and Nationality” (Patriotism).

For him, and most of the Russian elites and common people, sovereignty means being able to shape one’s own destiny independently — Let no one else determine Russia’s fate.

Putin and his colleagues believe that Russia completely lost its sovereignty in the late 1980s and 1990s under Mikhail Gorbachev and Boris Yeltsin. In 2006 and 2007, Russia freed itself from the Moneylenders.

Russia’s greatest weakness was its financial state, and its removal and restoration to financial independence was a precondition for even beginning to deal with other weaknesses spelled out in the Strategic Plan.

When Putin assumed the post of prime minister in August 1999, Russia was bankrupt and effectively in receivership.

The nation owed $17 billion to the IMF alone, while its foreign currency reserves were under $8 billion and shrinking.

What would eventually change the situation was the boom in world oil prices, certainly by Providence.

For a year after his election as president, the upward trend continued, then it turned down again in mid 2002 and boomed again in mid 2004.

Such uncertainty over Russia’s oil wealth dictated a very conservative policy of financial management.

A stabilization fund was then established in 2004 to absorb the extra profits of the oil companies and redirect them to paying of the country’s foreign debt.

In Jan 2005, it paid off the debt to the IMF, and in 2006, paid off the remaining balance of the $23 billion owed the Club of Paris.

Russia has a trade surplus: Exports — $542.5 billion (2012 est.); Imports 358.1 billion (2012 est.)

As +BN has documented elsewhere, the Russian oligarchs of the 90s no longer rule or control the politics of Russia like they still do in Ukraine.

For the Russians, the constitutionally authorized central bank seems to be working out very well, but only because it is under so much control and oversight, and certainly not in the hands of Jewish Bankers, like our own Federal Reserve System is.

You seem to be concerned about what the WEST says against Russia.

    Forget about the WEST.

That’s just JEW misinformation and Propaganda.

Most Countries in the West are BANKRUPT.

The JEW World Order Rothschild’s Criminal Banking Mafia have intentionally Bankrupted the World.

    Basically it is BLACKMAIL.

Russia is NOT Bankrupt and seems to be going along very nicely.

As Brother Nathanael so rightly points out that “The West is ruled by Brainless Women, Queers and JEWS.”

I would like to add to that list War Criminals, Murderers and Thieves.

The JEW World Order USA is Bankrupt.

The JEW World Order EU is Bankrupt.

The JEW World Order NATO is Bankrupt.

The JEW World Order South Africa is Bankrupt.

    WW3 very soon Definitely.

It’s very simple America is BANKRUPT. In DEBT to $60 TRILLION.

Next step is to START A WAR.

The JEW World Order has planned this for 100 YEARS.

Bilderberg meeting will give us the date to start the War.

    WW3 very soon.

    Dear Snowy Smith,

I’m not at all concerned about what the West has to say about Russia, other than addressing what other people have tried to pass off in the way of misinformation and/or ignorance.

    I agree with you 100%.

Russia, although it has a long way to go, between 2000 and now is certainly a world class example of what a nationalized economy and financial system can do under the leadership of a strong, moral Christian head of state, and a government who share the vision of “Putin’s Plan.”

Fiscally conservative, small federal debt, has a separate Ministry of Finance which administratively controls the central bank and sets financial and economic policy and procedures under the supervision of the president, prime minister, and legislature which is constantly passing legislation for reforms and to roll back criminality and corruption, etc; I know that Russia is doing something right!

What heartache for “ordinary” meaning “wonderful, hardworking, honest, non-oligarchic” Russian people. Sad, so sorry, and unfortunate.

If we had honest monetary systems worldwide, these terrible situations would no longer occur. Ethical, honest, fair dealing citizens who exchange goods and services using honest “money” are the heart of a solid monetary system and just society.

Russia is a member of the BIS system. “The Bank of Russia or the Central Bank of The Russian Federation is the central bank of The Russian Federation…The Bank of Russia carries out its functions, which were established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation (Article 75) and the Law “On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)” (Article 22), independently from the federal, regional and local government structures.”

‘Under Russian law, half of the Central Bank’s profit has to be channeled into the government’s federal budget. The Central Bank of Russia unlike Belarus National Bank, Ukraine or Kazakhstan is member of BIS.”

Things are rapidly changing for the beleaguered area.

“Russia will take part in discussions on an IMF financial package for Ukraine,” stated Andrei Bokarev, head of Finance Ministry, International Relations dept.

“Ukraine should seek a loan from the IMF to avoid an imminent default, but would have to meet demands for difficult structural reforms.” Russian Finance Minister, Anton Siluanov, stated Sunday.

“Ukrainian banks will be provided with necessary liquid assets, including cash…if it will remain under open control of the National Bank of Ukraine” quoted newly appointed Chairman Stepan Kubiv ( NBU official website). Check whose umbrella NBU is under and Chairman connections. No surprise.

Arkady Dvorkevich, Kremlin chief economic adviser, said “that Russia would favour the inclusion of gold bullion in the basket weighting of a new world currency based on special drawing rights issued by the IMF.” Absolutely, no surprise, since this was planned since 1987.

Ukraine is being modified to join the BIS system. When one joins the BIS system, one is under the umbrella of Rothschild Central Banks. Countries are softened up through austerity, civil unrest and worse if they resist this. The other dominant theme is the oil and natural gas resource issue.

The Ukraine pattern is the latest of a template used in Greece, Libya and all the other “shake downs” of the last ten years. First, spark civil unrest due to real grievances caused by the very people who will later come in as the rescue squad.

Second, if the existing government cannot be bought off or pressured, overturn it and install an IMF friendly regime. Third, bring on the IMF formally with all its sovereignty destroying clauses and demands.

Fourth, claim that this is what the ordinary people needed all along. They needed austerity in the form of poverty, confiscation of nation’s resources, wrecked job market, confiscation of nation’s gold, oh really. John Helmer, Moscow, “Dances with Wolves.” Rothschild, Russia and why everyone is getting upset about Crimea. Follow the energy trail of oil and natural gas.

Money and energy trails are inextricably intertwined. Rothschild interests and influence have been in Russia since the Bolshevik Revolution. I believe that the plug can be pulled on Russia at any time. Just as the plug is now being pulled on America. And the Ukraine area. Every country is vulnerable. None are immune.

Every country is owing to the usurious system.

BIS worldwide monetary control grid is almost complete. The gold backed system is their offered savior.

Worldwide takedown orchestrated by the IMF hidden behind supposed nationals.

God’s Justice is coming against the criminals. It will cross international borders. All who have broken His Commands and refuses to change are under His Judgment. He wanted us to treat each other fairly, with abundant kindness and helpfulness. Not the mess made by and against mankind that is now apparent.

Liberty depends on the distribution of power so it is a very good thing that Putin has drawn a line in the sand.

If only the American military would defend the Constitution that it is sworn to defend and join with the Russia military to dismember Israel a big part of the world’s problems could be solved overnight.

Israel is nothing more than an organized crime safe house.

You have no idea the nights I lay awake thinking how great that would be!

A neo-crusade against the TRUE enemy of mankind, the Synagogue!

Sweep from nation to nation, after mass trials, imprisonment/executions/confiscation of assets from those who have caused the deaths of foreign peoples and the young fools at home, all for their Satanic owners.

Within a few months we could complete the transfer to Madagascar as was originally put forth before the West foiled, (rather than aided), Hitler’s plan to stop the “International Jews” mass slaughter in Eastern Europe.

The one thing that is really giving me trouble is Mr. Putin signing into law penalties for speaking the truth about the phony holocaust.

It’s as if the ground has been pulled from under me.

    Another Crypto-Jew of prominence!

The family of Cardinal John O’Connor has recently made a stunning discovery — the New York archbishop’s mother was born Jewish, and her family is buried in a Jewish cemetery in Connecticut.

O’Connor, archbishop of New York from 1984 until he died in 2000, had a brother and two sisters. One of those sisters, Mary O’Connor Ward, recently wrote a column for Catholic New York, explaining the revelation about her family.
