We keep hearing that bugaboo word “Antisemitism.”
It’s become our ‘daily bread’ and in different flavors too.
You like it ‘Democrat?’
It’s diced with nazi spice.

If Bloomberg gets in, with his synagogue buddies backing him—Schumer, Feinstein, Blumenthal, Schiff—then an actual surge of real Antisemitism could occur.
Gun confiscation will be seen as a ‘Jewish platform,’ and taking on the NRA—the core of White Christian America—will be seen as ‘Jewish infringement,’ and won’t fly without a fight.
Are Jews really trying to get kicked out of this country?
It’ll be Antisemitism on steroids.
It’ll be open season against ‘Jewish’ high treason for their criminalizing of the Constitutional right to bear arms.

Now, don’t get sucked into this spitball squabble between Democrat Jews and Republican Jews.
Jews on the left, Democrats, say that the alt-right, whom they call Nazis, and Trump, who they say enables them, are ‘a threat to Israel.’
Jews on the right, Republicans, say that the Democrat radical left are the threat.
Well, that’s a family affair. And as far as Jews are concerned, the goys are not family. So don’t let them suck you into their soap opera.
You see, it’s all about what’s good for Israel, and ultimately, which both sides of the aisle agree on, what’s good for the Jews. Gentiles need to see where their own interests lie, and not Jewish interests.
And besides, both sides of the Jewish aisle never argue about if Israel should exist, but how it can exist. It’s a deflection.
Jews always point to tangible objects as the threat, like ‘neo-Nazis’, the alt-right, ‘that anti-Semitic blogger and lead demagogue Trump’. But the real threat is the invisible, all permeating, all-encompassing threat world Jewry that American Jews fight for.
Yes, World Jewry, which has its tentacles in every facet of society’s operating scheme.
You just have to understand how Jews work. I do. They don’t fool me.
You see, I grew up in Jewry. I know their game from the inside.

Oh, wait!! Bernie Sanders was among the first to announce his bid for the presidency! Only, Bloomberg isn’t a Marxist (or is he?) as is Sanders. Bloomberg isn’t only a Jew, he’s a Zionist, to boot .. And he wants to confiscate all firearms from White Nationalists. Good luck with that.
In one of Virginia’s more rural counties, Sheriff Rick Walters told the gun-grabbers in that state he wasn’t going to enforce these unconstitutional laws passed by the Virginia Legislature. The best thing about it all is that the Sheriff is the highest elected position in the counties, and they can tell Richmond to keep its gun-grabbers right there and stay out of the 2nd Amendment “Sanctuary Counties”.
The same can happen in New York State. The Sheriffs in the outlying counties can proclaim them as “Sancuary Counties” for the 2nd Amendment and refuse to enforce unconstitutional gun control “laws”.
This, plus the anti-Semitism kickoff 2020 will surely have the ADL, AIPAC, and all other like-minded lobbies running for cover;D
What Bloomberg fails to realize is that the Browns and Blacks don’t like Jews any more than they like sodomites such as South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg. He can use his money all he wants to fund his campaign, but that won’t help, with the “people of color” rejecting his bid for POTUS.

What an amazing and amusing Video this time, and wise words not to get sucked up into the never-ending intra-tribal political feuding and infighting between the Jews.
For one thing, if you have three Jews in a room arguing with each other, they’re going to have at least 10 different opinions on the same subject. Most Jews were, and are, brought up to argue and debate issues of the day not only in synagogue, but at the dinner table simply for the Jew’s joy in arguing for the sake of arguing.
And, in the end if there are irreconcilable differences between Jews at odds with each other, the Jew will shrug and say, “What can I do? He’s a Jew.”
You hit the nail right on the head about Israel. Very few Jews actually believe that Israel should not exist and should never have been established. The 100+ years of Zionist clawing and infighting is all about the political structure of the Zionist state, not whether it should exist or not.
Otherwise, the choice among Democrat and Republican Jews is Democratic Zionism or Zionist Nationalism respectively, and the real debate is essentially whether Israhell should be a ‘democratic Zionist state’ (meaning, binational equal civil rights) or whether it should be a Jewish state formalizing their defacto two-tier citizenship status for Arabs.

Original title: Inside the Proud Boys’ War With The New York Police State
Last month, two members of the New York chapter of the Proud Boys, Maxwell Hare and John Kinsman were sentenced for four years in prison related to a brawl last year near the Metropolitian Republican Club.
The men went to the venue to attend a comedy show by Gavin McInnes. When the event was over, masked anarchists ambushed them around a street corner, but the Proud Boys won the fight.
The NYPD did not arrest any of them on the night of the incident, as there were no victims or serious injuries.
It was only after a social media campaign using footage from misleading angles taken by left-wing political activists Shay Horse (who is currently suing the police in Washington DC for arresting him during rallies at Trump’s inauguration) and ✡Sandi Bachom that other activists in the media and New York political establishment ordered the police to act.
It’s hard to argue that men sneaking around in the shadows wearing baraclavas and refusing to talk to the police are “victims,” but the prosecutor ✡Joshua Steinglass argued just that.
In an almost unprecedented mockery of American justice, defendants Maxwell Hare and John Kinsman were not able to face their accusers as nobody was accusing them other than anonymous tweets from “NYC Antifa,” nor did the anarchist “victims” testify against them.
✡Jake Offenharz, a hard leftist being platformed by the Gothamist, was largely responsible for the narrative that led to Governor Andrew Cuomo ordering the draconian crackdown.
According to a lie concocted by Offenharz picked up by mainstream outlets, Hare was bragging about beating the “foreigners,” when audio clearly proves he said “four” (the number of antifa members they fought).
This was compounded by claims that the scuffle was fueled by “homophobia” because some of the Proud Boys said “faggot” in the heat of the moment.
The Proud Boys were further dragged with claims that they are Nazis, skinheads, white supremacists and other labels.
Even a cursory examination of writings and footage of the Proud Boys shows they are far more multiracial than the Democratic Socialists of America, have numerous Jews and homosexuals in their organization, and are by and large just a flag-waving Trump fan-club.
One of the men being imprisoned, Kinsman, is in an interracial relationship, while Hare is known among New York Proud Boys to be unusually hostile to “racist” speech.
But when they were before Judge Mark Dwyer, the facts were all irrelevant and their white skin was the only relevant factor in the case, with Dwyer rationalizing his extreme penalty by exclaiming: “I know enough about history to know what happened in Europe in the 30s,” and going on to suggest that hipster clown Gavin McInnes is Hitler.
The conservative movement has by and large been silent about this travesty, largely motivated by pressure from Zionist groups like the Anti-Defamation League or the lack of “respectability” of men in Fred Perrys filmed physically defending themselves and their liberty. With a few exceptions like Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter, it’s safe to say they have thrown the Proud Boys under the bus in this case.
The Antifa Police State
Most of the major players involved in setting up Hare and Kinsman are Jewish (Bachom, Offenharz, Steinglass, etc), and while the Proud Boys by and large do not harbor skepticism towards organized Jewry, the latter have been doing everything in their power to stick their faces right in it.
Last week the Proud Boys rallied for Hare and Kinsman, which coincided with banner drop over the Queens Midtown Tunnel mocking Governor Cuomo as “Fredo,” – a mocking term inside the Italian community that famously triggered Cuomo’s brother to have a meltdown – and another one in Brooklyn bringing attention to Judge Mark Dwyer’s politically selective court.
The mainstream media and Cuomo only reacted to the “Fredo” banner, but what really angered left-wing extremists was the banner exemplifying the Dwyer’s double standard in Williamsburg.
“The banner was not anti-Semitic at all. The point was to inform the Orthodox community how a Rabbi who was convicted of molesting children was given a year, mostly time served, by Mark Dwyer and released back into their community, while two patriots involved in a minor scuffle were given four years by the same judge” a Proud Boy told National Justice when reached for comment.
He is referring to the case of Williamsburg Rabbi Baruch Leibovits, who pled guilty to 8 counts of sexually abusing a minor. Judge Dwyer sentenced Leibovits to a year with time served, which meant the Rabbi only did an additional three months for the repeated abuse of a child from 2004 to 2005.
Career-oriented individuals like Dwyer often codify corrupt rulings from the shadows. With these banners, Dwyer is exposed as what he is: an accomplice in the rape of children as well as in codifying tyranny against decent men doing what is right.
Sadly, instead of being outraged, members of the Jewish community and extreme-left groups lashed out against the banner, accusing them of “anti-Semitism” anyway.
Twitter personality @AntifashGordon✡, who rarely breaks from posting people’s personal information on social media, unleashed a hysterical tweet storm against links between Jews and child sexual abuse. Antifash Gordon is Jewish himself, and widely believed to be a member of a Judeocentric communist group ominously named “Outlive Them.”
Another Zionist tweeter, ✡Lireal Lowenstein, demanded Cuomo comment on the banner “targeting Jews.”
The twitter account belonging to New York City Antifa went one step further, posting a video of themselves burning the banner.
In the video, two Brooklyn-based anarchists, Christian Erazo (of the EastRev music label) and a skinhead who goes by “Ian Edward” are shown with their faces obscured, igniting the strip of cloth in what appears to be a decaying warehouse. Erazo, in the flatcap and boots, and Ian, in the Adidas shirt, have both been trying to astroturf a soccer hooligan group centered around the third-tier team, the New York Cosmos.
“Brigada 71,” the gang in question, organizes out of the East River Bar in the heavily gentrified Williamsburg bridge area. These “antifa” hooligans are best known for trying to pick fights with Guatemalan immigrants they have labeled Neo-Nazis.
When asked about whether the Proud Boys were intimidated by the alliance of media, cops, communist groups and Andrew Cuomo outright threatening them, they doubled down with moral certainty.
“One of our guys had a baby born while he was locked up. He will not know his child until they are 4 years old. These people are heartless animals.
We will not be the bodies Cuomo and company build their political careers on. We will continue to embarrass him and his Antifa lackeys for 4 years if we have to. The Proud Boys aren’t going anywhere.”
Whatever their ideology, the sense of brotherhood and solidarity within the group is admirable. That, more than anything, explains why the Proud Boys now find themselves being targeted by the powerful.

In this quiet corner of Essex stands this little church, raised up as the sun was going down on Saxon England, nigh on one thousand summers ago.

The first victims of the Normans were the Old English themselves, the most venal of whom soon accepted the dubious privileges of the race-based and then class-based Norman Establishment.
The Normans, the shock-troops of the new spirit of Western Europe, which had made the Western Church into a State, brought Old England to rack and ruin by fire and sword, leaving the fortunate to flee to Constantinople and Southern Russia.
Their next victims were the Celtic peoples, the Welsh, the Irish and the Scots. And after them rulers and barons spread their lust for power abroad in bloodletting in Europe in vain, dynastic claims.
Then their descendants sought after power and commerce and exploitation overseas, and that ended in the slaughter of the Great War, when a million young people from these islands were sent by heartless leaders to futile deaths in a Continental war.
As the poet Maurice Hewlett wrote in 1916 in his The Song of the Plow:
‘The governing class is by the race even now preponderatingly Latin-French with a Scandinavian admixture; by tradition, breeding and education it is entirely so. All the apparatus, all the science, all the circumstances of government are still Norman!’
For nearly the whole of the second millennium England and all these islands have been caught up in something other than Orthodox Christianity – because neglecting to seek first the things of the Spirit, the Kingdom of Heaven.
Yet behind and beyond the delusions of recent history still there shines that full brightness and beauty of the Christian heritage of that other, inner England of the Old English.
Accepting the Faith from Celt and Roman alike, in the West of England there lies Glastonbury and its inspiring legends. On the Somerset coast, in a secret place, the little Saxon church at Culbone still recalls that spirit.
In the North, Holy Island and the traditions of St Cuthbert are called to mind in the church at Escomb in County Durham. And in the East there is Canterbury, the Mother-City of English Christianity, whose old spirit can still be felt in the church at Bradwell, which the Apostle of Essex, St Cedd, built down by the sea.
For underneath the outer England with all its illusions that the Normans brought and imposed, flowed and still flows another Christianity, still continued in the East, though cruelly harassed and at times disfigured by States and their hirelings.
This Christianity is Orthodoxy. Some, glancing at it superficially, might see in it only a foreign ritual or folklore, a mere culture, but it is in fact the Gospel Faith, the Faith of the Apostles and the Fathers, the Faith and rightful spiritual heritage of the Christian Commonwealth of the first millennium.
To it, this land, these islands and all the Western corner of Europe once belonged, before that revolutionary movement of the 11th century which cut them off first from their own past, one thousand years of Faith, and then from all the Christian East in Europe and Asia and Africa.
Orthodox Christianity is the Faith revealed to the repentant in their quest for the Holy Spirit; it is thus that confession of the Holy Spirit which brings us to partake of the Heavenly Jerusalem.
Should we accept this Orthodox Christianity, we would thus accept the struggle for the Holy Spirit; the struggle for the soul of English History, the soul of England; and in so doing we would accept, ‘not ceasing from the mental fight’ of prayer, the struggle to build Jerusalem here ‘in England’s green and pleasant land’.
That is to say we would accept the struggle to rebuild the Orthodox Christian heritage of the English land and people, the denormanising of our hearts and minds, the restoration and resurrection of England.
And this struggle is foreshown by the standard that flies above many of England’s churches, as above Orthodox England, the blood-red cross on the field of white, the standard of the Resurrection and the standard of Jerusalem and the standard of England.
For after struggle we shall pass from the ‘dark, Satanic mills’ of the ‘mind-forged manacles’ of human reason that rejects the grace of God, to the bright, Paschal joy of the heart that leaps, as it is lit by the grace of God.
And the very stones of this little church, grown anxious in their watching and waiting as they approach their thousandth anniversary, whisper to me that it must be so.
Even so, Come, O Lord Jesus!

The Battle of Hastings and the Norman Conquest
I
Harold Godwinson was crowned king of England on January 6, 1066, soon after the passing of King Edward the Confessor.
Although his reign was very brief, Harold started to fulfil the vows he made to the English people on the day of his coronation: he issued new laws that protected citizens from injustice, patronized churches and monasteries, and strengthened defences along the shore line.
It is possible that King Harold did even more, but many documents of that time were destroyed by the Normans after the conquest.
In Harold Godwinson, England gained a truly noble ruler: he was an honest man, a patriot, and a pious, forgiving Christian.
Much of his life was spent on the battlefield. As a soldier, Harold fought for his country, but if there was an opportunity for a peaceful solution, he always favoured it over war.
He was merciful to defeated enemies.
In one battle, Harold was wounded and became partially paralysed.
He prayed for a long time, and the affliction left him. In order to express gratitude to God for his miraculous recovery, Harold built the stone church of the Holy Cross in the town of Waltham.*
The church, thanks to his efforts, obtained many holy relics and was beautifully decorated inside. It was the place where Harold stopped to pray on his way to the Battle of Hastings.
The honourable king had many enemies; among them was William, Duke of Normandy. William was a cousin of King Edward and believed that, as Edward’s only living relative, he was heir to the English throne.
According to Anglo-Saxon tradition, however, the crown of England was not inherited, but given to the most worthy man [by election]. The king was elected by a council called the Witan, which consisted of bishops and aldermen.
The decision of the Witan did not mean anything to William. Infuriated by the news of Harold’s coronation, the Duke of Normandy gathered a large army to fight the Anglo-Saxons.
King Harold knew about the danger and was prepared for the Norman invasion. But, as William’s fleet was moving towards the island, England suddenly was attacked in the north by the King of Norway. Harold first had to fight the Norwegians.
Having won a hard battle, the exhausted army of Anglo-Saxons marched for seven days to the south – to meet William.

1066, eight years after the Great Schism of 1054, came the fateful Battle of Hastings and the conquest of Anglo-Saxon England led by William the Mamzer and the Jews.
This first historical crusade targeting England had the express Papal endorsement in the form of the Papal Banner, a Relic and a Papal Blessing which were issued by the Pope.
Pope Alexander II’s very strong assumption seems to have been that William would bring the English church further within the sphere of Roman influence. In 1066, he entertained an embassy from William, Duke of Normandy, after his successful invasion of Brittany.
The embassy had been sent to obtain his blessing for William’s prospective invasion of Anglo-Saxon England.
Alexander gave it, along with a papal ring, the Standard of St. George, and an edict to the autonomous Old English clergy demanding they submit to the new regime or be excommunicated or worse. These favors were instrumental in the submission of the English church following the Battle of Hastings.
Count Eustace carried his papal insignia, a gonfanon with three tails charged with a cross, which William of Poitiers says was given to William I to signify the pope’s blessing of his invasion to secure a submission to Rome.
The conquest was further supported by the Assembly of Cardinals thanks to the persuasion of two scheming Romanist clerics, Prior Lanfranc of the Abbey of Bec, a trusted servant to Duke William, who was entrusted to go yet again to Rome to gain papal support for William.
While in Rome, Archdeacon Hildebrand, the political power behind the papal throne, had his own plans far beyond assisting the Norman Duke.
Archdeacon Hildebrand’s plan was to establish a temporal power base throughout Italy and beyond, by using those newly seized Byzantine Roman and Lombard lands of Southern Italy and Sicilia established by Norman mercenaries, such as Robert Guiscard Conqueror of Naples. Some of these new nobles had sworn themselves as fiefs to the Papacy, thus these ‘Priest-Knights’ obtained political recognition through the Roman Catholic Church.
By increasing the number of devoted Normans willing to conquer new lands for the church and establish new fiefs, Rome could obtain a massive power base not only in Italy but over the alps and indeed wherever such fiefs could be founded.
The Archdeacon’s only problem was the lack of Normans capable of seizing such lands.
It would further these plans greatly if the Duke of Normandy and perhaps the future King of England would give his support if not his available nobles.
There also arose the question that if Duke William was willing to submit to the authority of Rome on a temporal matter, namely the question of the succession, would William be willing to submit England as a fief to Rome!
Copies of the Papal Blessing were made and sent from the Abbey of Bec to all those heads of state who may wish to join William in his crusade, clearly indicating the position of Papal Rome.
William denied Harold’s mother and the dowager queen a decent Christian burial for her son, and permitted the dishonorable desecration of the slain king. His body was so badly mutilated by the Normans that only his wife could identify the remains.
Harold’s remains were taken from the battlefield and secretly buried by monks in the Church of the Holy Cross which he had personally founded.
After the conquest there followed a Papal decree which set the penance for having killed in a ‘public war’, a war that was sanctioned under the terms of the Truce of God.
The Battle of Hastings was fought on 14 October 1066 between the Norman-French army of William, the Duke of Normandy, and an English army under the Anglo-Saxon King Harold Godwinson. And so it was the beginning of the Judeo-Norman conquest of England, and the roots of the complex historical relationship between the Englishman and the Jew.
Jews entered England with the invitation and blessing of Duke William the Mamzer.
Believing that their commercial skills and incoming capital would make England more prosperous, William I invited a group of Jewish merchants from Rouen, in Normandy, to England in 1070.
However, Jews were not permitted to own land (as most gentiles were not allowed to own land) or to participate in trades (except for medicine).
They were limited primarily to money lending. As Roman Catholic Church doctrine held that money lending for interest was the sin of usury, Jews dominated this activity.
The earliest immigrants spoke Judeo-French founded on the Norman dialect.

William of Malmesbury (“Gesta Rerum Anglorum,” ed. Duffy, p. 500) distinctly states that William the Conqueror brought the Jews from Rouen to England, and there is no reason to doubt his statement. The Conqueror’s object can easily be guessed.
From Domesday it is clear that his policy was to get the feudal dues paid to the royal treasury in coin rather than in kind, and for this purpose it was necessary to have a body of men scattered through the country that would supply quantities of coin.”

Electronic Intifada: Jewish Defense League (JDL) Canada thugs attack York students then cry “anti-Semitism”
Canadian politicians are echoing fabricated claims of anti-Semitism after students rallying for Palestinian rights were attacked by a violent anti-Palestinian group at York University in Toronto last week.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has asserted that “violence and racist chants” were directed at Jewish students, and blamed “anti-Semitism.”
But available evidence, including video, paints a completely different picture: It was pro-Israel extremists who attacked students protesting the presence of Israeli soldiers on their campus.
On 20 November, Reservists on Duty held an event at York University, hosted by Herut, a Canadian group affiliated with Israel’s far right.
The organizers billed the event as an opportunity to hear from “real Israeli soldiers.”
Campus group Students Against Israeli Apartheid said it decided to protest the event because, it alleges, the “Israeli military, using Herut as a vessel, has been seen actively recruiting on campuses across Canada which is, in fact, illegal.”
Yet when the students showed up to rally for Palestinian rights, they say they were met with violence and intimidation.
“Palestinian students and students who turned up in support were assaulted and violently attacked during the rally,” according to Students Against Israeli Apartheid.
“Marshals and nonviolent protesters were kicked, spat on, shoved and were subjected to racist, sexist and Islamophobic slurs.”
SAIA alleges that “One protester was choked with his scarf” by a member of the Jewish Defense League.
Another was punched in the back of his head and taken to hospital, according to SAIA.
One anti-Palestinian activist was caught bragging on Facebook that “one of my boys knocked one of their guys out” and he was “out cold for like 10 minutes.”
Yet requests that campus security remove the Jewish Defense League members who were “threatening and assaulting protesters” were ignored, SAIA says.
Israel supporters reportedly attempted to steal students’ phones and have admitted to stealing Palestinian flags in order to beat students with the flagpoles.
Yet many prominent politicians have joined Trudeau in falsely portraying supporters of Palestinian rights as the instigators of violence.
“I wish that there was a way for the university and politicians who were echoing these false sentiments to get a better look into what actually happened,” Mohammed William, a member of SAIA and Campuses for Palestine, told The Electronic Intifada.
“We have video evidence of prominent members [of the JDL] saying they were here to take care of the protest, yet we’re the ones that were blamed for the violence that broke out.”
The incident is reminiscent of accusations that supporters of Palestinian rights engaged in “anti-Semitic” protests during a conference at New York’s Bard College last month. Those claims, made by The Forward’s opinion editor Batya Ungar-Sargon, have been thoroughly refuted by multiple witnesses.
Smear campaign
Despite evidence that Jewish Defense League members were the ones chanting racist slogans and assaulting Palestine solidarity protesters at York University, high-profile figures in Canada joined the JDL and Israel supporters in a smear campaign against the students.
The Jerusalem Post claimed that “600 violent, pro-Palestinian protesters” chanted “Intifada, Intifada, go back to the ovens.”
No video evidence has surfaced to support this shocking charge.
Yet Israel supporters on Twitter quickly spread the story.
Adam Milstein, a convicted tax cheat and a leading Israel lobby funder, also repeated the claim, again without providing any evidence.

It would be very helpful if you would do a video that explains how and why Jesus Christ equated himself with the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, and also with how the Jews today want to rebuild this same Holy Temple in Jerusalem again now, in order to prove that the gospel of Jesus Christ is a lie, because somehow the rebuilding of the Temple again now will prove that what Jesus stated in the gospel about the Temple is not true.
It would be very helpful if someone would clear up this whole issue of Jesus’s words about the Jerusalem Temple.
Possibly this Temple issue is a great mystery that is not for our knowledge, at this time.
Shabbos Thanksgiving Ham Recipe:
Start with glaze sauce, add 1 cup cooking sherry, 1 cup maple syrup, 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper, bring ingredients to a simmer until caramelized then set aside.
Begin with pre thawed 9 lb kosher bone in ham shank. Place in cooking pan. Use rub of 3 Tbsp kosher salt, 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper, 1 Tbsp finely ground cloves. Prepare ham with rub, then layer thick cut bacon on top pinned down with cloves. Cover with tinfoil.
Preheat oven to 325F then shove it right it. Baste every 15 minutes with glaze. Check with cooking thermometer in about an hour and a half.

In Britain, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and his party have once again this week been vilified as “antisemitic” in prominent news media.
The reality is that Corbyn is neither racist or anti-Jewish. The specious allegation stems from him and sections of Labour being vehemently critical of Israel and its conduct towards Palestinians.
If elected in the general election next month, Labour says it will cut military trade with Israel and move to officially recognize a Palestinian state.
This conflation of valid criticism of the Israeli state with being “anti-Jew” is a cynical distortion which is wielded to give Israel impunity from international law. It plays on moral blackmail of critics by equating the historical persecution of Jews and in particular the Nazi holocaust with the sanctity of the modern Israeli state.

American Herald Tribune: Britain’s Chief Rabbi Mirvis Is Helping to Stoke Antisemitism against Corbyn

Chief rabbi Ephraim Mirvis has not only misrepresented the known facts about Labour and its supposed antisemitism crisis.
He has not only interfered in an overtly, politically partisan manner in the December 12 election campaign by suggesting that Jeremy Corbyn – against all evidence – is an antisemite.
By speaking out as the voice of British Jews – a false claim he has allowed the UK media to promote – his unprecedented meddling in the election of Britain’s next leader has actually made the wider Jewish community in the UK much less safe.
Mirvis is contributing to the very antisemitism he says he wants to eradicate.
Mirvis’ intervention in the election campaign makes sense only if he believes in one of two highly improbable scenarios.
The first requires several demonstrably untrue things to be true. It needs for Corbyn to be a proven antisemite – and not just of the variety that occasionally or accidentally lets slip an antisemitic trope or is susceptible to the unthinking prejudice most of us occasionally display, including (as we shall see) Rabbi Mirvis.
No, for Mirvis to have interfered in the election campaign he would need to believe that Corbyn intends actively as prime minister to inflame a wider antisemitism in British society or implement policies designed to harm the Jewish community.
And in addition, the chief rabbi would have to believe that Corbyn presides over a Labour party that will willingly indulge race-hate speeches or stand by impassively as Corbyn carries out racist policies.
If Mirvis really believes any of that, I have a bridge to sell him. Corbyn has spent his entire political career as an anti-racism campaigner, and his anti-racism activism as a backbencher was especially prominent inside a party that itself has traditionally taken the political lead in tackling racism.
Rising tide of nationalism
The second possibility is that Mirvis doesn’t really believe that Corbyn is a Goebbels in the making.
But if that is so, then his decision to intercede in the election campaign to influence British voters must be based on an equally fanciful notion: that there is no significant threat posed by antisemitism from the right or the rapidly emerging far right.
Because if antisemitism is not an issue on the right – the same nationalistic right that has persecuted Jews throughout modern history, culminating in the Nazi atrocities – then Mirvis may feel he can risk playing politics in the name of the Jewish community without serious consequence.
If there is no perceptible populist tide of white nationalism sweeping Europe and the globe, one that hates immigrants and minorities, then making a fuss about Corbyn might seem to make sense for a prominent Jewish community leader.
In those circumstances, it might appear to be worth disrupting the national conversation to highlight the fact that Corbyn once sat with Hamas politicians – just as Tony Blair once sat with Sinn Fein leaders – and that Corbyn’s party has promised in the latest manifesto to stop selling weapons to Israel (and Saudi Arabia) of the kind that have been used to butcher children in Gaza.
Mirvis might believe that by wounding Corbyn he can help into power a supposedly benevolent, or at least inoffensive, Tory party.
But if he is wrong about the re-emergence of a white nationalism and its growing entry into the mainstream – and all the evidence suggests he would be deeply wrong, if this is what he thinks – then undermining Corbyn and the Labour party is self-destructiveness of the first order.
It would amount to self-harm not only because attacking Corbyn inevitably strengthens the electoral chances of Boris “watermelon smiles” Johnson.
It plays with fire because Mirvis’ flagrant intervention in the election campaign actually bolsters a key part of the antisemitic discourse of the far right that is rapidly making inroads into the Conservative party.
Succour to white nationalists
White nationalists are all over social media warning of supposed Jewish global conspiracies, of supposed Jewish control of the media, of supposed Jewish subversion of “white rights”.
It was precisely this kind of thinking that drove European politics a century ago.
It was arch-antisemite Arthur Balfour who signed off the Balfour Declaration of 1917 that sought to end Britain’s “Jewish problem” by encouraging European Jews to move far away, to a part of the Middle East then known as Palestine.
That is, of course, why today’s white supremacists love Israel, why they see it as a model, why they call themselves “white Zionists“.
In creating a tribal democracy, and one heavily fortified, land hungry, belligerent and nuclear-armed, Israel has done for Jews exactly what white nationalists hope to do again for their white compatriots.
The white supremacists’ love of Israel is intimately bound up with their hatred and fear of Jews.
Mirvis has given succour to white nationalist discourse both because he has spoken out against Corbyn without offering evidence for his claims and because those entirely unsubstantiated claims have been echoed across the media.
There is good reason why the billionaire-owned print media and the Establishment-dominated BBC are happy to exploit the antisemitism smears – and it has nothing to do with concern for the safety of Jews.
The corporate media don’t want a Labour leader in power who is going to roll back the corporate free-for-all unleashed by Margaret Thatcher 40 years ago that nearly bankrupted the rest of us in 2008.
But that is not what those flirting with or embracing white nationalism will take away from the relentless media chorus over evidence-free antisemitism claims.
Mirvis’ intervention in the democratic process will drive them more quickly and more deeply into the arms of the far-right. It will persuade them once again that “the Jews” are a “problem”.
They will conclude that – though the Jews are now helping the right by destroying Corbyn – once the left has been dealt with, those same Jews will then subvert their white state.
Like Balfour before them, they will start thinking of how to rid Britain and Europe of these supposed interlopers.
This is why Mirvis was irresponsible in the extreme for meddling. Because the standard of proof required before making such an intervention – proof either that Cobyn is an outright Jew hater, or that white nationalism is no threat to the UK – is not even close to being met.
The left’s anti-imperialism
In fact much worse, all the evidence shows the exact reverse. That was neatly summed up in a survey this month published by The Economist, a weekly magazine that is no friend to Corbyn or the Labour party.
It showed that those identifying as “very left-wing” – the section of the public that supports Corbyn – were among the least likely to express antisemitic attitudes.
Those identifying as “very right-wing”, on the other hand – those likely to support Boris “piccaninnies” Johnson – were three and a half times more likely to express hostile attitudes towards Jews.
Other surveys show even worse racism among Conservatives towards more obviously non-white minorities, such as Muslims and black people. That, after all, is the very reason Boris “letterbox-looking Muslim women” Johnson now heads the Tory party.
The Economist findings reveal something else of relevance in assessing Mirvis’ meddling.
Not only is the real left (as distinguished from the phoney, centrist left represented by Labour’s Blairites) much less antisemitic than the right, it is also much more critical of Israel than any other section of the British public.
That is easily explained. The real left has always been anti-imperialist. Israel is a particularly problematic part of Britain’s colonial legacy.
Elsewhere, the peoples who gained independence from Britain found themselves inside ruined, impoverished states, often with borders imposed out of naked imperial interest that left them divided and feuding. Internal struggles over the crumbs Britain and other imperial powers left behind were the norm.
But in a very real sense, Britain – or at least the west – never really left Israel. In line with the Balfour Declaration, Britain helped to establish the institutions of a “Jewish home” on the Palestinians’ homeland.
British troops may have departed in 1948, but waves of European Jewish immigrants were either encouraged or compelled to come to the newly created state of Israel by racist immigration quotas designed to prevent them fleeing elsewhere, most especially to the United States.
The west helped engineer both the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and Israel’s creation to solve Europe’s “Jewish problem”.
It provided the components necessary for Israel to build a nuclear bomb that won it a place at the international top table and ensured the Palestinians were made Israel’s serfs in perpetuity.
Ever since, the west has provided Israel with diplomatic cover, military aid and special trading status, even as Israel has worked relentlessly to disappear the Palestinian people from their homeland.
Even now, our most prized rights, such as free speech, are being eroded and subverted to protect Israel from criticism.
In the US, the only infringements on the American public’s First Amendment rights have been legislated to silence those seeking to pressure Israel over its crimes against the Palestinians with a boycott – similar to the campaign against apartheid South Africa.
In the UK, the Conservative manifesto similarly promises to bar local councils from upholding international law and boycotting products from Israel’s illegal settlements.
Rewarding war crimes
The real left focuses on this continuing colonial crime against the Palestinians not because it is antisemitic (a claim the Economist survey amply refutes), but because the left treats Israel as emblematic of British and western bad faith and hypocrisy.
Israel is the imperial west’s Achilles’ heel, the proof that war crimes, massacres and ethnic cleansing are not only not punished but actively rewarded if these crimes accord with western imperial interests.
But ardent friends of Israel such as Mirvis are blind to these arguments.
For them, one western antisemitic crime – the Holocaust – entirely obscures another western antisemitic crime: seeking to rid Europe of Jews by forcing them into the Middle East, serving as pawns on an imperial chessboard that paid no regard to the Palestinians whose homeland was being sacrificed.
In his state of historical and political myopia, Mirvis cannot begin to understand that there might be political activists who, in defending the Palestinian people, are also defending Jews.
That they, unlike him, understand that Israel was created not out of western benevolence towards Jews, but out of western malevolence towards “lesser peoples”.
The real left in Britain speaks out against Israel not because it hates Jews but because it holds dear a commitment to justice and a compassion for all.
Mirvis, on the other hand, is the Zionist equivalent of a little Englander. He prefers particularist, short-term interests over universalist, long-term ones.
It was he, remember, who threw his full support behind Israel in 2014 as it indiscriminately bombed Gaza, killing some 550 children – a bombing campaign that came after years of an Israeli blockade on the Palestinian population there.
That siege has led the United Nations to warn that the enclave will be uninhabitable by next year.
It was Mirvis, along with his predecessor Jonathan Sacks, who in 2017 endorsed the fanatical Jewish settlers – Israel’s equivalent of white supremacists – on their annual march through the occupied Old City of Jerusalem.
This is the march where the majority of the participants are recorded every year waving masses of Israeli flags at Palestinians and chanting “Death to the Arabs”.
One Israeli newspaper columnist has described the Jerusalem Day march as a “religious carnival of hatred”.
It was Mirvis and Sacks that encouraged British Jews to join them on this tub-thumping trip to Israel, which they suggested would provide an opportunity to spend time “dancing with our brave soldiers”.
Those soldiers – Israeli, not British – occupy West Bank cities like Hebron where they have locked down life for some 200,000 Palestinians so that a handful of crazed religious Jewish bigots can live undisturbed in their midst.
What is so appalling is that Mirvis is blind to the very obvious parallels between the fearful Palestinians who hastily have to board up their shops as a Jewish mob parades through their neighbourhood and today’s white supremacists and neo-Nazis in the west who seek to march provocatively through ethnic minority communities, including Jewish neighbourhoods, in places like Charlottesville.
Mirvis has no lessons to teach Corbyn or the Labour party about racism. In fact, it is his own, small-minded prejudice that blinds him to the anti-racist politics of the left.
His ugly message is now being loudly amplified by a corporate media keen to use any weapon it can, antisemitism included, to keep Corbyn and the left out of power – and preserve a status quo that benefits the few at the expense of the many.

Daily Star – Lebanon: Bolivia restores relations with Israel, following Morales’ resignation
LA PAZ: Bolivia said Thursday it is restoring diplomatic relations with Israel, which it severed in 2009 under then president Evo Morales over Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
Foreign Minister Karen Longaric made the announcement in a meeting with foreign reporters, without giving a date for the establishment or giving any other details.
Morales resigned November 10 and fled to Mexico after a disputed election triggered days of deadly street protests.
He cut off relations with Israel in December 2008 after an Israeli offensive in Gaza in which hundreds of Palestinians were killed. He also classified Israel as a terrorist nation and cancelled an accord under which Israelis could visit Bolivia without a visa.
“It was a political measure that did not take into effect the collateral effects, such as economic and trade issues,” said Longaric, adding that restoring these ties would be good for the Bolivian tourism industry.
Bolivia has recognized Palestinian statehood since the 1980s.

American Herald Tribune: Giraldi: Are We on the Path to War? – Middle East Heats Up While Viewers Watch the Impeachment
Americans and also much of the rest of the world have been watching or otherwise following the impeachment proceedings in Washington and not paying much attention to developments in the Middle East that could be setting the stage for a new war.
It should surprise no one to learn that Washington has no actual policy to finish what it is doing and get out so it is allowing itself to be led by its so-called allies in the region.
There has been what amounts to a nearly complete reversal of the early October decision by President Donald Trump to deescalate in the region by pulling U.S. troops out of northern Syria. After occupying the Syrian oil fields in the immediate wake of that decision and declaring that American soldiers would shoot-to-kill Russian and Syrian soldiers who tried to retake that bit of sovereign Syrian territory, one now learns that U.S. troops are again operating hand-in-hand with Kurdish militias to attack what have been claimed to be ISIS remnants.
Defenders of Donald Trump continue to insist that he does not want a war and is serious about disengaging from “senseless” conflicts, but it would be hard to come to that judgement based on what the president and his staff of pathological miscreants actually do.
In fact, one might reasonably argue that the administration is planning for war on multiple fronts.
Russia has long been a target of an ignorant Trump’s neoconnish foreign policy, to include the refusal to renew several admirable treaties that have limited the spread of certain types of weapons. Also, lethal military aid to gallant little Ukraine, much in the news of late, is actually a dangerous misstep on the part of Washington as Russia regards its border with that country as a vital interest while defending Kiev is in reality no national security interest for the United States at all.
And there is more in the pipeline. Discussions are underway with new NATO ally Bulgaria to create a Black Sea Coordination Center in Varna.
The United States is considering a ten-year roadmap for defense cooperation with Bulgaria and is eager to provide Sofia broader access to its high-end military technologies. The advanced technologies would include surveillance capabilities specifically targeting Russia.
There is also a fundamental second level of stupidity in basing such an effort in Bulgaria as the Turks, also frequently at odds with Washington, control the door to the Black Sea through the Bosporus and Dardanelles.
If relations really do go sour and if demands to kick Turkey out of NATO ever do bear fruit, Ankara can make it very difficult for NATO warships transiting into the Black Sea.
As ever, however, the most troubled and most interfered-in-by-Washington foreign region continues to be the Middle East and more specifically the Persian Gulf where there have been a number of relatively minor developments that, when assembled, comprise a serious threat that war could break out either deliberately or by accident.
The basic line-up for what is going on in the Persian Gulf region runs something like this:
Israel, the Saudis and most of the Gulf States are keen on attacking Iran, which, on its side, has lined up as friends and allies Iraq, Syria and Lebanon.
Those seeking war with Iran, would like to see the United States do the heavy lifting as it alone can use its strategic bombers to take out military targets deep underground or otherwise heavily protected.
The Trump administration has so far stopped short of war with the Iranians, though it has done everything it can otherwise to punish them, including the shortsighted withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) which limited Tehran’s nuclear development program.
The White House has also initiated a heavy dose of sanctions that are explicitly intended to cause suffering among the ordinary people and are clearly creating considerable disruption in the country.
The U.S. intention is to starve the Iranian people into rebelling against their government, but the unrest is also reportedly being fueled by Saudi paid agents provocateurs as well as a flood of media and social network propaganda that is as well being supported and organized by Riyadh.
One recent incident that has attracted remarkably little media coverage is an Israeli attack on Syria that took place on November 19th.
It reportedly destroyed two Iranian Revolutionary Guard headquarters, one of which was at Damascus International Airport, possibly killing twenty-three, sixteen of whom were likely Iranians.
The attack was in response to an unsubstantiated Israeli claim that four rockets were fired its way from a site controlled by Iran inside Syria, though they were intercepted by Iron Dome and caused no damage.
The overwhelming and disproportionate response by Israel suggests that Tel Aviv would like to have produced a commensurate response from the Iranians which could then escalate, but in this case, Tehran opted not to strike back, possibly because it understood that it was likely being set up.
There have also been a number of key meetings in the region that suggest that something big is coming. In an odd move, the U.S. and France have agreed to take steps to increase security in the Gulf region by enhancing defensive systems in the Gulf States and Saudi Arabia.
The move is ostensibly a response to the devastating drone attack on the Saudi oil refinery in September, which has been blamed on the Iranians, though without any evidence being provided. In the past, increasing security has often been a prelude to attacks by western powers in the Gulf region.
Other recent visitors have included CIA Director Gina Haspel meeting with the Saudi King Salman on November 7th to discuss “topics of interest,” Secretary of State Mike Pompeo visiting the United Arab Emirates to talk about Iran and other regional issues, and Vice President Mike Pence staging a surprise visit to the Kurds in Syria.
Pence assured the Kurds that they were not forgotten and would be protected by the U.S.
General Kenneth A. McKenzie, who heads America’s Central Command, which has responsibility for the Middle East, also warned last week that even with the 14,000 additional military personnel that Trump sent to the region earlier this year, the forces available would not be enough to deter an Iranian attack on Saudi Arabia or one of the Gulf States.
[McKenzie conveniently forgets that such an “attack” would not be an unprovoked aggression by a mad-dog Iran , but said “attack” would be a justifiable retaliatory defensive attack on military bases as these countries host US bases and are now Israeli allies, as publicly explained by the Iranian leadership and military time and again. — Kj]
McKenzie was speaking at a conference in Bahrain, home of the U.S. Fifth Fleet. Comic relief at the conference was provided by American under secretary of defense John C. Rood who said that “Iran has made clear its intent to pursue a pattern of aggressive behavior that is destabilizing,” conveniently forgetting that it is Washington that has completely destabilized the entire region since it invaded Iraq in 2003.
Iran for its part has been stung by the recent violent protests and has declared itself prepared to deal with both the Saudis and the presumed CIA and Israeli Mossad assets that have been stirring things up.
The rioting has been serious with numerous deaths reported and Iran is fully capable of using its missile arsenal to hit targets both in Saudi Arabia and in Israel.
So, the conventional wisdom that a serious war is too dangerous to contemplate in the confined spaces of the Middle East might be naïve in the extreme as representatives of a number of nations consider just how to fight each other and how to win.
One misstep, or even a false flag provocation, is all it would take to engulf the region in flames. The Germans agreed to the Jewish Zionist demands to stop the worldwide Jewish Boycott War against Germany by agreeing to the Zionist German Transfer Agreement (and note the book by the same title by Edwin Black).
The Germans would not have agreed to the Jewish Zionist-end-the-Jewish-boycott terms if the worldwide Jewish boycott was not significantly affecting Germany.

Unz Review: Phil Giraldi: The International Zionist Conspiracy
A recent article by Philip Weiss on the Mondoweiss website lays out an argument that most liberal Jews, like Weiss, are hesitant to support, namely that Jewish power, and more to the point its money, as exercised through the so-called Israel Lobby in the United States and elsewhere, has been the principal enabling force behind the international pariah that the state of Israel has become.
Weiss notes how “most observers accept the antisemitism redlines echoed lately by Bernie Sanders: you are not to speak of an outsize Jewish role in politics. So few write about the Israel lobby, though they know it to be a significant force…”
In other words, Sanders, liberal to the core and ostensibly supportive of Palestinian rights, draws a line that forbids any real discussion of Jewish power in the United States even though everyone who has not been asleep is more than aware of just how powerful American Jews, and by extension Israel, are.
Weiss details how the vast sums of money raised by both Democratic and Republican Jews has distorted American politics since the time of President Harry S. Truman.
He describes how president after president has backed down versus Israel when confronted by Jewish power and observes that “This is not just a domestic political question, it’s a foreign policy problem. The Israel lobby is the root cause of the Israel Palestine conflict.
“Consider the two…main causes of the conflict. 1, Israeli settlement/colonialism (or in Zionist terms, the effort to liberate European Jewry from persecution by establishing a Jewish homeland in historical Palestine). 2, Palestinian resistance to 1.
“Neither of these historical forces would still be a source of serious conflict 71 years after Israel’s establishment were it not for the lobby.
“Without the blind support of the United States, Israel would have made a deal a long time ago. The country would have followed through on the historic Palestinian concession of 1988 followed by the Arab Peace Initiative of 2001, and accepted partition of the land on highly favorable terms (Israel gets 78 percent).
“Without U.S. support, Israel would have been internationally isolated and would have grabbed the deal.
“The Israelis have been able to continue to devour the land only because the United States supports the occupation in international fora, and gives Israeli a diplomatic umbrella against any storm, due to blind bipartisan political backing here.”
Jewish power in America and elsewhere must never be discussed unless it is a discussion involving only Jews, who openly recognize and appreciate the phenomenon.
Weiss notes how “Israel lobbyists themselves extol Jewish political power in the U.S. as Israel’s lifeline for money and arms and diplomatic protection” and quotes Michael Koplow of the Israel Policy Forum, who boasts how “I have no qualms about pointing out that the American Jewish community is almost certainly the most influential minority community in the history of the U.S., and possibly in the history of the world.
“American Jews have worked hard to make it so, and have built a network of outward-facing institutions that protect this privileged position.”
Beyond Weiss’s observations, one might note how Zionist Jews are essentially able to shut down any discussion of Palestine or of Palestinian rights.
Given the extreme overrepresentation of Jews in both the news generation process and in various choke points in the political process, an honest discussion of Israel-Palestine and the actual U.S. interests in the region is extremely difficult to find anywhere in the mainstream media.
In both the 2012 and 2016 Democratic Party conventions, for example, there was considerable pressure from the members of the party base to include language reflective of the need to recognize Palestinian suffering and condemn the Israeli “occupation.”
Long-time liberal activist James Zogby pushed for an amendment to the party platform in 2016 calling for “an end to occupation and illegal settlements” in Israel-Palestine.
In both conventions, Hillary Clinton interests pushed back and rejected any changes, arguing that they would constitute “terrible mistake[s],” too “one-sided” toward the Palestinians.
In both instances there was loud and sustained booing from the floor when the reflexively pro-Israel platform was announced, but the speaker rejected calls for any floor vote.
To cite another example, two weeks ago, California’s Democratic party concluded its fall convention by finalizing what would be included in the state party platform. An amendment promoted by Palestinian supporters was defeated in a floor vote.
It was offered by delegate David Mandel, himself a Jew, and called on the party to support “a solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict negotiated by the parties that guarantees equality, security and democracy for all, no matter what the final settlement regarding states and borders” and called on party members to “oppose any unilateral annexation of territory, and support the right of all those who were forced from their homes to return to their homelands and receive compensation for their losses.”
Mandel’s proposal attracted the ire of Zionist apologists including State Senator Scott Wiener and Assemblywoman Laura Friedman, who asserted that “This amendment cuts to the core of Israel’s ability to be its own state.”
One might observe that the Mandel amendment was pretty mild stuff relatively speaking, even excluding the word “occupation,” and that the Wiener-Friedman riposte is nonsense, but the result was more of the same.
Reliably liberal California Democrats delivered the usual pander to Israeli-Jewish interests.
They surrendered to the persistent Jews-in-politics demand never to give even one inch when it comes to permitting Israel absolute license to behave badly while at the same time extracting from the United States billions of dollars in subsidies every year.
And the Israel conspiracy might well be regarded as international. In France, which has the largest diaspora Jewish population after the United States, hate legislation which de facto protects only Jews has been employed to shut down any and all criticism.
It has become common all across Europe to regard any criticism of Israel as anti-Semitism and therefore as a hate crime, with criminal penalties attached. French comedian Dieudonné, who admittedly is rather pointed in his satire, has been convicted eight times.
And then there is the sad case of Jeremy Corbyn, British Labour Party leader who will be contesting a national election on December 12th.
Corbyn has been accused of being an anti-Semite based on his fairly mild defense of Palestinians, which one might have thought to be a good, sound socialist human rights position.
And so it would be if Israel were not involved.
With the election looming, British Jews have increased pressure on Corbyn and by default are endorsing his conservative opponent Boris Johnson, who has spoken repeatedly about his love of Israel.
Britain’s Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis recently produced an article for the influential Times of London declaring Corbyn “unfit for office” because “the way in which the [Labour] leadership has dealt with anti-Jewish racism is incompatible with the British values of which we are so proud — of dignity and respect for all people.”
The good rabbi is not, of course including Palestinians as worthy of “dignity and respect.” He is really only concerned about his own tribe and the “racism” he refers to is largely concentrated among those Britons who are opposed to Israeli government policies.
Britain is already in some senses Zionist controlled territory, even more so than the United States. Jews are prominent at many choke points in the media and entertainment industries while 80% of Conservative Party politicians are members of “Conservative Friends of Israel.”
The Labour Party is also active engaged with their own version of the same, Labour Friends of Israel, which includes 80 out of the party’s 262 members of parliament.
Finally, International Zionism is very well represented in recent announcements coming from the world of professional sports, where billionaire Jewish team owners take their orders from Israel to combat critics and the scourge of anti-Semitism.
In January 2019 New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft received the Genesis prize, a million-dollar award given annually to Jews “who have attained excellence and international renown in their chosen professional fields.”
Kraft’s friend Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu personally presented the plaque and Kraft told the audience that he would use the money to combat anti-Semitism and the BDS (the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) movement.
He also pledged to add $20 million of his own money to set up a foundation to do more of the same.
Kraft enthused “Israel is so special to me and my family… I have sponsored dozens of missions and countless other trips for people to experience Israel for the first time. Spiritually, there is no place like it on earth.”
Perhaps Kraft should move to Israel so he won’t be troubled by allegations of dual loyalty made by people like me.
He has now been joined by Britain’s Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich, a billionaire investor who has pledged £3.9m ($5 million) of his own money to support the foundation “to tackle anti-Semitism.”
Abramovich was born in the Soviet Union but is an Israeli citizen and lives most of the year in that country. He has been linked to a number of financial scandals.
Kraft, of course, has his own baggage. On February 22nd, 2019, he was charged in Jupiter Florida for “soliciting another to commit prostitution.”
Kraft was reportedly video recorded by a hidden camera while engaged in sexual activity within the confines of a seedy enterprise called the Orchids of Asia Day Spa that sold the services of Asian sex trafficked women.
The case is still being resolved but Kraft denies the charges and he has plenty of high-priced lawyers to make sure that he walks.
Beyond all that, if one doubts the power of the Jewish/Israel lobby internationally, note one of the first actions undertaken by the new coup government in Bolivia.
It has moved to reestablish diplomatic relations with Israel as a top priority.
Brazil also sought a closer relationship with Israel after conservative Jair Bolsonaro was elected president and pledged to visit the Jewish state, a promise which he carried out in March.
Everyone in the world understands that the way to gain favor with Washington is to go through Israel.

Mondoweiss: Christian Zionists celebrate another victory under Trump, reversal on settlements policy

Excerpt: For Christian Zionists of this persuasion, Israel is not simply another nation state, it is God’s country.
Any attempt to alter the terms of Israel’s borders, or create a Palestinian state within those borders is seen as a direct affront to God.
Additionally, because this theology is also predicated on an escalation of violence that will reach its peak during the future battle of Armageddon, Christian Zionists tend to view human attempts at reaching peace is futile at best, and satanic at worst.
In his most recent book “Earth’s Last Empire: The Final Game of Thrones,” prominent American Christian Zionist and Trump cheerleader, John Hagee, outlines the theological significance that Christian Zionists place on Israel:
“God chose the nation of Israel to provide the source of divine truth on this earth for the generations to come.
“Through Israel, the Almighty gave mankind His sacred Word, the Patriarchs, the prophets, and our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Because Satan hates what God establishes, the spirit of anti-Semitism has prevailed through the ages in an effort to destroy this thread of redemption.”
As I point out in my book “Righteous Gentiles: Religion, Identity and Myth in John Hagee’s Christians United for Israel,” (and as the excerpt above suggests) Christian Zionists view the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians as an earthly manifestation of a cosmic conflict between God and Satan.
Viewed through this theological lens, it is not difficult to see who is standing in for Satan at this particular juncture: the Palestinians seeking self-determination and those who advocate on their behalf.
This type of demonology has a dehumanizing function. Humans are quite literally stripped of their humanity and invested with demonic forces, rendering opposition or indifference to their plight that much easier to come by for many believers. Why, they might ask, would anyone want to negotiate with the devil?

One subject that congressmen and the mainstream media tend to avoid is the erosion of fundamental liberties in the United States as a consequence of the war on terror and American involvement in the Middle East. Some of America’s legislators apparently do not even understand that freedom of speech actually means that one can say things that others might find distasteful.
The assault on freedom of speech has been accelerated through the invention of so-called “hate speech,” which has in turn morphed into “hate crimes” where punishments are increased if there is any suggestion that hatred of groups or individuals is involved. Some have rightly questioned the whole concept, pointing out that if you murder someone the result is the same whether you hate your victim or not.
Freedom of speech is particularly threatened in any situations having to do with Israel, a reflection of the power of that country’s lobby in the United States.
At a recent town hall gathering, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) demonstrated how he and his colleagues run and hide whenever the issue of Israel is raised when he would not respond directly to a question over whether any criticism of Israel should or should not be protected under the First Amendment.
Crenshaw is a Republican and generally reliably conservative, though he recently spoke out against the “For the People Act of 2019,” which he claimed “would limit free speech dramatically.”
A constituent specifically asked Crenshaw’s opinion about federal laws that require citizens in some states to sign a pledge that they will not boycott Israel if they wish to get government contracts or obtain a government job.
The audience member also mentioned a law passed in Florida that bans anti-Semitism in public schools and universities, defining “anti-Semitism” as criticism of Israel. The constituent observed, “These laws are obviously flagrant and troubling violations of the First Amendment to free speech.”
“Will you honor your oath and denounce these laws here, now and forever?” Crenshaw was then asked.
Crenshaw quickly fired back that the critic was “cloaking yourself in the First Amendment” to enable engaging in “vehement anti-Semitism.” Crenshaw then asserted that the questioner was “advocating the BDS movement,” a recent target of much of the legislation that the critic was addressing.
BDS refers to the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement, which calls on people to protest Israel by pulling investments from and boycotting the country.
Israel is engaged in what might be described as a war with the objective of driving any and all criticism of the Jewish state out of polite discourse, making it illegal wherever and whenever possible.
The Knesset has passed legislation criminalizing anyone who supports BDS and has set up a semiclandestine group called Kella Shlomo to counteract its message. The country’s education minister has called BDS supporters “enemy soldiers” and has compared them to Nazis.
Netanyahu has also backed up the new law with a restriction on foreigners who support the BDS movement entering the country, including American Jewish dissidents, several of whom have been turned around at the airport and sent home.
Israel has been particularly successful at promoting its own preferred narrative, together with sanctions for those who do not concur, in the English language speaking world and also in France, which has the largest Jewish population in Europe.
The U.S. government under Donald Trump is completely under the thumb of the Israeli prime minister’s office, with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently saying “our major focus is stamping out anti-Semitism.”
Sanctions already in place in Europe consist of fines and even jail time. The legal penalties come into play for those criticizing Israel or questioning the accuracy of the accepted holocaust narrative, i.e., disputing that “6 million died.”
Even attacking specific Israeli government policies, like its slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza every Friday, can be found guilty of anti-Semitism, which is now considered a hate crime in Britain, France, Germany, and, most recently, the Czech Republic.
In Britain, where the Jewish lobby is extremely strong, a law passed in December 2016 made the UK one of the first countries to use the definition of anti-Semitism agreed upon earlier in the year at a conference of the Berlin-based International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).

It is important for Americans to realize that Israel not only spies on the U.S., digs its paws deep into our Treasury, and perverts Washington’s Middle East policy, it is also attempting to dictate what we the people can and cannot say.
And Congress and much of the media are fully on board, which is the real tragedy.
