    Mad Dogs Of War
    By Brother Nathanael Kapner
    Copyright 2018

    There’s a new dog on the block who’s wagging the tail of President Trump.

    It’s Mad Dog Mattis who might as well treat his dog house to Trump’s White House seat.

    And now out of the wild-blue-yonder Mattis says the ‘war on terror’ is over.

    That’s great!

    But wait – Mad Dog’s looking for bigger fish to fry.

    [Clip: “There is a major change in US military strategy. Today, more than sixteen years after the 9/11 attacks, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said terrorism is no longer the number one priority. David Martin has more on what ifs.” “China and Russia have replaced terrorism as the primary focus of the new National Defense Strategy. Maintaining a military advantage over China and Russia is now Secretary of Defense Mattis’ top priority.”]

    Get it?

    Killing towel-heads in the desert bores the dog to death.

    But full scale planetary nuclear war…now that’s a lit up theatre that will glow in the dark.

    [Clip: “The world, to quote George Shultz, is awash in change, defined by increasing global volatility and uncertainty with Great Power competition between nations becoming a reality once again. Though we will continue to prosecute the campaign against terrorists that we are engaged in today, but Great Power competition, not terrorism, is now the primary focus of US national security.”]

    Looks to me like his ‘Defense Strategy’ is a little short on defense but way long offense.

    Well of course!

    The dog has no friends or family, all he thinks about all day is killing people.

    Defense is a drag, but going after the prey makes that dog’s day. Somebody put this dog on a leash.

    [Clip: “We face growing threats from revisionist powers as different as China and Russia are from each other, nations that do seek to create a world consistent with their authoritarian models, pursuing veto authority over other nations’ economic, diplomatic and security decisions.”]

    That ‘authoritarian model’ squats at the Pentagon and breeds dogs of war that tramps all over civilian rule.

    Mattis has his paymasters to please, the Fed that cuts his checks, and the neocons that goad him on.

    It’s a ‘Bark Mitzvah’ where only the goys die young.

    [Clip: “The paradox of war is that an enemy will attack any perceived weakness. So we in America cannot adopt a single preclusive form of warfare. Rather we must be able to fight across the spectrum of conflict.
    This means that the size and the composition of our force matters. The nation must field sufficient capable forces to deter conflict. And if deterrence fails, we must win.”]

    Who’s messing with us? Who would ever want to?

    We’ve got enough deterrence to give the world peace for 2000 years.

    But we’ve got a dog off his leash. It’s a prescription for World War 3: How do we win a war with a nuked-up Russia and China?

    It’s Apocalypse Now…where career killers and kosher neocons get their kicks.

    Let sleeping dogs lie?

    No way.

    When a Mad Dog barks we’re all gonna to die.

    Hello Brother Nate.

    A friend just told me Putin made it a criminal offense to deny the “hallow’dcaust”.

    It has me quite concerned as I’ve put so much stock in his being aware of that scam.

    Could there be another reason for him doing this? Perhaps to avoid the world dubbing Russia as they did Germany as an “evil antisemite nation”?

    Thank you.

  7. Desert January 30, 2018 @ 7:23 pm

    No one with 3 or 4 neurones believes this garbage anymore when the evidence has been flooding their conciousness for decades that the USA is the sole warmonger and pre eminent authoritarian government on the planet.

    These people speak as if they were actually doing a crap.

    Meanwhile the media again paints Trump’s face orange, the stereotypical colour of demons with pitchforks in the American psyche, this time during his State of the Union address so hysterical and terrified have they become – you would think there would be a law against that sort of thing.

    And their beast clan in Israel add a new law to their demonocracy to deal with “construction terrorism,” making it even more ensconsed in their already heavily black artsy psyche, that a Palestinian’s desire for a roof over his head is an act of terrorism against Israel.

    If you are aghast at that you have not been paying attention.

  8. Pharmer January 30, 2018 @ 8:24 pm

    We haven’t visited Brother Nate’s anti-evil website since last year, and things haven’t changed much since – still barking up that Jewish tree of hate I see, so we can all see who our enemy is.

    Since I was last here, I’ve been watching Eric Dubay videos, and now believe (drum roll): the earth is a stationary plane, dinosaurs never existed, nuclear bombs are fake, Jesus never existed (one of my favorites) and…Jews really ARE a problem!

    Dubay even had his videos deleted from youtube last December for “hate speech,” although he didn’t speak in the offending video. I still say that not all “Jewish” people, that regular Jewish people are evil, because that would include me and Brother Nate.

    I’d love to sit down and chill with you Nate, in the beautiful natural setting your videos are posted at.

    I’ll bring the medicinal cannabis, and you can chose the wine. Seriously, I want to get out of Portland, while the getting is good…!

    I think you’ve posted this before?

    Putin made it a criminal offense to deny the “hallow’dcaust”.

    No — what Putin has done is to sign a law on making the denial of Nazi crimes and distortion of the Soviet Union’s role in the World War Two a criminal offence punishable by up to five years in jail.

    ie: Nazi crimes against Russia.

    Dear Desert,

    The media doesn’t color Trump’s face orange.

    He does it to himself.

    Probably with either a bad artificial self-tanning product, or maybe a decent one but his skin chemistry doesn’t agree with it, or perhaps he does something wrong in the tanning booth, or a combination of all three.

    You have to be very skilled when adding makeup on top of self-tanning. Trump is likely not using the correct shade for his skin, and is applying makeup incorrectly on top of it. Maybe he eats a lot of carrots, too.

    Or he’s using a cosmetic liquid bronzer for an “instant tan,” some of which have “natural caramel extract” as an additive.

    TV camera lights will change the color of your natural skin to begin with, and will exacerbate the self-tanning problem as well.

    It’s hard to say. The man’s vanity knows no bounds.

    If the media were to even try to color correct to make his face look more normal, everyone else in the camera would look like something out of a Picasso painting.

    Back in March 2016 after Trump announced his bid, experts were urging Donald Trump to fix his ‘reverse raccoon’ eyes — the normal white skin around his eyes from where he doesn’t put self-tanning stuff or else is protected by suntanning goggles.

    Mouth, eyes and ears require make-up as well, but a lot of Trump’s photos (pre-inauguration anyway) show these areas, as well as along his hairline, and sometimes on side shots with the backside of his neck showing, as being pale white skin.

    If there was color-correction for most of his skin tone, then the normal skin tone around his eyes and other places on his face would be colored weird.

    El Presidente Cheeto’s face has been orange for years, even before he made the presidential run.

    I kind of remember that around 2000, his skin on TV began to take on an a dark apricot hue in TV interviews.

    TIME Magazine covers capture his tangerine complexion (with patches of pale skin above his eyebrows):

    Back in 1989, TIME photographed him as a vibrant pumpkin orange. It looks like they airbrushed his pale “reverse raccoon eyes” to blend in better:

    Instead of WWIII with battle ready China and Russia, Trump has within his power the ability to smash Jew power with a few simple strokes.

    There is no need for 51% of whites to first be convinced, because this will never happen. This can be done the sneaky Jew way. Russia was taken over by about two hundred Jews invading the Winter Place – a nation of 130 million people.

    The (((Menshevik))) Government did not resist and were, as fellow Jews, most probably in on the (((Bolshevik))) plot. Nobody remembers the Mensheviks these days. Widespread pacifism and defeatism helped the Bolshies win, so this could also help Trump.

    Very few young men want to die for any Multicult Nation these days.

    As I see it, all Jew power emanates first from the creation of money, rather than ownership and control of the media for example.

    I have had the idea for a long time that trillions of Fed dollars have been stolen and handed direct to Jews for wasting in buying up media assets and making money losing propaganda movies at Hollywood.

    One jew start-up after another creates instant Jew billionaires such as Uber, which somehow rides roughshod over the rights of licensed taxi drivers in every nation – without a peep from the local Governments.

    I do not believe in this miracle and I think that stolen Fed money (i.e. new taxpayer debt) is behind a lot of this instant success and wealth. E.g. bribery of politicians worldwide.

    Any President can smash Jew power, and should, else all of civilisation will be destroyed by the (((wreckers))).

    First, declare a State of Emergency.

    One minute later, surround all Federal Reserve buildings with Federal Troops and or Police. Arrest all Fed workers, and especially the Gang of 12 (The 12 regional Governors of the Fed who are mostly Jews). Also the Gang of 7 which has almost entirely jews in its ranks, the Overseers.

    Also arrest the chairman who is currently (((Janet Yellen))). Any “owners” of the bank are also to be arrested if they are within USA jurisdiction. The value of the bank is to be set at zero, and zero compensation is to be paid to the “owners”.

    Interrogation of the workers will reveal the true extent of the Jew plot against the USA. These results are to be made public in the new media.

    All US taxpayer debts to this phoney Jew bank are to be cancelled with the exception of any bonds owed to genuine non-Jew investors and foreign Governments. All other interest payments and capital debts are erased immediately.

    The Fed is thus nationalised and dismantled. All fed tasks are handed to the US Treasury, including the ownership and running of the IRS – the taxation system where Jews have been robbing US citizens for 105 years.

    Jews elsewhere will crash the US dollar and stock market. However, this is worth the cost, and the end of paying interest on counterfeit money will make all US citizens richer.

    Trump commands the most powerful military ever known and there are very few Jews who join this military. They know where the real power is, such as Wall Street, the Media and the Fed.

    The same day the Fed is ended; all media TV stations are also to be occupied by US forces. All Jew owners are to be forced to sell by auction to non-Jews, and no Jew will be allowed to run any media outlet bigger than a radio station. No TV and no newspapers.

    The Hollywood cartel is also to be be busted up. All this is easy once the Fed is gone. All Jew talking heads on TV, and Jew journalists, are to be arrested and imprisoned. There will be no Jews allowed as media commentators.

    The above sounds like a pipe dream but would actually be quite easy to accomplish by a determined President. Congress and the Senate could not stop him. All 500 lickspittles of them are in the pay of the Jews, they are loyal only to a foreign nation, not their own nation.

    All NeoCons to be arrested and jailed along with Mad Dog Mattis. Anyone “influential” who has publically called for foreign wars this Century to be jailed – including George Dubya Bush and his cronies.

    911 to be investigated for the first time, and the truth published afterwards.

    MinusIQ | The pill to lower your IQ permanently

    If we want to take over the government we have to give the people more than promises. We have to guarantee that our government will not dominate the people but serve the people.

    The guarantee is going to be given in the form of a declaration signed by every member of the government and every state employee stating that if I betray the nation, if I steal from the nation, if I do anything fraudulent knowingly I do Know and accept there will be only one punishment, death.

    This legal change of government will require a new political party from the people, willing to guarantee honesty in the government.

    Because of freedom in thinking, there are no innocent bystanders. How many will refuse to vote for a future president willing to guarantee the honesty of government with his life?

    The National Public Debate over Stalin Is Alive and Well.

    It’s not going on in some wheezy hall of academia or a closet in the Kremlin, and people can be very passionate about their opinions.

    This radio debate was like going to a brawl, only to have it break out into a public session from the Verkhovna Rada — Ukrainian parliament.

    [Pre Euromaidan]:
    ~~~*~~~ Two prominent journalists punched each other in the face several times during a live radio broadcast.
    Nikolai Svanidze and Maxim Shevchenko, who are both members of Russia’s Presidential Human Rights Council, joined the Komsomolskaya Pravda network to discuss the question: “Is Stalinism a disease that needs to be treated?”
    The show was partly inspired by the Culture Ministry’s recent decision to ban the [dark political satire] film “The Death of Stalin.”
    On Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov implied that the fight proves the Culture Ministry was right to ban “The Death of Stalin,” saying that the Soviet ruler’s legacy is so controversial that “even these two mastodons” couldn’t contain their emotions.
    Read the story and watch the showdown at Meduza. [The vid is Russian only. Go to 52:20 for the part that’s self-translating.]
    During the Soviet era, Komsomolskaya Pravda was an all-union newspaper of the Soviet Union and an official organ of the Central Committee of the Komsomol.
    The paper shifted from serving as a Komsomol mouthpiece to become a Russian nationwide daily tabloid newspaper, and is all or mostly privately owned.
    Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda in Moscow is a very well known nation-wide radio channel.
    South Front:
    On January 31, Israel’s Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that the Lebanese Army and Hezbollah will pay the price for Iran’s entrenchment in the country if a new Israeli-Lebanese war erupted.
    The minster also stressed that the Israeli Army will not hesitate to conduct a ground operation inside Lebanon in the event of a new war against Hezbollah.
    “Lebanon’s army and Hezbollah are the same — they will all pay the full price in the event of an escalation … If a conflict does break out in the north, ‘boots on the ground’ remains an option,” Lieberman said at an annual conference held by Tel Aviv University’s Institute for National Security Studies, according to the Times Of Israel.
    Lieberman continued promising that in any future war “all of Beirut will be in bomb shelters” and stressing that Israel will not allow the repetition of what happened in the 2006 war when most Lebanese areas where witnessing normal life, but Israelis were hiding in the shelters most of the time.
    “We won’t allow scenes like in 2006, where we saw citizens of Beirut on the beach while Israelis in Tel Aviv sat in shelters,” said Lieberman.
    The Israeli defense minister even claimed that the Lebanese naval [offshore-KJ] oil field (Block 9) is inside the Israel waters.
    Lieberman went on and threatened the companies that are developing the oil field with the Lebanese government by saying that they are making a “grave error.”
    “When they [the Lebanese government] issue a tender on a gas field, including Block 9, which by any standard is ours … this is very, very challenging and provocative conduct here …
    “[These companies] are, to my mind, making a grave error – because this is contrary to all of the rules and all protocol in cases like this,” Lieberman said according to Reuters.
    In response, Lebanon’s President Michel Aoun said that Lieberman’s statement is a threat to Lebanon and “its right to sovereignty over its territorial waters.”
    Lebanon’s Prime Minister Saad Hariri said in a statement that Lebanon would take up Lieberman’s comments with the “relevant international bodies to affirm its right to act in its territorial waters.”
    From its side, Hezbollah said in a short official statement that Lieberman threats are an example of the Israeli ambitions in Lebanon’s wealth, land and water and a part of Israel’s aggressive policy against Lebanon.
    The Lebanese movement also stressed that it’s ready to counter any Israeli attacks on the Lebanese oil fields.
    “We reaffirm our firm and frank position in confronting any assault on our oil and gas rights and to defend Lebanon’s facilities and its resources,” Hezbollah said in its official statement.
    However, Lieberman’s threats will not likely lead to the escalation situation along the Lebanese-Israeli border. The minister is well-known for his aggressive language and threats against Hezbollah, Syria and Iran.
  27. B February 1, 2018 @ 12:05 am
    Am I correct that whenever anyone attacks Israel, such as with a crude pipe missile from Gaza that does no harm, that the IDF considers it their clearly expressed policy and of the highest IDF Jewish righteousness to then bring great harm to many whom the IDF knows are completely innocent?
    Is there a similarity to this and Germany blaming a few Jewish bankers for making the economic collapse of Germany in about 1930, and Germany then persecuting all of the Jews?
    Am I correct that very few people document and speak out against this IDF policy?
    Tikun Olam: Palestine: Welcome to My Bantustan
    January 31, 2018 By Richard Silverstein
    There was an old Alice Cooper album called, Welcome to My Nightmare. I thought of that when I titled this post.
    Last week, Saeb Erekat published a long report recounting the contents of the Trump “deal of the century,” his Israel-Palestine peace plan. The New Arab published the Arabic-language original and an English summary of the plan.
    For some strange reason, no one either in the Israeli or foreign media has picked up on the report, which offers the most detailed account ever reported of the provisions of the deal. It’s extremely important that they do this because the more that’s known about the plan the deeper it will sink like a lead balloon.
    I have tried unsuccessfully to get an Arab-speaker to read and summarize for me Erekat’s full report.
    I was hoping to write my own account once I was sure what was in that document. But Geoffrey Aronson has apparently read (or someone has read for him) the Arabic original and he’s confirmed that the English language summary is largely accurate.
    So here are the major provisions:
    –A Palestinian capital in Abu Dis, a village just outside East Jerusalem, but divided from it by the Separate Wall
    –Continued Israeli control of both East and West Jerusalem (“united Jerusalem”)
    –U.S. recognition of Israeli annexation of 10% of the West Bank
    –Palestinian state will be sovereign over only Areas A and B (which amount to 40% of the West Bank, excluding East Jerusalem)
    –No clear provision for any land in Area C to be returned to Palestine
    –Permanent Israeli security control of the Jordan Valley
    –Israeli-controlled transit/passage from West Bank to Gaza
    –Israeli-controlled access to Ben Gurion, Haifa and Ashdod ports for Palestinians
    –Israeli control of all airspace, territorial waters, border crossings and telecommunications (TV, radio, mobile spectrum)
    –No Palestinian security force (though a “strong police force” is envisioned)
    –No mention of the role of Gaza
    –No final border defined till after deal is signed
    –U.S. recognition of Israel as “the Jewish state”
    –No Palestinian Right of Return
    As Aronson makes clear in his account, Trump has dusted off an old Israeli plan developed by Yigal Alon in the 1970s and is trying to pass it off as bold, original thinking.
    It is nothing of the sort. His article includes this entertaining reference to the proposed Palestinian legislature in Abu Dis:
    “During the 1990s, a building meant to house the Palestinian parliament was in fact constructed in the village of Abu Dis, within site of Jerusalem’s Old City walls. But it was never used, except as a spacious roost for herds of pigeons.”
    Aronson noted in an earlier report that the real, unstated goal is to divert the Palestinians from thinking of the West Bank as a state at all.
    Rather, the longer-term goal is to situation a Palestinian state in Gaza (!). Here is his account of what Salman told Abbas during their meeting:
    “MBS announced that the Arab Peace Initiative (API)—a Saudi-sponsored grand bargain promising Arab recognition of and peace with Israel in return for the creation of a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza with east Jerusalem as its capital—is effectively dead.
    It’s time for Plan B, declared the crown prince: a Palestinian state in the Gaza Strip, fattened by undetermined Egyptian transfers of land in the Sinai Peninsula.
    When the startled Palestinian leader asked about the place of the West Bank and East Jerusalem in this scheme, MBS replied, “We can continue to negotiate about this.”
    “What about Jerusalem, the settlements, [West Bank] Areas B and C?” Abbas pressed.
    “These will be issues for negotiation, but between two states, and we will help you.”
    According to the source, MBS offered the Palestinian leader $10 billion to sweeten the bitter pill he had just prescribed. “Abbas can’t say no [to the Saudis],” the source explained, “but he can’t say yes.”
    If true, this is astonishing. I remember reading a harebrained scheme proposed by an Israeli chief rabbi that the Palestinians move their state to Sinai and turn it into a Middle Eastern version of “Arizona.”
    This proposal is essentially the same scheme.
    You’ll recall that when Abbas balked at accepting Salman’s proposal, the Crown Prince warned him that he would topple the Palestinian leader if he didn’t accede to his patron’s (Saudi Arabia) demands.
    The future House of Saud boss is nothing if not subtle.
    Finally, Erekat notes in his report that the U.S. has threatened to designate the PLO as a terror entity if it refuses the deal.
    This would undermine 30 years of U.S. policy and take us back to 1988, when the U.S. first recognized the PLO. Before then it was considered a terror organization, as Hamas is now.
    War Crimes and Genocide in Yemen: Death, Destruction, Starvation
    WikiLeaks Cables: Breaking Conventional Lies About the Coalition War in Yemen
    By Maxim Nikolenko
    Global Research, February 01, 2018
    The Saudi-led coalition unleashed a barrage of air strikes on Yemen, slaughtering as many as 71 civilians (many of them children) within a period of 48 hours, reported the Qatar-based news network Al Jazeera on Christmas Eve.
    This massacre attained little attention and dissolved into history, forgotten. On the next day, December 26, the coalition targeted more sites, killing at least 68 men, women and children.
    Those who are not annihilated by bombs risk dying from starvation. The Yemeni people are under blockade, enforced intentionally, with an aim to starve them into submission.
    By definition a vicious war crime, it is not a newsworthy subject across the Western media sphere.
    Silence is particularly well kept at the U.S. news network MSNBC, found a study conducted by an investigative team of Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting (FAIR).
    The leading liberal channel did not air a “single segment devoted specifically to Yemen in the second half of 2017.”
    Unfortunately, there is a reason for this. Serving increasingly as a mere agent of power, the media implies silence when it protects and justifies the interests of our mighty “masters of mankind”, to borrow the words of Adam Smith.
    Therefore, the crimes committed by the forces we label as our ‘adversaries’, are there to be amplified and condemned. Atrocities committed by us and our allies are there to be overlooked, ignored.
    Consequently, this conventional practice divides victims into worthy and unworthy. If this phenomenon was to be rated, then Yemenis would perhaps represent the most unworthy victims.
    The country falls into this model perfectly. To begin with, the bombs that destroy its infrastructure and kill its men, women and children are manufactured by the military-industrial corporations, which are headquartered in countries such as Great Britain and the United States.
    Furthermore, they are dropped on Yemen’s targets under intelligence support of the mentioned powers, by their regional allies Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait.
    These are the crimes of our empire and its client states, and therefore they would be forgiven and erased from the contemporary record.
    However, after breaking conventional lies employed to justify the war, and after recovering the sources of what Vandana Shiva [Indian scientist and activist-Kj] calls the “subjugated knowledge,” one will discover an inconceivable crime; perhaps the worst atrocity in decades being committed, precisely to propel the agenda of the most cynical forces controlling power.
    It is past time to break the silence.
    Our Ally in the Middle East
    While the Saudi coalition has been bombing Yemen since 2015, not a word was uttered about its actions when American president Donald Trump visited Riyadh in May.
    It is forbidden to talk about human lives when a business that destroys them is booming.
    The Trump administration arrived in Riyadh to continue the legacy of its predecessors by signing a massive $109.7 billion arms contract with Washington’s corrupt and autocratic client state, promising high yields to the shareholders of America’s vast defense industry.
    Celebrating this contract, the business press published a piece with a headline stating: “Defense stocks at record highs on Trump-Saudi deal.”
    It doesn’t matter that Saudi Arabia is a brutal theocratic and autocratic state, the single biggest sponsor of terrorism and a force waging an aggressive policy towards its neighbors in the Middle East.
    [Recall: Donald-Dances-With-Swords next to King Salman-Kj]
    In fact, Washington is well informed about it. An email released by WikiLeaks from the former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, reveals it very instructively.
    While elaborating on the U.S’s fight against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, Clinton points out that “we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region.”
    A nearly identical conclusion was drawn in a cable dating back to 2009.
    It assesses that “donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide.” Though we leave this note for now, the subject of terrorism will appear again.
    Material support Saudi Arabia receives from Washington also signals a green light to its conduct in Yemen. It is worth stressing that the American empire plays an important role within the Saudi-led coalition.
    Adel al-Jubeir, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, spoke openly about the partnership with the co-anchor of CBS, Norah O’Donnell.
    Replying to her softly-pressed concern about the coalition’s use of indiscriminate bombing, he replied:
    “We are very careful in picking targets, we have very precise weapons, we work with our allies, including the United States on these targets.”
    Supporting its client state in his political goals, the United States helps the coalition to identify “targets” in Yemen. This is an important point.
    Since Washington is so deeply involved in the war, it too bears responsibility for war crimes.
    Investigating further, we will discover the extent to which the interests of these two powers bond in Yemen, both before and during the current war.
    The myth about Iranian Proxies
    The reason that Saudi Arabia, along with its coalition partners, is waging war in Yemen has been repeated ever since the conflict started.
    Riyadh is fighting Houthis, a former guerrilla movement from the country’s Shia-populated Northern Province of Sa’ada.
    The Saudi intervention came months after Houthi rebels advanced from their Northern stronghold into the Central and Southern Provinces of Yemen, captured major cities, including the capital Sana’a.
    Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi, at that time Yemen’s serving President, fled the capital in 2014 to the Southern port city of Aden, where he stayed until fleeing to Saudi Arabia. The coalition started bombing Yemen immediately after his exile in March 2015.
    Straightaway, the goal of the bombing was stated clearly: Riyadh sought to restore the government apparatus of President Hadi in Sana’a and crush the Houthi uprising.
    Justifying its actions, the Saudi coalition blamed Iran for supporting the rebel movement and thus destabilizing the entire region.
    Therefore, the coalition intervened in Yemen to stop the spread of Iranian influence on the Arabian Peninsula. Obediently, the Western news media amplified this message.
    A proxy war scenario was born.
    On 26 March 2015, the Guardian summarized events in Yemen in the following fashion: “The conflict, spreading outwards like a poison cloud from the key southern battleground around Aden, pits Saudi Arabia, the leading Sunni Muslim power, plus what remains of Yemen’s government against northern-based Houthi rebels, who are covertly backed by Shia Muslim Iran.”
    Thus “the primary Saudi aim is to pacify Yemen, but its wider objective is to send a powerful message to Iran: stop meddling in Arab affairs.”
    This narrative is still relevant today. Under a premise that Houthis are no more than proxies of Iran, it is possible to draw a conclusion that Riyadh responds reciprocally to Iran’s actions.
    Of course, such a narrative is grossly oversimplified, though it is repeated routinely in the corporate papers, and thus it has become a conventional wisdom.
    Before breaking down this myth, it is worth stressing that even if the conflict is portrayed as a regional fight between the two rivals – Riyadh and Tehran – the United States has numerously demonstrated its unilateral position on the issue.
    Speaking at the Arab Islamic American Summit in Riyadh, President Trump made it clear that
    “Iran funds, arms, and trains terrorists, militias, and other extremist groups that spread destruction” across Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen.
    In this context, Iran’s destabilizing “extremist groups” in Yemen are the Houthis.
    Such a statement will not be a surprise for those who listened to the earlier remarks of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, James Mattis, who described Iran as “the single biggest state sponsor of terrorism in the world.”
    As we already know, this is a lie.
    Much more. Worth the comprehensive 15-20 minute read:
    In a statement, Hezbollah expressed its support to the stances made by the Lebanese senior officials against Lieberman’s remarks and reiterated firmly and unequivocally confronting any aggression on Lebanon’s gas and oil resources and defending the country’s facilities.
    Jews are the light of the world…(sarcasm off)
    IAK’s weekly update of the Judenstaadt’s avaricious, noxious, military occupation abuses, excesses, chronic human and civil rights violations, and exhibitions of behavior that they’ve resorted to for 2,000 years, but can’t figure out why they’ve been expelled over a hundred times from various nations down through history.
    If Americans Knew Blog: Palestine: Jewish Settlers Torch 100 of World’s Oldest Olive Trees
    Palestinians report that Israeli settlers have burned down agricultural land including valuable olive trees, while Israeli forces prevented the Palestinian owners from putting out the fires; Israeli press reports that the cause of the fire is “unknown” and that Israelis and Palestinians “worked together” to extinguish it.
    Israeli settlers in the northern occupied West Bank have razed to the ground huge swathes of Palestinian-owned agricultural land in the town of Huwara, according to reports.
    The fields were set on fire by “masked settlers,” Al-Resalah newspaper reports, who snuck on to the land and poured petrol on it before setting it alight. Around 100 olive trees were destroyed in the blaze, which spread as locals were prevented from attending the fire by Israeli forces.
    Olive trees in Israel hold vast religious and cultural significance to both Jews and Palestinians. As well as being the livelihood of many Palestinian farmers, the trees are thought to be the “oldest on Earth” and are mentioned in the Old Testament numerous times.
    Olive trees in the Garden of Gethsemane near the Old City of Jerusalem are believed to be up to 900 years old and belong to the same lineage as the olive trees among which Jesus Christ prayed the night before his crucifixion.
    Finally being evicted from the flat.
    I like the Muslim people that go by the name Ahmed more than those that go by the name Mhamed.
    The medieval ‘Gospel of Barnabas’ that speaks well of Islam says of the Islamic messenger as one named Ahmed, but whose soul when it was created was named Mhamed by the Creator.
    So the Man’s name was Ahmed but his soul was named Mohamed.
    He was such an enigma and a powerful natural force that I, a born Muslim, has had to accept the unbelievable fact that he could have been a Coptic Christian all along.
    What I am proposing has nothing to do with me being evicted from my flat by Ahmed for having not paid U$ 15,000 of back arrears, and not of the profuse apologies of his sons, who are my neighbors.
    Their father sired 23 children. An Arabic thing. And he doesnt have a place to keep them. I doubt if he knows all his children’s names.
    Since 2011 he has asked me to vacate. Initially he were to house orphans in my flat, and I told him I will vacate.
    He once said to me ‘my religion does not permit me to evict a family’.
    Of course I believed him as him and his family live traditional simple Arabic lives devoid of deceit, but he asked me not to drink my beer in front of him.
    Long story short is that I have to vacate not for the U$ 15,000 but his boy wanting to get married. He told his son that he can live in his place but the bride baulked at such an old fashioned suggestion.
    By the way my power bills and such like were paid by the Arab neighbhours, and who are always asking me what I needed so that they can provide for me.
    These are the people who ‘LIVE’ Islam and not merely preach about it.
    These unique type of people have one thing in common. They are Arabs by blood.
    Which makes me question the identity of our Islamic prophet in detail.
    I managed to find out from various sources that:
    1. He was known before he was to be born by the name Ahamadum, according to Hebraic sources.
    However this entity “The Trustworthy (Ahmed being) ” had more connections to the Orthodox Christianity in every respect, marriage included.
    Ere makes me believe our Prophet Muhammad was a Christian.
    Look at his poor surroundings.
    Arabs and Muslims proud to say they were savages at that time, however their recorded writings of the time were ample to describe. Had a ready made Arabic language that could expain everything, hence since then the Quran is cast in stone.
    But was Ahmed a Christian?
    I have ample evidence that he was, and an Orthodox one at that.
    At his time he were surrounded by Christians south of his country and in Syria where Christianity started. Where he used to be just another merchant.
  37. Kalif February 2, 2018 @ 9:57 am
    Burp. I am finished with the cask of wine.
    To get back to why I suspect the prophet to have been a Christian is strongly suggested by the fact that when the Arabian unbelievers were poised to annihilate the early Muslims, he asked his followers to go to Abyssinia where a ‘righteous King who would do no one harm’ reigned.
    His followers heeded his call and including the Prophet’s daughter and other members of his family embarked on a short trip across the Red Sea and took refuge in modern day Orthodox Christian nation of Ethiopia.
    It wasn’t long before those hounding the early Muslims learned of their whereabouts and naturally they approached the King of Ethiopia, the Nagash, to ask him to be given custody of the Muslim who had wronged their King in Arabia.
    Now remember that at that time, the call to prayer which we call the Azzan today was actually first made by Bilal the Ethiopian.
    Then when the early Muslims sought refuge from the Arabian tribes they did not seek refuge among the Christian nations of South Arabia or in Syria where Christianity started, and where the Prophet of Islam used to go work as a merchant but he advised his followers to go to Ethiopia instead.
    Once those that were hounding them knew of their whereabouts and evidently approached the King Nagash saying that these ‘Muslim’ people had defied and wronged their King in Arabia and hence they sought to take them into their custody and ferry them back to Arabia.
    The Nagash King being unaware of what has actually transpired and being unaware of who the ‘Muslims’ were decided to call them to learn from they of their identity.
    Once in his presence and by way of introducing themselves they recited to him verses from their Holy Book the Quran.
    The Christian King listened intently and after said to them that what they read from the Quran was nothing new, but part of the King’s own religion, the King being an Orthodox Christian.
    After hearing the recitation the King surmised to them saying “What you have recited is about my religion,” of course the King being Christian. There was never any recorded denial to suggest that Nagash was mistaken in his statement to this very day, ere we can safely believe his statement. After all the Quran mentions more with veritable merit Christians more than it does to Islamic figures.
    The King then informed his subjects that the Muslims were a branch of Christianity, and he summoned those that sought to take the Muslims back to Arabia, and told them that ‘I will never surrender these innocent people to you even if you give me a mountain of gold’, evidently revealing the fact that he was to be rewarded with financial gain.
    One of the people among this throng of refugees was the Prophet’s own daughter. Couple that with the fact that the artist who first made the Azzan, the Islamic call to prayer was also an Ethiopian, probably of Christian origin.
    Couple that with the fact that the Prophet ended up marrying Mariah the Copt as his wife, then urging his followers never to raise their arms against Christians as these Christians were ‘part of my family’.
    He seemed to have even made a decree with Christian monasteries of Arabia of the time ensuring that they will never be attacked by Muslims.
    These things I have said and the fact that south of his domicile were known Christian Kingdoms. As the Prophet also was always on merchant caravans to Syria, the birth-place of Christianity seem to suggest to me he was more of a Christian himself than we were led to believe.
    Whose Holoco$t is it, anyway?
    Jews’ exclusive control over the Holoco$t narrative in the West is slipping.
    They never had it in Russia to begin with. Russians appropriated the word “holocaust” back in the ’90s after the fall of the Iron Curtain when both nationalists and communists used ‘Holocaust’ to mean ‘Russian genocide.’
    Who Owns Auschwitz?
    The law that would prohibit any mention of Polish complicity during World War II is wrong.
    But it is also a stark reminder that Jews no longer have exclusivity over the Holocaust’s narrative
    A favorite joke among the Polish-Moroccan section of my family is the one about the Polish mother who made aliyah in 1938, and never forgave herself for having missed out on the Holocaust.
    Of course, if you’re not aware of the way Polish mothers have long served as the butt of a thousand jokes in Israeli comedy, for their fabled love of suffering and being curators of grievances, you might find that joke offensive.
    But being of Polish roots and the grandson of Holocaust survivors, I get to make it.
    I’ve been thinking about that joke a lot this past week – ever since the furor over Poland’s new Holocaust revision law broke out last Saturday.
    Because the Polish insistence that no one use the term “Polish death camps” is understandable.
    After all, the camps were built and operated on the orders of the German Third Reich, and millions of Poles suffered and died in them. So it makes sense they should be called “German death camps.”
    What doesn’t make sense is passing a law that prohibits calling the camps “Polish” or even suggesting that the Polish nation was in any way complicit with Nazi crimes.
    History is not written in law books, and the way to commemorate the victims of the Nazis cannot be through limiting freedom of speech and historical research. All that should be common sense. But the Poles have a very conflicted attitude toward the camps, especially Auschwitz.
    You may not be allowed to say that Auschwitz was a “Polish camp,” but Auschwitz is very much Poland’s.
    As you drive there on the road from Kraków, signs point you toward the “State Museum” and you are left in no doubt that this is where the Polish people commemorate their national calamity.
    For non-Poles, and especially for Jews, there can be a rather unnerving feeling upon reaching Auschwitz – of competing narratives.
    [And then Anschel goes on to argue that not that many Poles suffered at Auschwitz compared to Jews, that the Jews weren’t even at Auschwitz but at Birkenau which was the “real” Jewish death camp down the road with gas chambers, cattle cars, industrial slaughter, etc, etc]
    Ahed spanked the Jewish occupation forces out of her front yard.
    Today is her 17th birthday. May she have a blessed one.
    1) They’re trying to punish us through our children’: A report from Nabi Saleh on Ahed Tamimi’s 17th birthday
    On January 31st Ahed Tamimi’s family celebrated her 17th birthday without her. Tamimi has been in Israeli detention since a pre-dawn raid on her family home on December 19th.
    While her case has become a global symbol of Palestinian resistance, the Tamimi family is missing several of its members in Israeli prisons, including Mohammad and Osama Tamimi who have been kept in solidarity confinement.
    “The Israeli’s believe this virus of non violent resistance that needs to be killed in Nabi Saleh so it doesn’t spread.
    Now they’re trying to punish us through our children,” Manal Tamimi tells Mondoweiss.
    2) ‘We are proud of her’: Palestinian teenagers on the importance of Ahed Tamimi
    Since Ahed Tamimi’s arrest, she has become an international icon for the experiences of Palestinian children under Israel’s more than half-century occupation.
    Mondoweiss sat down with teenagers in Bethlehem’s Dheisheh refugee camp, where Israeli violence is an everyday reality for its some 15,000 residents, to discuss their experiences living under Israeli military rule and how they relate to the now iconic teenager.
    Nancy Sarasra, 16, says, “I see Ahed as someone who refuses to stay quiet.
    “All Palestinians know that it’s not easy to have soldiers invade your home. But Ahed is actually brave enough to stand up for herself and her family.”
    3) Israeli lawmaker tells BBC he’d put Ahed Tamimi ‘in the hospital’ by kicking her face
    Israeli lawmaker Oren Hazan [he of the blessed hairy thrice-fold chin-Kj] of the Likud Party was interviewed by the BBC on Wednesday, in a news report about Ahed Tamimi titled “Is a slap an act of terror?”.
    Hazan opined that “a slap is terrorism” and described his response:
    “If I was there, she would finish in the hospital. For sure. Nobody could stop me. I would kick, kick her face, believe me”.
    Hazan is known for outrageous statements. For example he recently called Gazan families visiting relatives in Israeli prison “dogs,” “human scum” and “beasts”.
    But Israel apologists hurried to contain the damage, as this was aired on one of the biggest mainstream channels.
    It would be hard for many people to accept this as ‘self-defence’, even if Oren Hazan says it is. Israel apologia outlet ‘Honest Reporting’ went on the offensive against the BBC, in a piece titled “BBC News Kicks Israel in the Face”.
    It was supposedly BBC who was the aggressor, since they could have interviewed someone else than Hazan; and they should have known that he was an enfant terrible. Editor Simon Plosker tweeted:
    “Appalling that @oren_haz was given airtime on BBC 2 embarrass Israel.
    “Whatever you think about Ahed Tamimi, stating that you’d kick a 16yr old girl’s face in and land her in hospital is terrible PR and shame on @BowenBBC 4 selecting him in the first place”.
    Well Hazan is a member of the governing coalition. Before the BBC selected him, Benjamin Netanyahu’s party faithful did.
    Plosker was deservedly countered by Israeli activist Ofer Neiman, who retweeted:
    “From an Israeli citizen, Simon, YOU are in cahoots with this Israeli #apartheid political elite. Don’t like what you see in BBC mirror?”
    Indeed, Hazan might be an extreme example, so maybe we should look at some more from the ‘center.’
    Did Plosker or anyone else notice how close Hazan’s words were to those of the ‘centrist liberal’ journalist Ben Caspit, who wrote, “In the case of the girls, we should exact a price at some other opportunity, in the dark, without witnesses and cameras.”
    And he added: “I, for example, if I were to encounter that situation, I would have long ago been in detention until end of procedures” (presumably because he would go amok on Ahed Tamimi)?
    Is Ben Caspit also an enfant terrible?
    And what about former Defense Minister Yaalon who in 2015 promised to keep hurting “Lebanese civilians, to include kids of the family.”
    What about Centrist lawmaker Tzipi Livni, who after the 2008-2009 onslaught on Gaza killed hundreds of civilians congratulated Israel for showing “real hooliganism” and for “going wild” in Gaza?
    And what about New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman who endorses the ‘going crazy’ doctrine against civilians in Lebanon?
    Are all of them bad apples?
    See, this is Israel’s problem. It goes crazy, because it’s part of a doctrine, a culture of violence, that is rationalized as ‘deterrence’.
    And it needs to show that face, so that those who are under its control know that no-one can ‘out-crazy’ Israel, as Friedman puts it.
    But then, when some people forget to put the mask on for the liberals, suddenly it’s too crazy, and it needs to be contained as an aberration.
    When it happens, Israel’s apologists are in a hurry to turn your gaze the other way. It’s not Hazan or Israel kicking Ahed – it is the BBC kicking Israel!
    What the Republican memo does:
    It unravels 12 months of concerted full time MSM attacks on Donald Trump by turning the tables on them
    It unravels the Russia-Trump Collusion meme by proving a 3-way collusion between a group inside the FBI, the DOJ, and Democratic Party to illegally and mischievously influence the outcome of the election, turning the tables around so that the fingers are now pointed at the accusers
    It exonerates Trump and elevates him even in the eyes of his enemies.
    His accusers stand accused and infinitely more so by their public attempts to prevent the memo’s release.
    The entire strategy of the Democratic Party and their Deep State bosses was based on the premise that they would win and therefore their crimes would remain hidden from the public.
    Hence even more damaging info will flow now as we come to understand that there was no plan B in case they lost
    Ha. . . .ha .. .. .. ha. Things are going to unravel pretty quickly now as everything they attempt to do is perceived for what it is – treason, is uncovered, blocked and backfires.
    It’s obvious to the whole world that the UN under the control of the US is an abject and hypocritical failure.
    It has facilitated wars on end rather than preventing them as was its ostensible founding mandate.
    The Security Council is the problem.
    The USA and Israel, who are at odds with the rest of the world need to be shackled.
    This would require much effort on the part of the rest of the UN to stop the US veto power in relation to every otherwise unanimous sanctioning resolution against the genocidal actions of the Jews towards Palestinians.
    2/3 majority general assembly resolutions must be enforceable militarily.
    Without this there is no UN, it is just an expensive talkfest.
    Other resolutions requiring a non-military solution must also be enforceable using economic sanctions, also imposed only by a 2/3 majority of the General Assembly.
    Only hindsight will show whether this is the beginning of the long anticipated huge market crash. This is either a very convincing head fake or else the huge crash has started.
    The Donald has gone out of his way to take credit for the big market run up to 26,000+ on the Dow Jones in the year since Trump took office. Trump would look silly to blame the crash on Obama after Trump claimed all the credit for the big market gains over the last year.
    The bankster cartel seems to have set Trump up for the crash to happen on Trump’s watch. The Jew World Order (JWO) wants to make Obama look good and make Trump look bad.
    The JWO is using Trump as the poster boy for the old white Christian order of the world, so they want Trump to look bad.
    The coming market crash, depression, and trouble will be portrayed by the Jews’ media as the fault of Christianity and white people.
    Zionist Jews are skilled in blaming Christians for the evils that Jews do themselves.
    I wonder if Mad Poodle is disappointed?
    Or is it a verbal cue for another head-chopper takfiri White Helmet takfiri chemical spectacle in Idlib sometime soon to use as a pretext again?
    ~~~*~~~ Mattis: US Has No Evidence of Syrian Use of Sarin Gas

    Threatens Harsh Reaction to Syria If They Do Use Gas in the Future

    Jason Ditz Posted on February 2, 2018Categories NewsTags Pentagon, Syria
    Speaking to reporters Friday at the Pentagon, Defense Secretary James Mattis admitted that the US has no evidence Syria has used sarin gas in the course of the Syrian War, though he threatened a harsh US reaction if Syria did so.

    Mattis said the US was aware of allegations of sarin use, but that they had never come up with any such evidence that would corroborate it.

    He insisted this didn’t mean the US didn’t believe the allegations, however, or was contesting them in any way.

    This has been a recurring issue with the US, which has regularly accused Syria of using chemical weapons throughout the war, and most recently attacked a Syrian airbase in April based on such allegations.

    Those allegations related to more primitive chlorine gas use, which is distinct from the use of the more advanced sarin gas.

    Early in the Syrian War, Syria agreed to dismantle its chemical arsenal, one of the world’s largest at the time. Though total verification was never possible because of intense fighting around some sites, all signs point to Syria having disarmed all of its substantial armaments.

    Chlorine-based weapons, far more primitive than what would’ve been in Syria’s arsenal, were not believed to be in Syria earlier in the war, and accidental chlorine releases in the course of conventional attacks have not been ruled out.

    Rebels sought to push the chemical claims as a way of vilifying Syria and justifying more international pushes for regime change, and the US has eagerly lapped that up.

    Mattis’ comments suggest the US is still likely to do so, even in the absence of any real evidence, and claims of any sarin use are unlikely to be dependent on such claims being either true or verifiable.

    He is also a prophet inasmuch as he is counseling American Jewry to give up its attachment to Zionism as a dead letter, no different from a Christian state here, and so prepare itself for a future in which Israel is isolated as a pariah state and there is a “significant exodus of Israel’s Jews.”

    His words are astounding because Siegman, a Holocaust survivor now in his late 80s, was himself a Zionist, and head of the World Jewish Congress. His bravery in renouncing the animating political faiths of his life– it’s inspiring.

    His intervention is especially meaningful because this week Barack Obama came back for an encore, at a prominent NY synagogue this week, and trotted out his usual b.s. about being Israel’s best friend, and softening his good last blow– allowing the Security Council settlements resolution to pass– by saying that settlement construction had “rocketed,” so he had to do something. No vision at all, from a person who has some high degree of freedom in his life. Siegman knocks Obama hard in his piece.

    Here are some crucial passages. Near the end of the piece, Siegman lays out the cruel delusion of Oslo and praises Trump for shattering “the illusion of a two-state outcome,” finally turning the struggle to one of equal rights no statehood.

    Notice how he aligns himself with young Palestinians’ hopes and idealism.

    “Nothing has been as harmful to the Palestinian struggle to end Israel’s occupation and unrelenting theft of territory intended for its state as Abbas’ insistence on the preservation of the Palestinian Authority and the myth that it serves as “a state in formation,” when it so clearly allowed Israel to solidify its occupation.

    “Trump’s move on Jerusalem achieved what years of Israel’s settlements failed to do—shatter the illusion of a two-state outcome, and allow the Palestinian national movement to turn into a struggle for rights, which is to say a struggle to end Israel’s de facto apartheid regime, a course I have advocated for over a decade, and now increasingly embraced by younger Palestinians.

    “What is particularly significant is that this younger generation is opting for a struggle for equal rights in a single state not because they despair of achieving a state of their own, but because it is their preferred solution.”

    Siegman then endorses the struggle for equal rights and the end of Zionism.

    This is his conclusion. Notice the clarity of his phrasing. There are no evasions here. And: notice the repeated references to an exodus of Jews.

    “It is the right choice, for their struggle for a state of their own is one Palestinians cannot win, while a struggle to maintain an apartheid regime is one Israel cannot win.

    “If after what undoubtedly would be a long and bitter anti-apartheid struggle Palestinians prevail, they will be in the clear majority.

    “Having established the principle that the majority can impose on the minority the religious and cultural identity of the State, Israel will not be in a strong position to deny Palestinians that same right.

    “That will lead in time to a significant exodus of Israel’s Jews.

    “If Palestinians do not prevail, then the undeniable apartheid character of the state and the cost of the ongoing struggle will lead to the same result—an exodus of Israel’s Jews over time, creating an even greater demographic imbalance between the country’s Jewish and Arab populations.

    “Palestinians will not leave because they will have nowhere to go.”

    Next, no tears for Zionism. And a warning to American Jews to abandon Zionism.

    “The outcome is therefore likely to be the end of Israel as a Jewish state.

    “If so, it will be an outcome brought about not by BDS movements but by Israelis themselves, not only because of their rejection of the two-state solution, but because of their insistence on defining Israel’s national identity and territorial claims in religious terms.

    “A state that fast-tracks citizenship through government-sponsored religious conversion to Judaism, as Israel’s government now does, cannot for long hide that it privileges its Jewish citizens—just as the United States could not have claimed to be a democracy if conversion to Christianity were a path to U.S. citizenship.”

    Of course Palestinians have been saying this for a long time, idealistic democracy-loving Palestinians like Ali Abunimah and Omar Barghouti and Linda Sarsour.

    Yes, but it is meaningful that a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former Zionist leader is saying so, folks.

    Some other bits. The peace process is a lie and a scam.

    Much More:

    God grant that I live long enough to see the Land of Palestine entirely restored to the Palestinian Arab people.

    RT: ‘Bouquet for Putin:’ Anti-Trump crowd rush to claim GOP serves Russian interests

    The newly released Republican memo on alleged FBI and Justice Department abuses has sent advocates of the Russiagate theories into meltdown.

    They immediately said it was all done in Russia’s interests.

    If Americans Knew: The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement for Palestinian Rights (BDS) has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize 2018

    Bjørnar Moxnes, a member of the Norwegian Parliament, has nominated the international Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement for this year’s Nobel Prize.

    Press release

    The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS)-movement for Palestinian rights was yesterday formally nominated for this year’s Nobel Peace Prize by the Norwegian MP Bjørnar Moxness (Rødt).

    This nomination reflects the growing international solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for justice, dignity and freedom from the Israeli occupation.

    The BDS Campaign is a Palestinian-led, international non-violent movement for freedom, equality and a just peace for the Palestinian people:

    BDS upholds that Palestinians are entitled to the same rights as the rest of humanity

    Inspired by the South African non-violent anti-apartheid movement, the BDS call urges action to pressure Israel to comply with international law and human rights

    BDS is a growing, vibrant global movement of unions, academic associations, churches and grassroots movements in about 50 countries.

    Eleven years since its launch, BDS has major impact and is effectively challenging international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism

    The BDS-movement was started and is led by the Palestinian society with over 170 Palestinian organizations behind the call for peaceful action.

    Norwegian MP Bjørnar Moxness is a member of the Red Party. I mean really, really red. The party is so Red it’s deep maroon.

    The party consists of two previous merged parties, the Workers’ Communist Party and its election front, the Red Electoral Alliance. It has various internal factions, including the Trotskyists, Marxist-Leninists, and democratic socialists.

    Commies make my skin itch, but in this case it doesn’t matter. It’s about doing the right thing, and the BDS movement in growing in Norway.

    Palestine should not be a “left/right” partisan thing, not when the scummy, feral Settler Jews steal the land and water or else use it for sewage treatment, vandalize their homes, burn their olive trees, shoot the poor farmers and their families, and kill their livestock.

    If Americans Knew is also putting in their nomination. This is the nomination of the entire Palestinian people for the Peace Prize.

    I’ll put some extra eczema ointment on the itch.

    IMEMC: Israeli Colonist Settlers Attack Farmers In Beit Ummar

    A group of extremist Israeli colonists attacked, Saturday, many Palestinian farmers on their own lands in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

    The WAFA Palestinian News Agency has reported that the assailants, including a security guard of Karmie Tzur illegal colony, which was built on private Palestinian lands, hurled stones at the farmers, while shouting and cussing at them.

    The attackers forced the Palestinians out of their lands, and threatened to kill them, while Israeli soldiers stood nearby without intervening.

    Among the Palestinians who were attacked by the colonists was Ibrahim Sabarna, and his family.

    Just a couple out of many IMEMC news bits from the home page reporting on the psychopathic Idiot Occupation Forces attacking peaceful demonstrations this week:

    IMEMC: Israeli Army Surrounds A Home Near Jenin, Sets off Explosives

    Israeli soldiers invaded, on Saturday at dawn, al-Kafeer town, southeast of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and surrounded a home where a Palestinian who is believed behind death of an Israeli colonialist settler last month was alleged to be hiding.

    Media sources in Jenin said a large military force, including 22 military vehicles and 2 armored bulldozers, invaded the town and surround the home of Walid Ershaid, and started using loud speakers demanding Ahmad Jarrar to surrender.

    The Israeli military said they thought Jarrar was hiding out in the house.

    It should be noted that on January 18th, Israeli soldiers executed the cousin of Ahmad Jarrar after mistaking him for Ahmad.

    IMEMC: Army Injures Fifteen Palestinians In Gaza, Including Two With Life-Threatening Wounds

    Israeli soldiers shot, on Friday evening, fifteen Palestinians with live rounds, including two suffered life-threatening wounds, after the army attacked protesters on Palestinian lands close the border fence, in the northern and eastern parts of the Gaza Strip.

    The soldiers, stationed on military towers and in tanks near and around Nahal OZ army base, east of Gaza city, fired dozens of live rounds at the protesters, wounding five young men in their legs, and causing two others to suffer the severe effects of teargas inhalation.

    The wounded Palestinians were moved to the Shifa Medical Center, west of Gaza, suffering moderate-but-stable wounds, while the rest received treatment from the effects of teargas inhalation at the scene.

    Syrian Perspective:

    Ziad Fadel

    Erdoghan has ordered the arrest of over 300 Turks because they had the temerity to question his campaign against the Kurds of Northern Syria and their chief benefactor, the United States.

    Railing against a group of medical doctors who were summarily arrested four evenings ago by his thugs, Erdoghan blasted their treason. They are now lounging in jail awaiting indictments.

    Trump, who probably doesn’t know where Turkey is, much less what is going on, supposedly called Erdoghan to urge him to be “cautious”.

    That Erdoghan has threatened to move his military campaign to the town of Manbij where American Special Forces and Marines are situated helping the Kurds to establish their mini-state in northeastern Syria, only underlines the unlimited nature of both his and Trump’s boorishness.

    Both nations are members of NATO and are bound together by a covenant of fraternity and friendship.

    Well, not any more, apparently, as Turkey is about to commit the abomination of the century by booting out the American troops from a position they occupy illegally anyways.

    That Turkey is also in Syria illegally while challenging the U.S.’ illegal presence there represents a classic analytical essay for a course in international law.

    Dr. Assad, the typical physician, doesn’t lose his cool. His Russian friends are encouraging him to stay out of the fracas to permit the enemies of his government to rumble it out.

    I mean, who cares who wins or loses? I certainly don’t.

    If the Turks kick the U.S. out, then, hurray for the Turks. If the U.S. kicks the Turks out, then, hurray for the Yanks. And if the Kurds are kicked out, then, hurray for the side which did that.

    You can’t lose with a set-up like this. See, you can have your cake and eat it too.

    The U.S. is trying to save face by pretending not to have any interest in the ‘Afreen area. However, a red line will be crossed if the Turks engage Kurd forces in Manbij.

    With a claimed 1700 to 2000 American troops there, what will be the American strategy? It’s certainly not enough of a force to take on the Turk army.

    Instead, what seems to be looming is a Vietnam-like quagmire for Erdoghan. If Ankara persists in annihilating the Kurds of northern Syria, it will mean a long-term presence with attendant morbid statistics.

    In the meanwhile, Syria’s army will continue to pummel the terrorist rodents of Idlib until they crack, collapse and disappear.

    The same will happen in the East Ghouta. Once Syria’s goals are achieved, Dr. Assad will then turn to the Turk and Kurd problem in the north and northeast.

    We here at SyrPer believe that it is in Syria’s best interest to ally with Turkey and help it to eradicate the Kurdish menace.

    This will test Erdoghan’s stated policy of simply fighting terrorism and not occupying another nation’s territory.

    The Kurds, who have proven to be quite treacherous will have to be destroyed. In any case, fighting alongside the Turks to rid the country of the Kurdish plague will leave a weaker Turk army to fight if and when Damascus sees no other alternative than to go to war against Ankara.

    It is amazing how the Kurds have fallen into this trap when they know from past experience how reliable the Yanks are when it comes to alliances with minorities in the Middle East.

    Syria and Russia are successfully degrading the terrorist presence in Idlib. You can tell this is happening from the voluminous waves of concocted CW stories all blaming the Assad government.

    I wish I could have a nickel for every use of the word “regime” in the muddled Western Press. I would be quite rich.

    In any case, the terrorist media is claiming heavy bombardment of the town of Saraaqib in Idlib. As always, the terrorist media tried to stir up emotions by only discussing civilian casualties while ignoring the effectiveness of the warplanes’ savaging terrorist positions and weapons storage facilities.

    Judging from readers’ comments after some of these articles, nobody is being fooled by any of this.

    The Syrian Army is now only 9 kms from Saraaqib which would free up the highway between Aleppo and Damascus, not to mention Aleppo and Idlib.

    Yesterday, the SAA freed the following towns and villages in Idlib Province: Al-Mushayrifa, Al-Tuwayhina, Tal Al-Sultaan, Al-Husayniyya, Mas’ada, Tal Khaarita, Jabal Al-Taweel and Tal Kalba.

    This has placed the forward SAA units at the distance mentioned herein-above.

    We predict a full assault on Saraaqib this week as both the SAAF and RuAF continue to bombard Saraaqib with heretofore unparalleled intensity. This is why the terrorist media is going berserk.

    It’s also why the Saudi terrorist supremo, ‘Abdullah Al-Muhaysini, was intercepted speaking to some of his commanders. He told them that “morale is collapsing” after the “catastrophes of Aleppo and Idlib”.

    He also railed against the internal strife within the terrorist ranks which has prevented the establishment of a joint terrorist command center.

    In southeast Aleppo yesterday, right on the border with Idlib, the SAA wiped out whole nests of terrorist cockroaches at Kafr Haddaad, Ziyaarat Al-Matkh, Wareeda, Zamaar, Tallat Wareeda, Tal ‘Alloosh.

    The towns were cleared of mines and IEDs by SAA sappers. I was informed that 16 rodents belonging to Nusra were killed with scores wounded escaping to nearby villages.

    It is obvious that anarchy is now reigning amongst the terrorists in Idlib. With no place to go, some are disappearing into the local scenery in an effort to escape certain death. The handwriting is on the wall.

    As a note, the newest Russian Early Warning AWAC-type plane, the A-50, has been seen in the skies over Syria marking a new chapter in Moscow’s support of the Syrian people. This plane reportedly can detect the presence of stealth aircraft.

    Wouldn’t want to be HTS/al Nusra/al Qaeda/FSA degenerates after executing this Russian pilot…

    Interestingly, NATO Turks invade Afrin and week later jihadists are shooting US MANPADS at Russian planes…

    UPDATE: The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the the warplane had been downed by militants. According to the ministry, the militants probably used a MANPAD.

    UPDATE 2: Hayat Tahrir al-Sham officially confirmed that it had downed the warplane with a MANPAD.

    On February 3, the US-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) group, Jaysh al-Nasir, announced that its fighters had shot down a Su-25 warplane of the Russian Aerospace Forces over the village of Khan al-Sabil southwest of the city of Saraqib in the southeastern Idlib countryside.

    A video released by Syrian opposition activists showed the Su-25 being hit in its right engine by what appears to be an anti-aircraft gun. The pilot ejected from the Su-25 immediately.

    The Su-25 pilot was reportedly captured right away by fighters of HTS and the FSA. In a leaked radio conversation, a commander of the militants ordered his fighters to execute the pilot then burn his body once he is captured.

    Later, FSA and HTS supporters published on their Telegram channels a photo of the Su-25 pilot after he was executed with several gun shots. According to some reports, the pilot was killed by gun fire before he was able to land.

    In the photo the pilot appears to be wearing the official uniform of the Russian Aerospace Forces. However, the identity of the pilot is yet to be confirmed.

    On August 1, 2016 five Russian servicemen were killed and decapitated by HTS and FSA fighters when their helicopter was shot down also around Saraqib city.

    Syrian opposition sources reported that dozens of Syrian and Russian aircraft are currently flying over the southeastern Idlib countryside in what appears to be an attempt to locate the group responsible for shooting down the Su-25 warplane.

    The Ministry of Defense of Russia has not yet commented on the incident.

    For a person outside the events described in the FISA memo to say “That’s it?” is one thing, but for Comey to say it, from inside, means that there is so much more he is hiding. So much more that the self-incriminating “That’s it?” spills out, unable to be restrained. Ha ha ha.

    As we all know and as Comey will soon find out the FISA memo is just the tip of the iceberg, not of malfaecance, which he has shown by these two words that he is up to his eyeballs in, but of the REVELATION of that malfeasance.

    And this drip is in it so deep he is in a Comey coma, saying things he would not, were he still living in the world, even the criminal world, of the sane.

    -“There will come a time when the best property of a believer will be domesticated animals which he will take to the tops of mountains and the places of rainfall so as to flee with his religion from the afflictions.”

    -“Do not revert to disbelief after me by striking (cutting) the necks of one another.”

    -“Abusing a believer is (evil doing) and killing him is (disbelief).”

    -“Whoever takes up arms against us, is not from us.”

    -“None has the right to be worshiped but God. Woe to the Arabs, from the Great evil that is nearly approaching them. Today a gap has been made in the wall of Gog and Magog like this.” (Sufyan illustrated by this forming the number 90 or 100 with his fingers.) Redefining Anti-Semitism – An Effort To Silence Criticism Of Israel

    An authoritative American voice digs into this aspect of Jewish influence on American politics

    Chuck Baldwin Jan 30, 2018

    The term “anti-Semitism” has traditionally referred to hatred of Jews and Judaism.

    Now, there is a campaign to redefine anti-Semitism to mean criticism of Israel and opposition to Zionism.

    This campaign has as its goal the silencing of those who are critical of Israel’s 50-year occupation of Palestinian trrritories and are engaged in activities such as support for the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement.

    Ironically, many of those holding such views are themselves Jewish.

    The tactic of using the term “anti-Semitism” as a weapon against dissenters from Israeli policies is not new.

    Dorothy Thompsom, the distinguished journalist who was one of the earliest enemies of Nazism, found herself criticizing the policies of Israel shortly after its creation.

    Despite her valiant crusade against Hitler she, too, was subject to the charge of “anti-Semitism.”

    In a letter to The Jewish Newsletter (April 6, 1951) she wrote:

    “Really, I think continued emphasis should be put upon the extreme damage to the Jewish community of branding people like myself as anti-Semitic…

    The State of Israel had got to learn to live in the same atmosphere of free criticism which every other state in the world must endure…

    There are many subjects on which writers in this country are, because of these pressures, becoming craven and mealy-mouthed. But people don’t like to be craven and mealy-mouthed; every time one yields to such pressure, one is filled with self-contempt and this self-contempt works itself out in resentment of those who caused it.”

    A list of those who have falsely been accused of anti-Semitism because of their criticism of Israel would be a long one.

    In 2014, Jerusalem Post columnist Caroline Glick declared that Secretary of State John Kerry is “anti-Semitic.”

    According to Glick, “Kerry is obsessed with Israel’s economic success…The anti-Semitic undertones of Kerry’s constant chatter about Jews and money are obvious.”

    At the same time, Moti Yogev, a Knesset member of the governing coalition, said that Kerry’s efforts at achieving a peace agreement between Israelis and Palestinians had “an undertone of anti-Semitism.”

    “Ridiculous, if not so vile”

    Writing in the Israeli newspaper Yediot Ahronoth, Cameron Kerry, a brother of the then-Secretary of State and formerly general counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce, declared that charges of “anti-Semitism” against his brother would be ridiculous if they were not so vile.”

    Cameron Kerry, a convert to Judaism, recalled relatives who died in the Holocaust. The Kerrys’ paternal grandparents were Jewish.

    There is now an effort to pass legislation that would categorize criticism of Israel as a form of anti-Semitism.

    On November 7, 2017, the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on the proposed Anti-Semitism Awareness Act, which would add criticism of Israel to the definition of anti-Semitism in Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

    The proposed legislation would adopt the State Department’s definition of anti-Semitism, which includes delegitimizing Israel or applying a double standard to it.

    Establishment Jewish organizations testified in behalf of this re-definition of anti-Semitism, arguing that colleges were experiencing mounting anti-Semitic acts.

    Bill supporters include the Anti-Defamation League and the Simon Weisenthal Center. Testifying against the legislation was Professor Barry Trachtenberg, who teaches in the Jewish Studies Department at Wake Forest University.

    He told the committee that it was a “factual distortion” to suggest that colleges were “hotbeds” of anti-Semitism and said that a clear distinction should be made between anti-Semitism and criticism of Israel, which he said is not based on hatred of Jews and is part of healthy academic debate.

    In Trachtenberg’s view, “Students who engage in speech critical of Israeli policy are largely motivated by their concern for Palestinian human rights.

    “They are not motivated by anti-Semitic hate, but its opposite—a desire to end racial and religious discrimination of all kinds.”

    “Demonizing” Israel

    Under Title VI, federally-funded agencies, which include universities, are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color or national origin.

    These criteria are used by the Department of Education when evaluating claims of harassment on college campuses.

    In the past, the department has interpreted Title VI to include a person’s religious background when the discrimination. Is based on a person’s “shared ancestry and ethnic characteristics.”

    Rabbi Abraham Cooper of the Simon Wiesenthal Center told the committee he wants anti-Semitism included because the designation includes efforts “demonize” or “delegitimizing” Israel.

    How such a change in the law would endanger free speech and academic freedom can be seen in the activities of Kenneth Marcus, President Donald Trump’s nominee to head the Office of Civil Rights at the Department of Education.

    Among other things, the office decides education-related discrimination complaints.

    At his confirmation hearing on December 5, 2017, senators from both parties ignored Marcus’s record of trying to misuse the Civil Rights Act to stymie the campus BDS movement.

    If his nomination is approved, writes Peter Van Buren in The American Conservative (Dec. 13, 2017), “The head of the Office of Civil Rights will be a man who has devoted years of his life to stomping on the rights of university students…

    “As head of his own Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, Marcus maintains that those who support the BDS movement are engaged in discriminatory, anti-Semitic activity…

    “Marcus believes campus opposition to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands violates the civil rights of Jewish students…

    “Marcus believes that any campus that allows its students to voice opposition to the Israeli occupation should lose its federal funding…Every one of his Title VI complaints and suits has been thrown out, closed, denied or otherwise turned down.

    “Both the Office of Civil Rights and the courts at various levels have maintained that the First Amendment rights of protestors far outweigh any possible discrimination.

    “The dean of the school of law at Berkeley said, ‘Any administrator in a public university who tried to follow Professor Marcus’s approach would certainly be successfully sued for violating the First Amendment.'”

    Chilling Free Expression

    Even if he loses in court, Marcus and those who seek to silence criticism of Israel by calling it “anti-Semitism,” can still succeed in stifling free speech.

    “Despite his perfect record of losses,” writes Van Buren, “Marcus has done much damage, because winning against him comes at a price.

    Faced with the possibility of an expensive defense, some schools appear to have chilled anti-Israel free expression as a thrifty expedient…Marcus knows how well this chilling effect works.”

    In fact, Msrcus wrote in The Jerusalem Post, “These cases—even when rejected—expose administrators to bad publicity. Israel haters now publicly complain that these cases make it harder for them to recruit new adherents.

    “If a university shows a failure to treat initial complaints seriously, it hurts it with donors, faculty, political leaders and prospective students.”

    Beyond this is the question of whether the ADL and other Jewish groups are correct in saying that the term anti-Semitism must be redefined because Jewish students feel unsafe because of an alleged rise in such prejudice.

    To discover whether Jewish students felt as the ADL suggested, Stanford University’s Research Group in Education and Jewish Studies did a study about Jewish life on campus.

    It was based on interviews with students from five California campuses: UCLA, UCIrvine, UCBerkeley, San Francisco State University and Stanford.

    One of the researchers, Stanford Associate Professor of Education and Jewish Studies Ari Kelman, told Tablet Magazine that, “We had two major findings.

    “Number one, we didn’t find Jewish students who felt themselves under threat or in hostile conditions. We didn’t find students who characterized their campuses as anti-Semitic.

    “And the other finding is that with respect to the Israel/Palestine conflict, we found that students chose to put themselves on the sidelines of the debate.

    “They are turned off by the tone of that debate on both sides. They find it vociferous and strident in a way that doesn’t capture their pretty complicated understanding of the issue.”

    Turned Off By Idea That Jews Automatically Support Israel

    These students, reports Kelman, “…are turned off by the expectation from people who are critical of Israel that Jews are responsible for the actions of the state of Israel.

    “And they’re similarly turned off by the assumption of people in the Jewish community that all Jews will get behind the actions of the state of Israel.

    “Unwilling to be conscripted into both sides of that fight, and not liking how that fight goes down on campus, they often choose to walk away…’Most Jewish students on campus are not very involved in Jewish student organizations of any kind.

    “And so we really strove to get to students whose voices represented the vast majority of Jewish students on campus.”

    While a number of Jewish organizations, as part of their campaign to redefine anti-Semitism, have put out material casting college campuses as hotbeds of anti-Semitism, there is no evidence to sustain this charge.

    Professor Kelman explains that, “Not only do I teach (at Stanford) but I actually live on campus. I live in a dorm with 100 freshmen. I eat dinner in a dining hall that seats 400-500 students.

    “I talk with undergrads all the time..It (the idea of widespread anti-Semitism) didn’t accord with my image and when I talked with colleagues on other campuses, it didn’t accord with theirs.

    “So I said, let’s go talk to students and see what their account is. Let’s see their experience. That was really the idea. And if they said, ‘Yes, it’s as bad as they say,’ we’d have reported that, but that’s not at all what we heard.”

    At the same time, more than 20 states have adopted measures to restrict the BDS movement and Congress is considering the Israel Anti-Boycott Act, which would impose fines on companies that support boycotts.

    The Act has 266 supporters, both Republicans and Democrats, in the House, and 50 in the Senate.

    One of those pushing these anti-BDS laws most strenuously is Sheldon Adelson, the Las Vegas casino mogul.

    Adelson is a figure whose loyalties seem ambiguous. He once declared that while he served in the U.S. Army, he wished it had been the Israeli Army.

    Adelson has said there is no such thing as the Palestinian people and has long opposed the Camp David Accords and a two-state solution.

    Look at the Bolshevik thugs looting an Orthodox church.

    The radical anti-religious policies and violence were met by active opposition and resistance by Church people in the form of cross processions and the protection of churches and monasteries from looting.

    According to Soviet sources, believers’ attempts to protect Church property just from February to May 1918 brought 687 deaths.

    “Israeli forces killed more than twenty of my family members, arrested and tortured me, shot my son and now they are holding my wife and daughter, what do you say to that?” The reporter admitted he had no reply.

    When you encounter face to face the systems of oppression as they are imposed by Israel on Palestinians, the shock leaves you searching for words.

    The dirt roads, dusty in summer and muddy in winter; the cold iron gates; the cement blocks; the metal revolving doors that start and stop abruptly, even violently and as you try to pass through; and the darkened windows from which orders are barked at people.

    The waiting areas where you sit waiting endlessly, knowing that the authorities have complete control of your time and you have no recourse, exposed to the elements, too hot in summer and freezing cold in winter.

    Life under Israeli rule means total disregard for your humanity and dignity.

    It means that any rude kid with a gun can and will control your life.

    Living as I do in the sphere of the privileged, I encounter this each time I travel to see my Palestinian friends.

    Shekelstein mentality writ large.

    Keep in mind, huge amounts of shekels are generated by religious pilgrimage tourism to Jerusalem each year.

    The city alone receives 3.4 million tourists a year. Tourism to Israel, a major part of the economy, generates between 4 and 5 billion dollars annually.

    MEMO: Israel imposes taxes on church, UN properties in Jerusalem

    The Israeli municipality in Jerusalem began to impose taxes on church and United Nations properties in occupied East Jerusalem, Israel Hayom reported.

    The Israeli newspaper said today that the Israeli municipality will collect tens of millions of dollars from churches and United Nations institutions as a result of the real estate taxes.

    It added that the Mayor of Jerusalem, Nir Barkat, changed the policy applied since the Israeli occupation of East Jerusalem in 1967.

    The Jerusalem Municipality informed the Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister’s Office that it is demanding that church and international institutions pay municipal taxes on properties owned by them.

    The paper pointed out that the ruling will affect 887 properties which belong to the church and the UN.

    It is estimated that the municipality will earn 650 million shekels ($191 million) from the new policy.

    “The talk is not about the role of worship, which is excluded from the property tax under the law, but properties that are used for purposes other than prayer and some are used for commercial activities,” Israel Hayom explained.

    It added that this week the municipality imposed restrictions on the bank accounts of evangelical, Armenian and Roman churches on the grounds of non-payment of property taxes.

    “The decision of the state [exemption] over the past years has caused losses of up to one billion shekels.

    “It is unreasonable for the residents of Jerusalem to pay the price of garbage collection, lighting, gardening and street construction, while preventing the municipality from raising large amounts of money that could help it, Significantly in the development of the city and improve services for the population [of the listed properties].”

    “Either the state will compensate us financially for not collecting these funds or we will collect them according to the law,” the municipality said.

    US President Donald Trump’s decision last month to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has encouraged the Israeli government to annex large swathes of the city and force its laws on it.

    World leaders and international organisations rallied to condemn the move and its disregard for the final status negotiations of the 1993 Oslo Accords.

    A National Defense Strategy of Sowing Global Chaos

    by Nicolas J. S. Davies Posted on January 24, 2018

    Presenting the 2018 National Defense Strategy of the United States on Friday at the Johns Hopkins University, Secretary of Defense James Mattis painted a picture of a dangerous world in which U.S. power – and all of the supposed “good” that it does around the world – is on the decline.

    “Our competitive edge has eroded in every domain of warfare – air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace,” he said. “And it is continually eroding.”

    What he could have said instead is that the United States military is overextended in every domain, and that much of the chaos seen around the world is the direct result of past and current military adventurism.

    Further, he could have acknowledged, perhaps, that the erosion of US influence has been the result of a series of self-inflicted blows to American credibility through foreign policy disasters such as 2003 invasion of Iraq.

    There were also two important words hidden between the lines, but never mentioned by name, in the new US National Defense Strategy: “empire” and “imperialism.”

    It has long been taboo for US officials and corporate media to speak of US foreign policy as “imperialism,” or of the US’s global military occupations and network of hundreds of military bases as an “empire.”

    These words are on a long-standing blacklist of “banned topics” that US official statements and mainstream US media reports must never mention.

    The streams of Orwellian euphemisms with which US officials and media instead discuss US foreign policy do more to obscure the reality of the US role in the world than to describe or explain it, “hiding imperial interests behind ever more elaborate fig leaves,” as British historian A.J.P. Taylor described European imperialists doing the same a century ago.

    As topics like empire, imperialism, and even war and peace, are censored and excised from political debate, US officials, subservient media and the rest of the US political class conjure up an illusion of peace for domestic consumption by simply not mentioning our country’s 291,000 occupation troops in 183 other countries or the 39,000 bombs and missiles dropped on our neighbors in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan since Trump took office.

    The 100,000 bombs and missiles dropped on these and other countries by Obama and the 70,000 dropped on them by Bush II have likewise been swept down a kind of real time “memory hole,” leaving America’s collective conscience untroubled by what the public was never told in the first place.

    But in reality, it’s been a long time since US leaders of either party resisted the temptation to threaten anyone anywhere, or to follow through on their threats with “fire and fury” bombing campaigns, coups and invasions.

    This is how empires maintain a “credible threat” to undergird their power and discourage other countries from challenging them.

    But far from establishing the “Pax Americana” promised by policymakers and military strategists in the 1990s, from Paul Wolfowitz and Dick Cheney to Madeleine Albright and Hillary Clinton, the results have been consistently catastrophic, producing what the new National Defense Strategy calls, “increased global disorder, characterized by decline in the long-standing, rules-based international order.”

    Of course the drafters of this US strategy document dare not admit that US policy is almost single-handedly responsible for this global chaos, after successive US administrations have worked to marginalize the institutions and rules of international law and to establish illegal US threats and uses of force that international law defines as crimes of aggression as the ultimate arbiter of international affairs.

    Nor do they dare acknowledge that the CIA’s politicized intelligence and covert operations, which generate a steady stream of political pretexts for US military intervention, are designed to create and exacerbate international crises, not to solve them. For US officials to admit such hard truths would shake the very foundations of US imperialism.

    Opposition to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran – the so-called nuclear deal – from Republicans and Democratic hawks alike seems to stem from the fear that it might validate the use of diplomacy over sanctions, coups and war, and set a dangerous precedent for resolving other crises – from Afghanistan and Korea to future crises in Africa and Latin America.

    Iran’s success at bringing the US to the negotiating table, instead of falling victim to the endless violence and chaos of U.S.-backed regime change, may already be encouraging North Korea and other targets of US aggression to try to pull off the same trick.

    But how will the US justify its global military occupation, illegal threats and uses of force, and trillion-dollar war budget once serious diplomacy is seen to be more effective at resolving international crises than the endless violence and chaos of US sanctions, coups, wars and occupations?

    Much more:

    In fact, popular War Party foreign policy euphemisms of choice for US imperialism were “American internationalism,” while “American Century” was coined by publishing mogul and American messianist, Henry R Luce because he disliked the word ’empire’ as in American Empire.

    Luce was born in China, the son of evangelical missionaries to China, and remained an ardent evangelical Christian all of his life.

    See below how we are being strangled by Luce’s messianism and popular mass delusion — Kj]

    The American Century

    (first published in LIFE magazine 17 February 1941)

    . . . How it shall be created

    What can we say and foresee about an American Century? It is meaningless merely to say that we reject isolationism and accept the logic of internationalism.

    What internationalism? Rome had a great internationalism. So had the Vatican and Genghis Khan and the Ottoman Turks and the Chinese Emperors and 19th Century England.

    After the first World War, Lenin had one in mind. Today Hitler seems to have one in mind – one which appeals strongly to some American isolationists whose opinion of Europe is so low that they would gladly hand it over to anyone who would guarantee to destroy it forever.

    But what internationalism have we Americans to offer? Ours cannot come out of the vision of any one man. It must be the product of the imaginations of many men.

    It must be a sharing with all peoples of our Bill of Rights, our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, our magnificent industrial products, our technical skills. It must be an internationalism of the people, by the people and for the people.

    In general, the issues which the American people champion revolve around their determination to make the society of men safe for the freedom, growth and increasing satisfaction of all individual men. Beside that resolve, the sneers, groans, catcalls, teeth-grinding, hisses and roars of the Nazi Propaganda Ministry are of small moment.

    Once we cease to distract ourselves with lifeless arguments about isolationism, we shall be amazed to discover that there is already an immense American internationalism.

    American jazz, Hollywood movies, American slang, American machines and patented products, are in fact the only things that every community in the world, from Zanzibar to Hamburg, recognizes in common.

    Blindly, unintentionally, accidentally and really in spite of ourselves, we are already a world power in all the trivial ways – in very human ways. But there is a great deal more than that. America is already the intellectual, scientific and artistic capital of the world.

    Americans – Midwestern Americans – are today the least provincial people in the world. They have traveled the most and they know more about the world than the people of any other country.

    America’s worldwide experience in commerce is also far greater than most of us realize. Most important of all, we have that indefinable, unmistakable sign of leadership: prestige.

    And unlike the prestige of Rome or Genghis Khan or 19th Century England, American prestige throughout the world is faith in the good intentions as well as in the ultimate intelligence and ultimate strength of the whole American people.

    We have lost some of that prestige in the last few years. But most of it is still there.

    * * *
    No narrow definition can be given to the American internationalism of the 20th Century.

    It will take shape, as all civilizations take shape, by the living of it, by work and effort, by trial and error, by enterprise and adventure and experience.

    And by imagination!

    So, who’s with me for exhuming this guy, and putting his corpse on trial as the god-father of global Jewmerican crimes against humanity?

    Mondoweiss: ‘Death to Ahed Tamimi’: Israeli settlers vandalize Nabi Saleh

    Bethlehem, occupied West Bank — On Thursday night, when residents of Nabi Saleh in the occupied West Bank were sound asleep in their homes, Israeli settlers crept through the village’s streets, vandalizing walls with graffiti threatening jailed teen activist Ahed Tamimi and her family.

    Some of the graffiti reads: “Death to Ahed Tamimi,” “There’s no place in this world for Ahed Tamimi,” and another demanding that the Tamimi family be “kicked out of the country.”

    Graffiti in Nabi Saleh reading “There is no place for Ahed Tamimi in this world.”

    Bassem Tamimi, Ahed’s father, told Mondoweiss that none of the village’s residents had seen the settlers enter the village, but that the incident occurred at some point after 1 a.m. “The settlers wrote that Ahed should be killed in order to scare the residents in Nabi Saleh,” he said.

    Micky Rosenfeld, spokesperson for the Israeli police, told Mondoweiss that “police units were called into Nabi Saleh after reports of graffiti being sprayed in the village.”

    He added that the police had opened an investigation into the incident.

    Bassem told Mondoweiss that a group of settlers also stated on social media that they would wait outside Israel’s HaSharon prison on the day Ahed gets released and then kill the teen.

    “It makes me scared for my daughter,” Bassem said. “Not only is she Palestinian, but her face has become so recognizable that everyone knows exactly who she is and what she looks like.”

    ‘Escalating to another level ’

    Israel’s illegal Halamish settlement sits on a hilltop adjacent to Nabi Saleh. Dozens of hectares of the village’s lands were confiscated in order for Israel to build the settlement.

    From Bassem’s home, a large swimming pool can be seen on the roof of one of these American-esque housing units that dot the land.

    Photo: A view of the Halamish settlement from outside Bassem Tamimi’s home. [On the website. Looks almost like a mid-scale condo resort-Kj]

    This is the location where Ahed threw her now infamous slap, which transformed the teen into an international icon for the experiences of Palestinian children under Israel’s more than half-century military occupation.

    Shortly before Ahed confronted the Israeli officials outside her home, her 15-year-old cousin had been severely wounded after being shot point-blank in the face with a rubber bullet.

    A video of the incident — where Ahed is seen slapping and hitting two Israeli officials — went viral, and Israelis created a social media storm demanding the arrest of Ahed.

    Ahed and her mother Nariman were subsequently arrested for the incident and now face numerous charges, including alleged assault and incitement. They have been held for nearly two months in Israel’s HaSharon prison.

    Since the slap incident, at least nine other residents have been arrested from the village, mostly during overnight Israeli army raids.

    On January 3, Musab Tamimi, 17, a distant relative of Ahed, was killed by Israeli forces in Nabi Saleh’s sister village of Deir Nitham.

    “We are used to dealing with the Israeli army attacking our homes and raiding the village,” Manal Tamimi, a relative of Ahed, told Mondoweiss. “But it’s escalating to another level, where even the settlers are participating now.”

    She added that this incident has created an “even more dangerous” situation for the village.

    ‘We have to be more careful’

    When the village began their weekly protests against Israel’s occupation in 2009, attacks from settlers residing in Halamish escalated, with hundreds of Nabi Saleh’s olive trees being burned and destroyed by settlers.

    According to Bassem, after an incident where Israeli settlers attempted to light the village’s mosque on fire, residents developed a strategy to prevent settlers from approaching the village.

    They created village watch patrols, in which residents would wander the outskirts of the village and warn other residents if settlers or soldiers were seen.

    However, nowadays, village residents typically notify each other on social media or call one another when settlers are spotted near the village, prompting village residents to throw rocks and roll burning tires towards them in an effort to prevent them from approaching.

    The village, home to some 600 residents, is small enough that other times residents need only to stand on their roofs and scream “settlers! Settlers!”

    But the settler incursion Thursday night left the village feeling uneasy. “No one knows how or when they entered the village,” Manal said.

    “We will have to be much more careful,” she noted, adding that residents are considering bringing back the village watch patrols following the incident.

    ‘Taking the law into their own hands’

    According to Israeli rights group Yesh Din, a Palestinian in the West Bank who files a police complaint against an Israeli only has a 1.9 percent chance of it being “effectively investigated, and a suspect identified, prosecuted and convicted.”

    The group has noted that settler attacks involve “many Israeli citizens and includes acts of violence, damage to property, takeover of Palestinian land, and other offenses.”

    These attacks are “part of a calculated strategy for dispossessing Palestinians of their land,” the group added. According to the UN, at least 150 settler attacks were reported in 2017 in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

    Since Ahed’s arrest, right-wing Israeli leaders have called the teenager a “terrorist” and have advocated extreme measures against the minor.

    Naftali Bennett, Israel’s ultra-right education minister, said that Ahed and the other women who appeared in the video should “finish their lives in prison.”

    Oren Hazan, an Israeli lawmaker from the Likud party, told the BBC this week: “If I was there, she would finish in the hospital. For sure. Nobody could stop me. I would kick, kick her face, believe me.”

    According to Manal, these calls for violence and harsh imprisonment of the Tamimi family have emboldened the settlers. “They want to take the law into their own hands and punish the Tamimi family,” she said.

    However, Manal made sure to express the seemingly unwavering strength that Nabi Saleh’s residents are famous for.

    “We are not afraid of the settlers or the army,” she said. “But we will make sure that what happened Thursday night will never happen again.”

    With the hyperventilating and hysterical neocon “Deep State” aligned mainstream propaganda media calling the President Trump declassified document “The Nunes Memo” after the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes who authorized its creation, this US Congressman is now being called a “Russian agent”— the all too familiar ancient tactic designed to “shoot the messenger” so that the American people will be kept from knowing the 16 “bombshells” it contains—and that includes:

    1. The so-called Russian Dossier, the creation of Fusion GPS and former British spy Christopher Steele, is a political document — namely, opposition research, created for the Democrat National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

    2. Using what it knew was opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign, in October of 2016, the FBI and DOJ obtained a FISA warrant from the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to install a wiretap to spy on Hillary Clinton’s opponent — the Trump campaign, specifically Carter Page. This spying would last for a year.

    3. It should be noted that the FISA court was set up to stop foreign terrorists. The fact that the FBI and DOJ would use this court to not only wiretap an American but to wiretap a presidential campaign belies belief. Why Obama’s FBI and DOJ used this court as opposed to a normal court is obvious. As you will see below, a normal court probably would have denied the wiretap.

    4. Worse still, in the summer of 2016, Obama’s DOJ had already opened a counter-intelligence investigation into the Trump campaign. The fact that nothing from that months-old partisan investigation was used to obtain the Page wiretap is revealing.

    5. According to the Nunes memo, an “essential” part of the FISA wiretap application was the Steele dossier, which again is a partisan political document created for the Clinton campaign.

    6. So essential was this partisan dossier, Andrew McCabe, the disgraced former-Deputy Director of the FBI, admitted in December that “no surveillance warrant would have been sought” without the dossier.

    7. Not only did the FBI knowingly use a document from a partisan campaign to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the competing campaign, the FBI knew the dossier was mostly “salacious and unverified.” We know this because disgraced former-FBI Director James Comey told us so in June of 2017.

    8. According to the Nunes memo, “Steele told [former FBI official Bruce] Ohr, he ‘was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.’”

    9. Ohr, who was part of the FBI’s anti-Trump Russian investigation, was not only friendly with Steele, Ohr’s own wife worked with Steele at Fusion GPS doing opposition research (the dossier) against Trump for the Clinton campaign.

    10. Despite a) knowing the dossier was opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign b) knowing the dossier was “salacious and unverified” c) knowing Steele was desperate to destroy Trump d) the breathtaking conflict of interest in having an investigator’s own wife working on the dossier, the FBI still went to the FISA court to obtain permission to spy on Hillary Clinton’s opponent.

    11. In order to obtain a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, all of the conflicts of interest above were withheld from the FISA court — an indefensible (and possibly illegal) lie of omission.

    12. Even worse, in order to legitimize a warrant request based on a piece of partisan opposition research they knew was “salacious and unverified,” the FBI and DOJ used a media report to bolster the findings in the phony dossier. The FBI and DOJ told the court that the media report was independent verification of the dossier. But this was not true, and, according to the Nunes memo, the FBI and DOJ knew this was not true. The truth is that the phony dossier was the source of this media report.

    13. Also hidden from the FISA court was the fact that the FBI obtained Steele as a source but had to fire him in October of 2016 when, in a bid to use his phony dossier to derail the Trump campaign, he leaked his information to the far-left Mother Jones.

    14. Although the FBI and DOJ were willing participants in pushing a “salacious and unverified” narrative against a presidential candidate (primarily through media leaks), this was all hidden from congressional investigators. To begin with, for months, while under oath, Comey said he did not know where the dossier came from — meaning from the Clinton campaign. The Wall Street Journal explains:

    We also know the FBI wasn’t straight with Congress, as it hid most of these facts from investigators in a briefing on the dossier in January 2017. The FBI did not tell Congress about Mr. Steele’s connection to the Clinton campaign, and the House had to issue subpoenas for Fusion bank records to discover the truth.

    Nor did the FBI tell investigators that it continued receiving information from Mr. Steele and Fusion even after it had terminated him. The memo says the bureau’s intermediary was Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, whose wife, incredibly, worked for Fusion.

    15. All of this dishonesty occurred under Comey, the man our media now hold up as a living saint, a man so desperate to destroy Trump, he not only oversaw those committing the above abuses, he leaked classified information to the news media in order to see a Special Prosecutor appointed against Trump, which his pal, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, immediately did.

    The reason why the neocon “Deep State” aligned mainstream propaganda media needs to keep calling this President Trump declassified document “The Nunes Memo,” is so that the American people can be kept from knowing who really wrote it.

    As the background of “The Memo” shows that its underlying classified documents were exhaustively reviewed by current US Congressman, and former highly esteemed US Federal Prosecutor, Trey Gowdy — but its author being what once was one of the most feared US Federal Counterintelligence Prosecutors named Kashyap “Kash” Patel.

    Kashyap “Kash” Patel, former top US Justice Department National Security Counterintelligence Prosecutor, and current top investigating officer for the US House Intelligence Committee, becomes the most feared man in America to “Deep State.”

    Washington, DC
    February 5, 2018

    The United States is gravely alarmed by continued allegations of the use of chlorine gas by the Syrian Regime to terrorize innocent civilians, this time in Idlib Province near Saraqib.

    This attack is the sixth such reported instance in the past 30 days in Syria.

    We implore the international community to speak with one voice, taking every opportunity to publicly pressure the Assad regime, and its supporters, to cease its use of chemical weapons and hold those responsible accountable for these brutal attacks.

    The Secretary noted last month in Paris that Russia ultimately bears responsibility for the victims in East Ghouta and countless other Syrians targeted with chemical weapons since Russia became involved in Syria.

    By shielding the Syrian regime from accountability, Russia has not lived up to its commitments.

    The use of chemical weapons by all parties in Syria must unequivocally stop. The people of Syria are suffering; the rest of the world is watching.

    WSWS: Trump considers “bloody nose” strike on North Korea
    6 February 2018

    The Trump administration, or a powerful military-intelligence faction within it, is pushing for a pre-emptive military strike on North Korea, in the wake of, or possibly even during, the Winter Olympics due to start in South Korea on Friday.

    The “bloody nose” option—a limited attack on the North Korean nuclear missile arsenal and infrastructure—is supposed to overawe the Pyongyang regime and bully it into surrendering to Washington’s demands to denuclearise.

    Unprovoked US aggression, however, would almost certainly trigger retaliation, rather than submission, with incalculable consequences.

    Even if nuclear weapons were not immediately used, the death toll in South Korea alone is estimated in the tens of thousands on the first day, in a conflict that could rapidly draw in nuclear-armed powers such as China and Russia.

    Yet, such an act of recklessness and savagery is precisely what is being discussed, debated and prepared in the upper echelons of the White House and the US security-intelligence apparatus.

    Within top military-foreign policy circles, the advanced nature of the plans is so well known that it is generating fears and opposition.

    Last week, the Trump administration abruptly dumped its appointee for US ambassador to South Korea, Victor Cha, after he voiced opposition to a pre-emptive strike on North Korea.

    Cha subsequently went public, penning a comment in the Washington Post in which he warned that a US attack would put 230,000 Americans in South Korea at risk—equivalent to a medium-sized city like Pittsburgh or Cincinnati.

    A letter to Trump last Friday signed by 18 Democratic senators, including Martin Heinrich, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, expressed concern that Cha had been passed over.

    It declared that to take military action before exhausting diplomatic options would be not only “extremely irresponsible” but would lack “either a Constitutional basis or legal authority.”

    The letter warned that “it is an enormous gamble to believe that a particular type of limited, pre-emptive strike will not be met with an escalatory response from [North Korean leader] Kim Jong-un.”

    It pointed out that each of the expert witnesses to a January 30 hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee “believed that a ‘bloody nose’ strategy carried extreme risks.”

    The Democrats’ letter, far from expressing genuine opposition to war, is part of the intense debate raging within the US political establishment over whether Russia or China represents the greater immediate danger.

    The escalating campaign against Trump over alleged collusion with Russia during the 2016 presidential race is aimed at placing Moscow first in the cross-hairs, rather than North Korea and China.

    The bitter political infighting over foreign policy is compounding the instability of the Trump administration, which is confronting a worsening economic crisis, share market volatility and mounting working class resistance to deteriorating living standards.

    Far from this making war less likely, Trump could launch a military attack on North Korea in a desperate attempt to turn these acute political and social tensions outward against an external enemy.

    Trump has warned repeatedly that time is running out to resolve the confrontation with North Korea peacefully.

    As he met with North Korean defectors in the White House last Friday—itself a provocation that undermines a peaceful resolution—Trump again blamed previous administrations for failing to confront North Korea and bluntly declared: “We have no road left.”

    Vice-President Mike Pence is currently heading to South Korea for the Winter Olympics, but will use his trip to tour US anti-ballistic missile bases in Alaska and hold talks with Japanese and South Korean leaders.

    A White House official made clear that Pence’s brief was to ensure there would be no easing of the US campaign of “maximum pressure” on North Korea.

    “We’ve seen it all before,” the official said, “charm offensives by the North that lead to a period of fruitless talks that bought more time for the North.”

    Following the Olympics, the US and South Korea will proceed with massive joint war games known as Foal Eagle and Key Resolve, which were temporarily delayed.

    Last year’s exercises involved more than 300,000 troops, along with a substantial naval presence and the most advanced American warplanes, in a thinly disguised rehearsal for war with North Korea.

    The Pentagon also recently stationed nuclear-capable B-52 and B-2 strategic bombers on Guam within easy striking distance of the Korean Peninsula.

    As Victor Cha hinted in his Washington Post comment, a “bloody nose” strike is not the only military option under consideration.

    “There is a forceful military option available that can address the [North Korean] threat without escalating into a war that would likely kill tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of Americans,” he wrote.

    The only military alternative to a limited attack is an all-out assault with nuclear and/or conventional weapons that would obliterate North Korea’s capacity to retaliate.

    While couched in defensive terms, the Trump administration’s Nuclear Posture Review, released last Friday, foreshadows exactly such an attack.

    Any North Korean nuclear attack on the US or its allies, it states, “is unacceptable and will result in the end of that regime. There is no scenario in which the Kim regime could employ nuclear weapons and survive.”

    The danger that a mistake or miscalculation could lead to Trump ordering the “total destruction” of North Korea is underscored by last month’s false alarm on Hawaii of an incoming nuclear missile.

    Moreover, US imperialism has a long history of concocting events to justify war—such as the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident that was used as the pretext for direct American military intervention in Vietnam.

    Any pre-emptive US military strike on North Korea would send shock waves around the world and provoke an outpouring of anti-war sentiment.

    But opposition to war, which is already widespread, must be galvanised into a unified movement of the international working class on the basis of a socialist program directed against the root cause of war—the capitalist system.

    Ma’an News Agency (Palestine): Israeli Bulldozers Destroys Palestinian Water Pipeline in Jordan Valley

    JORDAN VALLEY (Ma’an) — Israeli bulldozers destroyed [agricultural irrigation] water line supplying tens of acres of land in the northern Jordan Valley on Monday morning.

    Local activist Aref Daraghmeh told Ma’an that Israeli bulldozers destroyed a water pipeline belonging to a Palestinian identified as Bassem Faqha.

    The line feeds some 150 dunams (37 acres) of land planted with watermelons.

    The Jordan Valley forms a third of the occupied West Bank, with 88 percent of its land classified as Area C — under full Israeli military control.

    Demolitions of Palestinian infrastructure and residences occur frequently in Area C, with the Jordan Valley’s Bedouin and herding communities being particularly vulnerable to such policies.

    Israeli forces confiscated cattle and water tanks, as well as agricultural machinery from Bedouin Palestinians in the so-called firing zone in September of last year.

    Israeli settlers attack Palestinians protesting in solidarity with child prisoners

    BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) — Israeli settlers reportedly assaulted Palestinians and journalists during a sit-in protest in solidarity with child prisoners in the southern occupied West Bank city of Hebron, according to official Palestinian Authority (PA)-owned Wafa news agency.

    Wafa reported that under the protection of Israeli forces, dozens of Israeli settlers from nearby settlement physically and verbally assaulted residents, journalists and children during the sit-in.

    Between 500,000 and 600,000 Israelis live in Jewish-only settlements across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank in violation of international law.

    The Palestinian government has no jurisdiction over Israelis in the West Bank, and acts carried out by Israeli settlers often occur in the presence of Israeli military forces who rarely act to protect Palestinian residents.

    The majority of settler attacks committed against Palestinians are met with impunity, with Israelis rarely facing consequences for such thefts.

    Only 1.9 percent of complaints submitted by Palestinians against Israeli settler attacks or theft result in a conviction.

    Yesh Din, along with Israeli rights group B’Tselem, have previously condemned Israeli authorities for failing to protect Palestinians from settlers violence or investigate attacks.

    WSWS: US threat to escalate Syria war over alleged gas attacks
    By Bill Van Auken
    7 February 2018

    Washington has reiterated unsubstantiated allegations that the Syrian government carried out multiple gas attacks against a “rebel” stronghold in the Damascus suburb of Eastern Ghouta, raising the prospect of a new US attack on forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.

    The US State Department claimed Monday that it recorded six “suspected” chemical attacks in Syria over the past month, while the US ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, launched a provocative campaign in the Security Council, demanding passage of a resolution condemning Damascus “in the strongest terms” for alleged acts about which no substantive evidence has been produced.

    Russia opposed the statement, insisting that “no perpetrators have been identified” and accusing Washington of mounting a “propaganda campaign” against the Syrian government.

    Senior US officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the AFP news service that a US military attack against the Syrian government was “on the table” and “always feasible.”

    President Donald Trump “hasn’t excluded anything,” said one official, adding, “Using military force is something that is still considered.”

    A second senior US official claimed that the Assad government was seeking new ways to deploy banned chemical weapons.

    “It looks like they are trying to evolve for either military reasons or to escape accountability. It is incredibly important to stop that before it gets off the ground.”

    The official added the absurd warning that the use of such weapons “will spread to US shores, if we cannot stop it.”

    The Syrian government has denied any responsibility for chemical weapons attacks in Eastern Ghouta or elsewhere, pointing out that it eliminated its entire chemical weapons program under an agreement brokered by Washington and Moscow and confirmed by the United Nations and the international chemical weapons control agency in 2014.

    It further charged that US-backed “rebels” linked to Al Qaeda and other Islamist groups supported by the West and its regional allies had repeatedly used such weapons.

    “Syria confirms that the US, Britain and France bear full responsibility for obstructing the international investigation of the use of toxic chemical materials by covering the crimes of terrorist groups in Syria,” the acting chargé d’affaires of Syria’s permanent delegation to the UN, Munzer Munzer, told the Security Council Monday.

    In April 2016, the Trump administration seized upon unverified reports of an alleged chemical attack by a government warplane on the village of Khan Sheikhoun in Idlib province to launch 59 cruise missiles against Syria’s Shayrat Airbase.

    The threat that the US will launch an even more devastating attack is fueled by the increasing crisis confronting Washington’s intervention in Syria as well as the global strategy enunciated by both the White House and the Pentagon, shifting from the two-decades-old “war on terrorism” to the preparation for “great power” conflicts.

    This shift finds its most immediate expression in Syria, where the US had justified its deployment of some 2,000 troops in the name of combating the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

    With the routing of ISIS in both Iraq and Syria, however, US officials have made it clear that Washington intends to maintain a permanent occupation of Syria through the formation of a 30,000-strong “border protection force” and the carving out of a US zone of influence comprising roughly a third of Syrian territory along the country’s northern and eastern borders with Turkey and Iraq.

    The principal aim of this strategy is to counter Russian and Iranian influence in the region and lay the groundwork for a broader war for US hegemony over the oil-rich Middle East.

    Washington’s reliance upon the Syrian Kurdish YPG militia as the mainstay of its so-called border force, however, has provoked the increasingly bloody intervention of Turkey against the Kurdish enclave of Afrin in Syria’s northwest and the threat to extend it eastward to the city of Manbij, which is a base for US special operations troops operating together with the YPG.

    The Syrian government reported Tuesday that the Turkish invasion had thus far claimed the lives of nearly 150 civilians, while leaving roughly 350 more wounded.

    Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday issued a statement defying US warnings against any Turkish advance on Manbij.

    In an address to the country’s ruling Justice and Development Party’s (AKP) parliamentary group, Erdogan dismissed US claims that it was in Syria to combat ISIS. “We don’t believe this,” he said. “It means you have calculations against Turkey and Iran, and maybe Russia.”

    Erdogan charged that both the Obama and Trump administrations had assured Ankara that the US would withdraw from Manbij and restrict the presence of the YPG, which the Turkish government considers a branch of the outlawed Turkish Kurdish separatist group, the PKK, to the eastern shore of the Euphrates River.

    “You allow them to settle and tell us ‘Don’t come to Manbij.’ We will come to Manbij to hand it over to its real owners,” the Turkish president said, reiterating a policy of driving the Syrian Kurdish population from Turkey’s border and replacing them with displaced Syrian Arab refugees.

    [“Real owners” meaning Turkey, not Syria.-Kj]

    Employing the right-wing nationalist demagogy that has characterized AKP rule, Erdogan told his audience that Turkey was confronting the same enemies that stripped the Ottoman Empire of “five million square kilometers” of territory.

    “They have forced us so much that in the end they have awakened a sleeping giant. They should know this.

    “The Turkish people are advancing to a new era. No state or international organization can question the power of Turkey any more,” he said.

    The invasion of Syria has been accompanied by a repressive crackdown within Turkey itself. By its own admission, the government has detained at least 600 people, some of them for posting antiwar sentiments on social media.

    Meanwhile, Turkish media figures and entertainers are being subjected to a virulent campaign to force them to make statements in solidarity with Turkish troops in Syria.

    Both US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster are slated to arrive in Turkey early next week for urgent talks with the Erdogan government aimed at forestalling an armed confrontation between the two ostensible NATO allies.

    Even as the tensions continue to escalate between Washington and Ankara, the threat of a confrontation between the US and Russia in Syria is also mounting in the wake of last Saturday’s shootdown of a Russian fighter jet over Idlib province.

    Russian officials reported that they have recovered both the wreckage of the downed Su-25 jet and the remains of its pilot, Maj. Roman Filippov, who managed to eject but was killed fighting elements of the Al Nusra Front, the Syrian Al Qaeda affiliate, after he reached the ground.

    The Russian Defense Ministry indicated that it intended to carry out an investigation to determine what kind of missile struck the plane.

    The most likely source of the attack was a shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missile, or MANPAD, supplied by the CIA to the so-called rebels dominated by Al Qaeda.

    In the wake of the shootdown, Russia has stepped up its airstrikes against positions held by the Islamist militias in Idlib province.

    Under these conditions, Washington’s firing of another barrage of cruise missiles—or worse—over unsubstantiated claims of Syrian government chemical weapons attacks carries with it the real prospect of igniting a military clash between the US and Russia, the world’s two major nuclear powers.

    If Israel considers Iran a threat, which it isn’t, it would have attacked it by now.

    Rather it sees Iran as the last remaining obstacle to its control of Arab lands generally and specifically for their antichrist reign of insanity.

    The regime in Israel is insane as is its proxies in Europe and America and Australia and South Africa. It remains to be seen what the new prime minister in New Zealand will do in regards to this disease.

    Ignorance is no excuse before the law and this must also apply to politicians.

    They can begin by introducing laws to ban non-public good influence over the media.

    Electronic Intifada: Israeli leaders Celebrate Extrajudicial Execution

    In the early morning hours on Tuesday Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian man who they claim was involved in the shooting death of an Israeli settler in early January.

    A second Palestinian was reportedly killed during confrontations with soldiers in the northern occupied West Bank on Tuesday night.

    The confrontations erupted as the Israeli military surrounded a house in Nablus belonging to the father of a Palestinian who Israel suspects of fatally stabbing another Israeli settler a day earlier.

    Palestinian outlets identified the person slain in Nablus as Khalid Abu Tayeh…[who looks a bit like a bookworm-Kj]

    The Palestinian Authority health ministry stated that 32 people were injured by live fire during the confrontations and six were critically wounded.

    Statements by Israeli leaders and intelligence bodies indicate that the Palestinian killed during the pre-dawn hours on Tuesday may have been extrajudicially executed, according to the Palestinian Center for Human rights.

    Ahmad Nasser Jarrar, 22, was shot and his body taken away by the Israeli military during the raid on Yamoun village near the city of Jenin, also in the northern West Bank.

    The military had been in pursuit of Jarrar for more than a month following the 9 January slaying of Rabbi Raziel Shevach, a resident of Havat Gilad, a West Bank settlement outpost not formally authorized by the Israeli government.

    Two Palestinians were previously killed by Israeli soldiers during their campaign to find Jarrar.

    Pressure cooker procedure

    The Palestinian Center for Human Rights stated that a large force of Israeli soldiers “accompanied [by] a bulldozer and backed by a drone and helicopter” moved into Yamoun village at 4am on Tuesday.

    The force surrounded an abandoned building that was formerly used by the Palestinian Authority National Security Forces.

    “Explosions and heavy shooting were heard in the area,” according to the rights group.

    At around 7am Israeli media began reporting that Ahmad Nasser Jarrar was killed.

    The army claimed that Jarrar was shot to death when he emerged from the surrounded building carrying an M-16 rifle.

    The Israeli outlet Ynet reported that Jarrar had at first “refused to surrender,” and that the military launched a missile at the building, “following which combat engineering troops started demolishing the house with a bulldozer to pressure him to exit the structure.”

    This Israeli army tactic, in which construction equipment is employed as a weapon, is known as the “pressure cooker” procedure.

    The army employed the tactic during a massive military raid on the Wadi Burqin neighborhood near Jenin that began the night of 17 January and ended the next morning.

    Israel initially claimed that a Palestinian killed during that raid was Ahmad Nasser Jarrar but Palestinian sources announced that the slain man was Ahmad Ismail Jarrar, a cousin of the wanted fighter.

    The army seized Ahmad Ismail Jarrar’s body during the operation and has yet to return his remains to his family for burial.

    Occupation forces continued to raid homes in the Jenin area in search of Ahmad Nasser Jarrar after he evaded arrest during the mid-January operation in Wadi Burqin.

    A Palestinian teenager was killed during a subsequent raid in eastern Burqin on 3 February.

    During that operation soldiers occupied rooftops and fired sound bombs and explosives, according to the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

    The army used loudspeakers to call on Ahmad Nasser Jarrar to surrender himself, threatening to demolish all houses in the neighborhood.

    Palestinian youths gathered in the area of the operation and threw stones and empty bottles at the soldiers, who opened fire on them.

    Ahmad Samir Mahmoud Ubeid, 18, was shot in the head and died from his injuries later that day.

    Ahmad Nasser Jarrar was lauded as a hero by many Palestinians after avoiding capture by the military for several weeks.

    Palestinians gathered in the streets of Burqin and celebrated the military’s failure to seize Jarrar during a raid on the village on Monday:

    Israeli leaders greeted the news of Ahmad Nasser Jarrar’s death with praise of the army.

    Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israeli forces will “reach anyone who tries to attack Israeli citizens and we will bring them to justice. The same applies to the murderers of Rabbi Itamar Ben Gal,” referring to the settler fatally stabbed on Monday.

    Defense minister Avigdor Lieberman congratulated the army and police units involved, adding that “It was clear that it was only a matter of time until we hit the head of the cell that murdered Rabbi Raziel Shevach.”

    He implied that Israeli forces would also kill the Palestinian suspected in Monday’s slaying: “I hope and believe that in the near future we will also extend our hand to the murderer of Rabbi Itamar Ben Gal.”

    Reuven Rivlin, Israel’s president, made a similar statement: “I have no doubt that the murderer of Itamar Ben Gal and his collaborators will be pursued until we reach them.”

    The Shin Bet, Israel’s secret police, made no mention of an exchange of fire in its statement on the operation that led to Ahmad Nasser Jarrar’s death.

    The absence of any claim that Jarrar opened fire on Israeli soldiers “indicat[es] that the operation aimed to kill Jarrar and not to arrest him,” according to the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

    Extrajudicial death penalty

    Israel has a de facto extrajudicial death penalty for Palestinians it suspects of harming Israelis. Israeli media parrot the state’s condemnation of such Palestinians without charge or trial.

    Israel’s Ynet deferred to claims made by the Shin Bet by describing Jarrar as “the head of the terror cell responsible for the murder of Rabbi Raziel Shevach,” adding that Jarrar “personally took part in the shooting,” though he was never tried in any court.

    The Tel Aviv daily Haaretz similarly referred to Jarrar as “head operative responsible for the January murder of Rabbi Raziel Shevach,” presenting the Shin Bet’s claims as verified fact.

    Haaretz likewise described Ahmad Ismail Jarrar, killed in the 17 January raid, as “another man involved in the attack,” apparently treating the claims of the Shin Bet as facts requiring no further investigation or confirmation.

    It is lawful under international law for an occupied people to resist military occupation with armed force.

    The Jews are hunting down any Palestinian youth who have exhibited any potential for resistance activism (armed and unarmed) and leadership potential.

    Also, to their distress, the Jews’ highly controlled “Arabface” hasbara was ruptured with the arresting image of blue-eyed, blonde-haired Arab Ahed Tamimi, the Lioness of Palestine, broadcast through MSM that has caught the attention of people in the West.

    “Arabface” hasbara is the creation and propagation of deceptive racist Hollywood Arab stereotypes and caricatures depicting Palestinians as dark-haired, dark-eyed, swarthy-skinned, wild-eyed “Arab terrorists”

    Israeli Jews panicked that their carefully cultivated “Arabface” hasbara bubble had been punctured.

    They immediately scrambled to gin up complaints and accusations that jeans-wearing, bare-headed Palestinian Arab teenager Ahed Tamimi was set up as “Pallywood” — Palestinian propaganda — actress in order to make her more sympathetic to Western eyes, and thus gain more sympathy for the Palestinians themselves.

    Ahed’s mother also has blue eyes and an almost peaches and cream fair skin, and probably under her hijab we’d find light hair, and I believe her father has hazel eyes and a light to medium olive skin, darkened by the sun.

    The Tamimi family and their village of 600 people, along with Jewish Israeli peace activists have been peacefully protesting Jewish occupation of their land and village spring for a decade, and every Friday the peace demonstrations are duly recorded in some way.

    I have a hunch since the villagers are all more or less related to each other down through the generations, that there is a probably a higher than average rate of blond hair and blue eyes in the village.

    The astonishing fact is that the villagers and the peace workers never thought to create a brand and record these Palestinians in a way that is more “sympathetic” to Westerner’s eyes.

    There have been plenty of recordings of Ahed since she was a 7- or 9-year old at the Friday demonstrations for almost 10 years.

    It took the slapping incident, and the Jews’ panicked reaction to seeing their glorious soldiers spanked off of the Tamimi’s private property by a petite blond-haired, blue-eyed 16-year old (now turned 17) in her front yard, to get Westerners to notice.

    Among numerous photos and videos of young people in the Middle East, there are plenty of photos online of Palestinian teenage girls (and Syrian girls) wearing a head covering and…blue jeans.

    The majority of Palestinians, like most Eastern Mediterranean people, and Southern Europeans, have dark hair and brown eyes simply because these are dominant physical traits in most any population.

    Since there were populations Celts and Germanics living in Syria-Palestine from ancient Roman through the Crusader era that added to the Middle East gene pool, then it should be no surprise to see lighter haired, blue-eyed Arabs such as President Assad, or Ahed Tamimi, or Palestinian freedom fighters.

    After all, Apostle Paul wrote to the Galicians, who were Celtic Gauls that had migrated to Anatolia (modern Turkey) from ancient Gaul and settled there a couple of centuries before Christ’s time on earth.

    Anyway, we have another two blue eyed Muslim Palestinian Arab young men with medium brown hair murdered by the Jew thugs. And if the Palestinians now begin to highlight that they, too, have people with unusual characteristics that could call attention to their plight by punching through the stereotypes, then more power to them. It breaks the Jew hasbara mind control and drives a wedge into the Jew-monopolized narrative.

    It ain’t “Pallywood” – Kj

    Palestinian Information Center:Ahmad Jarrar: The handsome fighter

    JENIN, (PIC) +-

    At the age of 24, Ahmad Nasr Jarrar, who is a resident of Burqin town in Jenin, has become a source of inspiration for a new generation of Palestinian youths.

    Images of two young people who represent different forms of resistance against the occupation have recently emerged in the Palestinian society. The first is for Ahed al-Tamimi: a beautiful girl slapping an Israeli soldier, while the second is for Ahmad Jarrar: a handsome young man alone facing an entire army.

    A model

    Israeli affairs expert Mu’awiya Mousa said that the biggest fear in the Israeli intelligence and security circles is the establishment of a model that inspires others. That’s why the Israeli occupation seeks to eradicate such phenomena by all possible means.

    Hundreds of Palestinian youths in Burqin now chant Jarrar’s name, call for following his path and engage in violent clashes with Israeli occupation forces on a daily basis during their campaigns in search for the Palestinian fighter.

    Jarrar has never been a boastful person. After leading the operation in which an Israeli settler was killed near Nablus, he returned to his work selling curtains, cloth and cars to customers as usual. No-one expected Jarrar to be the same brave fighter who confused the Israeli occupation.

    An orphan
    Ahmad grew up an orphan along with his sister and two brothers after the Israeli occupation forces had assassinated his father Nasr Jarrar, the leader in Hamas’s armed wing al-Qassam Brigades.

    Like father like son. Ahmad survived several assassination attempts. Coincidentally, the first assassination attempts that targeted Ahmad and his father were carried out in the same place. After 17 years Ahmad grew up from a child taking his first steps to his father’s successor.

    Frenzied campaigns
    In addition to the three failed assassination attempts against Ahmad Jarrar, not a single night has recently passed in Jenin peacefully without fierce break-ins and arrest campaigns targeting almost whoever shook hands with Ahmad one day.

    Although everyone knows that Ahmad may be killed, injured or arrested at any moment, no-one can deny that the message Ahmad was trying to deliver has been well-received and that a wall of silence has been broken down forever in the West Bank.

    (Ahmad was killed by Israeli special forces on Monday night 5/2/2018 only few days after this report was prepared.)

    (Photo in amber tones after Ahmad’s death from memorial video, which doesn’t highlight his fair features, nevertheless it doesn’t conform to “Arabface” stereotypes)

    ***Arabface refers to the creation and propagation of racist Arab stereotypes and caricatures. The word Arab is primarily used to describe people from the Middle East. Despite the fact that the Middle East is comprised of different countries, with diverse cultures, beliefs and a variety of religions, the people are often characterized by one term, “Arabs.”

    Many people think that all Arabs are Muslims and all Muslims are Arabs but the truth is that there are millions of Arabs who are not Muslims and millions of Muslims who are not Arabs. Iranians, for instance, are Persians, not Arabs. They do not speak Arabic, nor do they have Semitic origins. For many Americans the word Arab is convenient shorthand that references a relatively small number of stereotypical images.

    Racist Arab Stereotypes

    For centuries the Arab has played the role of villain, seducer, hustler and thief — the barbarian lurking at the gates of civilization. In the late 20th Century new images emerged: the fanatical terrorist and the suicide bomber. Arabs have become the all-purpose villains or buffoons across all American media, including books, films, television, and computer games.

    Jew logic: The Syrians have chemical weapons there. That’s why we struck it.

    How do you know there were chemical weapons there?

    Because we, the Chosenites, struck it. We wouldn’t have struck it if there were no chemical weapons there.

    The Jews fire on and around Damascus from Lebanese air space (routinely violating Lebanon’s sovereign air space for decades) near the border which is only about 20 miles from Damascus, partly covered by the Anti-Lebanon Mountain Range.

    Once an air launched missile crosses the international border, the Syrian defense systems have just a few seconds to shoot those missiles down to avoid firing into Lebanese air space.

    They’re getting better at it, too.

    BBC: Syria war: Israel ‘strikes Damascus military complex’

    Israeli warplanes have fired missiles at a Syrian military position near the capital, Damascus, Syrian media report.

    A Syrian military statement said its air defence systems blocked most of the missiles, but gave no further details.

    A monitor said ammunition depots in Jamraya were hit. It is the location of a scientific facility where the West suspects chemical weapons are produced.

    Israel, which has acknowledged carrying out at least 100 clandestine strikes in Syria since 2011, declined to comment.

    Many of the Israeli strikes are believed to been aimed at preventing transfers of advanced weapons to the Lebanese Hezbollah movement.

    The Iran-backed group fought a war with Israel in 2006 and has sent thousands of fighters to Syria to support President Bashar al-Assad’s forces.

    The Syrian military statement said Israeli warplanes had fired several missiles from inside Lebanese airspace at a military position in the Damascus countryside at 03:42 (01:42 GMT) on Wednesday.

    “The general command of the armed forces holds Israel fully responsible for the dangerous consequences of its repeated, aggressive and uncalculated adventures,” it added.

    The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based monitoring group, said some of the missiles struck ammunition depots in Jamraya.

    $850 billion is just not enough “lethality” for Mattis and the insatiable Pentagon Leviathan Machine
    ~~~*~~~ Mattis Wants to Make US Military More Lethal
    Tells Congressional Republicans He Wants More Funding
    Jason Ditz Posted on February 1, 2018
    Speaking to Congressional Republicans during a visit to Greenbriar resort on Thursday, Defense Secretary James Mattis announced that he believes the US military needs to be made “more lethal,” and pushing for yet more money.
    After a massive military spending increase last year, Mattis says he wants another $50 billion tacked on for next year. He mocked the idea of the military being an “equal opportunity employer” and emphasized lethality.
    Mattis had similarly pushed the idea of making US troops more lethal in September, in the context of pushing for more predictable spending increases.
    This time as well he complained about continuing resolutions as a funding source, wanting money set out for a longer term.
    Mattis says he is hoping to get 3-5% increases annually over the rate of inflation to both build readiness and to compete with Russia and China. The US already far outspends all nations on their military.
    Presenting the push for more funds as a push for lethality appears to be popular with hawks, though in practice the US military already kills a massive number of people as it is, and doesn’t seem to be approaching the limit of how many it could kill in a pinch.
    US Warplanes Bomb Pro-Govt Forces in Eastern Syria
    US Forces Claim Strike Was ‘In Self-Defense’
    Jason Ditz Posted on February 7, 2018
    US coalition forces have issued a statement on Wednesday confirming a series of US airstrikes against Syrian pro-government forces along the Euphrates River.
    The statement insisted that the attacks were in “self-defense.”
    The statement was very light on details, but accused pro-Syrian forces of attacking the “headquarters” of the Syrian Defense Forces, where US troops were stationed.
    No casualties apparently happened, but this was enough to launch a series of airstrikes against nearby forces.
    It’s not clear who the US forces attacked, or what casualties, if any, were inflicted.
    Iranian forces are known to be deployed in the area, as are some Russians, either of whom might be labeled as “pro-Assad” by the US government, but the attacking of which could have substantial ramifications.
    Such strikes reflect the reality that, after the defeat of ISIS, the US has said troops in Syria are there primarily with an eye toward imposing regime change in Syria, and picking fights with the Iranians.
    The Duran: BREAKING: US bombs Syrian military east of Euphrates river
    US claims its air force ‘retaliated’ against Syrian attacks on the Kurds
    The US led coalition has just confirmed that the US has bombed what it calls “pro-regime” (ie. Syrian government forces) supposedly in self defence.
    RT reports a statement issued by the US led coalition command confirming the attack as saying the following
    In defense of Coalition and partner forces, the Coalition conducted strikes against attacking forces to repel the act of aggression against partners engaged in the Global Coalition’s defeat-Daesh (Islamic State, IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) mission,” the Central Command said in a press release.
    The retaliatory attack was carried out after Syrian “pro-regime forces initiated an unprovoked attack against well-established Syrian Democratic Forces headquarters,” the coalition claimed.
    The US-led coalition has also firmly stressed its “non-negotiable right to act in self-defense,” since its service members are embedded with the “partners” on ground in Syria.
    The claimed area of the attack – eight miles east of the Euphrates river – fits in with a general picture of Syrian military advances in this area as Kurdish forces operating under the cover of ‘Syrian Democratic Forces’ are redeployed to fight the Turkish army further to the west.
    The US for its part is however trying to keep the Syrian military out of this area, because of its concerns that were this area to fall under Syrian government control it would facilitate the setting up of the so-called ‘land bridge’ linking Lebanon and Syria via Iraq to Iran.
    It is now becoming increasingly clear that preventing or at least obstructing the setting up of this land bridge is one of the US’s primary foreign policy priorities, and is one of the reasons why the US military remains – illegally – in Syria.
    Dear Citizenfitz,
    You’re welcome. At your prompt, I started making phone calls to the Israeli embassy the other day besides my weekly to my congress critters.
    “Free Ahed” really annoys them. They bend over backwards to try to sound polite, but still sound like a hissing steam kettle.
    However, the channel forgot to explain to the respectable audience about the magic behind the Arabic Koufiya [headscarf] in protecting from gas attacks.
    Photo of three guys in gas masks handling some half rusted piece of junk, possibly the tail of a missile, while the fourth guy in back is wearing his magic cotton headscarf across the bottom of his face.
    The Palestinian leadership has been corrupted by Israel to ensure continued confrontation with Israel to the detriment of both Palestinians, much, much more so and Israelis both of whom just want to live in peace.
    They are both controlled by outside forces, namely the Rothschilds. And I call them out.
    Come out you stupid vipers. You are not superior to anyone else.
    A thief is not superior to the person he robs.
    Satan is not your friend but your enemy
    Mankind is not your slave but your neighbour
    You have more in common with them than you do Satan
    His showering of money on you is his means to an end and when you have destroyed mankind as the price of your riches he by his nature will take great pleasure in destroying and despoiling you – because that is his nature….. You see he cannot have two natures – hatred towards mankind and love for his followers
    He is a deceiver and masks his hatred with his superior intelligence and studied knowledge of man after his self destruction in the Garden of Eden. He knows and uses all of mankinds weaknesses against him.
    Riches in this world mean nothing
    What happens after this brief life is all that counts.
    Where are the White Helmets? We need them on stage! White Helmets!
    Opa, there they are!
    Video footage of White Helmets “rescuing” babies. Which is mostly taking live babies, bunching them together on a mattress, and then 4 or so guys running down the hall with the mattress in hand.
    MSM will play it to the hilt.
    21st Century Wire: Pure Propaganda: White Helmets Stage Video of ‘Rescuing’ Babies for Western Media
    Latest White Helmets video production end with ‘first responder’ dumping another dusty baby on an ambulance gurney for a photo-op (Source: NBC News)
    This last week has been productive for the White Helmets, having expanded their their studio lot from Idlib, down to terrorist-occupied suburb of East Ghouta, Damascus, with both sites running the same familiar story-boarded scenes and production values.
    It’s become all-too predictable: the same scripting and camera shots, all feeding into the same western mainstream media treatment of a made-to-order ‘civil war’ narrative, designed to elicit an emotional response from western viewers and to further reinforce the western humanitarian crisis mythology, in the hope of engineering a western imperative to escalate its intervention against the Syrian government.
    This latest report released by Reuters/NBC News contains some incredibly misleading propaganda, with the headline, “Russia intensifies bombing of Syria’s Idlib after rebels down jet, killing pilot,” making this alleged incident seem like wanton revenge on the part of the evil Russians.
    “Civil defense sources said air raids struck the towns of Kafr Nubl and Maasran, as well as the cities of Saraqeb, Maarat al Numan and Idlib, and that several deaths and dozens of injuries were reported as rescuers dug through the rubble.”
    Notice how Reuters/NBC News try and tart-up their report by citing “Civil defense sources,” which might sound impressive to anyone who hasn’t actually been following this conflict closely for the past 7 years.
    What Reuters/NBC News have conveniently left out is the fact the ‘civil defense’ organization they are referring to is none other the White Helmets, and who are al Qaeda’s civil defense, operating exclusively in ‘rebel’ terrorist-occupied areas in Syria.
    Their base of operations is in Turkey, not Syria, and they are being funded by UK, US and EU member state governments to the tune of over $200 million since their inception in late 2013.
    None of these facts are ever mentioned in any western mainstream coverage of this pseudo NGO’s exploits.
    What’s interesting about this Reuters/NBC News mainstream written report is that for the first time, the MSM have failed to even mention the name “White Helmets,” opting instead for the more official sounding ‘Civil Defense’ [which the real Syrian Civil Defense, incorporated in 1953 or so with international credentials, denounces as unoffical and a fraudulent organization.-Kj]
    One reason for this could be that the White Helmets brand is so tarnish by now, that even mentioning them might be a liability for western media outlets who are still determined to air their propaganda videos during newscasts.
    What NBC News, nor any other western media fail to mention is that the White Helmets are in fact a rip-off of the REAL Syrian Civil Defense who are an official state civil organisation and members of the ICDO based in Geneva, and who have been working all over the country throughout the Syrian War.
    As per usual, this western-funded ‘NGO’ has produced another heavily edited video, complete with the obligatory man wearing a helmet cam whilst running and continuously screaming, “Alah hu Akbar!”, as a series of babies are ferried past the camera, cradling babies, and even digging out live babies from the rubble…
    …and ending with the all-important money shot of dumping another dusty baby on an ambulance gurney for a final photo-op (notice others poking camera their lens in the upper right-hand corner of the frame at the end) in a near repeat of the infamous staged Omran Daqneesh story in East Aleppo.
    It’s all in a day’s work for Hollywood’s Heroes…
    Oddly, the White Helmets generally have no females taking part their productions, as the only ‘survivors’ are either very young children (post-bombing films), and men (chemical attack films). Maybe they will strive to be more inclusive in future.
    With Syria all but having won the war, and with most areas in the country liberated from terrorist occupiers, the Western media outlets still hope they can reverse their faltering ‘regime change’ fortunes by continuing to circulate White Helmet videos claiming that Assad is somehow acting-out a bizarre national death wish by launching chemical weapons at civilians. It’s really getting ridiculous by now.
    No matter how many video productions they feed CNN, NBC and the other western media outlets on their PR distribution list, it will not change the fact that the White Helmets are a fraudulent construct and terrorist affiliates – a fraud that’s being repeated used in order to sell increased interventions and to validate the current illegal military occupation of Syria by the US.
