Can’t really say Trump’s to blame. After all, he’s just a pawn in their game.
He himself warned us of a “global power structure” that imposes its own agenda over America’s.

Power begins with money. And money begins and ends with Jewish bankers.
That means borrowing from them—whether you’re a nation, a corporation, or a shopper with a credit card—and paying them back, at interest.
There’s nothing “secret” about it anymore.

For when at the Wailing Wall, with yarmulkes on their Yiddisher kups, their kinship passed a silent message between them which said, “Jews First, Goys Second”—or not at all.
That’s political power with tribalism at its core.
And we got trouble right here in River City and it rhymes with the borrower is slave to the lender.

It’s an emerging world order that will turn nations into corporate fiefdoms controlled by Jewish bankers.
The issue of capitalism versus communism was a fight over who owns a man’s labor.
But it’s really two sides of the same coin.
If it’s the state, Jewish central banking has been funding it for two hundred years.
If the private sector, Jewish finance capital has been funding that too.

But it’s a cunning whip that flogs even a president into submission.
And with it, a belief system arises—a pseudo Calvinistic worship of capitalism—where a ‘businessman-president’ plays right into the Jewish bankers’ hands.

It’s a shame, Br. Nat, that not one wealthy individual has stepped up to the plate and helped you out of the bad financial situation you’re currently in.
One can understand why those of us who are on a fixed income, or those who have problems finding full-time jobs with decent wages have had to cut back on donating …
However, there are more than enough earning six figures or so who read your Articles and watch your Videos who haven’t put out a dime. It’s those with the money to help out who don’t do the right thing and do so.
However, the real shame should be placed on PayPal, Brother, since a lot of people used that service wherein to contribute to your Foundation.
The people who run this service violated a contract they made with you and with those contributors who donated to your Foundation using this service. That’s why you haven’t been receiving as many contributions as before this happened.
The owners who run PayPal are responsible and must pay restitution, since they broke the contract…not you or the donors who used the service.
I pray that your mission in Chicago will be as successful as your previous missions were. The Lord Jesus has your back and will be guiding you all the way.

Hot Mic Catches a Fiery Bibi in Budapest
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was caught on a hot mic in Budapest today, landing him in hot water.
Speaking in the Hungarian capital during a closed-door meeting with the Czech, Hungarian, Polish and Slovakian prime ministers, Netanyahu admitted to striking targets in Syria and assailed the European Union for imposing “crazy” conditions on its relationship with Israel.
Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, uploaded an audio recording of the prime minister’s remarks to the internet.

Before arriving in Budapest, Netanyahu called upon French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris, where he reiterated his opposition to a cease-fire in southern Syrian brokered by Russia and the United States.

In 2015, the Hungarian government turned to Israel for advice when it fenced off its borders with Croatia and Serbia in a bid to block migrants. But the three other members states of the Visegrád Group have largely supported Budapest’s tough stance on the migration issue.
Netanyahu sought to place himself firmly in the group’s camp today, imploring his audience, “Don’t undermine the one European, Western country that defends European values and European interests and prevents another mass migration.” He continued, “The EU is undermining its security by undermining Israel,” referring to Brussel’s support for the cause of Palestinian statehood.
The prime minister lamented “conditions” the EU imposes upon its relationship with Israel. Those conditions include guidelines requiring products from Israeli settlements in the disputed Golan Heights and West Bank to be labeled as such.
At this juncture, Orban joined in, saying: “The EU places conditions on the ones already inside the EU, not only the countries on the outside.”
Brussels recently brought legal action against Hungary after Orban’s government passed a series of laws that single out foreign-funded NGOs and universities. Opponents of those laws say they’re thinly-veiled attempts to punish Hungarian-born Jewish financier George Soros for supporting organizations critical of Orban.
Soros also happens to be Netanyahu’s bête-noire, too. The financier also supports civil society groups critical of the Israeli prime minister’s government. Netanyahu and Orban have bonded over the latter’s much-maligned anti-Soros PR campaign, which covered Hungary in posters that read, “Don’t let George Soros have the last laugh.”
Israel’s ambassador to Hungary expressed concern that the posters, which draw on the Nazi-era “Laughing Jew” trope, could embolden anti-Semitism. Netanyahu promptly swept the ambassador’s under the rug.
“Netanyahu’s remarks were accidentally transmitted to the earbuds distributed among reporters, though his people discovered the transmission and shut it down within a few minutes,” Haaretz reported.

Soros has been a supporter of J Street since the “pro-Israel, pro-peace” organization was founded as an effort to counteract AIPAC’s influence, lobbying the White House and Capitol Hill to push for an Israeli-Palestinian peace settlement.
He also supports Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International – groups that regularly chastise and criticize Israeli policies.

Activist Post: Donetsk and Lughansk Peoples’ Republics Separatists In East Ukraine Declare New Country “Malorossiya” [Little Russia].
On July 18, Donetsk People’s Republic leader, Alexander Zakharchenko, announced the creation of a new country that will be made up of the DPR and LPR regions in Eastern Ukraine. The new country will be called “Malorossiya” or “Little Russia.” Local leadership is describing the country as a “successor state” to Ukraine.
Zakharchenko is proposing a three-year transition period toward the creation of the new state as a way to settle the ongoing conflict.
“We propose to establish the state of Malorossiya. Malorossiya is an independent young state. A transition period of up to 3 years,” Zakharchenko told reporters.
Zakharchenko said that discussions taking place within the DPR have “come to the conclusion that Ukraine has shown itself as a failed state” and called on the international community to support the new proposal.
“We should be supported by the residents of the regions. This solution is possible provided that the international community supports the idea,” he said.
Malorossiya has been declared a sovereign federation of states, with Donetsk being the capitol. The Malorossiyan constitution will be drafted and subsequently debated and put up for referendum and public discussion.
Central authorities will be in charge of the government’s budget, army, and security forces said Alexander Timofeev, DPR Income and Charges Minister.
“We, the representatives of former Ukraine, declare the establishment of a new state, Malorossiya, which is a successor state to Ukraine. We agree that the new state’s name will be Malorossiya because the very name of Ukraine has discredited itself. The city of Donetsk becomes Malorossiya’s capital,” Timofeev said.
The Constitution is set to declare Malorossiya’s non-aligned status and goal of restoring ties with Russia. The plan will see the country join the “Union State of Russia and Belarus” while maintaining its sovereignty.
“Malorossiya is a multinational state with Russian and Malorossiyan being its official languages, and regional languages retaining their rights and statuses,” Timofeev read from the draft constitution.
Timofeev also noted that all religions will have equal rights. Malorossiya will aim at picking up action with the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and open talks with both Russia and the EU.
“The policy aimed at joining the Union State of Russia and Belarus while preserving independence and sovereignty. The keeping of a visa-free regime in agreement with the European Union. De-oligarchisation, including on a legal basis,” the minister read out.
“The constitution of Malorossiya will be drafted, approved in its initial iteration by the constitutional assembly and then submitted for the nationwide referendum. This will follow the wide public discussion both on the regional and the federal levels,” Timofeev pointed out.
Zakharchenko also suggested declaring a state of emergency in Malorossiya for three years as a result of “economic difficulties, possible chaos and a possible war of all against all,” and, according to Sputnik, “during these three years order shall be restored and the constitution shall be adopted.”
The official formation of a separate country has seemed like a virtual inevitability since the beginning of the crisis.
Indeed, it has appeared to be the most logical conclusion to the conflict since divisions within Ukraine itself have become so deep the country has culturally split itself in two.

That’s not the Criminal Counterfeiters (since they have no right to be called anything “Federal” in my world). That is at 4.5 Trillion as we speak. That was about 800 Billion in 2008 but let me take this chance to point something out that soo few mention. Its totally understandable since so few keep that close an eye on.
I have been a trader or involved in financial markets for over 20 years. No way an expert but all us in our quirky “cult” if you will, have a pretty good idea what happens minute to minute or hour to hours most of the day.
What I do want to point out to all is when you hear “record highs” almost everyday, I can assure you its nothing to celebrate.
Of course if your 401K is soaring god bless ya, ignorance is bliss and sometimes fruitful, but if I may, just a tiny piece of advice. Dont get greedy, be nervous.
But our criminal friends named Yellen, Fisher, Bernanke are greedy, and one of the goals of the 2008 crisis was to crush the middle class and run off with the loot. Since then and especially obvious in the last year, price discovery on any asset is totally dead. It is whatever they want it to be.
Oil is at 45$ per not because of some miracle supply glut its there to chop the knees of the Russians, Iranians, etc . Ask why were you being ripped off at the pump for a decade or more!! Want new record highs on the Nasdaq?
Just flip the mouse to the right or the left. They are fully aware only avg 10% of the public has money in equities. The “market” which it can no longer be called one, is just simple a policy tool and wealth transfer mechanism where the winners are chosen. If you need an example see Jeff Bezos.
You dont need more than Econ 101 to understand that if we are at all time record highs then why does Yellen get in front of a camera and say “well ya know were just not sure if conditions are right for interest rate hike” Huh?
Just that alone, Yellen is a lying stealing con artist. And I’m being nice. If it were a just world our military would grow a pair, string them up tomorrow, and capture the trillions in wealth they have stolen.

‘The Americans have findings that show our pilots were aware the ship was American,’ a newly published document by the State Archives says
Amid the jubilee celebrations for the Six-Day War, the tragic story of the American spy ship USS Liberty – which was bombed by an Israeli fighter jet and torpedo boats on June 8, 1967 in the eastern Mediterranean – was somewhat overlooked.
Thirty-four American sailors were killed in the Israeli attack and many others were wounded.
Israel apologized and paid compensation to the victims’ families. Israeli and American commissions of inquiry found that the attack was a mistake. But naturally, as often happens in such events, to this day there are some who believe Israel attacked the ship with malicious intent.
A conspiracy? Healthy suspicion? Call it what you will. A new book published in May in the United States (its authors include several survivors of the attack) promises that “the truth is being told as never before and the real story revealed.”
The 302 pages of “Remember the Liberty!: Almost Sunk by Treason on the High Seas” include quite a number of documents, testimonies, arguments and information that were gathered in the subsequent 50 years.
The authors’ bottom line is that then-U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson was behind the attack, in an attempt to blame then-Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser – an excuse that would then enable the United States to join the Six-Day War.
The book includes, among other things, a CIA document from November 1967 that is still partially censored. In the document, which is also on the official CIA website, an anonymous source is quoted as saying:
“They said that [then-Israeli Defense Minister Moshe] Dayan personally ordered the attack on the ship, and that one of his generals adamantly opposed the action and said, ‘This is pure murder.’”
There is no dispute about the authenticity of the document, but clearly not every sentence written in an intelligence document is the unvarnished truth.

This was an Agency information report Moshe Dayan himself and whether he would be suitable for US interests. The Agency document’s subject line was titled “Prospects for Political Ambitions of Moshe Dayan/Attack on USS Liberty Ordered by Dayan”.
These statements were received by the Agency some 5 months AFTER the attack on the USS Liberty, in November of 1967.
As such, this was not an intelligence inquiry in the direction of the the attack on the Liberty itself, but incidentally turned up information on Moshe Dayan.-Kj]
On the other hand, the new book quotes a story reported by former U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon Dwight Porter, who recounted a conversation between an Israeli pilot and the Israel Air Force war room, which was allegedly picked up by an NSA aircraft and inadvertently cabled to CIA offices around the world:

Both the CIA document and the quote have already been published in the past. The book revives them as part of its attempt to prove its thesis.
Historian (and current Kulanu lawmaker) Dr. Michael Oren [originally US citizen, then got Israeli citizenship-Kj], who researched the affair in depth, rejects out of hand attempts to claim Israel attacked the USS Liberty deliberately.

Haaretz asked Oren last week if he has any doubts about his assertion that Israel didn’t deliberately attack the spy ship. “There is no doubt,” he says. “Not even the smallest percentage. I’ve taken part in wars. I know what ‘friendly fire’ is. There’s a lot of chaos. It was a classic screw up. A classic screw up, especially in wartime, has more than one reason. It’s a sequence, a chain of screw ups.”

Oren adds: “I’m a historian. I have to stick with the facts. I can’t get into conspiracies and theories. A historian must proceed on the basis of the data before him.” Today, almost all the papers have been publicized, including the texts of the recordings of the U.S. spy plane and spy submarine. “Attempts to explain why Israel was interested in attacking the Liberty have failed thus far,” he continues.
“They’re trying to answer the question ‘Why?’ and they’re having difficulty.”
It began with the claim that the Liberty discovered the Israel Defense Forces’ intentions or preparations to occupy the Golan Heights. And then they said it had homed in on some preparations in Dimona [the site of Israel’s nuclear reactor].
And finally, that it had listened in on the slaughter of Egyptian prisoners of war – I don’t know how slaughter sounds on the communications network.
All kinds of bizarre theories.
“If we start with the assumption that the attack was deliberate and planned in advance, the question is why. And nobody answers this question. The answer is that it wasn’t planned. “What continues to fuel these conspiracy theories?” Oren asks.
“The subject is revived every few years. It is part of a ‘theory’ that Israel, together with Russia and China, spies on the United States. As Israel’s ambassador to the United States I saw this undercurrent, which is also sometimes anti-Semitic.”

No smoking gun
In response to a recent request by historian [Jew] Adam Raz (“The Battle Over the Bomb,” 2015, Hebrew), the Israel State Archives posted hundreds of documents on its website related to the USS Liberty affair.
Raz perused the material and pulled out several fascinating documents that are likely to add more questions to those already in existence – or, if you will, provide some convincing material for conspiracy theorists.
Raz, who wrote a fascinating article about Israel’s nuclear secrets in last week’s Hebrew Haaretz supplement, doesn’t like the C-word: “conspiracy.” He stresses that, as a historian, he finds the word unacceptable. “Was the so-called ‘rotten business’ [a failed Israeli sabotage operation in Egypt in 1954] also a conspiracy? So what’s a conspiracy?” he wonders.
He believes the documents arouse enough questions to ensure historians won’t be filing the affair away in the archives.
He’s fully aware of the fact that the “smoking gun” won’t be found in the papers in the State Archives, because if Israel really had intended to hit the ship, that would have been known only to a handful of people. But he refuses to accept the assertion that the claims Israel hit the ship deliberately are a conspiracy.
One of the documents Raz found among the hundreds of papers published by the State Archives is the Israeli Foreign Ministry correspondence that was sent from New York to Jerusalem.
“Menashe informed us we had better be very careful. He doesn’t have complete information but he knows that Issaschar is very angry about our letter. The reason is apparently that the Americans have findings that show our pilots were in fact aware the ship was American,” according to the document.
And later: “Menashe believes there is a recording on the ship of the conversations between the ship and our pilots, in which the ship’s crew said the ship is American. Menashe says that, in his opinion, our only chance of getting out of the crisis is to punish someone for negligence.”
In another document, which is also now posted online by the State Archives, the Israeli Embassy in Washington writes to the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem under the heading “Urgent.”
“We must change the above mentioned letter, because we certainly won’t be able to say there is no basis for the accusation that the identity of the ship was determined by Israeli planes prior to the attack,” it declares.
In other documents, which are fascinating in themselves, there is documentation of Israeli preparations for the U.S. investigation and the demands for compensation that were to follow.
“The issue has turned into a malignant wound, which involves serious dangers for all of our relationships on all levels here, whose friendship was ours until now and which are crucial to our status in the United States. In other words, the president, the Pentagon, public opinion and the intelligence community.
“Do you realize that the president is also the supreme commander of the U.S. armed forces?” wonders the Israeli Embassy in Washington, in a telegram to the Foreign Ministry.
“In the grave situation that has been created, the only way to soften the result is for us to be able to announce to the U.S. government already today that we intend to prosecute people for this disaster. We have to publicize that in Israel already tonight,” according to a Foreign Ministry letter.
“This activity is the only way to create the impression, both to the U.S. government and the public here, that the attack on the ship was not the result of malicious intent by the Israeli government – I repeat, the Israeli government – or authorized groups in the IDF.
“For obvious reasons, it is crucial that our announcement about prosecuting those who are to blame be publicized before – I repeat, before – the publication of the American report here.”
The papers also contain several “amusing” anecdotes, such as the description of a U.S. Independence Day party that was held at the U.S. Embassy in Israel after the disaster.

After the attack, The Liberty was escorted to the shipyard in Valletta, Malta, by units of the Sixth Fleet and was given temporary repairs. So far as I know, Malta is not, and never has been, a part of Israhell. Not yet anyway.
After the interim repairs were completed enough to keep her seaworthy long enough to return home from the Mediterranean, Liberty returned to the United States on 27 July 1967, where she was then decommissioned in 1968.

“I was presented to the commander of the USS Liberty, which is here for repairs. He spoke freely about what happened and expressed his full confidence that it was a tragic mistake,” according to one of the Foreign Ministry documents. “When asked in my presence, how long the ship’s trip to the United States would take, he replied with a smile, ‘About two weeks – unless we encounter Israeli planes again.’”
[We have no idea who the mysterious person was that said this or the source in this Haaretz article, but the fact that Commander (later Captain) William McGonagle believed that it was all a tragic mistake doesn’t make it so.
The Navy Court of Inquiry’s investigation proceedings following the incident were held in closed sessions, and the survivors who had been on board received gag orders forbidding them to ever talk about what they endured that day.
So it’s quite understandable that Commander McGoangle held his tongue as a still active commissioned officer – Kj]
Much ink has been spilled in the past 50 years about the Liberty. In 2015, Amir Oren wrote a fascinating Haaretz Hebrew article that tried to eliminate all the conspiracy theories.
“Senior American officials bequeathed a large number of incriminating quotes, but the plain and consensual truth is that a series of mistakes and screw ups caused the IDF to land a lethal blow against a vessel belonging to Israel’s most important ally,” he wrote.
Tom Segev, in an equally interesting 2012 article, also came out against the various theories. “None of the four people who could have ordered an attack on an American ship – Prime Minister Levi Eshkol, Mossad chief Meir Amit, Defense Minister Moshe Dayan and Chief of Staff Yitzhak Rabin – was daring and crazy to that extent,” he wrote.
However, he concludes with a slight note of doubt: “Over the years, various pieces of evidence have emerged that seem to support Israel’s claim that the ship was fired on by mistake. However, a number of questions still hover over the affair, and these nourish the conspiracy theories.”

The NSA has never, in 50 years, released any of the communications details of its Signals Intelligence gathered during the Middle East tensions, the ramping up of Israel’s offensive attack on Egypt claimed as a “preemptive” strike, and the so-called Six Day War itself and its aftermath.

So, the NSA is sitting on Hebrew communications of the Israeli Defense Forces as they attacked the ship.
The mythologized Six Day War actually wasn’t, just some Jewish fable to imply a figurative Sabbath, when Israel would take rest from all of its enemies, or something like that. The hunger for more territory was given legal wording: reparations for ‘a justified defensive war.’

American Conservative: The Disgraceful ‘Anti-Boycott Act’

Glenn Greenwald and Ryan Grim report on a horrible piece of legislation:
“But now, a group of 43 Senators – 29 Republicans and 14 Democrats – want to implement a law that would make it a felony for Americans to support the international boycott against Israel, which was launched in protest of that country’s decades-old occupation of Palestine.
“The two primary sponsors of the bill are Democrat Ben Cardin [Jew] of Maryland and Republican Rob Portman [Shabbos goy] of Ohio.
“Perhaps the most shocking aspect is the punishment: anyone guilty of violating its prohibitions will face a minimum civil penalty of $250,000, and a maximum criminal penalty of $1 million and 20 years in prison.”
Whatever one thinks about the BDS movement and related international efforts to pressure Israel to change its occupation policies, it is deranged to try to criminalize protected political speech and association.
As the ACLU points out, that is what this bill does. This legislation is plainly unconstitutional, and I assume it would be struck down in court if it were ever signed into law, but the deeper problem is that so many elected representatives think it is appropriate and desirable to trample on the constitutional rights of Americans to defend another government’s illegal occupation.
It is a measure of how lopsided and unthinking “pro-Israel” hawks are in their support for bad Israeli policies that they would try to infringe on Americans’ rights and threaten citizens of their own country with prosecution for engaging in peaceful political action.
It is also a sign of how frightened these same hawks are that they feel the need to resort to such heavy-handed tactics.

The proposed measure, called the Israel Anti-Boycott Act (S. 720), was introduced by Cardin on March 23.
The Jewish Telegraphic Agency reports that the bill “was drafted with the assistance of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.” Indeed, AIPAC, in its 2017 lobbying agenda, identified passage of this bill as one of its top lobbying priorities for the year:

Illustrating the bipartisanship that AIPAC typically summons, it also includes several of the most right-wing senators such as Ted Cruz [Zionist hawk and Shabbos goy] of Texas, Ben Sasse [Jew] of Nebraska, and Marco Rubio [Zionist hawk & Shabbos goy] of Florida.

A similar measure was introduced in the House on the same date by two Republicans and one Democrat. It has already amassed 234 co-sponsors: 63 Democrats and 174 Republicans.
As in the Senate, AIPAC has assembled an impressive ideological diversity among supporters, predictably including many of the most right-wing House members — Jason Chaffetz, Liz Cheney, Peter King — along with the second-ranking Democrat in the House, Steny Hoyer.

Among the co-sponsors of the bill are several of the politicians who have become political celebrities by positioning themselves as media leaders of the anti-Trump #Resistance, including three California House members who have become heroes to Democrats and staples of the cable news circuit:
Ted Lieu, Adam Schiff [Jew], and Eric Swalwell. These politicians, who have built a wide public following by posturing as opponents of authoritarianism, are sponsoring one of the most oppressive and authoritarian bills that has pended before Congress in quite some time.
LAST NIGHT, THE ACLU posted a letter it sent to all members of the Senate urging them to oppose this bill. Warning that “proponents of the bill are seeking additional co-sponsors,” the civil liberties group explained that “it would punish individuals for no reason other than their political beliefs.” The letter detailed what makes this bill so particularly threatening to basic civic freedoms:

It is no small thing for the ACLU to insert itself into this controversy. One of the most traumatic events in the organization’s history was when it lost large numbers of donors and supporters in the late 1970s after it defended the free speech rights of neo-Nazis to march through Skokie, Illinois, a town with a large community of Holocaust survivors.
Even the bravest of organizations often steadfastly avoid any controversies relating to Israel.
Yet here, while appropriately pointing out that the ACLU “takes no position for or against the effort to boycott Israel or any foreign country,” the group categorically denounces this AIPAC-sponsored proposal for what it is: a bill that “seeks only to punish the exercise of constitutional rights.”

So do white-skinned people, usually as a way to make some kind of living.
Besides the WASP Yankees in the Civil War, for example, there were other ethnic white groups who served in the US Army both during and after the war, particularly the Irish Catholics, the Ulster Scots (Protestant Scots-Irish), and the Highland and Lowland Scots and their descendants.
Most, particularly Irish Catholics recruited into the federal army were impoverished economic migrants because of the Great Potato Famine a decade earlier. Of the Scots, the Highlander clans emigrated due to the series of Highland Clearances.
Both groups perceived enlistment in the US Army as a way to improve their impoverished living conditions, and for the Catholic Irish, they perceived enlistment as a way towards acceptance by the majority Protestant Anglo-American (and Scots-Irish) majority.
In the War of Independence from Britain, about 50% of the Continental Army were Irish.
The “Buffalo Soldiers” were two regiments of the US Army cavalry who participated in the during the Indian Wars in campaigns for the westward expansion of the USA right after the Civil War. They were, however, a very tiny minority of troops in the Army.
In 1866 through an act of Congress, legislation was adopted to create six all Black American army units. The units were identified as the 9th and 10th Cavalry and the 38th, 39th, 40th and 41st Infantry regiments.
The 10th Cav was formed at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas and recruited Blacks and Coloreds from the North; the 9th Cav was headquartered in Greenville, Louisiana and recruited from the South. The four infantry units were reorganized in 1868 as the 24th and the 25th infantry.
In 1867, the 10th Cavalry M Company was organized in 1867 under Commanding Officer, Capt. Alvord. Troopers of the M Company rode mix colored horses—black, brown, bay, gray, chestnut, and at times, other color combinations. Company M, therefore, is known as the Calico Company.
The Colored 10th Cavalry mounted units were deactivated in North Africa in 1944.
That’s tiny compared to the Scots-Irish and Irish presence in the Union turned Federal Army. The Irish rolls presented more than 150,000 men for the Union Army alone with some 7 generals who were Irish-American, along with some 39 regiments who had identified components, while the Confederate States of America fielded some 80,000 Irish-Americans with some 6 generals.
Some 70 Irish-Americans were awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor in this war.
In the 19th century they often served in their own ethnic regiments, particularly the Irish Catholics, who immigrated to America because of the Potato Famine:

In the “Indian” or “Plains” wars during the era of the Westward Expansion (1868-1895) over 69% of the US Army troops stationed west of the Mississippi were Irish Americans, with many less than two years in this country.
Canadian-born Irishman Bat Masterson of Irish and Canadian-born Irish descent, and William “Buffalo Bill” Cody of Canadian-American Irish descent were Indian fighters or scouts from among the Irish and Irish Americans garrisoned all along the western frontier at the Army outposts and forts. Many were NOT even US citizens.
Possibly the most famous, or infamous, was Civil War brevet general, now Lt Colonel George Armstrong Custer and his Seventh US Cavalry. Reportedly, Custer was demoted for refusing command of the Colored Troops after the Civil War.
On May 17, 1875, the Seventh Cavalry rode out of Fort Abraham Lincoln in the Dakota Territories on a mission that would lead them to the valley of the Little Big Horn. As they rode out the regimental band played two Irish folk tunes— “The Girl I Left Behind” — this tune is still played today; and the “Gary Owen” is the official 7th Cavalry March adopted in 1981.

On 25th June 1876 Lieutenant-Colonel George Armstrong Custer rode into immortality when he and elements of the 7th U.S. Cavalry were wiped out at the Battle of the Little Bighorn. That engagement represented the greatest disaster to befall United States forces in their conflict with the Plains Indians; included amongst the lost were thirty-four Irish.
‘Custer’s Last Stand’ has become perhaps the most famous instance of a battle that led to the annihilation of one of the participating elements. Five of the 7th Cavalry’s twelve companies were annihilated; Custer was killed, as were two of his brothers, a nephew, and a brother-in-law.
The total U.S. casualty count included 268 dead and 55 severely wounded (six died later from their injuries),[2] including four Crow Indian scouts and two Pawnee Indian scouts. And 34 Irish.
It was not the only the example that the conflict on the western frontier produced. The fate of the men Custer led against the Indians in 1876 permanently overshadowed the events of 21st December 1866, when another U.S. military detachment was annihilated by Indian warriors, 25% of whom were Irish.
The 7th Cavalry became a part of the 1st Cavalry Division during 1921. The word “Garryowen” was used often during the Vietnam War by soldiers of First Cavalry as a password to identify each other. It became the official tune of the division during 1981. The name of the tune has become a part of the regiment, the words Garry Owen are part of the regimental crest.
As for the racial demographics of Active Duty U.S. Military, as of 2015, 25% of active duty forces are minorities; in all services branches Blacks average less than 18% of active duty forces.
Since other minorities, such as Middle Easterners, Asians or First Americans only compose another 7% on the average, way less than the Black percentage, then which race could it possibly be that forms the majority 75% of active duty forces fighting for the Jews and Israel today?
Inquiring minds want to know which mystery race it is that forms the 75% majority of active duty personnel in the US Armed Forces today, and numerically sustain the most deaths and casualties in the wars for the Pax Judaica, all for the glory of Israhell?

I remember seeing this movie as a kid growing up in the 50s and 60s.
They Died With Their Boots On is a 1941 black-and-white American western film from Warner Bros Pictures produced by Hal B. Wallis [Aaron Blum Wolowicz] and Robert Fellows [a White guy in Jew-owned, politically active Zio-communist Jewish Hollywood], directed by Raoul Walsh [Irish-Anglo in politically active, Zio-communist Jewish Hollywood], that stars Errol Flynn [Australian-born of Scottish, Irish, and English descent on both parents’s sides; in contract to Warner Bros] and Olivia de Havilland.
The film’s story-line offers a highly fictionalized romantic version of the life of Gen. George Armstrong Custer, from the time he enters West Point military academy through the American Civil War and finally to his death at the Battle of the Little Bighorn.
Custer is portrayed as a fun-loving, dashing figure who chooses honor and glory over money and corruption.
The battle against Chief Crazy Horse is portrayed as a crooked deal between politicians and a corporation that wants the land Custer promised to the Indians.
The film suggests that a hand-full of corrupt politicians provoked Indians into a war that threatened the survival of all settlers moving West.
In the movie, Custer learns his old enemy from West Point–Ned Sharp (played by Arthur Kennedy) — is trying to start a gold rush in the Black Hills of the Dakota Territory. A gold rush would increase business for Sharp’s shipping line and his evil business cronies, but would cause a stampede of settlement into Native American sacred land.
Portrayed as an Indian sympathizer — Custer is outraged by the news of an invasion into Indian Country, and goes to Congress seeking their support.
Congress ridicules and ignores him, but later when the presence of gold miners leads to open conflict with Native Americans President Grant restores him to command of the 7th Cavalry.
The Warner Bros screenwriters for They Died in their Boots were Æneas MacKenzie [Scottish-American; also wrote the 1956 Ten Commandments], Wally Kline [Jew], and Lenore J. Coffee [married to writer and director William J. Cowen, of likely Irish Jew ancestry].
Sharp is a Hollywood fiction: the person who really announced that he had found gold in the Black Hills, causing an international gold rush which grossly violated the Treaty of Fort Laramie of 1868 and started the Great Sioux War, was no other than Lt Colonel George Armstrong Custer.
In 1872, Secretary of the Interior Columbus Delano, in part, set the stage for the expedition to the Black Hills.
In a letter written on March 28, l872, Secretary Delano, responsible for the Sioux territorial rights in the region, said:
“I am inclined to think that the occupation of this region of the country is not necessary to the happiness and prosperity of the Indians, and as it is supposed to be rich in minerals and lumber it is deemed important to have it freed as early as possible from Indian occupancy.
“I shall, therefore, not oppose any policy which looks first to a careful examination of the subject… If such an examination leads to the conclusion that country is not necessary or useful to Indians, I should then deem it advisable…to extinguish the claim of the Indians and open the territory to the occupation of the whites.”
Delano’s remarks were in direct contradiction of terms defined in the 1868 Laramie Treaty that states: “…no persons except those designated herein … shall ever be permitted to pass over, settle upon, or reside in the territory described in this article.”
While seeming to protect the Lakota from incursions on their Reservation by Americans, the wording was such that military incursions ordered by Washington could be permitted.
This led to the enormous 1874 Custer Expedition into the Black Hills to set up a fort to protect future surveys and construction.
Custer’s Expedition set out from Fort Abraham Lincoln, across the river from Bismarck, North Dakota, on July 2, 1874. Officially, it was a military reconnaissance, but most historians agree that, unofficially, Custer was to seek verification of repeated rumors about rich gold deposits. The clue is the fact that two practical miners were attached to the scientific corps.
Departing the fort, sixteen expedition bandsmen on white horses playing Gary Owen and The Girl I Left Behind Me with a cacophony of neighing horses, bawling steers, braying mules and baying hounds accompanied the band.
Cursing teamsters hauled on guide lines of six-mule teams pulling the 110 white canvas-topped wagons. Horse-drawn Gatling guns and cannon rumbled through the prairie grass.
In addition to the two miners, the detachment comprised more than l,000 men and one black woman, Sarah Campbell, the colored cook. In the scientific corps were a geologist and his assistant, a naturalist, a botanist and medical officer, a topographical engineer, a zoologist and a civilian engineer.
Never one to neglect publicity, Custer took along a photographer, newspaper correspondents, and Col. Frederick Grant, son of U. S. President Ulysses S. Grant, as well as his younger brothers, two-time Medal of Honor recipient Captain Thomas Custer, and Boston, a civilian contractor who served as forage master for his brother George’s 7th Cavalry expedition.
This expedition discovered gold, and advertised it, leading to the invasion of the Black Hills by prospectors and miners from many parts of the world.
Custer dispatched scout Charles Alexander “Lonesome Charley” Reynolds (1842-1876) to Fort Laramie to relay the word by telegraph to Gen. Terry in St. Paul. It took Reynolds four days to reach the fort. Among Custer’s official dispatches from the field was a 3500 word dispatch:
… gold has been found at several places, and it is the belief of those who are giving their attention to this subject that it will be found in paying quantities. I have on my table forty or fifty small particles of pure gold…most of it obtained today from one panful of earth.
Members of Custer’s own expedition began staking claims.
With the word out it was impossible to keep gold-seekers out of the Black Hills, and the news flashed around the world like lightening.
Up until the past couple of decades, no one expected Hollywood producers, especially Jewish ones, to adhere much to reality.
They Died In Their Boots was brutally honest about one thing — the hubris of rising American Exceptionalism. The movie not so subtly planted seeds of Henry Luce’s imperialist ideas for the post-war American Century New World Order.
In the movie, after the Civil War, Custer receives an appointment out West, in the Dakotas. When Custer first sees Crazy Horse (played by Anthony Quinn) they line up like in a medieval joust, and Custer knocks Crazy Horse off his horse. He orders Crazy Horse to bring back the horses his warriors have taken, and Crazy Horse complies. He takes Crazy Horse in to the fort as a prisoner.
When Custer finds the trading post selling rifles to the Indians, he also finds all his men at the post bar drinking and Crazy Horse soon escapes.
Custer has his work cut out for him. In the Gary Owen scenes, first he gives a rousing speech to his troops about duty and glory, and then things shape up for an even more rousing sing-along of Gary Owen. Custer works to tighten discipline, and before long Custer has a crack regiment in high morale marching to the Gary Owen tune.
The movie then inserts the words the screen as Custer’s cavalry troops drill in perfect formation to the Gary Owen:
“And so was born the immortal 7th US Cavalry which cleared the plains for a ruthlessly advancing civilization that spelled doom to the Red race.” No mention, of course, of the numerous broken treaties made between the Souix nation (and other sovereign Indian tribes) and the US.
We know now what “advancing civilization” by the US really means — land theft from other peoples, invasive wars and military occupations, and destruction of their civilizations and cultures.
Despite its historical inaccuracies, the film was one of the top-grossing films of 1941. For militaristic purposes, stressing national unity and war glory in They Died In Their Boots was far more important than anything close to reality.
The film was released in the cinemas nationwide on November 21, 1941, 16 days before Pearl Harbor.
What a coincidence.
This release date is significant because up to that point, public and political opinion had been against America’s official entry into what was seen largely as a European war, despite Roosevelt’s private support for the Allies’ fight against the so-called Axis – Germany, Italy and Japan. Unofficially, the US entered the war when the USS Kearney was torpedoed by a German sub — U-568.
Expanded story: In October 1941, while the US was still neutral in World War II, Kearny was docked at Reykjavík, in U.S.-occupied Iceland. Neutral US forces replaced the belligerent British occupation of Iceland because the British soldiers were needed elsewhere.
A wolfpack of German U-boats at war with the British Empire, attacked a nearby British merchant convoy carrying war materials for Britain, and overwhelmed its belligerent British Canadian escorts.
Kearny and three other neutral U.S. destroyers were summoned to assist. Immediately on reaching the action, the neutral USS Kearny dropped neutral depth charges on the U-boats, and continued to neutral barrage throughout the night. At the beginning of the midwatch 17 October, a torpedo fired by U-568 struck the neutral Kearny on the starboard side.
FDR declared this to be the uttermost infamous deed ever done by the Evil Chermans — to torpedo a neutral US destroyer which was dropping depth charges on the very same Evil Chermans with whom the US was not at war. On the other hand, this action was specifically cited as one of numerous provocations in Hitler’s declaration of war on the U.S. two months later which violated all rules of neutrality.

In the public debate raging between the conservative anti-war, non-interventionists of the Old Right (Taft Republicans and Southern Democrats) and the hawkish, interventionist Democrats (inclusive of Jews) and New Conservative Republican New Dealers and FDR supporters, the Old Right movement and its America First Committee were winning right up to the “Day of Infamy” despite everything that the Jew Power and the DC hawks could throw at it, including rage over Charles Lindberg’s “anti-Semitism”.
In his speech, Lindbergh blamed three forces for driving America into a global conflict that no patriotic American wanted. First, he chastised Winston Churchill for turning to America to assist England in fighting the Germans in what was a desperate time for the British. Second, he singled out the Roosevelt administration for beating the drums of war. But, most of all, there was one entity in America agitating for war: the Jews.
“Instead of agitating for war,” Lindbergh told a cheering crowd in the American heartland on September 11, 1941 (ahem), “the Jewish groups in this country should be opposing it in every possible way, for they will be among the first to feel its consequences….
“The greatest danger to this country lies in [the Jews’] large ownership and influence in our motion pictures, our press, our radio, and our government.”
The Jew Power hounded, pilloried and demonized Lindbergh and America First right up to the day the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.
The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7 conveniently changed everything overnight. December 8, the US Congress declared war on Japan, Germany’s Axis ally. On December 11, 1941, Congress declared war upon Germany hours after Germany declared war on the United States after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and the subsequent US declaration of war on Japan. The America First Committee composed of at least 800,000 members disbanded within a couple of weeks
Warner Brothers Studio, a major producer of war propaganda movies to be played in the cinemas, was owned by the Polish Jewish brothers, part of an immigrant family of 11 children from Congress Poland, Imperial Russia to Canada and later Ohio:
— Harry Morris Warner (born Hirsch Moses Wonskolaser/Wonsal);
— Aaron “Albert”,”Al” or “Abe” Warner (born Abraham Aaron Wonskolaser/Wonsal);
–Samuel Louis Warner (born Schmuel Wonskolaser/Wonsal); and
–Jack Leonard “J. L.” Warner (born Jacob Wonskolaser/Wonsal).
Another covert WWII propaganda movie utilizing the Gary Owen tune to drum up patriotic sentiment to grease the way for the eventual US slide into WWII is The Fighting 69th (1940), starring James Cagney, Pat O’Brien, and George Brent. It, too, was produced by the political activist Warner Brothers Studio.
The plot is based upon the actual exploits of New York City’s 69th Infantry Regiment during World War I. The all-Irish regiment was first given that nickname for after joining the Union Army opposing General Robert E. Lee during the American Civil War.
Several real-life personages depicted in The Fighting 69th cinema movie include Father Francis P. Duffy, the chaplain, future OSS leader “Wild Bill” Donovan, the battalion commander, Lt. Oliver Ames, a platoon commander, and then-Sgt. Joyce Kilmer, and the poet (Jeffrey Lynn).
Most of The Fighting 69th was filmed at Warner Brothers’ Calabasas Ranch location, which doubled as Camp Mills, the regiment’s training base, various French villages, and numerous battlefields.
The real Fighting 69th fought in defense of America? No, in foreign, interventionist wars in WWI and WWII.
Upon the return of the regiment from France after the Great War to End All Wars, Colonel Donovan remarked that “The morale of the regiment has never been better than it is today. Formerly 85 percent of its strength were of Irish descent, and now it is only 50 percent, but the spirit of the old Fighting 69th is stronger than ever. The replacements, whether they are Jews, Italians, or other foreign descent, are more Irish now than the Irish!”.

This was the same war that President Wilson promised to keep America out of.
President Roosevelt also promised to keep America out of WWII. The Great War to End All Wars wasn’t great enough.
Both Wilson and Roosevelt were against war until they were for it.
With the New York National Guard federalized during the war, a new state force, the New York Guard, was organized in 1917 in order to have militia troops available if needed by the Governor of New York under the New York State Constitution.
As part of this, a replacement 69th Infantry Regiment was created. On 7 January 1921, the 165th Infantry Regiment was consolidated with the 69th Infantry of the New York Guard and reorganized as the 69th Infantry Regiment, New York National Guard.
During World War II, the 69th Fighting Irish again served with distinction. Still designated the 165th Infantry, it served with 27th Division (New York State’s National Guard Division at the time) and was federalized 15 October 1940.
It was first sent to Alabama and Louisiana for training. One week after Pearl Harbor, it was sent to Inglewood, California, to assist in defense of the West Coast. Beginning in January 1942, the regiment made its way to Hawaii via Fort Ord and San Francisco.
First assigned to island defense in Kauai, they were recalled to Oahu in October to begin training for the 20 November 1943 landings on Butaritari Island of Makin Atoll, part of the Gilbert Islands. There it was supplemented with artillery and armor to become the 165th Regimental Combat Team.

From its armory at Lexington Avenue and 25th Street in midtown Manhattan, the 69th was one of the first military units to respond to the attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, where it helped to secure Ground Zero.
Two members were killed during rescue operations on the morning of 11 September, 1st Lieutenant Gerard Baptiste (FDNY) & Specialist Thomas Jurgens (NYS Courts). Following duty at the WTC, 200 soldiers were mobilized to protect the United States Military Academy, West Point, serving for one year.
Numerous other members were on active duty providing protection to nuclear power plants, airports, bridges, tunnels, and trains throughout the New York area as part of Operation Noble Eagle.
On 15 May 2004, the Fighting 69th was federalized for combat duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom, training at Fort Hood, Texas and Fort Irwin, California, before deploying.
The Fighting 69th deployed to Iraq as a battalion under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Geoffrey Slack and Command Sergeant Major George Brett, the first time it had seen overseas combat since World War II.

A local sheik in Taji assumed the 69th’s curved Rainbow Division insignia was a Special Forces patch because of their aggressiveness, but Lt. Col. Slack explained to him that it “meant they were from New York and eager to avenge the 9/11 attacks”.

The regiment’s unit insignia depicts both the 1861 regimental dress cap device braced by two Irish Wolfhounds and the red shamrock of the First Division of the Second Corps of the Army of the Potomac in the Civil War.
These are separated by a rainbow depicting the unit’s service as a founding regiment of the 42nd Rainbow Division in World War I.
The green background on the insignia is rare; most infantry units have an infantry blue background. The regiment has this because its Civil War regimental colors (flags) were green with the Golden Harp of Ireland.
Like all New York National Guard units, the coat of arms has as its crest Henry Hudson’s ship “The Half-Moon”.

Of course, the Iraqis had nothing to do with 9-11.
A 2011 Pew survey asked post-9/11 military veterans to list the most important factors that had motivated them to join the military.
Nearly 90 percent listed serving the country as an important reason for joining, and 77 percent listed educational benefits as important. With the outrageous cost of attending higher education and the utterly abhorent debt slavery student loans cause to the tune of up to hundreds of thousand dollars, this last is no small financial incentive.
Since 1944, the GI Bill has helped millions of Veterans pay for college, graduate school, and other training programs.
When a person enlisted for active duty after September 11, 2001, the Post-9/11 GI Bill also provides a housing allowance, money for books, and the option to transfer unused education benefits to their spouse or children.
Since 75% of military enlistment are white, and most statistically come from middle and upper middle class families, military education benefits are not just a “few shekels” earned by dark-skinned people.
The word garryowen is derived from Irish, the proper name Eóin (an Irish form of John) and the word for garden garrai – thus “Eóin’s Garden” or John’s Garden (Garden of John).
This song emerged during the late 18th century, when it was a drinking song of rich young roisterers in Limerick. It obtained immediate popularity in the British Army through the 5th (or Royal Irish) Regiment of Dragoons.
Beethoven composed two arrangements of the song during 1809–1810 with the title, “From Garyone My Happy Home”, with lyrics by T. Toms, on romantic themes.
The arrangements were part of a large project by George Thomson to engage prominent composers of his time to write arrangements of the folk songs of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
The composer Mauro Giuliani arranged the tune in Arie Nazionali Irlandesi nr.1-6 Op.125 (Six Irish Airs).
A very early reference to the tune appears in the publication The Life of the Duke of Wellington by Jocquim Hayward Stocqueler, published during 1853. He describes the defense of the town of Tarifa during the Peninsular War, late December 1811.
General H. Gough, later Field Marshal Hugh Gough, 1st Viscount Gough, commanding officer of the 87th Regiment (Later the Royal Irish Fusiliers), after repulsing an attack by French Grenadiers “… was not, however, merely satisfied with resistance. When the enemy, scared, ran from the walls, he drew his sword, made the band play ‘Garry Owen’, and followed the fugitives for two or three hundred yards.”
Garryowen was also a favourite during the Crimean War. The tune has also been associated with a number of British military units, and is the authorized regimental march of The Irish Regiment of Canada.
It was the regimental march of the Liverpool Irish, British Army.
It is the regimental march of the London Irish Rifles (now part of The London Regiment (TA)). It was also the regimental march of the 50th (Queen’s Own) Foot until 1869.
During early 1851 Irish citizens of New York City formed a militia regiment known locally as the Second Regiment of Irish Volunteers.
The group selected “Garry Owen” as their official regimental marching song. On 12 October 1851, the Regiment was accepted officially as part of the New York Militia and designated as 69th Infantry Regiment, New York Militia, (the famed “Fighting 69th” ).
It is presently known officially as the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry and is part of the 42nd Infantry Division.
Gary Owen later became the marching tune for the American 7th Cavalry Regiment during the late 19th century.
The tune was brought to the 7th Cavalry by Brevet Colonel Myles W. Keogh and other officers with relations to the Fifth Royal Irish Lancers and the Papal Guard.
As the story goes, it was the last song played for Custer’s men as they left General Terry’s column at the Powder River.
The 7th Cavalry became a part of the 1st Cavalry Division during 1921.
The word “garryowen” was used often during the Vietnam War by soldiers of First Cavalry as a password to identify each other.
It became the official tune of the division during 1981. The name of the tune has become a part of the regiment, the words Garry Owen are part of the regimental crest.
The tune became the name for bases established by the Cavalry in current conflicts.
The most recent was Combat Operating Base, (COB), Garry Owen in the Maysan Province of Iraq.
The base was near the city of Al Amarra and was established by the 2/7 CAV.
There is a Camp Garry Owen, north of Seoul, Korea, which houses part of the 4th Squadron of the First Cavalry regiment.
There is also a currently operating Forward Operating Base, FOB Garryowen, within the Maysan province of Iraq.
FOB Garryowen was established in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 8–10 in June 2008 by 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment.
To anyone one with military background or comes from a military family familiar with military traditions we love our patriotic American marching tunes, especially the Owen Gary.
The Gary Owen tune gets used quite a bit in movies.

In both movies Fort Apache and She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, the song is sung by the cavalry troopers and is used as part of the score. They are the first two movies of the “cavalry trilogy” directed by John Ford and starring John Wayne.
In The Long Gray Line (1956), starring Tyrone Power, the band company played it on the parade grounds at West Point, and its melody was integrated throughout the score as a love theme.
In John Ford’s The Searchers (1956), it is played when the 7th Cavalry detachment appears partway through the film.

Walking around the streets of NYC and observing day-to-day life here it’s sad to see what a complete mess society has become. Nothing will really change unless people act accordingly and correctly. We need to tear down and update the existing political system in America and purge the Jews from power. If America can form alliances with powerful Christian Russia and some other nations it may just be possible to break Jewish power.
In the ashes of the old America a new Christian nation would emerge.
We can preserve many of the ideals of the original Constitution but add new ones. Christian ethics and values would be suffused into the laws of the land. These wouldn’t be based on a narrow moralism but instead on true Christian ideals of conduct, namely, treating others fairly and respectfully, the abolition of wars, false money creation, etc.
This combined with a libertarian ethos of personal freedom in the private sphere should be the new American way.

My fear is that things will get so bad we will either have to resort to some strong-arm dictator a la Saddam Hussein, or perhaps even Sharia Law, to knock heads together and get the trains etc to run on time. The western gentile “Christian” is not up to the task IMHO.

Senators Respond to ACLU Letter, Deny Bill Will Criminalize Boycotting Israel

Sen. Ben Cardin, who introduced the Israel Anti-Boycott Act, and Sen. Rob Portman, a co-sponsor of the bill, have responded to a letter published by the ACLU. Specifically the two lawmakers say they want to “correct some fundamental misunderstandings about the bill.”
As I reported two days ago, the ACLU published a letter warning that the legislative initiative would “punish people for no reason other than their political beliefs,” this by imposing fines or prison terms upon US persons who support a boycott of Israel.
The senators, however, deny the bill will do this.
“Nothing in the bill restricts constitutionally-protected free speech or limits criticism of Israel or its policies,” they insist. “Instead, it is narrowly targeted at commercial activity and is based on current law that has been constitutionally upheld.”
No one will be penalized under the bill, they say, neither a business nor an individual, simply for calling for a boycott of Israel.
What the bill will do, they assert, is modify a US law already on the books, the Export Administration Act of 1977, in a certain manner. Here is how they word it (emphasis in original):
The bill makes one small but important change in the current law. The EAA currently prohibits U.S. persons from complying with unauthorized foreign boycotts imposed by foreign countries.
The new legislation would extend this prohibition to unsanctioned foreign boycotts imposed by international governmental organizations such as United Nations Agencies or the European Union.
For example, if the United Nations Human Rights Council requests information from an American company about its business dealings in Israel or Israeli-controlled territories as part of an effort to compile a blacklist of companies doing business with Israel, the bill would prohibit the company from responding.
The ACLU’s analysis of the bill, however, is dramatically different:
The bill seeks to expand the Export Administration Act of 1979 and the Export Import Bank Act of 1945 which, among other things, prohibit U.S. persons from complying with a foreign government’s request to boycott a country friendly to the U.S.
The bill would amend those laws to bar U.S. persons from supporting boycotts against Israel, including its settlements in the Palestinian Occupied Territories, conducted by international governmental organizations, such as the United Nations and the European Union.
It would also broaden the law to include penalties for simply requesting information about such boycotts. Violations would be subject to a minimum civil penalty of $250,000 and a maximum criminal penalty of $1 million and 20 years in prison.

A commentary on the bill has been posted by Philip Weiss of Mondoweiss, who discusses the bill as well as the ACLU letter but who makes no mention of the response by Cardin and Portman–perhaps because the senators’ letter had not as yet been released at the time he posted the article.
In either event, Weiss calls the bill “a crude example of overreach by the Israel lobby that it is sure to backfire on its supporters,” and he goes on to add:
“Older Jews tend to be huge ideological supporters of Israel. Ben Cardin goes to synagogues and tells other older Jews that Palestinian statehood is ‘anti-American.’
Schumer has called himself the “Schomer” or guardian of Israel and said that there is a Jewish interest in supporting Israel.
A year ago Stephanie Schriock of Emily’s List and JJ Goldberg of the Forward described the “gigantic” and “shocking” degree of the Democratic Party’s reliance on Jewish wealth for campaign contributions.
Ultimately, this is a story about the fight inside Jewish life over Zionism and support for Israel.
I believe we will win this fight, and that this legislation will help us. The legislation will shock many civil-liberties-loving Jews. The Intercept story will force legislators to redraft the legislation.”
Sen. Charles Schumer of New York is also a co-sponsor of the bill.
The story of Cardin’s bill was broken on July 19 in a report by Glenn Greenwald and Ryan Grim published at The Intercept, an article which also mentions that that the bill has been strongly pushed by AIPAC.
As far as I can tell, the Intercept story has yet to be picked up by any US mainstream media outlet, though presumably that’s because they are all too busy telling us about threats to our democracy from Russia.
Potentially-unconstitutional bills being pushed through Congress by the Israeli lobby are apparently not newsworthy.

Jew-Owned Congress Has NEW ‘Sanctions’ Against CHRISTIAN Russia
“Stupid is as stupid does.” Here we go again with old-new story of moronic sanctions against CHRISTian Russia.
It’s economic warfare authored by our elected Russian/Iran hating congressional delusionals based on lying fabricated pretexts with absolutely no concrete evidence to any of it.
In addition, addition targeting Iran and N Korea I believe by hitting Russia — that Russia interfered in our political and election process, and which restricts the President’s power to remove sanctions on Moscow.
The EU, however, has it’s back up. The real target appears to be to cripple the Gazprom-German Baltic Nordstream 2 project and other European energy sectors.
The loudest complaint about the bill to date has emerged not from the Oval Office, but from Brussels, after the EU once again urged (and warned, and threatened) US lawmakers to coordinate their anti-Russia actions with European partners, or else. Per Reuters:

“We understand that the Russia/Iran sanctions bill is driven primarily by domestic considerations,” it went on, referring to a bill passed in the U.S. Senate last month and to which lawmakers said on Saturday they had unblocked further obstacles.
“As we have said repeatedly, it is important that any possible new measures are coordinated between international partners to maintain unity among partners on the sanctions that has been underpinning the efforts for full implementation of the Minsk Agreements,” the Commission said, referring to an accord struck with Moscow to try to end the conflicts in Ukraine.
“We are concerned the measures discussed in the U.S. Congress could have unintended consequences, not only when it comes to Transatlantic/G7 unity, but also on EU economic and energy security interests. This impact could be potentially wide and indiscriminate, including when it comes to energy sources diversification efforts.
“Sanctions are at their most effective when they are coordinated. Currently our sanctions regimes are coordinated. As a result their impact on the ground is increased and through coordination we are able to avoid surprises, manage potential impact on our own economic operators and address collectively efforts to circumvent such measures. Unilateral measures would undermine this,” the Commission said.
“We therefore call on the U.S. Congress/authorities to engage with the partners, including the EU, to ensure coordination and to avoid any unintended consequences of the measures discussed.”

Moreover, multinationals like Exxon, which has just been fined $2 million by Treasury for violating sanctions three years ago when Tillerson was CEO, Boeing which has lucrative deals with Iran shaping up, and probably Visa and Mastercard are complaining that sanctions will work against their interests, and not Russia’s or Iran.

Every time Russia gets hit with sanctions, it strengthens Russian identity and patriotism, beefs up or jump starts new domestic industries that Russia was formerly dependent on imports for, as well as boots up government and banking reforms and on-going anti-corruption efforts.
Then there’s BRICS which will likely continue strengthen as challenge to the WTO, which is structured so that the US remains the global financial hegemon.
Russia and China are strengthening their financial bonds by going to a gold standard for trade between the two countries, and Russia, China and Iran are committed to de-dollarization.

There was a time when Americans believed in freedom.
The US is dying from a million cuts. Part of the reason the USA is a nanny police state now is that whenever there is a problem, the kneejerk reaction in the US is to call for a new law.
Nanny state laws are not the best solution, however. Nanny state laws lead to more laws, higher fines, and tougher sentences. Thirty-five years ago, DWI laws were enacted that led to DWI checkpoints and lower DWI levels. Seatbelt laws led to backseat seatbelt laws, childseat laws, and pet seatbelt laws.
Car liability insurance laws led to health insurance laws and gun liability laws. Smoking laws that banned smoking in buildings led to laws against smoking in parks and then bans against smoking in entire cities. Sex offender registration laws led to sex offender restriction laws and violent offender registration laws.
Nanny state laws don’t make us safer, either. Nanny state laws lead people to be careless since they don’t need to have personal responsibility anymore. People don’t need to be careful crossing the street now because drunk-driving has been outlawed and driving while using a mobile phone is illegal. People don’t investigate companies or carry out due diligence because businesses must have business licenses now.
The main point of nanny state laws is not safety. The main purposes of more laws are control and revenue generation for the state.
Another reason laws are enacted is because corporations give donations to lawmakers to stifle competition or increase sales.
Many laws are contradictory, too. Some laws say watering lawns is required, while other laws say watering lawns is illegal.
Many nanny state laws that aim to solve a problem can be fixed by using existing laws. If assault is already illegal, why do we need a new law that outlaws hitting umpires?
Nanny state laws are not even necessary. If everything was legal would you steal, murder, and use crack cocaine? Aren’t there other ways to solve problems besides calling the police? Couldn’t people educate or talk to people who bother them? Couldn’t people be sued for annoying behavior? Couldn’t people just move away?
Even if assault was legal, wouldn’t attackers risk being killed or injured, too? Do people have consciences?
Having no laws doesn’t mean actions have no consequences.
If there is no victim, there is no crime.
We don’t need thousands of laws when we only need 10.
Should swimming pools be banned because they are dangerous? Hammers? Bottles? Rocks? Energy drinks? Pillows?
Where does it end?
Freedom is not just a one way street. You can only have freedom for yourself if you allow others to have it.
Control freaks might get angry when a neighbor owns three indoor cats, but what did the neighbor take from them? Why should this be illegal? Is outlawing cats something a free country should do? Doesn’t banning everything sound like the opposite of liberty?
Instead of getting mad at people who like freedom, why don’t people realize that freedom is a two way street?
If you allow others to paint their house purple then you can, too.
If you allow others to own a gun then you can, too.
If you allow others to swear then you can, too.
If you allow others to gamble then you can, too.
Who wants to live in a prison?
Think. Question everything.
