\nFOR THE FIRST TIME<\/font><\/strong> in the history of the IMF, it has threatened withdrawal of funds due to reticence to employ full military action.<\/p>\n

The Jew-run<\/a><\/font> IMF\u2014International Jewry’s mechanism<\/a><\/font> for national enslavement\u2014warned<\/font><\/a> Ukraine’s coup-imposed regime that it will lose the $17 billion dollar bailout if Kiev loses control of the east.<\/p>\n

In a staff report, the IMF stated<\/font> <\/a>that a change to eastern Ukraine’s borders could force it to adjust its bailout. <\/p>\n

The IMF said<\/font><\/a> that due to Russia’s cut-off of Ukraine exports from the industrial east (ironically, due<\/a><\/font> to Kiev’s submission to IMF’s terms of the bail-out), its reduced revenue would require a “recalibration” of the loan offer. <\/p>\n

With the heat on Kiev’s self-proclaimed<\/a><\/font> president Turchynov\u2014all dressed up in guerrilla commando garb\u2014an assault on key cities of eastern Ukraine is being waged.<\/p>\n

Employing<\/a><\/font> ‘Right Sector’ militias along with its own army attacking civilians, Kiev has violated the Geneva Agreement<\/a><\/font> which requires “all sides refrain from using violence” and has committed<\/a><\/font> a war crime by using<\/a><\/font> its military on<\/a><\/font> civilians.<\/p>\n

Does Putin want to annex eastern Ukraine? No. <\/p>\n

He wants<\/a><\/font> a unified Ukraine tied<\/a><\/font> to Russia, both economically and culturally.<\/p>\n

Do the people of eastern Ukraine want to unite with Russia? No. <\/p>\n

They want<\/a><\/font> autonomy under a new constitution ensuring<\/a><\/font> a federal union<\/a><\/font> with Kiev.<\/p>\n

Does Putin want war with International Jewry’s globalized army<\/a><\/font> known as Nato? No.<\/p>\n

But if Putin is pressed due to violence against Russians in eastern Ukraine, he’s on record<\/a><\/font> that he will<\/em> use military force if a diplomatic solution isn’t carried out.<\/p>\n

But diplomacy is not<\/em> what Jewmerica<\/font><\/a> wants. <\/p>\n

With Kerry blaming<\/a><\/font> Russia for the violence Kiev is inflicting<\/em>, and Ashton stating<\/a><\/font> that “Kiev’s legitimate use of violence needs to be respected,” diplomacy is not in the cards.<\/p>\n

Putin won’t be backed into a corner. He received Crimea without firing a shot. In warfare it’s called waiting for the enemy to flub up. <\/p>\n

A surgical operation\u2014disrupting Kiev’s military communications is one possible action\u2014or simply anticipating the unraveling of eastern Ukraine, Putin remains in control.
