\nPRAISING THE POWER SHIFT<\/font> <\/strong> in Ukraine, the Jew York Times paints<\/font> <\/a>“pro-democracy” activists as heroes but Russian-leaning Ukrainians as villains.<\/p>\n

For all the ‘democracy touting’ of the Jew-infested<\/a><\/font> press, democracy hit the skids in Kiev this week with the illegal<\/font> <\/a>ouster of President Viktor Yanukovych and the installment of Oleksandr Turchynov as acting president. <\/p>\n

“There is no one to talk to there. It is an aberration to call legitimate what is the result of an armed mutiny,” said <\/a><\/font>Russian prime minister Dmitri Medvedev.<\/p>\n

Tossing<\/a><\/font> aside constitutional procedure, the parliament ousted<\/a><\/font> democratically-elected Yanukovych, issued<\/font> <\/a>warrants for his arrest and <\/em>members of his constitutionally-protected<\/font><\/a> party, and installed<\/font><\/a> former KGB head and Tymoshenko aide, Turchynov, as president.<\/p>\n

Ukraine is in constitutional limbo, the parliament operating lawlessly <\/em>in the guise of law. <\/p>\n

Although Yanukovych did not return Ukraine to its 2004 Constitution<\/a><\/font>, he did reinstate<\/a><\/font>\u2014with the approval of the Ukraine Constitutional Court\u2014the 1996 Constitution in 2010 which provided greater presidential powers. <\/p>\n

Even Tymoshenko, Turchynov’s former boss, agreed<\/font> <\/a>with this while in prison.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the 1996\/2010 Constitution<\/a><\/font> is still <\/em>in force, a legality the JewSA<\/a><\/font>–owned<\/a><\/font> parliament has deliberately bypassed, particularly when it came to the line of succession in appointing an acting president. <\/p>\n

Article 111, identical<\/em> in both<\/font><\/a> versions<\/font><\/a> of the Constitution, states the parliament has the right to initiate a “procedure” of impeachment if “treason or another crime” is committed.<\/p>\n

It then outlines<\/font> <\/a>in clear wording<\/em> specific due process steps to be employed by parliament when impeaching an incumbent. <\/p>\n

This includes the establishment<\/font> <\/a>of a “special investigatory commission whose composition includes a special procurator and special investigators.” Results from the investigation then go back to parliament for deliberation.<\/p>\n

THERE IS NO WAY<\/font><\/strong> Article 111 was followed in a couple of days in the actions of the opposition-controlled parliament. Where is the special investigation commission? <\/p>\n

The vote<\/font> <\/a>indicting Yanukovych for “mass murder” followed by a warrant for his arrest does not uphold any of the constitutional guidelines, particularly the call <\/a><\/font>for a review of the investigative case by Ukraine’s Constitutional Court and a three-fourths majority vote by the parliament, i.e., 338 lawmakers. <\/p>\n

Both of these things HAVE TO HAPPEN in order to have a lawful impeachment. <\/p>\n

The Ukraine parliament spat on its own Constitution. And ‘democracy-loving’ Jews praise <\/a><\/font>the parliament for it. <\/p>\n

Why not? Ukraine’s Jew-run<\/a><\/font> National Bank is about to enslave<\/font> <\/a>its people to the Jew-owned<\/a><\/font> IMF.<\/p>\n

At least for now, Kiev is a JewSA<\/a><\/font>–owned<\/a><\/font>, EU-backed, thugocracy after all.
