\nTHE THIRD ZIONIST JEW,<\/font> <\/strong> who is alleged to be a lesbian, is about to be appointed to the bench of the highest court in America. <\/p>\n

If confirmed, (and this is likely given Jewish control of Capitol Hill), Elena Kagan will join her fellow Jews, Ruth Bader Ginsburg<\/a> and Stephen Breyer<\/a>, to round out the Zionist trio on the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

Now in her 3rd day of Senate hearings, Kagan has been “grinning gratuitously and grimacing sourly” throughout the barrage of questions. But, as the Jerusalem Post<\/a> reports, Kagan has been “holding her own” and confidently cracking “Jewish jokes.”<\/p>\n

Indeed, when asked<\/a> by the Senate Judiciary committee where she was on Christmas, Kagan replied<\/a> irreverently<\/em> — (insulting the majority of Americans who DO celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ) — to an explosion of irreverent<\/em> laughter: “Like all Jews, I was probably at a Chinese restaurant.”

WHILE MOST AMERICANS<\/strong><\/font> are asleep to the Zionist threat of a full Jewish takeover of the nation, (Jews keep the Goyim distracted through Blockbuster and Football Extravaganzas), Elena Kagan represents a host of Anti-Americanism positions that the nation has both historically and traditionally eschewed.<\/p>\n

For the record, let’s take a look at where Kagan stands on the issues, PROVING her Anti-Americanism.<\/p>\n

Jewish Agenda:<\/a> <\/strong><\/font> “As participants in American life, judges will have opinions, prejudices, values, and goals. Because this is so, judges will often try to mold and steer the law in order to promote certain social ends. Such activity is not necessarily wrong.”<\/font><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong><\/font> In a speech<\/a> when acting as the Dean of Harvard Law School, Kagan hailed Israeli Chief Justice Aharon Barak as “my hero,” explaining<\/a> that her admiration for the Zionist judge was “rooted in her Jewishness and support for Israel.” <\/p>\n

Kagan specified<\/a> her praise for the Zionist judge: “Aharon Barak is the judge who has best advanced democracy and human rights in Israel.” (Tell that to the Palestinians Kagan…)<\/p>\n

Gun Rights:<\/a><\/strong><\/font> “I am not sympathetic with the Supreme Court’s ruling that carrying handguns is constitutional.”<\/font> <\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong><\/font> Kagan wrote<\/a> a paper for President Clinton that paved the way for an Executive Order banning dozens of semi-automatic weapons. <\/p>\n

Free Speech:<\/a><\/strong><\/font> “The government can restrict speech if it believes that speech might incite others to do harm. Hate speech would fall into this category of redistribution of speech.”<\/font><\/p>\n

—<\/strong><\/font> While Kagan seeks to destroy<\/a> our First Amendment right of free speech, at the same time, she supports<\/a> the public burning of the US flag as “constitutional.” <\/p>\n

Executive Power:<\/a><\/strong><\/font> “A strong Executive Branch with control over agencies and regulatory bodies is crucial in order for a President to achieve his or her platform.”<\/font><\/p>\n

—<\/strong><\/font> Kagan opines<\/a> that presidential supervision of all federal agencies is a “vital mechanism to achieve progressive goals.”<\/p>\n

Abortion:<\/a><\/strong><\/font> “Partial birth abortion is the most appropriate procedure to save the life and preserve the health of a woman.”<\/font><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong><\/font> NARAL Pro-Choice America, an abortion advocacy group, endorses<\/a> Kagan for Supreme Court judge, praising Kagan as a “champion of women\u2019s right to personal choice.” <\/p>\n

Gay Rights:<\/a><\/strong><\/font> “The US Military’s discrimination against gays is a profound wrong\u2014a moral injustice of the first order.”<\/font><\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong><\/font> Kagan’s reported lesbian lifestyle is an “open secret” <\/a>amongst law students of Harvard University where she has served as Dean of the Law School. <\/p>\n

Immigration Rights:<\/a><\/strong><\/font> Kagan has asked the Supreme Court to overturn<\/a> a 2007 Arizona anti-immigration law which revokes the licenses of Arizona businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants. <\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong><\/font> It is part of the Zionist agenda to dilute<\/a> the cultural composition of America’s population in order for Jews to gain supremacy over the nation’s political life.<\/p>\n
