\nHARRY TRUMAN IS REVERED BY JEWS<\/font> <\/strong> for his immediate recognition<\/a> of the State of Israel on May 14 1948<\/a> only 11 minutes after<\/a> David Ben-Gurion’s Declaration of Independence in Tel Aviv. <\/p>\n

Even six days prior to this, Truman had met with the de facto Prime Minister, David Ben Gurion, who presented Truman with a Jewish Menorah<\/a> for his recognition.<\/p>\n

In his book, “Jewish Religion – Jewish History,” Israel Shahak records <\/a> that Harry Truman had been abandoned by everyone when he came to run for President. Then an American Zionist brought Truman $2 million dollars in cash<\/a> in a suitcase<\/a> aboard his whistle-stop campaign train. <\/p>\n

“That’s why our recognition of Israel was rushed through so fast,” John F Kennedy had remarked to Gore Vidal. And thus occurred yet another Zionist event in the corruption of American politicians. <\/p>\n

The “Israel” that Truman “recognized” was a Soviet-supplied “military entity” that in May of 1948 seized Arab citrus & olive groves<\/a> throughout the fertile northwestern coast of Palestine. <\/p>\n

Following this was a series of bombings of: 1) The British Officers Club in Jerusalem; 2) The Acre Prison; 3) The Semiramis Hotel. The climax of all of this Zionist brutality was the assassination <\/a>of the UN Mediator for Palestine, Count Folke Bernadotte.<\/p>\n

Seeking Jewish votes for the upcoming election, Truman promised 16,000 Jews at Madison Sq Garden in October of 1948: <\/p>\n

—<\/font><\/strong> “We need to support the people of Israel who have created a state with the best traditions and the highest standards of Western civilization.”<\/font> —<\/font> <\/strong> (New York Times<\/em> of October 29 1948, Warren Moscow)<\/p>\n

One wonders how Truman squared the “best traditions” and “highest standards of Western Civilization” with Israel’s thievery, brutality<\/strong><\/a>, and assassination squads… <\/p>\n

TRUMAN’S ZIONIST ADVISORS <\/font><\/strong><\/center><\/p>\n

TRUMAN WAS TOLD<\/font><\/strong> by his White House aide Clark Clifford that he would lose his 1948 election bid for his 2nd term in office unless he immediately recognized the Jewish state<\/a> upon their declaration of Statehood. Already in 1945 in a meeting with Middle East American diplomats who pleaded with Truman not to heed Zionist urgings, Truman said:<\/p>\n

—<\/font><\/strong> “I’m sorry gentlemen but I have to answer to hundreds of thousands who are anxious for the success of Zionism. I do not have hundreds of thousands of Arabs among my constituents” <\/font><\/strong> —<\/font><\/strong> Here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And although Secretary of State General George Marshall opposed recognition of Israel warning Truman<\/a> that recognition would lead to untold troubles in the future, Truman considered “votes” more important than America’s best interests. Indeed money and influence talks – especially from Truman’s Zionist advisors:<\/p>\n

Abraham Feinberg:<\/font><\/strong> This Zionist<\/a> was Chairman of a New York hosiery manufacturer Kayser-Roth Corporation<\/em> & of American Bank and Trust<\/em> & Israel Bonds<\/em>. Feinberg led many Democratic fund-raising drives<\/a>. During Truman’s 1948 whistle stop campaign Feinberg arranged that Jewish donors <\/a>gave of their largesse at each stop. Most likely it was Feinberg who gave the $2 million dollars in a suitcase<\/a> to Truman on one of his stops.<\/p>\n

Eddie Jacobson:<\/font><\/strong> This Zionist<\/a> was from Kansas City Missouri who was once partners with Truman in the haberdashery business. Jacobson introduced the future President of Israel Chaim Weitzman to Truman in a “secret Zionist meeting”<\/a> ($$$) on March 18 1948 two months before Truman’s recognition.<\/p>\n

Jacob Blaustein:<\/font><\/strong> This Zionist<\/a> was a member of President Truman’s National Advisory Board<\/em><\/a>. In the early 1900’s Blaustein was partners with his father who developed the first anti-knock motor fuel calling it Amoco<\/em><\/a>. By 1948, at the age of 56, Blaustein was in a good position to help Truman ($$$)<\/a> as a member of his Advisory Board. <\/p>\n
