And all of this very personal<\/em> detailed information will be in the hands of the Big Brother Jews of US Homeland Security<\/em>! The Report<\/em> laid out the framework of the US Homeland Security<\/em> program:<\/p>\n *<\/font><\/strong> Phase I<\/em>, which began in 1998, stressed that mass-casualty terrorism directed against the U.S. homeland was of serious and growing concern. Phase I<\/em> concluded in September 1999 with the publication of New World Coming: American Security in the 21st Century<\/em>. (Were they modern-day prophets or orchestrators of “terrorism directed against the US?”)<\/p>\n *<\/font><\/strong> Phase II<\/em> developed a strategy that would deter and defend against terrorist attacks.<\/p>\n *<\/font><\/strong> Phase III<\/em>, which concluded on January 31 2001, recommended the creation of a new independent National Homeland Security Agency<\/em> with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and integrating various U.S. government activities involved in homeland security.<\/p>\n Phase III<\/em> also recommended the reforming of government structures and processes to enable the U.S. government to implement anti-terrorism strategy that would necessitate “departing from the embedded routines of the last half-century and thus require new legislation.”<\/p>\n COMMENTARY:<\/font><\/strong> The stated need for the U.S. “departing from the embedded routines of the last half-century” refers to the final elimination of Constitutional checks and balances, and individual state sovereignty. <\/p>\n Both federal and state legislators have abrogated their legislative duties to a dictatorial executive – the President. And the US Executive Office<\/em> is run by Jews, everywhere<\/em>, Jews! Big Brother Jews like Chertoff of US Homeland Security<\/em>!
