Kyle Rittenhouse’s Lawyer Threatens Biden With Libel Lawsuit Over ‘White Supremacist’ Accusation

The attorney for Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old accused of killing two people in Kenosha, Wisconsin, threatened to sue Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Wednesday after Biden released a video suggesting Rittenhouse is a “white supremacist.”
Biden’s video accused President Donald Trump of refusing to condemn white supremacists and included footage of Rittenhouse in Kenosha. There is no public evidence that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.
The left-leaning Anti-Defamation League told CBS News in August that Rittenhouse doesn’t have any visible ties to extremist groups. (RELATED: Black Lives Matter Linked To 91% Of Riots Over Three Months, Study Finds)
“Formal demand for public retraction is being prepared for Biden/Harris Campaign on behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse,” Rittenhouse’s attorney, Lin Wood, wrote on Twitter, including a screenshot from Biden’s video.
“I also hereby demand that @JoeBiden immediately retract his false accusation that Kyle is a white supremacist & militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha,” Wood added.
“On behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse, I shall sue @JoeBiden & Biden/Harris Campaign for libel,” Wood added in a subsequent tweet.
The Biden campaign didn’t immediately return an email seeking comment.

The Pandemic On Biden’s Watch Killed 13 Times As Many Children As COVID

Imagine the reaction of the public to a new virus outbreak that targeted children, sending 10 times as many to hospitals, and killing 13 times as many as COVID-19.
Would you call the government’s handling of this pandemic a success?
That is what happened in 2009 when the H1N1 – aka, the swine flu – pandemic swept across the land. While the total number of deaths from the swine flu was much lower than COVID-19, its impact on children and younger adults was far more severe.
Consider these numbers:
According to the Centers for Disease Control’s latest numbers, out of the more than 200,000 people who died with COVID-19, only 92 were under age 18.
But 1,282 children died from the H1N1 pandemic of 2009-2010, when Barack Obama was in the White House and Joe Biden was vice president.
The number of children hospitalized from COVID has been around 8,000. The number hospitalized because of H1N1 – 86,813.
The swine flu was particularly worrisome because, unlike COVID and the seasonal flu – this one targeted the young more than the elderly.
In fact, fully 10% of the deaths from H1N1 were age 17 or younger, while just 13% were over age 65.
With COVID, almost 80% of the deaths have been among those over 65 – with those over 85 accounting for 32% of deaths.
Those under 18 account for a mere 0.06% of COVID deaths.
The fact that the swine flu was unusual in this way didn’t escape experts at the time.
“This is really, really different from what we see with seasonal influenza,” said Dr. Anne Schuchat, director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases in the fall of 2009.
“With seasonal flu, about 60% of hospital cases occur in people 65 and over, and here we’re only seeing about 7% of hospitalizations in that age group, illustrating that this virus is disproportionately affecting the young.”
Despite these scary statistics, the message back in 2009 was “be calm.” Even as the virus spread like wildfire in the fall of 2009 and vaccine development hit various snags, schools remained open. The press was busy explaining why the incidents of swine flu were likely exaggerated.
In fact, when Biden suggested in April 2009 that people not fly because of swine flu, he was mercilessly bashed by the press for inducing panic, and the White House quickly issued a “clarification.”
Biden dutifully complied with the official Obama administration messaging after that.
COVID has also proved deadly to the youth, not because of the disease, but because of the draconian lockdowns and school closings that Biden and his fellow Democrats urged, and want to extend.
“There has been another cost that we’ve seen, particularly in high schools,” CDC Director Robert Redfield said. “We’re seeing, sadly, far greater suicides now than we are deaths from COVID.”
There are other reasons not to praise the Obama-Biden handling of H1N1 – which Biden himself has provided.
The former vice president, for example, recently declared it an abomination that “The United States just passed 5 million reported infections of COVID-19. It’s a number that boggles the mind and breaks the heart. … It shouldn’t have gotten this bad.” (The current case number is more than 7 million.)
But according to the CDC, more than 60 million people contracted H1N1.
Ron Klain, who was Biden’s chief of staff during that outbreak, told Politico that “It is purely a fortuity that (H1N1) isn’t one of the great mass casualty events in American history. It had nothing to do with us doing anything right. It just had to do with luck.”
Klain went on to say that “If anyone thinks that this can’t happen again, they don’t have to go back to 1918, they just have to go back to 2009, 2010 and imagine a virus with a different lethality, and you can just do the math on that.”
Let’s do the math. If H1N1 had a similar case fatality rate as COVID-19, the death toll would have been 1.8 million.
The fact that only 12,000 died had nothing to do with Biden’s or Obama’s efforts, but the fact that, as Klain says, we got lucky.
Likewise, the fact that 200,000 have died with COVID isn’t because the Trump administration fell down on the job, it’s because the disease is so harmful to the elderly and health compromised.
Biden won’t tell you that. His handmaidens in the press won’t tell you that. Which is why it’s been up to “alternative” news outlets to get the facts out.

The last I read, the usual incubation period for COVID-19 is usually 5, and up to 7-10 days. So someone contaminatingTrump’s podium at the debate on Tuesday with a virus which has an extremely low infectivity rate from surfaces to start with is just idle speculation.
That would mean that Trump began to have symptoms less than 48 hours after the theoretical sabotage occurred. But, listening to Trump during the debate, I thought he sounded just a little raspier than normal, but chalked it up to his high volume of speaking engagements at the time.
The coronavirus may have been working on him then, infecting his upper respiratory tract.
At the soonest, Trump was exposed to the virus between last Friday, Sept 25 and Sunday, September 27, and perhaps earlier last week.
Hope Hicks, one of Trump’s closest aides, tested positive after flying aboard Air Force One to the presidential debate in Cleveland on Tuesday, September 29, and to a campaign rally in Minnesota on Wednesday, September 30.
Trump is experiencing mild, cold-like symptoms. The White House announced that Trump was canceling all public events, including a rally in Florida, on Friday.
According to some reports, Trump’s aides suspected he was coming down with something as he seemed to be low-energy and shortened his Minnesota rally to 45 minutes on Wednesday from his normal hour and a half routine.
Normal virus protocols could keep him off the campaign trail at least 10 days and possibly longer. On the strong assumption that Trump shrugs this off, he can still make the next debate with Biden scheduled for October 15.
Pence and his wife tested negative for the virus. So did Biden.
There have been several White House and Trump events that Republicans have attended over the past couple of weeks.
RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 on Wednesday, Sept 30.
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) also announced he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Both attended White House events. Senator Lee met with Judge Barrett this past Tuesday, I believe.

Typically, people who come down with COVID-19 have very mild symptoms for the first week. In the second week typically people either develop pneumonia or not. Trump has never been a smoker, he has mild hypertension that I know of, and he’s somewhat overweight. He’s not nearly as heavy as when he came into office.
He doesn’t have the top comorbidities that contribute to COVID case fatalities at his age — cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic inflammation, and pulmonary disorders. Since he’s been president, he’s been under the care of the White House Physician, and I suspect that he’s been prescribed vitamins and mineral supplements to boost his immune system.
Fauci, for all of his vaccine obsession, admits to taking 6000 IU of Vitamin D a day, along with other vitamin supplements. That high a dose of Vit D is very often taken to boost the immune system.
So, Trump would probably do no less, but I am only guessing about this. I hope Trump goes back on Hydroxychloroquine and zinc because it’s the perfect time for him to take it to cut the infection off at the pass.
This would be a splendid time while confined to the White House for the next 10 days or so for Trump to do a series of fireside chats to the American people until he comes out of quarantine.

Covid-19 won’t stop Trump: His real campaign surrogate, PUTIN, will ‘ramp up’ activities to compensate, says Dem senator
A Democratic senator has declared President Donald Trump’s recently-revealed positive coronavirus test will barely be a stumbling block to his re-election, insisting his alleged Russian puppet master Vladimir Putin will step in.
The Russians are going to take up the slack in promoting the president’s re-election as Trump retreats into quarantine, Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy told CNN on Friday, claiming the Kremlin would “increase the pace of interference operations” to cover for the president’s expected retreat from the campaign trail.
“The Russians have learned” from 2016’s never-proven election-meddling activity, Murphy warned, suggesting “They are now trying to use US persons and fake websites in order to proffer a narrative that helps President Trump’s reelection.”
It’s much bigger and bolder and smarter than it was in 2016.
Murphy claimed Trump was going to “rely on his surrogates, and unfortunately one of his surrogates is [Russian President] Vladimir Putin.”
As is typical for those warning of Russian interference in the 2020 election, Murphy declined to mention any specific incidents or point his host toward concrete evidence that might back his claims.
Some of Murphy’s followers appreciated his returning focus to what was – in their view – important (i.e. Russiagate).
However, others questioned the utility of beating that particular dead horse.
Trump announced in the early hours of Friday morning that he and his wife had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Some of the president’s critics have interpreted his announcement as an attempt to dodge the two remaining presidential debates, and others have suggested a Covid-19 diagnosis can be leveraged into potentially removing Trump from office altogether on 25th Amendment grounds.
Even as Murphy reheated the “Russia threat,” a letter from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe to Senate Judiciary Committee head Lindsey Graham earlier this week indicated that the entire Russiagate conspiracy theory was the product of a foreign adviser to the campaign of Trump’s 2016 Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
The missive suggested Clinton had embraced a scheme to smear Trump with allegations he was colluding with Russian security services back in July 2016 – and that both CIA director John Brennan and President Barack Obama knew about it at the time.

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump was headed to the hospital Friday after he and first lady Melania Trump tested positive for COVID-19, raising fresh questions about the president’s health.
Trump, 74, was going to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, in what aides said was a precautionary move. Officials said they expected him to be there for a few days.
Trump was expected to travel by helicopter to the hospital, which is about 9 miles away from the White House.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said the president “remains in good spirits, has mild symptoms, and has been working throughout the day.”
“Out of an abundance of caution, and at the recommendation of his physician and medical experts, the President will be working from the presidential offices at Walter Reed for the next few days. President Trump appreciates the outpouring of support for both he and the First Lady,” she added.
The president’s diagnosis, which he tweeted just before 1 a.m. on Friday, sent shockwaves through Washington and across the country, causing markets to plummet just weeks before the presidential election.
The president received a single 8 gram dose of Regeneron’s polyclonal antibody cocktail as a precautionary measure, according to a memo from White House physician Dr. Sean Conley. The antibody cocktail is being studied in four late-stage clinical trials and its safety and efficacy have not been fully evaluated by any regulatory authority, the company said on its page.
The president also has been taking zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin and a daily aspirin, Conley said.
“As of this afternoon, the President remains fatigued but in good spirits,” Conley said, according to the memo.
Conley said the first lady was experiencing only a “mild cough and headache.” He added that other members of the president’s family are well and tested negative for COVID-19.
Trump has not posted to his Twitter account since announcing his diagnosis, an uncharacteristic move for a president who frequently tweets and retweets throughout the day.
“We’re having to hold him back a little here because he is hard at work,” White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany told Fox News on Friday afternoon.
When asked whether Trump would address the nation about his health in the coming days, McEnany said: “It’s safe to say that you’ll be seeing and hearing from the president as he moves forward with his working schedule.”

Assuming that the PCR tests took 24 hours to process (probably less), it means that Trump must have gotten the virus on Wednesday, or maybe Tuesday, depending on the time of the day in which they are tested, but not before. The probability of more than one false negative test is very small, and in the case of POTUS I would say almost zero.
This is just to say that it is possible that he got infected at the debate, it is within the expected timeframe.

Everything sounds great and Trump is doing very well. Nasal congestion, mild cough, and fatigue are resolving and improving.
He’s been fever-free for 24 hours.

Uh oh! Trump needs to step up his prayer life if he’s in a hospital. All sorts of perfidious goings on can happen there. And no one would ever be the wiser.

There are lots of doctors, as well as other medical professionals, who’ve come forth saying the reaction to the so-called pandemic isn’t justified by the evidence. Their voices and videos are being systematically shut down. That’s a huge red flag by itself.
In truth the “pandemic” is probably no worse than a mild to moderate influenza outbreak; but we’ll never really know because the numbers are being seriously fudged. In any event very few are dying from it. The great majority who do are old and have pre-existing medical conditions. Most people are unaware that they have/had it.
I’m an RN and I work through an agency. A rent a nurse. You might think my phone or texts would be going off like a house on fire in the midst of such a deadly pandemic. Not exactly. In fact things have been kinda slow for me the the past half year. I actually didn’t work at all for five weeks in April and May.
Not only that, one of the hospitals I’ve worked at laid off 600 plus employees – nurses too – at the *height* of the outbreak. Odd that. The place I’m working at now has had exactly *one* bona fide case out of hundreds of patients.
And check out those videos on Edgewood Hospital. “Ground Zero” in the words of the so-called experts. I recenty met a nurse who took a contract to work in NYC. She was sent back to Florida after just two days there.
So, yes there is a *potentially* fatal disease caused by the Coronavirus. That much is true. But the *deadly pandemic* angle has been quite oversold.

In his last vids and tweets, I get the sense that he has found a new direction in all of this. He’s going to push for more “therapeutics”.
Therapeutics from existing, well-known technology and plain old clinical medicine and physician teamwork, not elusive vaccines someday in the future and elite Fauciites and academic doctors, have shortened the duration of his illness, and saved him from the worst of COVID-19.

Shortly prior to the surprise visit Mr Trump tweeted a video updating the public on his progress and flagging his decision to greet his supporters outside.
In the video the President said he was receiving “great reports from the doctors” and described the hospital and staff as “incredible”.
Speaking of the fans outside the hospital Mr Trump said “we have enthusiasm like probably nobody’s ever had”.
“It’s been a very interesting journey. I learnt a lot about COVID … I get it and I understand it and it’s a very interesting thing and I’m going to be letting you know about it,” he said.
“In the meantime, we love the USA and we love what is happening,” he said.

It was impossible to miss how Kamala Harris, like Joe Biden, refused to answer questions about their plans to expand the Supreme Court. But she also misrepresented history.
Harris claimed at the VP debate that Abraham Lincoln refused to nominate a candidate for Chief Justice in October 1864 because “Honest Abe said, it’s not the right thing to do” and wanted the people to vote first.
Lincoln, of course, said no such thing. He sent no nominee to the Senate in October 1864 because the Senate was out of session until December. He sent a nominee the day after the session began, and Salmon P. Chase was confirmed the same day.
And Lincoln wanted to dangle the nomination before Chase and several other potential candidates because he wanted them to campaign for him. Lincoln’s priority was winning the election, which was necessary to win the war — and he filled the vacancy at the first possible instant.
Kamala Harris is simply inventing history.
